The development of Islamic banking and Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia lately increasing. One reason is the strong belief in the Muslim community that banking and conventional financial institutions contain usury which is prohibited by Islam. The presence of Agritama Srengat Blitar BMT as Syari'ah savings and loans is intended to be a more innovative alternative in financial services, the financing process is also not complicated. The absence of an element of usury to Murabahah financing, and the ease of the process and conditions for financing, does not make more and more bad loans. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, while the type of research is field research, and the method of collecting data is observation, interview and documentation, which is using three steps, data reduction, file presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1). Financing procedures at BMT Agritama Srengat Blitar use 5C analysis (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition) and take into account a maximum radius of 10 km, but this does not apply to existing customers and customers who get recommendations from partners. 2). The implementation of Murabahah financing management has not been in accordance with the murabaha management function which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Where the planning of murabahah financing is devoted to agriculture and animal husbandry, but in practice it is not appropriate, then in the implementation of murabahah financing using a wakalah contract it is signed together with murabahah. And the supervision conducted by BMT Agritama is not routinely visited to the place of business. Keywords : financing manajement, murabahah

ABSTRACTIslamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, including assets, financing providedand the number of customers. Murābaḥah is the sale and purchase of goods at the original price with theagreed-upon profit. In murābaḥah the seller must tell the cost of the product he buys and determine anadditional level of profit. This research is a library research about the murābaḥah contract according tomuamalah fiqh and its application in modern Islamic financial institutions. Methods of collecting data indocumentation and various sources related to the murābaḥah contract are then analyzed inductively anddeductively. The results of the study are the murābaḥah foundation is the principle of buying and sellingwith a deferred payment system. Murābaḥah, as used in Sharia banking, is based on two main elements, namely the purchase price and related costs, and the agreement on mark-up (profit). Islamic banks adoptmurābaḥah to provide short-term financing to customers for the purchase of goods even though thecustomer does not have the money to pay. The murābaḥah financing portfolio in Islamic banks reaches 70-80%, but in practice there have never been any problems, including; collateral which is a problem of fiqh, risk dependency as a problem of the bank, bankruptcy and delay in payment are the problems of customers, and profits are too high, namely the problem of coming from the community. Therefore, Islamic banks mustmake improvements in the implementation to be in accordance with Sharia.Keyword : Murābaḥah, Financing Instruments, Modern Islamic Financing

The development of Sharia Cooperatives in Indonesia has experienced a significant increase. Islamic cooperatives are one of the alternatives for some members who will build cooperatives based on several sharia principles. The establishment of sharia cooperatives has encountered conflicts, which are not only in Law Number 25 of 1992 on Cooperatives but are also regulated in Law Number 1 of 2013 concerning Micro Financial Institutions. The formulation of the problem of this research is to find legal clarity in the registration and establishment of a sharia cooperative legal body. The research system used in reviewing the registration and establishment of the legal body of Islamic cooperatives uses normative legal research, which is called library research. From the results of this research, the establishment of a sharia cooperative legal body still refers to Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives as replaced by Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. This is because the Microfinance Institution Law only states that the cooperative is a form of MFI legal entity and does not control in detail the cooperative. This system uses statutory provisions as special legal material and is supported by secondary legal materials in the form of books and journal articles.

Syarikah al-abdan is a form of muamalah that can be applied today in improving the welfare of the people. However, in practice today, it seems that there are problems among Muslims in seeing and sorting out the practice of syarikah al-abdan which is following the Shari'a. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to describe the syarikah al-abdan scheme and its current contemporary application forms. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research approach with library research techniques and content analysis. The results of this study indicate that syarikah al-abdan is a form of business cooperation between two or more people preceded by mutual agreement in determining the results of the profits and/or wages between them. However, in its implementation, it is necessary to pay attention to the pillars and requirements of the syarikah al-abdan, and to consider the views of the majority of madhhab scholars and the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI). In practice, this study describes the form of syarikah al-abdan in the profession of fisherman and tailor.
