ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengetahuan investasi di pasar modal dan motivasi yang rendah dikalangan mahasiswa FEBI UNSUR sedangkan Pasar Modal Syariah telah gencar mempromosikan produk-produk investasi. Matakuliah yang berkaitan dengan pasar modal syariah belum diaplikasikan oleh mahasiswa FEBI UNSUR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan investasi dan motivasi terhadap minat investasi di Pasar Modal Syariah pada Mahasiswa FEBI UNSUR. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil uji t statistik, pengetahuan investasi diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,699 > 0,05 dengan hasil perhitungan SE X1 sebesar -0,84%. Hal ini berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan pengetahuan investasi terhadap minat investasi. Lalu hasil uji t statistik motivasi diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan hasil perhitungan SE X2 sebesar 77,88%. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap minat investasi. Kemudian, secara simultan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi hal itu diketahui dari nilai uji Fhitung 137.247 > 3,11 Ftabel dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menghasilkan R Square sebesar 77% hal ini berarti pengetahuan investasi dan motivasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 77% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by knowledge of investment in the capital market and low motivation in FEBI UNSUR students while the Islamic Capital Market has been aggressively promoting investment products. Subject related to the Islamic capital market have not been applied by FEBI UNSUR students. This study aims to determine how much influence investment knowledge and motivation on investment interest in the Islamic Capital Market in FEBI UNSUR students. This study uses a quantitative approach with associative descriptive method. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the t test, investment knowledge obtained a significance value of 0.699 > 0.05 with SE X1 calculation results of -0.84%. This means that there is no significant effect of investment knowledge on investment interest. The results of the motivational statistical t test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with the results of the SE X2 calculation of 77.88%. This means that there is a significant effect of motivation on investment interest. Simultaneously the two variables have a significant effect on investment interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The calculation of the coefficient of determination produce an R Square of 77%, this means that investment knowledge and motivation contribute 77% while the rest is influenced by other factors

This article contains a description of tolerance in students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection using tolerance instruments. The research sample consisted of 120 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi and 64 students identified who were affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah religious organizations. The results of this study are first that the tolerance of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi is in the high category. Second, profiles of the aspect of tolerance consist of aspects of equality, respect for differences, and peace. Third, the results of the t-test indicate that there is no significant difference in the tolerance of students who are affiliated with the religious organizations of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The results of this study can be used as consideration for developing peace counseling and developing multicultural guidance and counseling program in Madrasah.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Non-Performing Financing on mudharabah and murabaha financing on the level of profitability and want to know the dominant variables that simultaneously influence the level of profitability at the Sharia xxx Bank. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. Data collection is derived from financial statements. The method used to test hypotheses is to use multiple regression analysis techniques, t test, f test, coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed: Based on the results of the t test (partial) which showed that the significance value of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) mudharabah financing was -1,761 with a significance probability of 0.220 which means it was greater than the α value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Non-Performing Financing (NPF) mudharabah financing has a negative and partially significant effect on profitability (ROA) at the Sharia xxx Bank. And the results of the t test (partial) which shows that the significance value of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) murabaha financing is 2,422 with a significance probability of 1.36 which means it is greater than the α value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Non-Performing Financing (NPF) murabaha financing has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA) at the Sharia xxx Bank. And the dominant variable simultaneously influencing the level of profitability at the Sharia xxx Bank is the Performing Financing (NPF) of murabahahyakni financing at 1.36.

Presenter is a person whose job is to bring and convey information, or a narrative in a television program. Interest is defined as a feeling of liking or pleasure as well as feeling attracted to an object or activity without instructions and usually there is a tendency to look for the object that you like. Tonight Show is a NET TV talk show hosted by four presenters. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are members of the Tonight Mania community Whatsapp group. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that there is a strong influence from the Tonight Show host on the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania Community. This is shown by the results of the correlation coefficient test of 0.691 and the influence of 47% obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination test. Based on simple linear regression testing, the results show that the Tonight Show host gives a positive value to the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania community, and based on the results of the t test, the results show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Presenter adalah orang yang bertugas untuk membawakan serta menyampaikan sebuah informasi, atau narasi dalam sebuah program televisi. Minat diartikan sebagai rasa suka  atau  senang serta rasa tertarik terhadap suatu objek atau aktivitas tanpa adanya suruhan dan biasanya muncul kecenderungan untuk mencari objek yang disenangi tersebut. Tonight Show merupakan sebuah acara talkshow NET TV yang dipandu oleh empat pembawa acara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden yang tergabung dalam grup Whatsapp komunitas Tonight Mania. Berdasarkan peneltian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dari pembawa acara Tonight Show terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada Komunitas Tonight Mania. Hal itu ditunjukan dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,691 serta adanya pengaruh sebesar 47% yang didapatkan dari hasil uji koefesien determinasi. Berdasarkan pengujian regresi linear sederhana didapatkan hasil bahwa pembawa acara Tonight Show memberikan nilai positif terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada komunitas Tonight Mania, serta berdasarkan hasil dari uji t didapatkan hasil bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

