The media is a tool that intersects in the process of teaching and learning for the achievement of educational goals in general and learning objectives in schools in particular. The media is also a means of transporting messages or information that is instructional or contain teaching purposes and is therefore called learning media. Many benefits can be taken from media management from what we know so far. The practical benefits of instructional media in the teaching and learning process are learning media that can clarify the presentation of messages and information so as to facilitate and improve the process and learning outcomes. The use of instructional media with multicam studio design using vmix can increase student motivation and can also affect student achievement or learning outcomes. It is expected that the results of this learning media will have an impact on increasing students in learning the basics of multimedia systems, as well as a question and answer activity to increase student activity in the learning process.

The success of learning objectives is determined by many factors including the factor of the teacher in implementing the teaching and learning process, because the teacher can directly influence, foster and improve student intelligence and skills. To overcome the above problems and to achieve educational goals to the fullest, the role of the teacher is very important and it is hoped that the teacher has a way / model of teaching that is good and able to choose the right learning model and in accordance with the concepts of the subject to be delivered. The problems that want to be studied in this study are: (a) How is the improvement of student learning achievement by applying the demonstration learning method? (b) What is the effect of demonstration learning methods on student motivation?

The media is a communication tool for teacher interaction with students which is a series of teaching and learning activities in schools. In the learning process the teacher has obstacles in conveying knowledge to students. The teacher needs media to be able to help attract the attention of students so that learning objectives are achieved. Picture card learning media can help teachers effectively achieve learning objectives in the teaching and learning process. This study applies a picture card learning media to students in class V SD Negeri 4 Tanjung Aman. The aim is to find out the improvement in student learning outcomes after the teacher applies the pictorial card learning media to fifth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Tanjung Aman. In this study using a design that is the Initial Test - The Final Group Single Test (The One Group Pretest - posttest). The learning outcomes in this study were obtained by the fifth grade students before and after the implementation of the pictorial card media, to find out the improvement in the learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Tanjung Aman. shows that the mean or posttest average is higher than the pretest. Mean posttest 62.22 and mean pretest 46.25, so there is an increase in learning outcomes after the application of the pictorial card media to fifth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Tanjung Aman.

Learning media is a tool that is used as a support for the implementation of learning to learn to learn to learn, ranging from book sources to other media, and researchers also provide learning media in the form of display board media to 4th grade students in SDN Panunggulan 2 as a learning media tool so that learning can run effectively. The display media itself is a medium that can be used to display images such as posters, and other small objects that are three-dimensional with this also as a support for student learning so that students can be used in learning and also seen directly by students. Therefore, researchers provided a media display in the form of this image to the 4th class on the material of ethnic diversity in Indonesia because in the material is still low learning results about VAT material diversity of ethnic groups in Indonesia and.the use of this media aims to help teachers and students in improving learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are changes in students including their behavior in real terms that are done through the teaching and learning process that is in accordance with the learning objectives and with the learning outcomes teachers are able to see the development that has been owned by the student.

This study discusses the use of instructional media in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education in Schools and Madrasas. Learning media is an important thing used by teachers to attract interest and foster student motivation in learning, especially Islamic religious subjects, so that students easily understand the material presented without feeling bored and tired of listening to the teacher's submission. With the aim that PAI learning materials can really be understood and practiced by students after being studied at school and madrasa. The method used in this research is a quantitative qualitative approach that is described descriptively. The findings state that the Rasulullāh sebagai as an excellent educator has also used various forms of media in conveying Islamic education to friends, so that friends are able to understand the teachings of Islam properly and correctly. The results of the study of the use of instructional media show that learning media can provide an increase in student motivation, greatly assisting teachers in implementing the teaching and learning process to achieve the objectives of a learning material. The use of instructional media is also able to provide a great influence in improving student learning outcomes in PAI learning in schools and madrasas.

Media in learning process is very intact because it will be supported from  the learning to be more easily exposed. Many experts say that with the media, it can help teachers and students in the learning process to be able and achieve the goals of the learning process. This research aimed it introducing and describing how the  preparation and utilization of the flash cards media are used by teachers in teaching English to young learners. This research was conducted at SDN Baros Mandiri 2 Cimahi. The method used in this research is the descriptive research in accordance with the case study that occurred. The source of the data was the English teacher and the subjects were the second grade students of SDN Baros Mandiri 2 Cimahi. Observation, interviews and documentation are the data collection techniques used in this research. The findings reveal that teachers use flash card media according to the material to be delivered to young learners. Based on the results of the research the flash card media can help facilitate teachers in the delivery of learning material, students are also more enthusiastic, excited and very happy to learn English and very influential in the teaching and learning process.  Keywords:  instructional media, utilization of instructional media, flash Card

This study aimed at revealing students’ level of cognitive domain depicted in learning objectives of the TOEFL subject matter. Using learning outcomes based analysis, this study further sought to investigate the attainable learning outcomes. The investigation covered an identification of learners’ cognitive level, in what level the learners’ cognitive skill is in relation to learning taxonomy and whether the learning outcomes was attainable or not. This study used two different data collection methods, they were textual analysis of learning outcomes and observation. The analysis referred to analyzing the currect syllabus used in TOEFL teaching and learning process while the observations were conducted during the learning process to find out the suitability between stated learning objectives and the learning activities carried out in the class as well as their relationship to the application of learning taxonomy. As a result, it was revealed that the the designed syllabus was not well formulated in terms of performance objectives. In relation to cognitive domain, the objectives did not use proper action verbs that it discouraged to unreachable learning outcome. In fact, the students’ cognitive level was at ‘understanding’ level that it could not achieve the outcome set in ‘applying’ level.

The importance of a technological approach to management is to be able to help the educational process that is in line with educational goals. By using learning media through google earth-based maps, able to overcome the problems faced by teachers in delivering material about social science subjects. The focus of this research is to describe the design of planning; implementation, and factors that support and hinder teachers in implementing learning. This research uses a qualitative approach and this research is descriptive in nature. In collecting data using methods of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study include: first, determining the type of learning media, making learning plans, paying attention to the learning objectives in choosing media, recognizing the characteristics of students and learning media; second, techniques for managing interactive classes, steps for presenting teaching material, and responding to student characteristics; and third, supporting factors include: madrasas provide facilities, adequate teacher quality, student interest in instructional media, student motivation, student seriousness to pay attention to the material, and its effect on student learning outcomes. While the obstacle is inadequate infrastructure, and the expertise of teachers has less experience in operating Google Earth media.

<p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Metode tugas terstruktur adalah metode pembelajaran yang mengembangkan kemandirian peserta didik, peran guru sebagai fasilitator, tutor dan teman belajar. Tugas terstruktur sebelum proses belajar mengajar dimaksudkan untuk memantapkan kaitan yang kuat antara rangsangan yang berupa materi pelajaran dengan respon yang berupa kesiapan belajar, sedangkan tugas sesudah proses belajar mengajar dimaksudkan agar kemampuan yang telah terbentuk dari belajar akan semakin kuat tertahan dalam diri siswa dan semakin bertahan lama. Tugas terstruktur sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar geografi siswa serta dapat memacu motivasi siswa untuk belajar. Hal ini didukung oleh pendapat Wa Ode Rahma(2018) bahwa hasil belajar siswa meningkat melalui pemberian tugas terstruktur. Perolehan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA 3 Kendari yang awalnya 56% dengan rata-rata nilai 67, mengalami peningkatan menjadi 81% dengan rata-rata nilai 76 dalam pencapaian ketuntasan KKM setelah melalui beberapa tahapan pemberian tugas terstruktur.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci:</em></strong><em> <strong>peranan; tugas terstruktur; hasil belajar</strong></em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Abstract: </em></strong><em>The structured task method is a learning method that develops student independence, the teacher's role as a facilitator, tutor and study partner</em><em>. Structured tasks before the teaching and learning process are intended to establish a strong link between stimuli in the form of subject matter with responses in the form of learning readiness, while the task after the teaching and learning process is intended so that the abilities that have been formed from learning will be stronger held in students and more durable. Structured assignments are very instrumental in improving student geography learning outcomes and can stimulate student motivation to learn. This is supported by the opinion of Wa Ode Rahma (2018) that student learning outcomes improve through the provision of structured assignments. </em><em>Students' learning outcomes at eleventh grade social science Senior High School 3 has significantly improved from 56 % with an average value of 67 to 81 % with an average value of 76 in achieving the Minimum Completeness Criteria after going through the several stages of structured assignment.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: role; structured task; learning outcomes</em></strong></p>

In digital era using the media resources and digital technology is not only necessary, but also vital. That is why it is recognized by many countries as one of the priorities of education reform. Today in educational process, teachers are using digital technologies and media resources to conduct lesson. In a result, the traditions of teaching and learning are changing and evolving. This article discusses the pedagogical opportunities of using digital technologies and media resources in education and the issues of their effective use in learning and teaching process. In this study examined the effectiveness and opportunities of teaching and learning through media resources. In addition, the issues of effective integration of digital technologies and media resources into the independent learning process of students were studied. The results showed that media resources increase students' motivation and interest in subjects and ensure learning efficiency. This is because the effectiveness of the learning process is directly related to the interest and motivation of learners to learn. Considering that media is interesting and attractive for everyone, the use of media in an educational process based on educational goals can be one of the best solutions to increase the motivation of students to learn. Due to media resources in the educational process, a new innovative method of teaching and learning practice was created, which will achieve the effectiveness of education by the fact that students learn at an individual pace, interact with the teacher when they need it, actively and willingly participate in the educational process.

Hadith is Everything that is based on the Prophet Muhammad PBUH from words, deeds, taqrir or nature. Educational tools are everything that serves to support the achievement of educational goals or anything that helps the implementation of education in achieving educational goals, both tools in the form of objects and non-objects. Whereas the media of education or learning is an object that can be sensed, especially vision and hearing, both inside and outside the classroom, which is used as a liaison tool (communication media) in the process of interaction in teaching and learning to improve the effectiveness of student learning outcomes. In the history of his life, the Prophet Muhammad PBUH being the Messenger of Allah also had a role as an educator who delivered and taught the message of the great Islamic religion. In the process of teaching the Messenger of Allah. has used tools and media in the form of objects or non-objects that helped him in educating students who at that time were early Muslims who in science terms Hadith known as the Companions of the Prophet. Recorded in the master books of the Prophet's Hadith, Muhammad PBUH have used several educational tools and media in the process of teaching to Muslims at that time known as the generation of friends in the term of Hadith science. The tools and media that were used by the Prophet Muhammad. is the person of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH itself then some things like silk and gold, sun, moon, pulpit, fingers, pictures and photos.
