The productivity of employee performance can be determined by the conditions of the work environment. This of course will affect the success of the agency in determining its goals. The research objective was to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of the employees of Abdurachman Saleh University (Unars). Quantitative research methods with a population of 66 UNARS employees and saturated sampling technique so that the sample is also 66 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed using t test, determinant test and simple regression model using SPSS 22. The results showed a simple regression model Y = -2.7596 + 0.622X. Work environment (X) has a significant effect on the performance of UNARS employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and competence on the performance of employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Nganjuk Regency. In this study using quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique. The population in this study were employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Nganjuk Regency, amounting to 42 people. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test and F-test. The results showed that work discipline and competence had a positive but not partially significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance and work discipline, work environment, competence had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakay dan Desa Kabupaten Nganjuk yang berjumlah 42 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji-t dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Work environment is one of the factors that affect employee performance. If the environment around the workplace gives an uncomfortable impression, employees feel lazy to work. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, competence to employees of PT. Sinar Mas Land, Tbk in Tangerang. Population and sample are all employees of HR division of PT. Sinar Mas Land a total of 30 people. Sampling technique using saturated samples. <em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. <em>The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. This research aim is to know the influence which is significant from work environment variable to employees performance at PT Mitra Global holiday, Jimbaran Bali. Respondents were all employees which is total amount to 52 respondents and the sampling tehnique using purposive sampling, such as sampling technique with specific consideration. Type of data used qualitative and quantitative which we derived from the premiere and secondary data. The method used to gather the information were interviews, library, research questionary and observation. The analysis technique is descriptive analysis, likert scale, correlation, determination, regression and t-test analysis. Based on the correlation analysis, its clear that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is equal to 0,804. It is mean that there’s be strong relationship influence between work environment of employees performances at PT Mitra Global Holiday Jimbaran Bali. The more conducive of work environment the better the performance of employees. Mean while, from the determination method of 64,4 percent stated that the work environment has the effect of 64.6 percent and the remaining 35,4 percent were caused by other factors. According to regretion analysis the result have t-count 9,559 > t-table 2,40 states that the influence of work environment have relation with enthusiasm of employees at PT Mitra Global Holiday, Jimbaran- Bali.

<p><em>This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 24.4%. There is a positive correlation between leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.494 (very high).</em><em></em></p>

This study was to determine the effect of Operating Costs (ROA), level of capital adequacy (CAR), and Liquidity (QR) to Profitability (ROA) at the Islamic Banks in 2011-2014. This study used quantitative research methods. Source of research data are secondary data from the quarterly financial statements of Islamic Banks in 2011 to 2014 were obtained from the website. This study using path analysis because there are two models of the equation (substructure) with IBM SPSS application program. Purposive sampling technique is used to determine number of sample. The sample was seventh quarterly financial statements Islamic Bank (BRI Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Panin Syariah, BCA Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, and Maybank Syariah) from 2011 to 2014, each bank was obtained 16 financial statements in order to obtain 112 data. The results of this study indicate that the Operating Costs (ROA), level of capital adequacy (CAR), and Liquidity (QR) had an influence on profitability (ROA). There are also indirect influence between the level of capital adequacy (CAR) to Profitability (ROA) through Liquidity (QR), the liquidity position (QR) as the weakening of the influence.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), inflation, and unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia. In this study only 14 years were taken. This research uses quantitative research methods. The technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling, which is a deliberate sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is secondary. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the analysis of classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypotheses. The formulation if the problem of the influence of MSME growth on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of inflation on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia, the influence of MSME, inflation and, unemployment rates on economic growth in Indonesia. Partial results (T test) the influence of MSME (X1) of 0.010 <0.05, inflation (X2) of 0.029 <0.05, unemployment (X3) of 0.013 <0.05 and a significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. F test results (Simultaneous) showed a significant value of 0.007 <0.05 meaning that MSME, inflation, and unemployment simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Then from the R-square test results of 0.656 or 65.6%. The magnitude of these results can be explained by the MSME variables,