The purpose of this research is to know the teacher's knowledge  on the disaster management of haze by Early childhood education teachers in Sail Pekanbaru district. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Based on research conducted by researchers conducted in Sail Pekanbaru Sub-district consisting of 47 subjects consisting of 8 PAUD institutions, it was concluded that the teachers in the Sail district have a very good knowledge in the disaster management of haze. Based on the results of knowledge research teachers by Early childhood education Se-Kecamatan Sail as a whole, is a percentage of 82.71% consisting of three indicators namely: knowing, understanding and implementing/application. As for each indicator has a percentage, the indicator knows 85.11%, the indicator understands 83.69% and apply/application with a percentage of 81.34%. Data collection technique that is done through primary data is done directly by researchers by using poll test. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan guru tentang manajemen bencana kabut asap oleh guru PAUD Se-Kecamatan Sail Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Sail Pekanbaru yang terdiri dari 47 subyek yang terdiri dari 8 lembaga PAUD, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa guru PAUD Se-Kecamatan Sail memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat baik dalam hal manajemen bencana kabut asap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengetahuan guru PAUD Se-Kecamatan Sail secara keseluruhan yaitu mendapat persentase 82,71% yang terdiri dari tiga indikator yaitu: mengetahui, memahami dan menerapkan/aplikasi. Adapun setiap indikator memiliki persentase, indikator mengetahui 85,11%, indikator memahami 83,69% dan menerapkan/aplikasi dengan persentase 81,34%. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui data primer yaitu dilakukan secara langsung oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan tes angket.

This study aims to analyze the Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery program in supporting student independence his study uses a quantitative approach and the type of True-Experimental Design-posttest Only Control Design, in the sense that researchers can control all variables that influence the course of the experiment, through data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, validity tests, and confidence tests. The results showed that through a program carried out at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery at STIE Nganjuk, it could increase students' independence in trading shares in the capital market.

Abstrak. Pokok masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kegiatan User Education bagi Mahasiswa Baru sebagai pemustaka dalam mengakses sumber-sumber informasi (resources). Kegiatan User Education diukur oleh tiga sub variabel yaitu pengetahuan mengenai berbagai sumber informasi, pemanfaatannya, dan kedisiplinan pemustaka. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah  mahasiswa baru  FPMIPA Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Teknik sampling menggunakan Purposive Random Sampling, dengan rumus Yamane. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 88 orang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala Likert yang dibagi menjadi 5 kategori. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan User Education dapat digambarkan bahwa pengetahuan mengenai sumber-sumber  pada mahasiswa baru FPMIPA dalam kategori cukup baik, untuk pemanfaatan sumber-sumber oleh mahasiswa baru  FPMIPA dalam kategori cukup baik, dan untuk kedisiplinan pemustaka pada mahasiswa baru FPMIPA dengan kategori baik. Kata Kunci  : UserEducation, Pemustaka, Resources, Kedisiplinan, Pengetahuan.Abstract. Background to the present study is the knowledge of students to maximize their search to find information from the resources available. Issue to the topic of discussion includes facts on interrelation between User Education and accesibility. User Education is measured by three  variables, namely user's knowledge on resources, benefiting of the resources, and user disciplinary. The population of this study is all newly Enrolled Student of FPMIPA, Indonesia University of Education batch of 2014 academic year, with samples taken as many as 88 students. Sampling techniques used is  Purposive  Random   Sampling   with   Yamane  Formula.   The   research   method  used  descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used questionnaires with closed Likert scale of five categories. In terms of user'sused  descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used questionnaires with closed Likert scale of five categories. In terms of user's resources knowledge on resources of the newly enrolled student FPMIPA  falls into the category of sufficient when benefiting the resources. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the quality of items about odd Semester Final Exam Subjects of Electrical Maintenance of Class XI Motorcycle Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Bumiratu Nuban Academic Year 2018/2019. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses the documentation method, to obtain test questions and answer keys as well as answers to all students who take the exam. The population of the study was grade XI Motorcycle Engineering SMK Negeri 1 Bumiratu Nuban 2018/2019. The results in terms of the question validity aspects as much as 57% including valid categories and 43% invalid. In terms of reliability, the reliability coefficient is 0.79 which means it has a high coefficient. Then in terms of the level of difficulty as much as 5% including the easy category, 53% including the medium category, 37% including the difficult category and 5% including the very difficult category. In terms of distinguishing factors, there were 5% of questions including excellent categories, 43% including good categories, 20% including sufficient categories, 22% including bad categories and 10% including categories that had to be discarded. From the aspect of deceptive effectiveness, there are only 7.5% of questions for which all the deceivers function effectively.

The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

This research was carried out on Nasari Savings and Loans (KSP). The main objective of this research is to find out the influence of professionalism and auditor competence on audit quality on KSP Nasari. The method used in this research is descriptive method and verification method using a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data. Data collection is done by direct observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature which is done by reading and studying books related to the problem. The population used for this study was 40 people, they consisted of Internal Control Unit (SPI) on KSP Nasari. The results of this study are professionalism and auditor competence positively and significantly affect audit quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) index between Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS)  and Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi (BAZNASPROV) in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with an independent sample t-test. The population in this study is the official website of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique with two criteria. The website have to be can accessed properly, furthermore LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV have been inaugurated for more than 2 years. The data used is secondary data. Data collection was obtained from the official websites of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in the IFR index between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV. Based on the four IFR components used, one and only component showed significant difference is technology used. However, the results obtained that between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV still do not provide maximum on internet financial reporting yet.Keywords: Internet Financial Reporting, LAZNAS, BAZNASPROV
