The purpose of this research was to determine (1) ) the relationship between cohesiveness with social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang state University, (2)The relationship between achievement motivation and social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang State University, (3) The relationship between cohesiveness and achievement motivation with social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang State University. The instrument of this research are social loafing scale with validity coefficient from 0,326 up to 0,623 and reliability of 0,876, cohesiveness scale with coefficient validity from 0,313 up to 0,714 and reliability of 0,773 and achievement motivation scale with coefficient validity from 0,313 up to 0,714 and reliability of 0,893. Data analysis of this research using multiple corelation . The result showed that there was a relationship between cohesiveness and achievement motivation with social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang State University, with Fstatistic>Ftable(23,965 > 7,71), p-value = 0,000 (p-value < 0,01), r value = 0,287 , and R square value = 0,287 or 28,7%. Partially, there was a negative and significant relationship between cohesiveness and social loafing, with rxy= -0,532 (p-value 0,000<0,01). The effective contribution of self cohesiveness towards social loafing was 28%, while the contribution of achievement motivation with social loafing was 10%.

The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between secure attachment with achievement motivation,  the relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation, and the relationship between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement motivation in adolescents students. The population of this research was students of class X, XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. The sample was 103 students were take by stratified random sampling technique. This study used secure attachment scale, autonomy scale, and achievement motivation scale. Double regression analysis showed FCOUNT  33, 482 with  p = 0,000 (p0,005). The result indicate that there was significant correlation between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement. Patrially, there is a significant relationship secure attachment with achievement rxy = 0,365 with  p 0,01 and there is a significant relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation  rxy = 0,361 with  p 0,01. R2 square value was 0, 527 it means that secure attachment and autonomy simultaneously contribute 52,7% toward achievement motivation.

Teachers begin to experience symptoms of fatigue due to heavy workload characterized by working ineffectively in the classroom so that the interest of the students declined. This study aims to test whether there is relationship between self-regulation and burnout in teachers. The population was junior high school’s teacher. This study use population research, where all the population used as a sample. Researchers use all certified teachers in the school, participants are 35 teachers. The approach used is quantitative method. Data collected using self-regulation and burnout scales, and analyzed using pearson product moment correlation test. The results obtained from this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between self-regulation with burnout in teachers. Significant relationships are seen from the p-value of 0.017 and r value of -0.401. The r value indicates that the relationship between the two variables have a negative direction, meaning that the higher of self-regulation, the lower of burnout. Individual’s good self-regulation be able to cope stress and emotions, because of burnout arising drag on stress experienced by the individual.Abstrak: Guru mulai mengalami gejala kelelahan akibat beban kerja yang berat yang ditandai dengan kurang bekerja efektif didalam kelas sehingga minat kepada peserta didik menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan burnout pada guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian populasi, dimana semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan semua guru yang sudah sertifikasi di sekolah tersebut yang berjumlah 35 orang guru. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala regulasi diri dan burnout, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasional pearson product moment. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara regulasi diri dengan burnout pada guru. Hubungan yang signifikan tersebut dilihat dari nilai p sebesar 0,017 dan nilai r sebesar -0,401. Nilai r tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel memiliki arah negatif, artinya semakin tinggi regulasi diri maka semakin rendah burnout. Regulasi diri yang baik yang dimiliki individu akan mampu mengatasi stres dan emosi dalam dirinya, karena burnout timbul akibat stres yang berkepanjangan yang dialami individu.

Motivation crucially influences the willingness to play online games. Game motivation can affect players’ flow experience and player’s companionship with their game roles or avatars. However, the relationship among game motivation, flow experience, and companionship is unclear; therefore, designing online games that improving the playing experience is difficult. This study chose online pet games as study samples, and this study used a game motivation scale, flow experience scale, and the Companionship Scale of Artificial Pets to identify the relationship among game motivation, flow experience, and companionship. According to 216 valid questionnaire responses, this study demonstrated that (a) game motivation for online pet game players was primarily immersion and achievement, (b) compared with achievement motivation, immersion motivation had a greater influence on flow experience and the development of player companionship with online pets, and (c) players with immersion and achievement motivation had a substantially enhanced flow experience and companionship with their online pets.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between achievement motivation and parental encouragement of adolescent girls in district Anantnag. The study was descriptive-correlational in nature and the data were collected using achievement motivation scale and parental encouragement scale through survey method. The sample of the study was 200 adolescent girls selected through random sampling technique. A significant positive relationship was found between achievement motivation and parental encouragement of adolescent girls. The study revealed significant difference on achievement motivation and parental encouragement among private and government adolescent girls in district Anantnag. Private school adolescent girls have higher achievement motivation and parental encouragement as compared to government school adolescent girls.

