Objective – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the ways rice producers work with other stakeholders to maximize business potential of rice agribusiness by identifying problems, suggesting solutions, and developing a stakeholders’ participatory framework as a guideline tool for the implementation. Methodology/Technique – We conducted a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative research, which was structured in accordance with participatory processes. First, we identified rice agribusiness underlying problem from the supply side through interview to the rice producer and retail observation; and from the demand side by assessing consumer preference through focus group discussion followed by survey to 396 respondents using conjoint analysis. Then, we held stakeholders dialogue involving 56 farmers and 17 cooperative employees. Findings – This research identified key stakeholders and the way they participate in 3 areas of rice agribusiness, i.e., rice production, skill and knowledge, and marketing strategy to position the authentic characteristics of Pandan Wangi rice from West Java, Indonesia with Geographical Indication certification as signal of quality for its target market. Novelty – This paper contributes a different approach of stakeholders’ participatory framework by focusing on the specific area of participation in rice category. Type of Paper: Empirical. Rice is an important food crop in Indonesia pointing to the fact that majority of 267.7 million of Indonesian people consume rice in daily basis. Among hundreds of rice varieties in Indonesia, Pandan Wangi rice is superior rice cultivar and gains Geographical Indication (GI) certification for its unique characteristics. These attributes largely correspond with previous research finding of rice-eating consumers, which chose special features, quality of rice and certification logo as their rice preference (Sakolwitayanon et al., 2018). Despite the huge potential market and superior quality, the growth of Pandan Wangi rice agribusiness is still low. Previous research identified the need of stakeholder analysis to bring up development of rice agricultural sector (e.g. Spangenberg et al., 2018). However, current stakeholder analysis guideline is considered too general, lack applicability in stakeholder identification and good practice, and need a systematic framework particularly in a complex setting (Wang and Anies, 2019). Karakosta et al. (2017) suggested stakeholders' participatory approach which is capable of providing more accurate result based on key stakeholders' opinion in their specific area of expertise. In particular, Krywkow and Hare (2008) have developed four main phases of participatory processes: first, preparation of problem analysis and stakeholder layer; second, stakeholders' familiarization of problem and planning; third, dialogue among stakeholders to gain more solid information and contribute knowledge; and fourth, gaining response from the participants and validating the results. In view of the above, there is a need to investigate participation of key stakeholders in Pandan Wangi rice value chain as an effort to maximize Pandan Wangi rice business potential. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to develop stakeholder's participatory framework as the guideline tools to solve rice agribusiness growth problem. In particular, we assess preference of rice eating consumers, of which the result will generate input for the framework development and thus, allowing Pandan Wangi rice agribusiness to achieve the expected outcomes. Objective - The objective of this study is to identify the food security characteristics in local communities at Napan Village, Nusa Tenggara Timur Indonesia and to study the implementation of agrarian reform principles covering asset reform and access reform, in achieving food sustainability. Methodology/Technique - The method used is a normative judicial method. The data is analysed through qualitative judicial means, supported by Focus Group Discussion, to obtain primary qualitative data. Findings - The results show that synchronization of agrarian reform programs, including asset reform with "Food Intensification Program" along with "Social Forestry Program", reinforce farmers' rights over their farmlands and assure farmland tenure and ownership. The approach of "access reform" by means of the "Food Intensification Program", integrated with government intervention, might serve as the base for achieving the inclusivity and continuity of food sustainability in Napan Novelty - This study highlights the need for central and local governments to accelerate food production in underdeveloped regions through asset and access reform programs. Land Certification, Social Forestry Program, and the Food Intensification Program can all be implemented to strengthen farmers' land rights as well as their productivity. Type of Paper - Empirical. The Ethnic Relations Course is a compulsory university course offered to Bachelor's Degree students at Universiti Teknologi Mara Negeri Sembilan Branch, Rembau Campus. There are two faculties that take this course at UiTM Negeri Sembilan Branch Rembau Campus are students from the Faculty of Information Management and the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies. In session II 2018/2019 a total of 52 students took this course where 37 people were from the Faculty of Information Management and 25 people from the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies. This study was conducted to examine the understanding and identify students' appreciation of the Ethnic Relations course. The methodology of this study uses quantitative research through purposive sampling design. Questionnaires were distributed to all students who took the Ethnic Relations Course in session II 2018/2019, which is a total of 52 respondents. The results of the study found that students' appreciation of this course is very good but the field study that involves focus group discussion makes students very interested in the course of Ethnic Relations even though this course revolves around history.

