The 2019 corona virus disease (Covid-19) outbreak which has hit the world, presents its own challenges for educational institutions, especially elementary schools. Through the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Government has prohibited educational institutions from implementing face-to-face (conventional) learning and ordered to organize online learning. The implementation of this system automatically encourages education actors to be ready for implementation, even though so far several schools have never conducted learning with an online system. Through this research, the researcher wants to analyze how effective the learning system is from the point of view of the educator. The sample of this research is teaching staff at the elementary school level. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed online using the ms.form link. Online learning that is not properly prepared will have an impact on the effectiveness of teaching by educators, as well as the acceptance of students for online learning because of the very diverse abilities of acceptance of the material and delivery of educators.

Covid-19 affected educational institutions worldwide, and many moved online engaging in Emergency Remote Teaching and Learning (ERTL). It had a particular impact in Japan due to the low levels of computer usage in Japanese educational institutions and a reliance on traditional methods. This study uses semi-structured interviews with five participants to explore their perceptions of the move to online learning in a Japanese university context. Four factors emerged as significant: participants’ experiences prior to entering university; the importance of Social Networking Systems (SNS) in the process of becoming part of the university academic community; changes in spoken interactional patterns; and changes in learning patterns. It was found that the disruption due to ERTL led to fresh ways to learn and promoted an inclusive environment.

COVID 19 vaccine ACCEPTABILITY BY the ACADEMIC COMMUNITY at unifunec   ABSTRACT The new coronavirus (COVID-19) resulted in the greatest public health emergency that the international community has seen in decades, posing countless questions and uncertainties regarding its urgency, forms of interaction in the human body, and effective treatments that make its management and prevention possible.  In this context, the latest advances in scientific research have been seeking vaccines that are effective to prevent COVID-19 (COrona VIrus Disease 2019), bearing in mind vaccination as one of the greatest advances in modern science, preventing more cases of infection and early death better than any other treatment. Notwithstanding the importance of vaccination in the fight against the new coronavirus, active media groups and false news (“Fake News”), as well as non-scientific theories that empower the emergence of anti-vaccination arguments in the Brazilian scenario. Considering that one of the greatest challenges of the vaccination process might be the population acceptability to this preventive measure, this article aims at analyzing the new coronavirus vaccine acceptability by the UNIFUNEC academic community (teachers, students, and employees of all levels). It is a quantitative research, for its methodological path, the present research used the GOOGLE FORMS build-in questionnaire method, consisting of questions for group identification at UNIFUNEC academic community such as age, gender, and education, to identify whether those individuals would take the vaccine or not, and their justifications. As a result, it was possible to verify that UNIFUNEC academic community complies with the induced vaccination by 81% due to protection, effectiveness, and safety desired.   Descriptors: Coronavirus. The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in higher education has created totally a new environment which is fundamentally different from the traditional learning methods. The objectives of the study were to get the view of the University Grants Commission (UGC) about e-learning system and to investigate the possibilities of formalizing its implementation in the universities in future. As it is an exploratory study, the case study method was deemed appropriate. The result of the study shows that the UGC is favorable on the implementation of a campus-wide e-learning system in all universities. Though there is no formal policy on the embarkation of e-learning mode so far, it encourages the universities to adopt the system. This paper has also highlighted the possible areas for the early implementation of the e-learning mode and other requirements that should be considered for the future adoption of e-learning system.

The UI Makara Satellite Clinic (KSUI) is a university clinic that serves UI residents and the public as well as a vehicle for  education  and  health  research  in  primary  services.  It has been  a  BPJS  Outpatient  Service  Clinic  (KPRJ)  since October  2018.  It  is  called  a Satellite  Clinic  because  it  is planned  to  become  a  satellite  for  university  hospitals  in the academic health system at the University of Indonesia. Currently, KSUI is located on the Depok campus and the Salemba campus. In its daily services at the Depok campus, KSUI provides  services  for  doctors,  dentists,  nursing, pharmacy,  laboratories,  action  rooms, and psychological counseling.KSUI’s mission is not the same as an ordinary outpatient clinic, but because KSUI is a health service facilitated by the university, KSUI has a mission to maintain the health of the academic community, and not only treat them when they fall  ill.  Therefore,  in  addition  to  services that  respond  to patients coming to the clinic, KSUI also organizes periodic health check services, facilitates Posbindu activities in the faculties and office buildings on campus, and participates in medical care at any gathering or sports activities provided on campus. With  the  Covid-19  case  being  found  in  Indonesia,  KSUI decided  to  change  its service  method  as  quickly  and  as firmly  as  possible  from  face-to-face  services  to online services,  following  the  Chancellor’s  Decree  to  close  the campus  from  face-to-face  learning  and  other  student activities.  With  the  return  of  the  UI  dormitory students and  the  implementation  of  work  from  home  (WFH)  for lecturers  and education  staff,  KSUI  must  provide  safe services during a pandemic and can be accessed by service users  without  having  to  come  to  campus.  Therefore,  this article is a brief piece of information that has been done by KSUI when it decided that services should be carried out online.  It  is  not  easy  for  the  officer,  because  it  has  never been done, and it is not easy for the patient.