The paper discusses areas of research of volunteering and the determinants of willingness for volunteer activities in young people.We present outcomes of an empirical study of psychological characteristics both in students who are willing to volunteer and in those who are not.The study involved 105 second- and third-year students of psychology (59%) and management (41%) departments of two universities in Moscow (Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Moscow State University of Psychology and Education).The subjects were aged 19-22 years, with an average age of 19,8 years; 76% were females.The following techniques were used in the study: the altruism questionnaire (by O.F.Potemkina), the social empathy measure (by A.Mehrabian and N.Epstein, Russian adaptation by Yu.M.Orlov and Yu.N.Emelyanov), and the questionnaire of volunteer willingness developed specially for the study.The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in the willingness to volunteer and in the level of empathy and altruism among psychology students and manager students.The paper discusses the relationship between altruism, empathy indicators and willingness to participate in volunteer.

The paper provides results of research on academic and sports motivation of student-athletes and students who do not participate in sports. The study was carried out in the period from May 2019 to February 2020 in Perm State University. It engaged 140 students: 70 involved in sports and 70 not involved. The average age of the interviewees was M = 19.85. The following methods were used to study the students’ educational and sports motivation: Self-Efficacy Scale (as adapted by D.S. Kornienko, A.Ya. Fominykh); Self-Efficacy to Regulate Exercise (as adapted by D.S. Kornienko, A.Ya. Fominykh); Sports Motivation Scale (as adapted by D.S. Kornienko, A.Ya. Fominykh); Scale of Academic Motivation (as adapted by T.O. Gordeeva). The results of the study show that students who are not involved in sports have more pronounced types of academic motivation, such as cognitive and achievement motivation. Student-athletes are more strongly motivated than non-athletic students in such types of motivations as positive emotions, improvement, learning, achievement, approval. Student-athletes have a higher level of sportsmanship and overall self-efficacy than non-athletic students. Some correlations between sports and academic motivation within groups have been found. In the group of student-athletes, a negative correlation was found between the motivation for excellence in sports and the motivation for self-esteem in learning. As for non-athletic students, external motivation is linked to approval motivation. The positive correlation of achievement motivation with emotions and cognition has been established.

This research was carried out to PMI KSR students in Padang State. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between Self Regulation and Academic Procrastination at Students of the Voluntary Corps of the Indonesian Red Cross (KSR PMI) at Padang State University. The population in this study was the 2014 PMI KSR students who were still active in the organization. The research subjects used Purposif sampling technique. Sampling technique with certain considerations. Measuring instrument used is the self-regulation skla researchers collated based on the theory proposed in 2014 and Procrastination Purnawasari the researchers collated based on the theory proposed by Gufron 2010. Data analysis methods were used to test the hypothesis in this research is by using correlation product moment(person)which shows that r = -0,378 with a value of p = 0.016, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the relationship between self-regulation and the 2014 KSR PMI student procrastination at Padang State University. Means the research hypothesis is accepted. The effective contribution of the self-regulation variable with the 2014 PMR KSR student academic procrastination in Padang is 14%.