Based on WHO (World Health Organization) data showing nearly 43 million more (18.3%) of the total population is teenagers. The famous issues among teenagers one of them related to sexual behavior. The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship of communication media  with risky sexual activity in adolescent boys in MAN of  Kota Lhokseumawe in 2018. This research uses mixed methods with cross sectional design on quantitative research and sequential explanatory strategy in qualitative research. The population in this research are students of class X and XI a number of 120 students. The sample that used for quantitative research is total population while for qualitative research is 18 people with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Collecting data on quantitative research is by distributing questionnaires while in qualitative research with in-dept interview and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analysis of bivariate data using chi square test. Qualitative data analysis is done by Thematical Analysis.The result of bivariate analysis about communication media obtained result p value = 0,000, RP = 2,519. The result of indept-interview is found that besides communication media factor to risky sexual activity such as peer factor, parents, faith and drug users. It is expected that policy makers should increase supervision over existing school rules.   Abstrak Berdasarkan data WHO (Word Health Organization) menunjukkan hampir 43 juta jiwa lebih (18,3%) dari keseluruhan total jumlah penduduk adalah remaja. Masalah yang menonjol dikalangan remaja salah satunya terkait dengan perilaku seksual. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan media komunikasi dengan aktivitas seksual berisiko pada remaja laki-laki di MAN Kota Lhokseumawe tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan desain cross sectional pada penelitian kuantitatif dan strategi sequential explanatory pada penelitian kualitatif. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian kuantitatif sejumlah 120 orang dan untuk penelitian kualitatif berjumlah 18 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner sedangkan pada penelitian kualitatif dengan cara indept interview dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Analisis  data kualitatif dilakukan degan cara Thematical Analysis. Hasil analisis bivariat tentang media komunikasi diperoleh hasil p value =0,000, RP=2,519, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan media komunikasi dengan aktivitas seksual berisiko. Hasil indept-interview didapatkan bahwa selain faktor media komunikasi terdapat faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas seksual berisiko yaitu faktor teman sebaya, orang tua, keimanan dan pengguna NAPZA. Diharapkan kepada pengambil kebijakan untuk lebih meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap peraturan yang sudah berlaku disekolah.

Tech startups are seen as a new economic growth engine in Thailand which will help the country step up and produce more sophisticated high valued products and services. However, the shortage of skilled labor with innovation in knowledge-based economy has trapped Thailand in inconvenient position and losing its competitive edge. Hence in this research, the study on the competitive competencies for the tech startups were addressed by conducting in-depth interview and focus group discussion with the key stakeholders responsible for the development on the tech startups ecosystem in Thailand. The study revealed the top 5 competitive competencies classified by 1) Innovation, 2) Business Acumen and Aspiration, 3) Analytical Thinking, 4) Interpersonal Effectiveness and, 5) Leadership and Result-Orientation are needed most for the tech startup workforce and recommended strategy for the tech startup ecosystem in Thailand. The results of this research will help prepare ICT workforce in a larger scope to drive Thailand to be competitive in the Digital Economy and the ASEAN Community.

Background: Professional Behavior is a reflection of the professionalism, which includes academic integrity. Some of student’s behavioral violations related to academic integrity are influenced by perception. However, students and lecturers tend to interpret these violations differently associated with severity of academic integrity, for example, the sanction against violations of academic integrity. Thus, these differences may contribute to the number of occurrences of academic integrity violations. This study aims to identify the perception of nursing students and lecturers about the level of sanctions for violations of academic integrity.Method: This study used a mixed method using a sequential explanatory design. This was also a quantitative research survey using a questioner to 101 nursing students, followed by focus group discussion done by the students and in-depth interviews to four lecturers.Results: The behavior deemed not to be in violation was 1% -5.9%. Most students chose sanction level 2 (21.8% - 66.35%), sanction level 3 (23.8% - 28.7%) and the highest sanction level or level 10 (19.8%)Conclusion: The perception of students to the sanction level out of 22 items, 15 items nursing students chose sanction level 2 “verbal warning” (21.8% - 66.35%), 2 items students chose sanction level 3 “written warning” (23.8% -28.7%). The highest sanction level chosen was level 10 “reported to the professional regulatory body” (19.8%). The lecturers assumed that mild sanction first given was in the form of verbal warning and the toughest was being suspended.

