This research was accomplished by Nikmatul Husna, 2014422030, Department of Magister Management, 2014.2, with the title THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP TOWARD WORK SATISFACTION IN SMPN 1 BANUHAMPU KABUPATEN AGAM. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership toward work satisfaction in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 56 respondents by using random sampling technique, which determine samples by taking a sample randomly and use the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Based on hypothesis in this research, it is assumed that the influence of leadership significantly and positively influence the teachers’ work satisfaction in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The data analysis methods author used in this research are validity tes, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From analysis that have been done, author found that leadership variable (X1) is significantly and positively influence the satisfaction of teachers’ work, this is proven by the significant probability value of leadership is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05. From F test, it can be concluded that regression model can be use to predict the leadership which have significantly and positively influence toward teachers’ work satisfaction by the significant probability value is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05.

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of organizational communication toward work  satisfaction  in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 56 respondents by using random sampling technique,  which determine  samples by taking a sample randomly and use the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Based on hypothesis  in this research, it is assumed that the influence of organizational communication, significantly and positively influence the teachers’ work satisfaction  in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The data analysis methods author used in this research are validity tes, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From analysis that have been done, author found that effect of organizational communication variable (X) toward work satisfaction is significantly and positively influence the teachers’ work, this is proven by significant probability value of communication organization is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05. From F test, it can be concluded that regression model can be use to predict the organizational communication, which have  significantly and  positively  influence toward teachers’ work satisfaction by the significant probability value is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05.

The purpose of the research is identifying the influence of financial mindset and entrepreneurial mindset to personal finance. This is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The research’s respondents are eighty one (81) students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT. The sampling technique is random sampling with questionnaire as data collection method. The research instrument for financial mindset is adopted from “OTM The Knew Rules of Building Wealth (CNBC)’ by Rhodes (2010) and the entrepreneurship mindset’s instrument is adopted from ‘Building E-Businesses series and Personal finance’ by Spinela, Yang & Laster (2007). The results imply that both financial mindset and entrepreneurial mindset have significant and simultaneous influence to personal finance.

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation towards teachers’ performances in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 35 respondents by using census technique, which is a technique to determine sample by selecting data from all population and using quetionnaire as data collecting tool. Based on hypotheses in this research, it is assumed that work motivation has positive and significant impact toward teachers’ performance in SMA N 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The methods that author used in this research are validity test, reliability test, variable descriptiveanalysis, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From the analysis that has been conducted, author found that the work motivation variable has positive and significant impact to teachers’ performance, that has been proven by the significant probability value 0,005 which is smaller than 0.05. Then, from the result of F test, it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict that the work motivation has positive and significant impact on teachers’ performance that is equal to 0.005, which is much smaller than 0.05.

Abstract: Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family (household). Marriage life which is a goal that is desired by Islam. However, in reality, to realize these ideal goal, some couples have experience difficulties. If the problem cannot be resolved properly, it will lead to disputes and lead to divorce. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of young marriage and divorce rates and to determine the effect of young marriage on divorce rates at the Antapani Religious Court in Bandung. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling technique with 30 couples who filed for divorce at the Antapani Religious Court in Bandung. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach, namely descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. From the results of research that has been carried out that young marriage has a positive and significant effect on the divorce rate at the Antapani Religious Court in Bandung, which means that the younger the age of a person having a marriage, the higher the divorce rate. This will have a negative impact on a person's psychology, neglect of children and so on.Abstrak: Perkawinan adalah ikatan lahir dan batin antara seorang pria dengan seorang wanita sebagai suami istri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga (rumah tangga) yang bahagia dan kekal. Kehidupan perkawinan merupakan satu tujuan yang sangat diinginkan oleh Islam. Akan tetapi pada realitanya untuk mewujudkan tujuan yang ideal tersebut sebagian pasangan suami istri mengalami kesulitan. Apabila permasalahan itu tidak dapat diselesai­kan dengan baik, maka akan menimbulkan perselisihan dan berujung pada perceraian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor pernikahan usia muda dan tingkat perceraian serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh pernikahan usia muda terhadap tingkat perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Antapani Bandung. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan 30 pasangan yang mengajukan gugatan cerai di Pengadilan Agama Antapani Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yakni analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa pernikahan usia muda berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Antapani Bandung. Artinya bahwa semakin muda usia seseorang melakukan pernikahan maka semakin tinggi tingkat perceraian. Hal ini akan berdampak buruk bagi psikologis seseorang, penelantaran anak dan lain sebagainya.

