Objective - This paper aims to analyse the impact of the China-Laos railway on export trade from China to Thailand. The paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the new route and other routes base on driven factors, identifies what trade industry is suitable for this new route and provides some reference for Thai trade exporters. This will enable Thai export traders to understand the new transportation route formed by the railway and improve the trade volume and competitiveness of Thai products through this route. Methodology/Technique - Literature review method, secondary data method, in-depth interview method. Findings - It is found that the new route formed after the completion of the China-Laos railway has many advantages base on driven factors and many industries are suitable for the use of this new route. Novelty - Few people know much about the China-Laos railway, and even less about the analysis of its impact on Thailand's trade. The author's in-depth interview method allows him to get in touch with experts who are very relevant to the China-Laos railway, providing valuable insights. Type of Paper - Empirical. This paper aims to analyze the impact of the China-Laos railway on the export trade from Thailand and China. This will enable Thai export traders to understand the new transportation route formed by the railway and improve the trade volume and competitiveness of Thai products through this route. The author firstly finds out to which provinces Thailand's products are mainly exported to China and their individual export volume through literature review. Then, summarize the main export routes of Thai products to these provinces. These routes are river transportation, land transportation and sea transportation, The China-Laos railway is mainly used to transport goods. a new transport route will emerge after the completion of the China-Laos railway. After that, secondary data method is used to determine the driven factors of route selection. Finally, qualitative analysis is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the new route and other routes base on driven factors. This new route will have some advantages in some factors, this paper points out what trade industry is suitable for this route, these can provide some reference for Thai trade exporters. In the future, this route can be used to increase Thailand's export trade volume and develop some trade on the railway along the line. Abstract The recovery of SMEs' performance due to the impact of Covid-19 is significant because SMEs have an essential role in the economy. Many previous studies have examined the effects of covid-19 on SMEs, but this research is only on fundamental recovery. This study will be very different because this research prioritizes the acceleration of performance recovery and SMEs' competitive advantage to conduct activities immediately. This study aims to accelerate the recovery of SMEs' performance affected bhealing19 and the benefits of competing through non-banking financing. This research type is interpretive qualitative using primary data through in-depth interviews; each in-depth interview lasts 45 t0 60 minutes on several important informants and secondary data as data support. Data validity test using credibility and transferability test, Data analysis technique using research data reduction, presenting data, drawing conclusion drawing. Based on the research results in the field and analysis, alternative non-banking financing is suitable for SMEs affected by covid-19. The conclusion of this study is to accelerate the recovery of performance and competitive advantage through non-banking funding because there are no complex requirements required, and the payment model is very light.

Murabaha Financing have potentially lower risk than other financing product. It chosen by USP Kopontren XYZ to fulfill members financing demand both for business development and consumptive purposes. Termination of Employment Relationship, working cycle and Bad characters some members cause of the collectibility default in Murabaha Financing.This study using qualitative approach and case studies. The collection of primarydata through in-depth interview, while secondary data obtained from the AnnualMembers Meeting report Kopontren XYZ . Explanation building analysis techniques are use to explain the results of in-depth interviews in order to explain the handling of murabaha financing collectibility default.The results explained to handling collectability default adopt according to The Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 35.3 / Per / M.KUKM / X / 2007, executing from cash collateral, financial penalties for those who deliberately, and converts the contract.

This study aims to analyze the increasing potential for poverty in the city of Palangka Raya from the perspective of SMIs due to the impact of the 19th COVID pandemic. The data was obtained based on the results of in-depth interviews from February to April 2020 with 10 SMIs and supported from secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency. The data is processed based on qualitative research principles based on the type of case study research. In the results of this study it was found that the SMIs experienced a very detrimental impact in terms of sales and marketing of products so that employees who come to work are terminated indefinitely, in this connection it appears that there is potential increases in poverty that can occur in the future come.

This study aims to determine the criminological review of the crime of murder committed by women. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, namely understanding criminological actions against murder offenses committed by women. This research was conducted in three research locations, namely; (1) Sidrap District Court; (2) Sidrap Police Station; and (3) Sidrap Class II B Detention Center. In collecting data, the researcher used in-depth interview method where the researcher acted as the research instrument and supported by secondary data. The results showed that; (1) there are factors that cause the crime of murder committed by women in Sidrap Regency, namely; (a) internal factors, caused by the influence of age and psychology; and (b) external factors caused by the role of the victim and the family environment; and (2) the efforts made by law enforcement officers, in this case the Sidrap Police and their staff in tackling the crime of murder committed by women, are generally taken in 2 (two) ways, namely; (a) preventive measures (prevention); and (b) repressive efforts (eradication).

Objective – The auditor is responsible for obtaining sufficient audit evidence about the accuracy and proper use of the going concern assumption from the company’s management through its financial statements. These evidence are used for the purpose of deciding whether there are material uncertainties about the entity's ability to maintain the continuity of its business. Thus, the objective of this paper is to examine the impact of bankruptcy prediction, company’s financial condition, previous year audit opinion, firm size and audit tenure towards Auditor’s going concern opinion. Methodology/Technique – The object of this paper is the service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2011-2014. This paper uses secondary data and samples taken were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The regression logistic is used to analyse data. Findings – The results of this research show that bankruptcy prediction, company’s financial condition, previous year audit opinion, firm size, and audit tenure all simultaneously, have a significant impact towards Auditor’s going concern opinion, particularly Previous Year Audit Opinion. Novelty – This paper provides insights into the factors affecting auditors in providing a going concern opinion in the case of Indonesian companies. This study aims to determine the BMT’s reason for not continuing linkage with Islamic Bank. Whereas linkage program is a good strategy to achieve a more inclusive financial system. This study used a qualitative approach and single-case studies as the strategy. Primary data collection using in-depth interview, while secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of BMT. The expalanation building was used as the technique of analysis by explaining the results of in-depth interviews, in order to know what is BMT’s reason for this case.The results showed that the linkage program that used mudaraba contract which the rate of return should be variable on the income of BMT, but in fact is still based on the amount of financing. Linkage contract which is not in accordance with mudaraba system contract caused BMT did not continue linkage with Islamic banks.

