The article opens a cycle of three consecutive publications dedicated to the phenomenon of the displacement of the same points in overlapping scans obtained adjacent CCD matrices with opto-electronic imagery. This phenomenon was noticed by other authors, but the proposed explanation for the origin of displacements and the resulting estimates are insufficient, and developed their solutions seem controversial from the point of view of recovery of the measuring accuracy of opticalelectronic space images, determined by the physical laws of their formation. In the first article the mathematical modeling of the expected displacements based on the design features of a scanning opto-electronic imaging equipment. It is shown that actual bias cannot be forecast, because they include additional terms, which may be gross, systematic and random values. The proposed algorithm for computing the most probable values of the additional displacement and ways to address some of the systematic components of these displacements in a mathematical model of optical-electronic remote sensing.

Today the stable work of a petrochemical plant and its installations, as well as its efficiency, mostly depends on the reliable and optimal operation of technological equipment. It is very common that technological equipment complexes do not work in an optimal mode, despite the fact that they are controlled by modern automated control systems. If the equipment is stopped for any reason, then no best technology or management systems can compensate for the economic costs and losses that arise in the event of equipment downtime. The solution to this problem is to create computer models that allow you to cover the technological equipment from a single point of view and conduct a number of necessary experiments without resorting to existing equipment. The computer model of the rectification unit is implemented when modeling the section of the technological scheme for the production of liquid fuel of the vacuum gasoil hydrocracking unit.

Abstract In the present article, devices with a discrete secondary part are considered, which act as means of intensifying many technological processes of mixing and dispersing materials. In the classic version, the device has a number of disadvantages. To eliminate the shortcomings, the design of an electromechanical converter with a discrete secondary part was developed, which differs from the classical version by a magnetic system capable of implementing the process of controlling the movement of a large set of ferromagnetic elements along a pre-developed trajectory.

Summary Modeling of complex construction problems for randomly changing technological processes occurs during the production of rubber compounds. Without a good knowledge of the technology of producing rubber compounds, durable and efficient mixers cannot be designed. The conducted industrial research has been shown that the process of mixing the raw materials varies in time and that the forces acting inside the mixer chamber are distributed randomly. During the mixing process of the chemical components, the position of the force changes inside the mixing chamber. The load on the mixer changes over time - as a result of mixing the raw materials and the pressure of the beater. After feeding the raw materials into the mixing chamber, a big concentrated force is reacted on the ram of the mixer, which over time is transformed into several concentrated forces acting simultaneously. Then, as a result of mixing raw materials, temperature and chemical reactions, a pressure acts on the walls of the chamber and the ram of mixer. The conducted research has proved that the most dangerous, from the point of view of the mechanical durability of the mixer, is the first stage of production, in which the beater is subjected to concentrated force. Then, the compactor deforms much more and it can scratch the surface leading to damage to the mixer. The conducted research allows for a much better understanding of the process and thus to carry out a variant simulation of deformations occurring during operation, and thus to improve the durability of the mixer mechanisms.

The article provides an overview of approaches and methods to assess the comparative efficiency of technological processes and production. It is known that the most common methods are those that assess production based on the analysis of the states of control objects, as components of production, taken into account in the automated control system, or analysis of the course of the technological process. It is shown that efficiency is the most general, defining property of any purposeful activity, which from the cognitive point of view is revealed through the category of the goal and is objectively expressed by the degree of goal achievement, taking into account the cost of resources and time. Increasing the efficiency of the enterprise is carried out using methods of analyzing the structures of enterprises, which allow, with the transparency of the structure and organization of production, to carry out accurate and high-quality monitoring of the state of the objects of the enterprise and their management. The analysis of comparative efficiency is an important component of production processes. The results of the analysis allow you to debug the work of the enterprise already at the initial stages of reducing the efficiency of its functioning. An important task is to find a mathematical basis for analyzing the efficiency of enterprises. The paper discusses parametric and nonparametric methods for assessing comparative efficiency. The main difference between parametric methods is the econometric estimation of parametric functions in the study of the interaction of costs and resources. The authors pay attention to the nonparametric DEA method, which, due to its characteristics, has a number of advantages and features. The method allows you to obtain a comprehensive performance indicator for each enterprise, and can also take into account multiple input and output variables. These features of the DEA method make it possible to successfully apply it in determining the indicator of the comparative efficiency of enterprises.

Studying the influence of continuous centrifugal mixers design features on their smoothing ability. The methods used are discrete elements, mathematical modeling and regression analysis. The paper considers five continuous centrifugal mixers designs with conical and parabolic rotors. The mixers design features are determined, allowing to change their smoothing ability. Mathematical models of the bulk materials particles movement inside each mixer have been developed based on the discrete element method. The considered mixers reaction to a step change of the key component amount is investigated. The transients parameters are calculated and the particles average residence time in the mixer is determined. It is established that the introduction of turbulizers in the mixers design increases the particles kinetic energy, which leads to a decrease in their residence time in the mixer. Moreover, the absence of a turbulizer leads to a decrease in the mixing intensity. It was also found that the most effective way to increase the mixer smoothing ability is the introduction of additional rotors. In terms of the technological and design parameters combination, the use of mixers with a conical rotor and a turbulizer is the most effective from the point of view for increasing the smoothing ability. On the discrete element method basis, the bulk materials particles movement models in continuous centrifugal mixers of five designs have been developed. The influence of the mixers design features on their smoothing ability and average mixing time is determined. The results obtained allow us to select the appropriate mixer design according to the specified requirements for smoothing ability.
