Communication and delegation are two important and parts of the leadership function. However, it is still a matter of debate whether leaders can delegate responsibility for communication, especially policy information, to those under their authority. Various opinions state that there is no prohibition for leaders to delegate their responsibilities because this is the leader's prerogative. This study aims to identify whether leadership should or should not delegate communication. The method used in this study was Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research by topic area phenomenon of interest, with specific relevant research questions. The results showed that leaders can delegate communication but it is highly dependent on the type, style, and approach of leadership on the table at that time. Such a leadership style or approach will automatically influence the style and approach of communication and delegation.

This article aims at reviewing academic literature so as to identify internal factors that influence competitiveness in firms operating in the service sector, particularly referred as organizational capabilities and managerial skills. Based on a traditional approach of an exhaustive and critical literature review targeting academic sources published between 2010-2020, two emerging organisational capabilities are identified: cooperation with customers and innovation of services and organisational processes. Furthermore, two factors referring to managerial skills are characterised in this kind of firms: leadership style and external relationships of top managers. The article emphasises on the importance of identifying these factors as key elements in order to prioritise effors when developing and adopting action plans towards them in service firms. This will lead such firms to boosting competitiveness and perceive themselves in an advantageous position in comparison to their rivals.

The article aims to describe about transformational leadership style. The methodology used to arrange this article is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Researcher find theories and make a conlclusion about the meaning of transformational leadership. Transformational leadership is how to influence subordinate to be properly motivated. On transformational leadership, there are some characteristic; idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. Transformational leadership style impact on organization structure, process of management and organization culture.

Employees are the most important, valuable and productive asset of an organization and retaining them is one of the toughest challenges for the managers. As the replacement cost of key employees involves huge turnover, there is a need to develop a fully integrative retention policy to tackle such type of problems. The objective of this study is to critically analyze the various works done in the field of employee retention and highlight factors responsible for employee departure and retention initiatives followed to retain them. As the study is descriptive in nature, a number of secondary sources are explored to synthesize the fragmented knowledge and present the literature review in a concise format. As the ever-changing technology, stiff competition, and globalization has brought human resources at the forefront in organizational roles, no organization wants to lose their talented employees. The literature review will present traditional retention techniques followed as well as contemporary techniques used to retain the employees. Also, more emphasis will be put on the factors such as leadership style of superiors, ability to exercise control with respect to decision-making and problem-solving, desire for career advancement and skills development, flexible working and ever increasing aspiration on retention of key employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The location of the study was conducted in MTs Asy-syafi’iyah Pinggir, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The subjects of this research are leadership directing and teacher performance. The objects of research are the teacher and the principal. In this case the researcher took a sample of 1 principal and 17 teachers. The researcher uses a total sampling technique or takes all subjects as a sample. To capture the data in this study, the researcher use several techniques, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The results showed that the implementation of leadership style influenced the quality of education in MTs Asy-Syafi'iyah Pinggir. The leadership style is often used by principals in MTs Asy-Syafi’iyah Pinggir is democratic leadership. Democratic leadership style is the style of leader who gives broad authority to subordinates. Whenever there is a problem always include subordinates as a whole team. In a democratic leadership style the leader provides a lot of information about the tasks and responsibilities of his subordinates. Teacher performance in MTs Asy-Syafi'iyah Pinggir that the performance of a teacher can be improved if there is a match between work and his expertise, as well as the placement of teachers in their assignments.

This study empirically examines the relationship between leadership, knowledge management, and teacher motivation by studying a boarding school. Specifically, this research tests whether leadership style has a mediating effect on the relationship between knowledge management and motivation. Based on the literature review, a theoretical framework for this study is established. A survey was employed to gather information from the teachers of a boarding school located in Solo city, Indonesia. This study employs SEM-PLS to estimate the empirical model. Knowledge management is found to have insignificant effect on leadership style. However, knowledge management and leadership are positively associated with teacher motivation. This research extends the literature on knowledge management by linking with teacher motivation and leadership style. The use of Islamic leadership style may also contribute to the existing literature.

In education, transformational leadership is a model of leadership that is used in classrooms. This is important since the principal serves as the school's boss. As founders, they are responsible for bringing their vision and purpose to life. The aim of this analysis is to ascertain the importance of transformational leadership in increasing teacher engagement and success as a motivating factor in education. This research employs a qualitative approach in conjunction with a literature review. The findings indicate that a principal's transformational leadership has the potential to transform an individual from the fundamental thoughts and behaviors that underpin their execution of their duties into an efficient leadership style that results in consistent performance and continues to increase.

The performance of organization can be seen to the extent of work productivity has been produced. Generally, productivity is defined as the influence between real  and physical  results with actual input. This study  discusses the influence of leadership style and intensive on motivation and its impact on performance in the Bungo District Livestock and Fisheries Office. Data were obtained using questionnaire and literature review methods, with 54 respondents. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive and statistical methods through path analysis. This study resulted in a leadership style, incentives, motivation and performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office, both for the leadership style with a score of 1930, for incentives with a score of 1438, for motivation with a score of 804 and performance at a score of 2342 in the very high category. Leadership style towards the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office has a direct or indirect influence with a value of 20.35%. The incentives for the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have a direct or indirect influence with a value of 0.205%.  The  leadership  style  and incentives for the  motivation  of the Bungo Regency  Animal  Husbandry  and  Fisheries  Office  have  a  direct  or  indirect influence with a value of 2.86%. There is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 1.43%. There is an incentive effect on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 2.65%. The leadership style and incentives for the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an influence of 2.471%. The influence of motivation  on  the  performance  of  the Bungo  District  Animal  Husbandry  and Fisheries Office is at 4.057%. Leadership styles and incentives through motivation on the performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an effect of 1.478%.

The ability to make ethical problem decisions is a requirement for nurses to carry out the professional nursing practice. Decision making is a systematic approach to resolve a problem. World Health Institution in 2017 identified 98.000 patients died every year because of bad decision making. One strategy in the transformation of organizations in health services today is empowerment. Empowerment is a leadership design that can influence a nurse in decision making. The study aims to know the influence of empowerment leadership on the nurse’s decision making. The method in this paper is a literature review. Search for research articles using a database of sciences from Google Scholar, Science Directs, Clinical Key and the final results found 10 articles to be reviewed. Results: 5 empowerment resources can be used by nurses in improving decision making. The empowerment that contains reward, coercive, expert, referent, and legitimate can be used by nurses in improving decision making Result: 5 sources of empowerment can be used by nurses in improving decision making. The empowerment that contains reward, coercive, expert, referent, and legitimate can be used by nurses in improving decision making. Empowerment leadership style can be an alternative way to improve the quality of nurse decision making. Reward and coercive can influence experience, an expert can influence facts and rational, a referent can affect intuition, and legitimate can affect authority.

Communication style and leadership of a leader is a key to improving the quality of the performance of its members to achieve success targets. Likewise with the Chief of the Indarto Resort Police, who managed to lead members of his police force until the Bekasi City Metro District Police succeeded in receiving various awards for his achievements. That's why the purpose of this research is to understand how Indarto's communication style and leadership style as the Police Chief in improving the performance of members of the Jakarta Bekasi City Police Precinct, and what things influence the implementation of Indarto's communication style as a leader. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature review. the informants in this study were selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data collected is analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style used by the Indarto Police Chief is the Acocratic style and Democratic Style. Whereas the communication style for Indarto Police Chief is the Controlling style, Dynamic style, and Reliquishing style