Abstract<br />This article aims to determine the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the application of the Indonesian <br />National Standard (SNI) on children’s toys. The research methodology used is empirical research, which<br />is researching secondary data at first, then continuing research on primary data in the field or the<br />community. Legal research materials used are primary and secondary legal materials, the technique<br />used in gathering legal materials is depth interviews and document studies or library materials. The<br />results showed that there were factors that hindered the effectiveness of the implementation of the <br />Indonesian National Standard (SNI), which was due to the community being indifferent or not paying <br />attention to the importance of standardization in children’s toys besidesthe lack of merchant knowledge<br />to the importance of SNI in children’s toys.In the application of SNI, there are inhibiting factors, namely<br />the Law factor indicated by the absence of regional regulations governing mandatory SNI on children’s<br />toys, law enforcement factors namely the lack of work ethic in law enforcement, facility and infrastructure<br />factorsare indicated by communication tools that do not yet support the role of law enforcers to maximize<br />their performance, community factors many people who do not know the importance of SNI in children’s<br />toys due to the lack of socialization they get, cultural factors are shown by the legal culture or immature<br />legal habits of society so that the effectiveness of the mandatory forefront of SNI is not running optimally.<br />Keywords: SNI; Children Toys; Effectiveness.<br />Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat efektivitas penerapan <br />Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) pada mainan anak. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah<br />penelitian empiris, yaitu meneliti data sekunder pada awalnya, untuk kemudian dilanjutkan penelitian<br />terhadap data primer di lapangan atau terhadap masyarakat. Bahan penelitian hukum yang digunakan<br />adalah bahan hukum primer dan sekunder, teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan bahan hukum<br />adalah depth interview dan studi dokumen atau bahan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat<br />faktor yang menghambat efektivitas penerapan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) yaitu dikarenakan<br />masyarakat acuh atau tidak memperhatikan betul pentingnya standardisasi pada mainan anak selain<br />itu  kurangnya pengetahuan pedagang terkait pentingnya SNI pada mainan anak. Dalam penerapan<br />SNI terdapat faktor-faktor yang menghambat yaitu faktor Undang-Undang ditunjukkan dengan belum<br />adanya peraturan daerah yang mengatur tentang wajib SNI pada mainan anak, faktor penegak hukum<br />yaitu masih kurangnya etos kerja pada penegak hukum, faktor sarana dan prasarana ditunjukkan<br />dengan alat komunikasi yang belum menunjang peranan penegak hukum untuk memaksimalkan<br />kinerjanya, faktor masyarakat yaitu banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui pentingnya SNI pada<br />mainan anak dikarenakan kurangnya sosialisasi yang mereka dapatkan, faktor kebudayaan ditunjukkan<br />dengan budaya hukum atau kebiasaan hukum masyarakat yang belum matang sehingga efektivitas <br />penerapan wajib SNI tidak berjalan dengan maksimal. <br />Kata Kunci: SNI; Mainan Anak; Efektivitas.

This research was aimed to determine the public’s perceptions toward the attraction of Tajwid Lake. This research was also to describe the impact of Tajwid Lake attraction on local communities.The methodology used in this research was qualitative method. The data source in this research was consisted of primary and secondary data. Data collecting technique used in this research were participatory observation, in-depth interview, documentation and literature review. This research was conducted for two months. The results of the study indicated that the turning of Tajwid Lake into a tourist spot cannot be separated from various problems that cause the various public’s perceptions, both pros and cons. The impact of turning Tajwid Lake into a tourist spot is the presence of a recreation area for the community and providing space to increase income such as selling and providing services for tourists so that it can help the community's economy. However, it also has a negative impact on the community, especially those who make a living as fishermen, it because Tajwid Lake was place for fishermen to get their fish. Since Tajwid Lake became a tourist spot, it has been difficult to get the fish due to the dredging of the lake for tourism purposes, as well as restrictions for fishermen looking for fish in the lake to avoid the interfere with tourist activities. It caused the fishermen losing their place to get fish. Therefore at the time they looked for fish to go far up the river, and reduced the catches which have an impact on their economy.

<p><span class="fontstyle0">The relations of inflation and poverty can be seen from the contribution commodities of poverty contributor. Increasing prices on the commodity of poverty contributor leads to declining real incomes and income loss in households causing poverty. The commodity of poverty contributor is dominated by fuel and LPG commodities. The AIDS model is a  development of the Engel curve and Marshall equations derived from the theory of satisfaction maximization. This model uses the budget share of<br />household on a selected commodity to represent demand variables. This study is an empirical study. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from field research and literature. The study is located in Banda Aceh and Meulaboh. By using an almost ideal model of demand or an AIDS model, it will be seen that household behavior responds to changes in the price of the commodity of poverty contributor. From observation, inflation rate of non food commodity has a big effect on the welfare of Aceh Province community, both for Banda Aceh and Meulaboh households.
