This study aims to determine how prospective elementary teachers' attitudes about technology-based mathematics assessment determine whether there are attitude differences between first and third-year prospective elementary teachers about technology-based mathematics assessment. This research is a comparative study with quantitative methods. The research data was conducted through an online survey, namely a questionnaire using Google Form. The populations of this study were 236 prospective elementary teachers with a sample size of 70 prospective elementary teachers. We use the proportion stratified random sampling technique to select the sample of this study. The results showed that the prospective elementary teachers have good attitudes toward technology-based mathematics assessment. This study also shows no difference between first and third-year prospective elementary teachers' attitudes towards the technology-based mathematics assessment.

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.

This study aims to describe and analyze self-efficacy, social support, and teacher readiness to face retirement. The research was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods. The population of this research is 125 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau, and the research sample is 95 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The data analysis process uses the help of the SPSS program. The findings of this study are: (1) self-efficacy contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement with an effective contribution of 28.1%, (2) social support contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement by 21.6% (3) self-efficacy and social support simultaneously. collectively contributed 31.5% to teachers' readiness to face retirement. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a basis for the preparation of guidance and counseling service programs.

The objectives of this study are : (1) To determine the effect of Marketing Communication on Online Purchase Site Selection Decisions, (2) To determine the effect of E-Service Quality on Online Purchase Site Selection Decisions and (3) To determine the effect of Marketing Communication and E -Service Quality on the Decision to Choose Online Purchase Sites collectively. Quantitative methods are used in this research. Data is taken from the results of a questionnaire sent via google form as well as observation and documentation. The number of respondents who were sampled was as many as 100 respondents with simple random sampling technique as a sampling technique. Data analysis assisted by SPSS 25.0 software. T (partial) and F (simultant) test results are proven to show a significant relationship between Marketing Communication, E-Service Quality and Student Decisions in Choosing E-Commerce. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Pemasaran terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Situs Belanja Online, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Situs Situs Belanja Online dan (3) Untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Pemasaran dan E-Service Quality terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Situs Situs Belanja Online secara bersama - sama. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data diambil dari hasil kuesioner yang dikirimkan melalui google form dan juga observasi serta dokumentasi. Jumlah responden yang dijadikan sampel adalah sebanyak 100 responden dengan tehnik simple random sampling sebagai tehnik pengambilan sampel. Analisis data bantuan piranti lunak SPSS 25.0. Hasil uji T (parsial) dan F (simultan) terbukti menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Komunikasi Pemasaran, E-Kualitas Layanan terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa dalam Pemilihan Situs Belanja Online. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of e-service quality, consumer trust and social media marketing on intention to use online transportation services. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection is executed by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Online Transportation Services. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek Online Transportation Services consumers whose numbers have not been identified with certainty. The questionnaire was distributed electronically using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire returned were 180 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Consumer Trust has no effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services.

This study aims to determine whether the workload influential on the performance of nagari government apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. The background of this study was carried out because of the excessive workload received by the nagari government apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. This study uses a quantitative methods with population of this study was all nagari government apparatus, which numbered 600 people. Sample in this study was consisted of 248 nagari government apparatus determined with Slovin formula. Besides, sample in this study was determined through Multistage Random Sampling technique. The data was collected through questionnaires using Likert scale measurement. The data was analyzed with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study showed that the workload variable (simultaneously) influenced the performance of nagari government apparatus in financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. This it could be concluded that workload had a significant effect on the performance of nagari government apparatus in nagari finance management in Tanah Datar Regency

This study is generally attempted to find the correlation between students’ self-efficacy and their performance in speaking skill at the second grade of SMPN 18 Mataram in academic year 2017/2018 .The method of the research applied is correlation research (explanatory design). The population of this research consist of three clasess of SMPN 18 Mataram  which number 59 population and the  sample of the study is 52 students. The sample technique used in this research is simple random sampling technique by using slovin formula. Based on the result of the study, there was correlation between self-efficacy and their performance in speaking skill in which r-test (0,80) > r-table (0,268), its means the value of r-test was higher than r-table. From the research data it was found out that there was significant correlation between students’ self-efficacy and their performance in speaking skill. This was proved by the t-test score (7,957) was higher than t-table (1,675) the degree of freedom (df) was used 50. It can be concluded that self-efficacy and their performance in speaking skill has significant correlation at the second grade students of SMPN 18 Mataram. Finally, the researcher suggests that should be more creative to make students self-efficacy increased in using media or strategy that students do not feel bored in the class.

