Some learning strategies fail to arouse student creativity in learning. Concerns about accountability narrow flexibility and creativity in teaching. Learning has become the main focus, but does not neglect teaching. Creative children need creative teachers, many activities in campus-level organizations influence and even inhibit their creativity even if they get psychoeducation therapy for creativity. A dilemma is that the most creative child is often punished by parents and teachers who find the behavior difficult to control. Conversely children who fail to manifest curiosity and other creative learning behaviors are stimulated to display these behaviors and are rewarded. The objectives of this study are: 1) Analyzing the effect of teaching on creativity psychoeducation. 2) Analyzing the effect of Activity in organizations on creativity psychoeducation. 3) Analyze teaching on learning creativity. 4) Analyzing the effect of Activity in organizations on learning creativity. 5) Analyzing the effect of psychoeducation of creativity on learning creativity. 6) Analyzing the teaching of learning creativity with the psychoeducation variable of creativity. 7) Analyzing the effect of Activity in organizations on learning creativity with the mediating variable of creativity psychoeducation. This research is descriptive-exploratory-explanatory. The population is semester V students of the academic year 2018/2019 of 38 people. sampling using census techniques. Data collection uses a 5 point Likert Scale questionnaire. Data analysis method uses SmartPLS software v. 3.3.7. From the results of the study it can be concluded as follows: 1) Teaching has a significant effect on the Psychoeducation of creativity 2) Activity in the organization has no effect on the Psychoeducation of creativity 3) Teaching has no effect on learning creativity 4) Activity in the organization has a significant effect on learning Creativity 5) Psychoeducation of creativity has no effect on learning creativity 6) Teaching affects indirectly on learning creativity through creativity psychoeducation 7) Activity in organization indirectly influences learning creativity through creativity psychoeducation.

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. This study is a quantitative study with data collection techniques were based on the results of the questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 47 students, which was taken by using purposive sampling. The sampling criteria are students who applied and registered to became active students in the applied bachelor of public sector accounting department in the 2019-2020 academic year. So that the sample in this study was 44 students. The data analysis method in this study used multiple regression analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that the variables of the department's accreditation, motivation, and educational facilities did not influence the decision to choose the applied bachelor of public sector accounting department, however for the reputation variable; the educator partially affected the decision to choose the applied bachelor of public sector accounting department. While the accreditation of department, motivation and educational facilities and the reputation of educators simultaneously influenced the decision to choose the applied bachelor of public sector accounting department. Keywords: accreditation, motivation, educational facilities, educator reputation, decision to choose. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akreditasi prodi, motivasi, fasilitas pendidikandan reputasi pendidik terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik pada politeknik harapan bersama tegal (studi empiris pada mahasiswa program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik di politeknik Harapan Bersama). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 mahasiswa, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel adalah Mahasiswa yang mendaftar dan registrasi serta mahasiswa aktif yang ada di program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik tahun akademik 2019/2020. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 44 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial untuk variabel akreditasi program studi, motivasi dan fasilitas pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik, untuk variabel reputasi pendidik secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap  keputusan memilih program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik. Sedangkan secara simultan akreditasi program studi, motivasi dan fasilitas pendidikan dan reputasi pendidik berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih program studi sarjana terapan akuntansi sektor publik. Kata kunci: akreditasi, motivasi, fasilitas pendidikan, reputasi pendidik, keputusan memilih.

Values are the standards that direct our beliefs and behaviors regarding the forms of proper behavior or the purposes of life. The purpose of this research is to examine the views and opinions of university students studying in various departments on values. 411 students studying at various departments of Gümüşhane University in the academic year of 2020-2021 constitute the study group. In the research, the Personal Details Form prepared by the researcher and interview questions about values were used as data collection tools. The descriptive analysis method was used in the data analysis. Based on the results of the study, university students understand values as love-respect, customs, family, respect, love, traditions, culture, importance-worth, religious values, national values, moral-ethics, rule, integrity-honesty, unity-cooperation, patriotism, economy, tolerance, cleanliness, friendship, help, self-control, responsibility, law-justice, solidarity, and freedom. Students consider respect, love and integrity, as the most important values for them, respectively. In addition to the foregoing, all university students stated that they attach importance to values, and the vast majority of them stated that they live consistently with values.