ABSTRAKWarga binaan remaja memiliki hambatan dan tentangan yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan remaja normal lainnya. Mereka lebih beresiko mengalami gangguan psikologis selama di LPKA, oleh karena itu Adversity Quotient menjadi salah satu aspek yang penting dimiliki warga binaan remaja dalam menghadapi hambatan tersebut. AQ dipengaruhi oleh daya saing, produktivitas, kreativitas, motivasi, dan belajar. Motivasi merupakan aspek yang masih jarang diberikan kepada warga binaan remaja, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan adversity quotient pada warga binaan remaja di LPKA kelas II Sukamiskin Bandung.Rancangan peneliti an ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Adversity response profile (ARP) quick take untuk mengukur adversity quotient dan instrumen motivasi berprestasi dengan rentang nilai validitas 0,316-0,751 dan nilai reabilitas 0,926 untuk mengukur motivasi berprestasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi untuk analisis univariat dan uji spearmen-rank  untuk analisis bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 47 responden mempunyai motivasi berprestasi yang rendah ( 56% ) serta 52 (61,9%) responden  mempunyai adversity quotient yang sedang. Analisis korelasi Spearmen – rank  menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan adversity quotient dengan nilai r = 0,724 dan p value = 0,00.Simpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan adversity quotient yang bersifat positif dengan tingkat keterikatan yang kuat dan signifikan.Pendekatan keperawatan melalui model ARCS serta dikolaborasikan dengan terapi kognitif merupakan intervensi keperawatan yang bisa digunakan dalam membantu meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan adversity quotient pada warga binaan remaja. Kata kunci       : adversity quotient, motivasi berprestasi, warga binaan remaja ABSTRACTJuvenile inmates have obstacles and challenges are greater than normal teenager, they are more at risk of psychological disorders during in LPKA. Adversity quotient is important aspect for juvenile inmates in period of custody. AQ affected by competitiveness, productivity, creativity, motivation, and learning process. Motivation is one of the aspects that still not adequately given to the adolescent in period of custody yet, so that the aim of this study is to see the relationship between achievement motivation and adversity quotient among juvenile inmates at  LPKA class II Sukamiskin Bandung. The method that used in this study is descriptive correlative with total sampling technique and total respondent are 84 adolescent. This study used Adversity Response Profile (ARP) quick take to measure adversity quotient and achievement motivation instrument as the instrument with the range of validity between 0,316 – 0,751 and reliability value 0,926 to measure achievement motivation. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution to analyze univariate and spearman-rank test to analyze bivariate. Result of this study showed that 47 (56%)  respondents have low achievement motivation and 42 (61,9%) respondents have moderate adversity quotien Spearmen-rank analysis showed that the relationship between achievement motivation and adversity quotient with r value = 0.724 and p value = 0.00.This study conclude that there is relation between achievement motivation and adversity quotient positively with strong and significant bond. Nursing approach by using ARCS model collaborated with cognitive therapy can be used as nursing intervention to increase achievement motivation and adversity quotient in adolescent in period of custody. Keyword : adversity quotient, achievement motivation, juvenile inmates

The number of patiens undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Waled General Hospital Cirebon in 2018 amounted to 77 patients. Patients with cronic kidney disease who underwent hemodialysis at Waled General Hospital Cirebon experience Menstrual Changes. The purpose of this study was to determine Relationship Long Time Of Hemodialyisis Therapy With Menstrual Changes Of Cronic Kidney Disease Patient who Undergoing Hemodialysis at Waled General Hospital Cirebon. This research used descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. The population of the study was55 female patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy from December 2019 to February 2019. A total of 48 respondens participated as the sample by using Purposive Sampling tecniques. The documentation sheet and questionnaires were attempted as the instrument of study and data were analyzed by using chi square (x2).The study was held in RSUD Waled Hospital Cirebon. On 2nd – 6th July, 2019. The results of the study obtained r value of 0.707 and< α H0 rejected. It showed there was an relationship long time of hemodialyisis therapy with menstrual changes of cronic kidney disease patient who undergoing hemodialysis at Waled General Hospital Cirebon ( p value = 0.027, α = 0.05 r = 0,707). The long time of hemodialysis therapy affects the menstrual cycle changes can occur due to the presence of hyperprolactinemia so that the changes that occur can be secondary amenorrhea.

This article aims to determine the relationship between creativity, self efficacy and student entrepreneurship intent of Faculty of Economics (FE), State University of Jakarta (UNJ) This research uses survey method with correlation approach.The results showed that there is a significant correlation between creativity, self efficacy and intent entrepreneurship of FE UNJ students where the result of calculation of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,635 and F count (F Change) = 49,785, and p-value = 0,000 <0,05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,404 , which implies that creativity (X1) and self efficacy (X2) together influence 40.4% of entrepreneurship intentions (Y).  Keywords: Creativity, Self Efficacy,  Entrepreneurship Intention
