The Indonesian National Sports Committee or KONI is an organization that functions as a coordinating all athletes whose duty is to foster and develop the athletes become achievers in sports activities both at the regional and national levels. Koni Karawang is one of the authorized organization in coordinating every sporting activity in Karawang district and also functions as a forum for athletes in Karawang district so that it can accommodate all talented athletes so that they can be fostered further. Quite a lot of athletes in the Karawang district requires the management of data collection of athletes to be better coordinated. So, we need a system that can facilitate the management of KONI athletes in Karawang district. In this case, an Information System was created which functions to process the data of athletes in Karawang district, so that it would be assisting in the data collection of the athletes. The information system created is in the form of a website-based application with implementation using a PHP programming language and MySQL database

At the BP3TKI Jakarta office, there are still some problems in processing incoming and outgoing letters including frequent double numbering errors in incoming and outgoing letters, relating to storage in this case archiving is only in the form of storing hardcopy documents which results in lost letters and a lot of use of paper so spend more in terms of company operations. So it was designed a Letter Filing Management Information System in Jakarta BP3TKI. In building a Letter Filing Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta using Vb.Net with visual studio 2010 software as a programming language and display design. MySQL as a database. This system development uses UML (Unfied Modeling Language) tools as an analysis of the running system. The research methodology uses a waterfall, with stages of analysis, design, manufacture, coding, testing. This study produces a Letter Archive Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta that can facilitate the management of incoming and outgoing mail data, the process of making reports, recording letters, storing letters properly so as to facilitate the search for data. Can change a manual mail archive management into a structured system.

Archiving is an activity of recording events in various forms and media. Archiving activities are very important in an agency for example in the Bali Provincial Secretariat. At this agency, letter archiving is still done conventionally. So if the letter is received a lot, it will be difficult to find the letter. In addition there is also the risk of losing letters. From these problems the author thinks of a solution that is expected to alleviate the problem of filing letters in the agency. The solution is to implement an incoming and outgoing mail management system at the Bali Provincial DPRD Secretariat agency. This system was developed using the Waterfall method and using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Keywords: Letter Archive, Waterfall Method, Management Information System.

AbstractThis study aims to design an education management information system in Vocational High School in Bandung to improve the accountability of school financial reports. The method used in this research is Research and Develpoment (R & D). The stages in research and development (R & D) in this study operationally consist of: 1) Research and data collection; 2) Planning; 3) Model Development; 4) Model Validation; 5) Model Revision; 6) Model Trial; 7) Model Revision; 8) Wider Testing; and 9) Final Model Revisions. From the results of data collection carried out through interviews and documentary review, an overview was obtained of the existing condition of the education management information system in the Vocational School. System design begins with system analysis using the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service), \\ then needs analysis, designing system flow charts, context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams ( ERD), and interface design. Keywords. management information system; financial information system; education financing AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota bandung untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas laporan keuangan sekolah.. Dari hasil pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dan telaah dokumentas,  diperoleh gambaran tentang existing condition sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan di SMK. Perancangan sistem diawali dengan analisis sistem dengan menggunakan kerangka PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service), \\selanjutnya dilakukan analisis kebutuhan, merancang flow chart sistem, diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), dan rancangan antarmuka. Kata Kunci. sistem informai manajemen; sistem informasi keuangan; pembiayaan pendidikan.

The purpose of this study is to express the experiences, ideas, needs, and the use of information technology for the development of management information systems in a higher education institution. This study is qualitative approach research using the case study method. The research data collection uses the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation study. The research procedure used in this research consists of several research steps utilizing the case study method of Robert K. Yin: research planning, research design, research preparation, research data collection, research data analysis, and doing the research report. The research analysis is done by pattern matching. The data validity testing through data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The result of the study presents: (1) the analysis of management information system based on tacit and explicit knowledge through the process of exchanging experience, idea, and initiative, (2) the management information system design based on the needs analysis, and (3) the development of management information system using information technology.