This study aims to describe the contribution of parenting to students' interest in learning. Parenting patterns are all the ways and actions taken by parents in carrying out their responsibilities as parents. While interest in learning is a sense of preference and a sense of attachment to a thing or activity, without anyone touching. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the contribution of parenting patterns to the learning interest of class X students in the even semester of SMK Negeri 9 Padang for the 2020/2021 academic year. The method used in this study is quantitative with the type of research that is correlational, the population of this study amounted to 420 people who were registered with a sample of 204 people who were registered in class x for the 2020/2021 academic year. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. So that the number of samples obtained is 204 people. The instrument in this study was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using statistical programs on IBM Statistical 20 computers and Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of data processing, it is obtained that the rcount value is 0.498 with an rtable value of 0.138 because the rcount value is greater than the rtable value (0.498> 0.138), it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation with the direction between the contribution of parenting parents to contribute to student learning interest, with the contribution value is 25%, which means that the parenting pattern of parents' interest in learning is in the low category.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to increase students' interest in learning using powerpoint media. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in three cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting stages. The subjects of this study were 23 students of grade VI SD Negeri 2 Sumurg in the 2020/2021 academic year. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that the use of medi powerpoints can increase students' interest in learning in class VI SD Negeri 2 Sumurgede in the 2020/2021 school year as evidenced by the pre-cycle data of students who have very low interest by 17% reduced in cycle I to 0% and cycle II is also 0%. Then students who have low learning interest in the pre-cycle by 57% reduced in cycle I to 30% and in cycle II to 0%. Furthermore, students who have moderate interest in learning in the pre-cycle were 26% and increased to 57% and in the second cycle it became 61%. Meanwhile, students who have a high interest in learning in the pre-cycle by 0% increased in the first cycle to 13% and in the second cycle to 39%.</em></p>

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada pembelajaran kimia di SMKN 1 Teluk Kuantan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data digunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum implementasi kurikulum 2013 sudah dilaksanakan meskipun belum optimal karena adanya beberapa kendala yang akan terus diatasi agar implementasi kuriklum 2013 menjadi lebih baik. IMPLEMENTATION OF CURRICULUM 2013 IN CHEMIST TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS AT SMK NEGERI 1 TELUK KUANTAN Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of curriculum 2013 in chemist teaching learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Teluk Kuantan. This research is kind of description qualitative research, to collect the data  this research using purposive sampling. In order to collect the data this research is using interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analysis technique which used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that generally curriculum 2013 already applied, even though it does not run well get because of  some problem which will be solved in order to improve the implementation of curriculum 2013.

This study aimed to examine the effect of demographic factors and organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The sample was an accountant who had worked as an auditor. Data collection methods using questionnaires with financial statement fraud case scenarios. This research use ANOVA data analysis method to examine demographic factors include age, gender, and experience, as well as organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The results showed only the experience of demographic factors that influence internal whistleblowing. <p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. The objective of this study is to describe the teachers’ perceptions towards the implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Penddikan (KTSP) in SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut and also the implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) in the Teaching of English in the classroom for the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut 2013/2014 academic year, including its material, teaching learning activity and the evaluation. Further more, it is also intended to know more about the strengths and the weaknesses of the implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). In this research, the writer uses a qualitative research. To describe the students’ and teachers’ perception towards the implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) in the class, the researcher uses descriptive method. The technique of collecting the data in this research is unobtrusive observation, in-depth interviewing, and document analysis. The writer uses guided-interview to support the data. In analyzing the data, the writer uses interactive analysis method by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. After doing observation and interview, the writer can conclude that the teachers have good perception towards the implementation of KTSP in the school and play their role as teachers in the classroom well. The implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) in the teaching of English at the tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut is well conducted. The teaching-learning activity in the classroom runs well because the teachers always try to encourage the students in teaching-learning process. Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.