This research aims to determine the impact of service marketing on student decision-making to decide on the choice of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Bangkulu. This study uses quantitative methods. In this study, the population was all students of the School of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University, a total of 1,606 people, and 161 respondents were selected as a sample. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Use questionnaires to collect data. Multiple linear regression is used as a way to analyze data. The conclusion of the research results proves that service marketing has had an impact on students' decision to choose the Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University. Product factors have a positive and significant effect on student decisions. This price factor in the form of SPP has a negative effect. Promotion factors have a positive and significant effect. Location factors are positive and significant. HR factors have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, process factors have no effect on student decision. The physical evidence factor has a positive and significant effect on student decisions to choose the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu.

This study aims to measure the effect of compensation, career development, and workload on turnover intention of PT. Successfully Manage Persada or Trade Mall Mangga Dua Square. This research is quantitative in nature. The population is all employees of PT. Success Manage Persada. The sampling technique was random sampling with a sample of 114 employees. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 test tool. The results of the t-test for compensation and career development variables partially had a significant negative effect, and workload partially had a significant positive effect on turnover intention. The results of the F-test show that the Sig. ie 0.000 and less than 0.05. This indicates that the variables of Compensation, Career Development, and Workload together have a significant effect on Turnover Intention (H4 accepted). The results of the normality test showed that 0.96, which means greater than 0.05. This means that the residual data is normally distributed. Suggestions for further research are to include other factors that have a strong influence with Turnover Intention.


Day to day Muslims and non-Muslims customers are seeking for clean products and services which follows Islamic Shariah compliance principles. The purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors of green marketing, Shariah compliance, customer’s environmental awareness and customer’s satisfaction towards Muslim purchasing behaviour at Kedah, Malaysia. A random sampling technique used to collect the respondents in Kedah, Malaysia also with quantitative approach through structured questionnaires developed from previous research. A total of 403 online survey questionnaires were distributed through Whatsapp application and Facebook pages. Data analysis were done with SPSS 25.0. Methodologies such as Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis were used to analyse data collected. Findings revealed that consumer purchasing behaviour has a positive and significant relationship with green marketing, Shariah compliance, customer’s awareness and customer’s satisfaction. Finally, this study is concluded with discussion, limitations of the study and some suggestions for future researches

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the influence of commitment organization on performance of nagari government apparatus in managing nagari finance in X Koto Singkarak District Junjung Sirih. This research uses quantitative methods with the form of associative research. The population is all the nagari in the two sub-districts, as many as 70 respondents from the nagari device. The sample was 68 respondents determined by the Slovin formula and a 2% error rate using the multi stage random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires distributed to respondents with Likert scale measurements. Dataof this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. The results show that the effect of the affective commitment variable on the performance of nagari devices in nagari financial management is 5.7%. normative on the performance of nagari devices in managing nagari finances by 6.4%. Together, the influence of the three cariables was on the performance of nagari devices in nagari financial management in District X Koto Singkarak and Junjung Sirih at 10.8%. So it was concluded that the organizational commitment of nagari devices had a significant effect on the performance of nagari devices in managing financial nagari.Keywords:Commitment organization, job performance, finance managementABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari di Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak dan Junjung Sirih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian asosiatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh nagari yang ada di dua kecamatan tersebut yaitu sebanyak 70 responden perangkat nagari. Sampelnya adalah sebanyak 68 responden ditentukan dengan rumus slovin dan tingkat kesalahan 2% menggunakan teknik multi stage random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket yang disebarkan kepada responden dengan pengukuran skala likert. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa pengaruh variabel komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari adalah sebesar 5,7% , pengaruh variabel komitmen kontinuitas terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari sebesar 8,5%, dan pengaruh komitmen normatif terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari sebesar 6,4%. Secara bersama-sama pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari di Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak dan Junjung Sirih sebesar 10,8%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi perangkat nagari berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari. Sesuai dengan Nawacita Jokowi-JK yaitu membangun dari desa. Dimana poros perubahan itu berawal dari desa dan kemudian menjalar ke Kota dan Provinsi.Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 pasal 1 ayat 1 telah dijelaskan bahwa desa telah memiliki kewenangan untuk mengatur dan mengurus urusan pemerintahannya sendiri. Dalam Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat Nomor 7 Tahun 2018 tentang Nagari dijelaskan bahwa Nagari adalah Kesatuan Masyarakat Hukum Adat secara geneologis dan historis, memiliki batas-batas dalam wilayah tertentu, memiliki harta kekayaan sendiri, berwenang memilih pemimpinnya secara musyawarah serta mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat berdasarkan filosofi dan sandi adat, Adat Basandi Syara’ – Syara’ Basandi Kitabullah dan/atau berdasarkan asal usul dan adat istiadat setempat dalam wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Untuk mengatur dan mengurus desa, pemerintah telah mengganggarkan APBN (alokasi dana desa) bagi setiap desa di Indonesia dengan total kurang lebih Rp 1 Miyar. penggunaan dana desa terbagi atas belanja aparatur dan operasional pemerintahan desa sebesar 30%