Pamulang University is a successful and growing private university located in South Tangerang City. Of course, University of Pamulang has many assets to support its activities. But currently the University of Pamulang does not yet have an internal information system to control the assets owned. There is no asset management information system that will certainly experience difficulties in tracking asset data. Solution to overcome existing problems, of course, it requires an asset management information system that can run asset management more efficiently and structured, and facilitate the data collection of assets, data collection of assets based on their conditions, grouping assets based on their types and making it easier to search asset data. The system development used is waterfall. This model consists of requirement analysis, system and software design, implementation and unit system, system testing, operation and maintenance. The tools used in this research are Windows 10 pro 64 bit operating system, sublime text 3, and the database used as data storage is XAMPP. The final results of this research resulted in an Asset Management Information System at the Web-Based University of  Pamulang.

This research is motivated by the presence of an application in marriage data collection called the Marriage Management Information System or Simkah which has begun to be applied in various Religious Affairs Offices (KUA) in West Java, especially in KUA, Jatinangor District, Sumedang. Simkah is a policy program issued by the government to be applied to KUA in district which aims to facilitate the presentation of marriage data at the KUA. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Marriage Management Information System or Simkah in administrative services at KUA Jatinangor, Sumedang and its effectiveness. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to reveal and interpret developing phenomena. In this case, the researcher went directly to the field, involving KUA Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency. The data found shows that Simkah at KUA Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency has been implemented but is still constrained, especially in terms of the readiness of the KUA's human resources. In some cases, it was found that it was difficult to use this application, including the complexity of inputting marriage data. Thus it can be concluded that the application of Simkah has helped facilitate data collection on marriages throughout Indonesia but it is still not effective in data entry at the local KUA.

The scrum method is the most important thing in building software. The following research builds a management information system on Ma'had Huffadz Bilingual Darul Hikmah under Darus-Sa'adah Al Mardliyah Foundation. The institution, which is one of the Boarding Schools Tahfidzul Qur'an located in the city of Malang, East Java. The following research uses the Scrum framework. The implementation of the scrum method in the following research uses three sprints. The process of working on each sprint takes no more than a month. The software development in this research is web-based. Work on application programs using the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language. The results showed that the scrum method is very effective in building a boarding school management information system. Scrum is more dynamic, and the results of this scrum implementation can be seen from the system that has been developed. So that by implementing Scrum can produce a system that suits the requirements of the user.

Education Management Information System (EMIS) is intended to provide real data to support the decision maker. The study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of EMIS in making decision in ‘Mapenda’ of the Ministry of Religious of ‘Gunungkidul’district. The results showed that EMIS that is as the basis of educational data base for making policy has not been able to use it well. Data of EMIS is only used as an initial data and it is done to cross-check through direct meetings or through telephone communication that requires a lot of time.The obstruction is the process of EMIS data collection that is done only at a certain time, so the data is not updated, the issues of EMIS application, the ability to manage EMIS, and the participation of headmaster with the data collection. Education Management Information System (EMIS) dimaksudkan untuk memberikan data yang riil sebagai pendukung pengambil kebijakan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi EMIS dalam pengambilan kebijakan di lingkungan Mapenda Kementerian Agama kabupaten Gunungkidul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EMIS sebagai basis pangkalan data pendidikan untuk pengambilan kebijakan belum mampu digunakan secara maksimal. Data EMIS hanya digunakan sebatas sebagai data awal dan dilakukan kroscek melalui pertemuan langsung maupun melalui komunikasi telepon sehinggamemerlukan banyak waktu. Hambatan tersebut adalah proses pendataan EMISdilakukan hanya pada waktu tertentu sehingga data tidak update, permasalahan aplikasi EMIS, kemampuan pengelola EMIS, dan partisipasi kepala madrasah dalam pendataan.

  School financial data processing if done manually then the result is less effective. So required financial information management information system to improve the quality of service to students and accelerate the performance of employees in school. It is expected that this system can improve the performance of employees or teachers in school including chairman institutionalized in making decisions. The purpose of this study is to make school financial management information system designed and built by using PHP programming language and MySQL database so that it can process the school finance data such as tuition fee payment and making financial reports done efficiently and effectively. In this study, the author uses two methods, namely data collection methods and methods of system development. For data collection method, we use three way, that is observation, interview and study of library for development of system method used by writer that is incremental method having 5 stages, that is communication, planning, modeling, construction, deployment.
