Presenter is a person whose job is to bring and convey information, or a narrative in a television program. Interest is defined as a feeling of liking or pleasure as well as feeling attracted to an object or activity without instructions and usually there is a tendency to look for the object that you like. Tonight Show is a NET TV talk show hosted by four presenters. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are members of the Tonight Mania community Whatsapp group. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that there is a strong influence from the Tonight Show host on the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania Community. This is shown by the results of the correlation coefficient test of 0.691 and the influence of 47% obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination test. Based on simple linear regression testing, the results show that the Tonight Show host gives a positive value to the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania community, and based on the results of the t test, the results show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Presenter adalah orang yang bertugas untuk membawakan serta menyampaikan sebuah informasi, atau narasi dalam sebuah program televisi. Minat diartikan sebagai rasa suka  atau  senang serta rasa tertarik terhadap suatu objek atau aktivitas tanpa adanya suruhan dan biasanya muncul kecenderungan untuk mencari objek yang disenangi tersebut. Tonight Show merupakan sebuah acara talkshow NET TV yang dipandu oleh empat pembawa acara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden yang tergabung dalam grup Whatsapp komunitas Tonight Mania. Berdasarkan peneltian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dari pembawa acara Tonight Show terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada Komunitas Tonight Mania. Hal itu ditunjukan dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,691 serta adanya pengaruh sebesar 47% yang didapatkan dari hasil uji koefesien determinasi. Berdasarkan pengujian regresi linear sederhana didapatkan hasil bahwa pembawa acara Tonight Show memberikan nilai positif terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada komunitas Tonight Mania, serta berdasarkan hasil dari uji t didapatkan hasil bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Satisfying consumer needs is the desire of every company. Apart from being an important factor for the company's survival, satisfying the needs of consumers can increase its advantage over the competition. Consumers who are satisfied with products and services tend to buy back products and reuse services when the same needs reappear at a later date. This study aims to determine the effect of removal of baggage facilities on customer satisfaction on Air Wings Airline. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research is categorized as a causal research. The population in this study are consumers who have used air flight services using wing air, the number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents with the sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression, partial test with t test. To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. The results showed that the elimination of baggage facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on the Air Wings airline

The purpose of this research is to describe liquidity,solvability, profitability and stock pricesand to know influence of liquidity, solvability and profitabilityto stock prices at the Companieslisted in LQ 45 Index.The research was using qualitative desriptive analysis and quantitative desriptive analysis. The data collection was using documentation. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, correlation coeffient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing.The result of regression are liquidity, solvability and profitability have a negative effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index.The results analysis of the correlation coefficient and determination coefficient is known that there is a medium relationship between liquidity, solvability and profitability of stock prices and stock prices are more influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of F testit is known that liquidity, solvability and profitability have a significant effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index simultaneously. The results of the t test it is known that partially liquidity and solvability have a significant effect and profitability has no significant effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index.The suggestion of this research is that the company should manage current assets optimally to increase revenue, control the use of debt, and distribute dividends to investors so that investors are interested in investing capital in the company.

This research aimed to determine the influence of adversity quotient (AQ) on student mathematics learning achievement (MLA) of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Narmada academic year 2019/2020. Population in this study consisted of 379 students and sample of the research is consisted of 80 students which are selected by using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires and test. The instrument of this research using a closed AQ questionnaire consisting of 50 statements and essay of pattern and sequence mathematics number consisting of 4 questions. The data obtained was analyzed using correlation and simple linear regression. Correlation coefficient (r) equal to 0,799, which indicate that relation between AQ on student MLA including was strong category. The contribution of AQ on student MLA, coefficient of determination is 60,684 %. This indicated AQ also affect the student’s MLA of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Narmada academic year 2019/2020 shown by liniear regression equation in this research is Y=-20,592+0,577X

