The Gospel of Matthew is a part of the new covenant the presents the great commission of the Jesus. The great commission is the command of the Lord Jesus to the disciples and to all believers in all ages. The great commission becomes the foundation in carrying out educational actions for the world in which Jesus has provided instructions, methods and ways of implementing them. The great commission becomes the foundation of education especially Christian religious education. This paper aims to analyze theologically the objectives of Christian religious education based on Matthew 28: 19-20. In an effort to trace the intention used qualitative-descriptive research methods. The results obtained that the purpose of PAK based on Matthew 28: 19-20's exposure is to make disciples of all nations, baptize and teach them to do all the commands of the Jesus. Injl Matius merupakan salah satu bagian kitab perjanjian baru yang menyajikan amanat agung Tuhan Yesus. Amanat agung ialah perintah Tuhan Yesus bagi para murid dan kepada semua orang percaya di segala zaman. Amanat agung menjadi landasan dalam melaksanakan tindakan pendidikan bagi dunia yang di dalamnya Yesus telah memberikan petunjuk, metode dan cara pelaksanaannya. Amanat agung menjadi landasan  pendidikan khususnya pendidikan agama Kristen (PAK). Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalasis secara teologis tujuan pendidikan agama kristen (PAK) berdasarkan Matius 28:19-20. Dalam upaya menelusuri maksud tersebut digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa tujuan PAK berdasarkan paparan Matius 28:19-20 ialah memuridkan segala bangsa, membaptis dan mengajar mereka melakukan segala perintah Tuhan Yesus.

Leaders are very important for organizations and businesses. The various characters of leaders can determine the success of an organization due to their role and responsibility for planning, organizing, and decision-making of organizational strategies to achieve their goals. One of the leaders whose characteristic is quite interesting and possibly become our role models is Larry Page, a co-founder of Google Inc. The researchers used qualitative research methods by descriptive research in explaining Larry Page style of leadership in leading Google Inc. Result of this study shows that Larry Page has a very open and equal way of leading, making him a democratic and transformational leader for an instance Larry believe in crazy ideas of their employees since he believes that insane ideas could change the world whereas not all the leaders can trust their subordinate. To hear the ideas, Larry always encourages his subordinate to speak up at every opportunity and instantly give them constructive feedback.

This qualitative descriptive research aimed to describe in detail the meaning of the values of religion and expression of women's resignation batik workers in the struggle of the production process, and the factors that influence it. Research was taken place in Pekalongan city and data obtained through observation, interviews, and literary studies. The results showed that deep belief in God is the foundation of understanding of the value of religion in the world of work as well when they interact with the skipper and other workers. The expression of resignation is seen almost in all stages from raw material procurement, production to marketing. Surrender women sanggan also evident in labor relations and outside the employment relationship, which is due to the fact that the religious elite is skipper and social conditions of patriarchal religious culture.

Action-fantasy are some movie genres that has the most expansive franchises in film industry and tend to use cinematic music to correlate the atmosphere and emotions of the movie’s imaginary universe. The analysis of You See Big Girlis due to its majestic cinematic music arrangement, its suitability in accompanying the battle scene, and also can be enjoyed as an independent track despite of its role in accompanying the scene. This qualitative descriptive research aims to analyze the musical composition technique by describing the epic musical element. This research contains of literature study, discography, and observation as the research methods, along with the approach of Lehman and Derrick Werlé’sexamine on epic music to analyze the epic element. The result shows that the You See Big Girl is one of the various epic music with the use of battle and war instrument, as well as tension built gradually from a section to the following by the use of polyrhythm, marcato accent, big crescendo, sequence, sudden silence to ends the musical phrase, ostinato, and abstract theme, to portray a majestic, vibrant, war and battle scene, and the greatness through the music. Keywords: analysis, composition, animation, epic soundtrack, You See Big Girl

The purpose of this study is to (1) analyze the quality of learning during the pandemic, and (2) to analyze learning constraints during the pandemic. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The use of qualitative descriptive methods in the study aimed to describe phenomena that focused on interrelationships between activities. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling, which is based on provinces that have high cases of covid 19 in Indonesia. The quality of learning decreases because students do not have learning motivation. Many of the obstacles experienced during learning related to school unpreparedness relate to aspects of learning evaluation and affective. The quality of learning during the pandemic is largely determined by the optimization of information technology.

The realization of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil generated meaningful transformations in the host cities. These transformations brought concerns over the sustainability of a mega-sport event. The present study tried to understand the sustainability resulting from the World Cup in the city of Natal, Brazil, from the perspective of local public managers. This qualitative, descriptive research, whose data were inductively analyzed, used a semi-open interview composed of 24 semi-structured questions in order to obtain information from the public managers at local and state levels and who are linked to the event. As a result, the managers involved concluded that the 2014 World Cup in Natal did not serve sustainability neither leave any sustainable effects. It was also observed that the lack of sustainability was due to the lack of adequate planning and technical projects, as well as to the lack of organization and social participation in the preparation and follow-up of the works and actions necessary for its accomplishment. Among the propositions of new works, there is the recommendation to analyze how the public managers and the normative regulations are dealing with sustainability in the planning and in the projects for the realization of two other mega-sport events, the FIFA 2018 World Cup in Russia and the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Folklore is a story that originated in society and developed in society in the past which played an important role in the development of children's character learning in the form of moral values. The purpose of this study was to explain the moral values contained in folklore to improve character education. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Where all the data collected is based on books and other supporting document data. From the discussion of the Timun Mas folklore, there are eight prominent moral values, namely religious values, independent values, curiosity values, hard work values, responsibility values, honesty values, creativity, the value of the spirit of hard work. And from the research results, it can be concluded that the folklore of Timun Mas has many moral values that can be applied in the world of Education to shape character.