Lack of teachers’ understanding in students’ learning styles and their teaching could cause unfacilitated teaching methods for example through the use of traditional lecturing methods. This issue brings the importance of this research objective to investigate teachers’ perceptions about learning style, their teaching, and the applied methods in the classroom. This study uses a quantitative research approach that is the analysis of learning style types for different students at different grade levels. To find out the perceptions of English teachers in this study, information was collected through 20 closed questions with data analysis to find out how the learning style influenced the teaching learning process of 28 English teachers. The findings of this study suggest that teachers’ understand about students’ different learning styles, so they adopt their students’ learning styles to their teaching. The last, teachers agree to use group discussion rather than lecturing methods by integrating ICT. In conclusion, teachers’ perception on students’ learning styles can increase their awareness to design teaching methods that differentiate students’ learning styles. Abstrak Kelangkaan pemahaman guru mengenai gaya belajar siswa dan bagaimana cara mengajarnya yang tepat dapat disebabkan oleh metode mengajar yang tidak bersifat fasilitatif, misalnya masih berupa perkuliahan tradisional. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk meneliti persepsi guru mengenai gaya belajar, cara mengajarnya, dan implementasinya di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang fokus pada beragam gaya belajar siswa pada kelas-kelas yang berbeda. Infomasi diperoleh dengan memberikan 20 pertanyaan tertutup untuk mencari tahu bagaimana gaya belajar memengaruhi proses pembelajaran di kelas Bahasa Inggris (28 guru). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa guru memahami keragaman gaya belajar siswa, sehingga mereka mengadopsi gaya belajar siswa dalam pengajaran mereka. Guru juga sepakat menggunakan kelompok diskusi ketimbang perkuliahan tradisional dengan mengintegrasikan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap gaya belajar siswa meningkatkan kepedulian mereka dalam mengembangkan metode mengajar yang beragam sesuai keragaman belajar siswa. Abstract Implementation science embraces collaboration between academic researchers and key stakeholders/implementers for the dual purpose of capacity building and context-adaptation. Co-production ensures that knowledge created with inputs from various groups of stakeholders is more reflective of local contexts. This paper highlights the experiences of academic researchers and non-academic implementers in collaborating to design implementation strategies for improving access to sexual and reproductive information and services for adolescents. Data were collected through primary and secondary sources. Detailed review of project documents such as minutes of research meetings, reports of workshops and outputs of group work activities enabled detailed description of the processes and steps of co-designing implementation strategies. Information on experiences and perspectives of benefits of the collaborative were collected through in-depth interviews of non-academic partners and focus group discussion with academic researchers. Narrative synthesis was done for information extracted through document review. Thematic analysis of qualitative interviews was done. The process of designing implementation strategies happened in three chronological steps of setting up the collaborative, selecting intervention areas and convening partners’ meetings to design strategies. Specific activities include stakeholder engagement, situation analysis, selection of intervention areas, designing the implementation strategies and pre-testing implementation tools. The process of analysing and selecting collaborators was iterative, and facilitated by having an ‘insider’ key informant. Working with key stakeholders enabled knowledge sharing and exchange among partners. Information sharing within the collaborative facilitated shifting of mindsets about adolescent sexual and reproductive health, and contextual adaptation of names and labels given to strategies. Co-producing implementation strategies with non-academic implementers enabled stakeholder ownership of implementation strategies and set the scene for their adoption in implementation settings. Some challenges of co-production of knowledge are that it is time consuming; involves several iterations that may influence coherence of strategies; involves multiple interests and priorities and poses a threat to fidelity.

The Czech Republic has recently experienced a growing number of homeless people, which leads to the need to evaluate the impact of social housing on the living conditions of its users. At present, there is no existing law on social housing in the Czech Republic and the agenda of assistance to the homeless is thus carried out mainly by social services. For these reasons, the paper intends to evaluate the impact of social housing on the homeless in the Czech Republic in a specific area of the use of social services. Based on a quantitative research survey of 147 social housing dwellers after moving in and after 12 months, the impact of social housing on the use of social services was determined, which was put into context with the trend of using social work services in social housing. Research results show that the provision of social housing leads to an overall decrease of the social work utilization and (possible) increase in client self-sufficiency, which can result in strong economic impacts of social housing in the form of savings on social work provision.

The environmentally-aware marine tourism research aimed: (1) to analyze the geographical indication for grouper products in Gerokgak district; (2) to analyze the management efforts to guard coastal and marine healthy in the form of customary rule; and (3) to formulate the model for development of Gerokgak coastal eco-marine-tourism. The research method used survey, focus group discussion and laboratory examination. The Grouper aquaculture products both seeds and fishes of Cantang cultivar on the coast of Gerokgak district have been excellent due to the appropriate geographic factors, quality of coastal and marine waters, substrate condition of the seabed and climate and the unique culture of the local community which is identified as Nyegare-Gunung cultivation. The Geographical Indications for Cantang grouper potentially to provide opportunities for fishery producers to consolidate and increase prices on the market. The reputation built around the Geographical Indications can strengthen the product position in the domestic and international markets as well as to penetrate the new export market. The development of eco-marine-tourism in Gerokgak district should control the degradation of environmental quality for grouper aquaculture by creating customary rules of Awig Awig and Subak for coastal villages, and implementation to achieve rationality in utilizing coastal and marine resources harmoniously with the system of values in tradition, religion, aspiration, and culture of the local communities. To keep the reputation of grouper products towards a certification that the product possesses certain qualities, is made according to local integrated marinculture methods, due to Gerokgak’s geographical origin. They should do structuring and developing Bangsal Beach for centre destination to access the sea cage cultivations, as well as Batu Agung Beach as center access to hatchery objects. Marketing tour packages of the activities, products, and landscapes of the grouper marinculture in which the setting up Eco-marine-tourism management should follow open/spontaneous type with the purpose: to grow region merging with the structure of life, both space and patterns in accordance with the local community or community-based tourism.
