This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance through discipline and work motivation. The sampling technique used is the census because the sample under study is the whole of the population. As many as 70 employees of PPSU Duren Sawit. The analytical tool used path analysis. The results showed the variable discipline and motivation significantly cannot mediate the direct relationship of leadership style to employee performance, leadership style directly and insignificant influence on employee performance and leadership style directly influence And significant to discipline, leadership style has direct and significant influence to motivation, discipline has direct and insignificant effect on employee performance and motivation to directly and insignificantly affect employee performance

The problem in this study, first is whether there is an influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on morale. Second, whether there is an influence of leadership style, compensation and work spirit together or partially on employee performance. This study aims to find answers to the problem formulation. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach that is associative. This study will explain the relationship of influencing and influenced by the variables to be examined, namely the influence of leadership style and compensation to work morale and its impact on employee performance and does not violate the law, morals, and ethics. The population was 130 respondents, which were sampled in this study were 99 respondents to represent the population of OKU District Panwaslu staff. The sampling technique used in this study is the simple random sampling technique, which is the research sample taken using simple random methods. Analyzing the data in this study used path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study concluded the first positive and significant influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on work morale. Second, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, compensation and working spirit together or partially on the performance of employees in the Oversight Panwaslu Office in OKU Regency. Researchers still suggest that the Panwaslu leadership should pay attention to compensation, encouragement and motivation so that employee performance increases

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on compensation; the influence of leadership style on employee performance; the effect of compensation on employee performance and the influence of leadership on performance through compensation in the Sub-Department of Highways Administration of South Jakarta Municipality. The population in this study amounted to 260 employees, using Simple Random Sampling. The sample collected are 72 respondents. The analysis method used in this research are descriptive method and Path Analysis. The results showed that leadership style has no significant effect on compensation; The leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on performance; compensation has a positive and significant effect  on performance, and leadership style has a positive and significant influence on performance through compensation.

<p>          <em>This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee rotation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable (Empirical Study on KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas). The sample in this study was 70 employees obtained by purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis techniques.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that organizational culture and employee rotation directly affect employee performance at the KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas. Work motivation is proven as a mediating variable between organizational culture and employee performance.</em><em>Abstrak Bahasa Inggris</em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan rotasi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi (Studi empiris pada KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 pegawai yang didapatkan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan rotasi pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas secara langsung. Motivasi kerja terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai.</p>

This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

This study aims to examine the influence of Compensation, Work Motivation and Discipline to Performance Employee in Muria Kudus University.The research was conducted by using survey methods to Employees Administrative in Muria Kudus University and analyzed by using regression analysis. The samples in this study were taken 45 people with a view to facilitate researchers in conducting research. While sampling technique used in this study using purposive sampling technique in which the sample collection elements are included in the sample was done on purpose, provided that the sample is representative or representative of the population. The results showed that the variable compensation, motivation and discipline work simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value (Fhitung = 23.705)> (F table = 2.84) and the value of [pvalue (Sig.) = 0.000)] <0.05. based this conclusion it is suggested that leaders can manage the three variables toward the repair or improvement of employee performance.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style and employee engagement on employee performance at Bank BJB branch of South Tangerang.  The method used is descriptive quantitative, survey, with questionnaire, and with the technique of path analysis. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data obtained using a measurement tool in the form of a questionnaire was processed using SPSS 25, to know the effect of each variable. Data analysis methods used, partial regression analysis and multiple regression combined with path analysis to further clarify the relationship between variables. The results of this study showed that there is: negative and insignificant direct effect between Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance, obtained path coefficient of 0.258 with a significance of t of 0.595. The positive and significant direct effect between the Leadership Style variable on the Employee Engagement variable, obtained a path coefficient of 0.505 with a significance T of 0.000. The effectiveness of the leadership style of a leader depends on factors of organizational culture, authority possessed, goals, ability to influence, both formal and informal. Attachment or involvement of subordinates influences very significantly on organizational performance, and good performance is a performance that follows procedures according to established standards, and with several criteria in order to increase productivity therefore it is expected to run in accordance with what is desired..

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.
