It has been recognized that CORSIM (and its constituent program, NETSIM) is one of the most widely used and effective computer programs for the simulation of traffic behavior on urban transportation networks. Its popularity is due in large part to the high level of detail incorporated into its modeling routines. However, the car-following models, used for the simulation of driver behavior in the program, have not been formally calibrated or validated. Since the model has performed well in a wide range of applications for so many years, it has always been assumed to have an implied validity. This study evaluated the NETSIM car-following models by comparing their results with field data. Car-following field data were collected using a new data collection system that incorporates new Global Positioning System and geographic information system technologies to improve the accuracy, ease, speed, and cost-effectiveness of car-following data collection activities. First, vehicle position and speed characteristics were collected under field conditions. Then simulated speeds and distances were based on identical lead vehicle actions using NETSIM car-following equations. Comparisons of simulated and field data were completed using both graphical and statistical methods. Although some differences were evident in the graphical comparisons, the graphs overall indicated a reasonable match between the field and simulated vehicle movements. Three statistical tests, including a goodness-of-fit test, appear to support these subjective conclusions. However, it was also found that definitive statistical conclusions were difficult to draw since no single test was able to compare the sets of speed and distance information on a truly impartial basis.

Some learning strategies fail to arouse student creativity in learning. Concerns about accountability narrow flexibility and creativity in teaching. Learning has become the main focus, but does not neglect teaching. Creative children need creative teachers, many activities in campus-level organizations influence and even inhibit their creativity even if they get psychoeducation therapy for creativity. A dilemma is that the most creative child is often punished by parents and teachers who find the behavior difficult to control. Conversely children who fail to manifest curiosity and other creative learning behaviors are stimulated to display these behaviors and are rewarded. The objectives of this study are: 1) Analyzing the effect of teaching on creativity psychoeducation. 2) Analyzing the effect of Activity in organizations on creativity psychoeducation. 3) Analyze teaching on learning creativity. 4) Analyzing the effect of Activity in organizations on learning creativity. 5) Analyzing the effect of psychoeducation of creativity on learning creativity. 6) Analyzing the teaching of learning creativity with the psychoeducation variable of creativity. 7) Analyzing the effect of Activity in organizations on learning creativity with the mediating variable of creativity psychoeducation. This research is descriptive-exploratory-explanatory. The population is semester V students of the academic year 2018/2019 of 38 people. sampling using census techniques. Data collection uses a 5 point Likert Scale questionnaire. Data analysis method uses SmartPLS software v. 3.3.7. From the results of the study it can be concluded as follows: 1) Teaching has a significant effect on the Psychoeducation of creativity 2) Activity in the organization has no effect on the Psychoeducation of creativity 3) Teaching has no effect on learning creativity 4) Activity in the organization has a significant effect on learning Creativity 5) Psychoeducation of creativity has no effect on learning creativity 6) Teaching affects indirectly on learning creativity through creativity psychoeducation 7) Activity in organization indirectly influences learning creativity through creativity psychoeducation.

Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted on 20 children, the number of children who got 4 stars was 3 children with a percentage (15%), 3 stars were 4 children with a percentage (20%), 2 stars were 3 children with a percentage (15%), while those who got 1 star were 10 children with a percentage (50%). This shows that there are still many children who have not been able to count from 1-10, which means that many children have not achieved their learning completeness. For this reason, it is necessary to take action so that children's learning completeness can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of using smart tree media in improving children's numeracy skills 1-10. The design chosen for this study was the Kemmis and Taggart Classroom Action Research Model with 3 cycles. The data collection techniques used are performance techniques to collect data about students' numeracy skills and observation techniques to collect data about the learning process when each action cycle is carried out. The results of the data analysis showed that after the third cycle was completed, the learning completeness of the children reached 80%, meaning that there were 16 children who achieved learning completeness. The conclusion is that smart tree media can improve numeracy skills 1-10 in group A children at An-Nur Labuapi Kindergarten.