Abstract;                      Nurul Hikmah, (2019). Teacher performance class in organizing and developing learning devices in the state SDN KIP Maccini Makassar. Guided By Syarifuddin Cn Sida and Idawati.This study aims to study the performance of the teachers in developing and expanding learning devices in the state SDN KIP Maccini Makassar. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The location in this research is the state elementary school KIP Maccini Makassar. The types of data in this study are primary data obtained directly from the informant and secondary data in the form of documents relating to the issues and the research reports. The instruments in this research are own researchers and supporting data collection tools are interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study that the performance of teachers certified by SDN KIP MACCINI in the planning of learning received an average score of 18.32 in the category quite effective. The assessment showed that teachers certified by SDN KIP MACCINI were well-performing in the planning of learning. Keywords: teacher performance; Learning devices

Abstrak Nama adalah kata-kata yang menjadi identitas bagi benda, peristiwa, dan makhluk di dunia. Manusia hidup dalam relasi yang rumit dan beragam, untuk memudahkan penyebutan kemudian diberikan penamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis makna, jenis penamaan, dan komponen makna nama-nama makanan di sekitar kampus di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan semantik. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah nama-nama makanan yang berjumlah 19 data. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah pembuat dan penjual makanan kaki lima di sekitar kampus di Purwokerto. Tahap penyedian data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, antara lain (1) pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) penyajian data, dan (4) penarikan simpulan. Hasil dan pembahasaan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis makna yang ada dalam data adalah makna denotatif (5 data), makna konotatif (3 data), makna kontekstual (2 data), dan makna referensial (3 data). Jenis penamaan yang ditemukan adalah peniruan bunyi (1 data), penamaan sifat khas (2 data), penamaan tempat asal (1 data), penamaan bahan (1 data), penamaan keserupaan (1 data), penamaan pemendekan (1 data). Komponen makna yang ditemukan antara lain berdasarkan bahan yang digunakan, berdasarkan warna, berdasarkan bentuk, berdasarkan pembuatan, dan berdasarkan kemasan. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa penamaan makanan dapat ditelusuri dari tiga aspek, yaitu jenis, makna, dan komponen makanan dengan menerapkan pada aspek semantiknya. Kata kunci: nama makanan, makna, penamaan, sematik Abstract Names are words that become identities for things, events, and creatures in the world. Humans live in complex and diverse relationships, so that naming is given to facilitate the naming. This research aims to describe the types of meanings, types of naming, and components of the meaning of food names around the campus in Purwokerto. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This research uses a semantic approach. The data in this research are 19 food names. The data source in this research is the maker and seller of street food around the campus in Purwokerto. Data collecting stage uses interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) drawing conclusions. The results and discussion of this research indicate that the types of meanings contained in the data are denotative meanings (5 data), connotative meanings (3 data), contextual meanings (2 data), and referential meanings (3 data). The types of naming found are mimicking sounds (1 data), naming unique traits (2 data), naming origin (1 data), naming material (1 data), similarity naming (1 data), naming shortening (1 data). The meaning components that are found are based on the material used, based on color, based on shape, based on manufacture, and based on packaging. Based on this analysis, it was concluded that the naming of food can be traced from three aspects, namely the type, meaning and component of food by applying to its semantic aspects. The marriage vows spoken out through the wedding have existed for a long time. Even the first expression of love should always be remembered. The married couple, when undergoing problems in the household, must always remember the beautiful moments during the loving relationship to relieve conflicts between them. This is because people cannot erase mistakes, either intentionally done or not. This is the essence of this research, which focused on the ways to the Shangri-La marriage. Qualitative descriptive research methods were applied in this study by analyzing words, phrases and sentences in the novel Good Wives. The research found that the elements that must be owned by the couple are: phlegmatic attitude and anti-violence; responsibility and awareness of realizing their obligation; forgiving, implemented on the basis of the consideration that every human makes mistakes; and a sense of humor, an effort to cheer up life with the thought that there must be a balance in life, between tragedy and comedy, or sadness and happiness. Language expressions in Javanese culture that contain a warning to someone at the moment and will do an activity or work are often formulated with the word structure: yitna yuwana lena kena. The idea in the phrase is usually related to ethical values (moral philosophy) how one must be careful in speaking, behaving, and acting so that someone gets the safety of life in the world. Conversely, if someone is not careful in speaking, acting, and acting undoubtedly will get problems in his life. Ethical values in this novel relate to moral teachings to a woman so that she always has virtues, such as carrying herself well, must be able to hold back the passions, predict and consider things that are and will be faced, which are good and not good, and not permitted excessive behavior. Objective approach, qualitative descriptive research method and Javanese ethical theoretical conceptual framework from Franz Magnis Suseno is used to examine the text in the yitna yuwana lena kena language expression in the Gogroke Reroncen Kembang Garing’s novel. An ethical conceptual framework is used to assess the karma experienced by the main character. The assumption in this study says that the words, attitudes, and actions of someone who is careless and despicable will have an impact on suffering and misery.