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of student engagement on student achievement in the Faculty of Communication and Business, Telkom University. The aspects studied were cognitive engagement, emotional engagement and behavioral engagement in terms of student engagement. And the value of GPA for learning achievement. The method in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques with simple linear regression analysis. To collect the sample using incidental sampling technique through a questionnaire. This questionnaire was distributed to 361 students of the Faculty of Communication and Business Telkom University. From the results of tests conducted, it is found that there is a relationship between student engagement on learning achievement. Where this relationship is perfectly positive correlation. And there is no significant effect between student engagement on learning achievement.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine 1) How far the level of effectiveness of Arabica coffee farmer groups in Sangir Subdistrict, South Solok Regency. 2) How far the influence of internal factors on the effectiveness of Arabica coffee farmer groups in Sangir Subdistrict, South Solok Regency. 3) How far the influence of external factors on the effectiveness of Arabica coffee farmer groups in Sangir Subdistrict, South Solok Regency. The population in this study are farmers who are members of farmer groups who are trying to grow Arabica coffee in Sangir District, where there are 10 (ten) farmer groups with 166 members. Samples were calculated using the slovins formula with a total of 117 people. Sampling in the population using a multistage sampling technique, while to determine the number of research samples in each farmer group using proportional random sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, a number of conclusions can be made as follows 1) The effectiveness of the Arabica coffee farmer groups in Sangir Selatan, Solok Selatan sub-district can be seen from the first group productivity, which is carried out effectively enough so that it appears that members of the farmer groups are mutually help its members to grow their farming business. Second, member satisfaction, as a whole is carried out effectively enough so that it appears that members of the farmer group can enjoy their respective roles as group members and the role and function of the group in supporting needs and solving problems in trying to farm coffee. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the internal factors of the group had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the Arabica coffee farmer group in Sangir Subdistrict, South Solok Regency.   Keywords: Internal Group Factors, Group External Factors, Group Effectiveness   ABSTRAK                          Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui 1) Sejauhmana tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani kopi Arabika di Kecamatan Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan. 2) Sejauhmana pengaruh faktor internal terhadap efektivitas kelompok tani kopi Arabika di Kecamatan Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan. 3) Sejauhmana pengaruh faktor eksternal terhadap efektivitas kelompok tani kopi Arabika di Kecamatan Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petani yang menjadi anggota kelompok tani yang berusaha tani kopi Arabika di Kecamatan Sangir, dimana kelompok taninya yaitu sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) kelompok tani dengan anggota sebanyak 166 orang petani. Sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus slovins dengan jumlah sebanyak 117 orang. Penarikan sampel dalam populasi menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel bertahap (multistage sampling), sedangkan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel penelitian pada masing-masing kelompok tani dengan menggunakan  metode  proporsional random sampling.  Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan Analisis regresi linier berganda.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat dibuat beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut 1) Gingkat efektivitas kelompok tani kopi kopi arabika di kecamatan sangir kabupaten solok selatan dapat dilihat dari petama produktvitas kelompok, dimana secara kesleuruhan dilaksanakan dengan cukup efektif sehingga  terlihat bahwa anggota kelompok tani tersebut saling membantu anggotanya agar usaha taninya berkembang. Kedua Kepuasan anggota, secara keseluruhan dilaksanakan dengan cukup efektif sehingga terlihat bahwa anggota kelompok tani tersebut dapat menikmati peran mereka masing-masing sebagai anggota kelompok maupun peran dan fungsi kelompok dalam menunjang kebutuhan serta menyelesaikan masalah dalam berusaha tani kopi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan faktor internal kelompok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kelompok tani kopi arabika di Kecamatan Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan.   Kata Kunci : Faktor Internal Kelompok, Faktor Eksternal Kelompok, Efektivitas Kelompok

The purpose of this research is to know about students problem solving ability between students who implemented metacognitive strategy and conventional strategy,  to know about students problem solving ability between student who have high perception, medium perception dan low perception in mathematics, and to know about interaction between of strategy and perception. This research is quasy experimental. The population of this research were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Karangreja year 2014/2015. The sample of this research were 2 class which is 63 students with cluster random sampling technique. Data analysis is used descriptive analysis dan two ways Anava or F-test. The result of this research showed that: The problem solving ability of experiment class better than control class  that is ; The problem solving ability of student who have high perception is better than medium and low perception, the problem solving ability of students who have medium perception is equal with low perception  that is , and there is no interaction between of strategy and level of perception in problem solving ability  that is .

This study aims to: 1) analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on motivation 2) analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction, 3) analyze the influence of motivation on job satisfaction, 4) analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction through motivation. The research was conducted at PT CIPTA TPI (MNCTV) with a sample of 92 employees. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results show that: 1) there is an influence of leadership and work environment on motivation, 2) there is an influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction, 3) there is an effect of motivation on job satisfaction, 4) motivation does not play a role in improving leadership and work environment on job satisfaction at PT CIPTA TPI (MNCTV).

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of archival and computer training on increasing the effectiveness of work in Duren Jaya Bekasi Urban Village. The method used in this research is using quantitative descriptive analysis involving all employees of Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi using random sampling technique with proportional random sampling of 35 (thirty five) people. Data collection technique used is questionnaire method supported by documentation method. Data analysis technique used is double linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant positive influence between the Archives Training on the effectiveness of the employee's work in Duren Jaya Bekasi Sub-district (2) There is a significant positive influence between the Computer Training on the effectiveness of the employee in Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi (3) There is a significant positive influence between the Archives and Computer Training on the effectiveness of the employees of Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi. Skills in managing archives and computers can make the effectiveness of employment Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi more increased. The results of this study indicate that archival and computer training has an influence of 82.6% towards increasing employee effectiveness. Keywords: filing, computer and work effectiveness.
