Nurses were asked to complete two questionnaires, including an assessment of motivation and career orientations. The total number of questionnaires processed was 162. The average length of service of the respondents was 10.5 years. According to age, the respondents were distributed as follows: 62.0% were people aged 20-29 years, approximately equal shares were people 30-39 years old (18.6%) and 40 years and older (19.4%). The study of the motivation of professional activity was carried out according to the methodology of K. Zamfir (modified by A. Rean). Also, the methodology used to diagnose the value orientations in the career was ''Career Anchors'' (the method of E. Shein in adaptation by V.A. Chiker and V.E. Vinokurov). The questionnaires contain certain points and clues, allowing one to evaluate, respectively, the nature of motivation and preferred orientations. The statistical processing of collected data was performed with the Microsoft Office 2016 programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Results. It was established that in the structure of motivation, 40.2% is an external positive motivation (positive incentives in the organization), 30.1% is an internal motivation (satisfaction with work and its results), 19.7% is an external negative motivation (punishment). The main value orientations in a career are as follows. In the first place - the integration of lifestyles (in 73.2% of cases, this orientation scored maximum points); on the second -stability of work (62.0%); in the third place - ministry (52.4%). The ratio of value orientations varies somewhat among people of different ages. Conclusion. The identified features of motivation and value orientations of nurses should be taken into account both as a whole (to develop a system of motivation in the organization) and personally, taking into account the individual characteristics of each employee. The study of motivation should be carried out by psychologists of medical organizations, and the results should be transmitted to managers to form a reasonable personnel policy.

In the article the author investigates the problem of formation of value orientations of students-vocalists during their studies in a higher educational pedagogical institution. The author believes that the peculiarities of the training of future students-vocalists in the university are the specifics of the age of students associated with early professional orientation and self-determination in the profession; in the organization of the educational process itself, due to the fact that individual classes in music disciplines are held, in the priority development by future music teachers not of fundamental scientific knowledge, but of practically necessary professional skills and abilities. In modern conditions of socio-cultural development, the problem of formation of value orientations of students-musicians becomes especially actual. It is generally accepted that music plays a special role in the life of an individual due to its ability to have a profound impact on the spiritual world of man. This action becomes much greater if the music affects not only externally (passive or active perception), but is also directly reproduced by the performer. In the process of performing, a deeper comprehension of a musical work continues, depending on its cognitive complexity, there is a positive or negative impact on the currently formed hierarchy of personal values. The value orientations of students in the process of musical performance are a prerequisite for the disclosure of aesthetic potentials, adjust not only the musical and aesthetic interests, but also the needs, tastes, ideals, views of young people and more. Acquiring these qualities, the individual joins the accumulated by mankind true values of life, culture and professional activity. The modern stage of music education is the foundation in the spiritual and moral development of the student, when the problem of value orientations of the student is considered as the most important element of the internal structure of personality, which allows to orient in the material and spiritual culture of society.

The results of theoretical research identify the following specific features of spiritual intelligence development among future educators: awareness of self-realization, ability to forecast, professionalism, and capability of the person to self-regulation. Spiritual intelligence is represented as the highest form of intelligence of the teacher’s personality, which determines the structure of one’s values, is used for self-expression (which is the primary goal of pedagogical activity), and is a determining success factor in the process of forming a model of understanding the meaning of life by the followers. The spiritual intelligence of a teacher guides one’s ability for self-improvement and self-motivation for effective, humanistic-oriented pedagogical activity, and is the main mean of finding teacher's own “Me” within the framework of the professional activity. The core traits of the highly-developed spiritual intelligence of the teacher are seen in one’s ability to inspire others, to a deep self-awareness, to flexibility in making pedagogical decisions, as well as in one's capability of representing compassion and openness in relation to the learners. Spiritual and intellectual abilities and skills may have significant differences among people, depending on the individual characteristics of the individual, one’s spiritual beliefs, religious preconditions for one’s formation and development. The spiritual intelligence of the individual can be advanced throughout life, and this tendency may be referred to as the necessary prerequisite for the professional development of teachers and their achievement of a high level of pedagogical mastery.

The current threat of the COVID-19 pandemic has crucially changed the familiar life and caused the shift in all spheres including the professional one. Ambiguity of the nearest future and anxiety about oneself health have shifted the sphere of trade into online format. The purpose of the research was to study correlations between life-meaning and value orientations and professional motivation, and ambiguity tolerance of sales department employees. The theoretical grounds of the research are the concepts of meaning-value sphere and life-meaning orientations (Abakumova I.V., Baumeister R.F., Kruteleva L.J., Leontiev D.A., Rokeach M., Yanitskiy M.S., Seryy A.V., Schwartz S.H., etc.); professional motivation (Abakumova I.V., Barabanshchikova V.V., Ivanova S.A., Klimova O.A., etc.) and ambiguity tolerance (Asmolov A.G., Shekter E.D., Chernorizov A.M., etc.). The sample comprised 49 sales department employees aged 22 to 49 with the professional experience from 1 to 9 years. The empirical research includes the following techniques (adapted into Russian): Purpose-in-Life Test, Rokeach Value Survey, Career Anchors, Work Motivation Inventory, and Multiple Stimulus Types Ambiguity Tolerance Scale-I. The results indicate the life-meaning orientations and the general level of life meaningfulness do not correlate to ambiguity tolerance. Values of private life help to cope with the changing circumstances. The forced transformation of the professional activity frustrates respondents to achieve professional self-realization, facilitates the sales department employees to promote new products and services.

One of the principal skills for military pilots during their professional activity is profession-oriented interaction. That is because they need to be able to interact in a foreign language during radio exchange, as well as to interact with foreign representatives within the professional field. Along with the concept of interaction, the paper considers similar concepts of conversation, cooperation, and communication; however, interaction reveals military pilots’ communicative activity in the most accurate way. The author determines the idea of profession-oriented interaction through the prism of approaches and gives its characteristics. General scientific approaches are used while training military aviation students for profession-oriented interaction: competency-based, systemic, person-centered, as well as the culture-based approach used for teaching a foreign language. The paper shows the significance of each approach for training future military pilots. The competency-based approach makes it possible to determine competencies necessary for future military pilots and contributing to the implementation of profession-oriented interaction in a foreign language. The person-centered approach indicates the importance of taking into account the individual characteristics of future military pilots while forming the style of their professional activity. The systemic approach covers all training components which are necessary for profession-oriented interaction of military pilots. The culture-based approach actualizes the formation of intercultural communication skills between future military specialists.