Abstrak. Biro perjalanan wisata merupakan salah satu usaha pariwisata yang sangat mendukung perkembangan pariwisata. Sama seperti usaha lainnya yang memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar sebagai tolak ukur dari kesuksesan usahanya, biro perjalanan wisata juga harus berhasil menjual paket wisata sebagai produk usahanya dalam jumlah yang tinggi. Untuk tercapainya tujuan ini maka biro perjalanan wisata harus melakukan berbagai kegiatan promosi dan mengeluarkan sejumlah biaya untuk melakukan kegiatan tersebut. Pasir Putih Adventure adalah salah satu biro perjalanan wisata di Sabang yang aktif dalam melakukan promosi usahanya baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji-t. Analisis linier regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa Y = 28,401+0,015X (jika biaya promosi sama dengan nol maka penjualan paket wisata meningkat sebesar 28,401), nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,662 (hubungan antar kedua variabel kuat), koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,439 dan nilai uji-t adalah thitung ttabel = 4,147 1,717 , artinya promosi pada biro perjalanan wisata Pasir Putih Adventure berpengaruh secara positif terhadap jumlah penjualan paket wisata.The Effect of Promotion on Tour Package Sale (A Case Study on Pasir Putih Adventure Travel Bureau In Sabang)Abstract. Travel bureau  is one of the tourism businesses that strongly supports the development of tourism. Just like any other business that has the goal of gaining big profits as a benchmark for its business success, travel agency must also succeed in selling tour packages as a product of their business in high numbers. To achieve this goal, the travel bureau must carry out various promotional activities and spend a number of costs to carry out these activities. Pasir Putih Adventure is one of the travel bureau in Sabang that active in promoting its business both nationally and internationally. The methods used in this analysis is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination and t-test. Simple linear regression analysis shows that Y = 28,401 + 0,015X  (if the promotion costs equal to zero then the tour package sales increase by 28,401), the correlation coefficient value is 0,662 (the relationship between the two strong variables), the coefficient of determination is 0,439 and the t-test value is tsearch ttable = 4,147 1,717 meaning that the promotion of the Pasir Putih Adventure travel bureau has a positive effect on the number of the tour package sale.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

<p><em>This research has a purpose to know the implementation of Service Quality, to know the Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu. </em><em>In this study population consists of 1.000 customer satisfaction with a sample of 286 using Incidental sampling technique. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS program version 22.0 </em>using simple linear regression with test of hypothesis test of determination and t test. <em>The result of research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 9,311 + 0,763 X, constant of 9,311 means if variable of Service Quality is still value then Customer Satisfaction is 0,763 so there is influence between Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination (</em> <em>) is known 0,400 means 40% Service Quality is influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 60% Service Quality is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Then, the result of t test obtained </em> <em>value is 13,765 while  </em> <em> equal to 1,9683. This means that the value of</em><em> </em><em> </em> <em> &gt; </em> <em> (13,765&gt;1,9683) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is influence the Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction at </em><em>             </em><em>PT. This study aims to determine the educational environment, interesting in learning Arabic and the relationship between both are in learning Arabic for students of class VIII ofMTsN 1 Lhokseumawe. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data. The research instrument is a questionnaire distributed online with the help of google form. The population amounted to 267 students and the sample is 25% of the population, there are 66 students. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression formula with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the educational environment of class VIII students of MTsN 1 Lhokseumawe is in the high category with an average of 135.71 with a standard deviation of 10,185. Meanwhile, the average student’s interest in learning Arabic is in the high category, with an average of 71.67 and a standard deviation of 9,907. This study also found that there was no relationship between the two variables or no relationship between the educational environment and the students' interest in learning Arabic in class VIII MTsN 1 Lhokseumawe

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect ofincentives on employee discipline at the Office of Housing and Settlementsof Bima Regency. The type of research used is associative, with a sampleof 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scalemeasurement. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, observationand documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression, coeficient correlation, coeficientdetermination and t test (two part). The results of this study conclude thatincentives have a significant influence on employee discipline asevidenced by the t test value of 9,429 and Sig 0,000. The degree ofinfluence of incentives on employee discipline at Bima Regency Housingand Settlement Service Office is strong.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline
