This research is motivated by the presence of an application in marriage data collection called the Marriage Management Information System or Simkah which has begun to be applied in various Religious Affairs Offices (KUA) in West Java, especially in KUA, Jatinangor District, Sumedang. Simkah is a policy program issued by the government to be applied to KUA in district which aims to facilitate the presentation of marriage data at the KUA. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Marriage Management Information System or Simkah in administrative services at KUA Jatinangor, Sumedang and its effectiveness. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to reveal and interpret developing phenomena. In this case, the researcher went directly to the field, involving KUA Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency. The data found shows that Simkah at KUA Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency has been implemented but is still constrained, especially in terms of the readiness of the KUA's human resources. In some cases, it was found that it was difficult to use this application, including the complexity of inputting marriage data. Thus it can be concluded that the application of Simkah has helped facilitate data collection on marriages throughout Indonesia but it is still not effective in data entry at the local KUA.

Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak is one of the institution body that appointed by the Government to carry out the collection and remittance of WAPU VAT according to PMK No. 85 / PMK.03 / 2012 (amended by PMK No. 136 / PMK.03 / 2012). WAPU VAT collection and deposit system are inefficient because it requires a lot of time and effort when it comes to input the data entry of tax invoice, printing Tax Deposit and sent it to Bank Perception. Three steps activities need to be done more than once. Therefore, Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak need the collection and remittance of the WAPU VAT system that sufficient to improve the efficiency of tax suboffices performance.This research aims to design the accounting information system for collecting and depositing process WAPU VAT. WAPU VAT Deposit using e-tax payment application are expected to overcome the problems that will arise in the WAPU VAT system deposit.Exploratory qualitative approach with case study method chosen in order to dig up the real problem occurs and find a solution. This research are expected to contribute significantly towards Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak as a research subject. In addition, the implementation of draft e-tax application payment system are expected to improve efficiency process of collection and remittance of WAPU VAT. Keyword : System Design, Wapu VAT, Efficiency, e-tax payment

The objective of this research is to produce the integrated education management information system as database for  education budget policy formulation. The database that is precise, accurate, complete and taransparan is  accessible to the public via the web in the android system, is a key element in any policy formulation and budget proposals in the field of education, that it can  be used to reduce the corruption in the education area in a systematic which began drafting the state budget and regional budget. this research is a development that adapt the model Borg and Gall (1983). aiken's formula v is used to analyze the instrument by the validator. The concept is to package products and services in one unit. To produce a product, a common cycle passed are: system specification, design, production, distribution, setup, use, maintenance, and renewal. The results of research is already made education management information system based on national education standards and geografic information system that has been tested is limited in some schools in the district region in indonesia. The policy recommendations of this research will support the government to modernize management of the education budgeting sector.

Regional management information system application is a computer application program that is integrated and can help the process of the administration of the local government from the provincial level, city level until the sub-district level. SIMDA consists of 26 separate application that can be distributed to construct the SKPD with  ntegrated database system so that the output can be used by the regional government to help the decision making process. The purpose of this research is to know the Applying of Regional Management Information System Regional Assets on Financial and Asset Management Agency of the city of Manado. The analysis method used is qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study showed that the applying of the SIMDA-BMD on BPKAD had run well, starting from planning, procurement, use, administration, utilization, maintanence and deletion are well under way, but there is a weakness in this application which cannot be used on windows 10.Keywords: Regional Management Information System, Regional Assets.

This article describes the Implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) at the Regional Education and Training Personnel Board. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, documentation, and interviews. This study uses data analysis developed interactive data. The results showed that the implementation of SIMPEG in BKPPD was not optimal. This is because the implementation of socialization was not effective, human resources were less competent, the level of commitment held by BKPPD employees was still low, and there was no SOP in implementing SIMPEG.Keywords: implementation, public policy, information systems, staffing

One manifestation of the application of information technology carried out by the government in the Bali provincial tourism office is improving regional financial management using the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD). Partially needed in the implementation of the system for users who are not involved in the system. Lack of understanding and technical support involving support in the use of SIPKD, which leads to delays in submitting financial reports and answer accountability reports. The aim of the study was to study most user needs and support users in the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD). The method of selecting samples in this study used a saturated sample technique (census). The number of samples in this study were 40 people. Based on published research results regarding the user's ability and positive and significant user support for the performance of SIPKD at the Bali Provincial Tourism Office. AbstractThis study aims to design an education management information system in Vocational High School in Bandung to improve the accountability of school financial reports. The method used in this research is Research and Develpoment (R & D). The stages in research and development (R & D) in this study operationally consist of: 1) Research and data collection; 2) Planning; 3) Model Development; 4) Model Validation; 5) Model Revision; 6) Model Trial; 7) Model Revision; 8) Wider Testing; and 9) Final Model Revisions. From the results of data collection carried out through interviews and documentary review, an overview was obtained of the existing condition of the education management information system in the Vocational School. In order to ensure the quality of the construction, the government played a very important role in the process of project supervision management. Based on the analysis of the Chinese present construction engineering quality supervisions, managements and controls, this paper gave some optimized measures. By studying the overall objectives, the implementation strategies, the function modules, the plans of implementation of the Quality Supervision Management Information System of Changchun, the conclusion was drawn: the quality supervision management information system could help the government quality supervision department improve the quality of the construction projects and the office efficiency. Further more, the quality management information analysis in the thesis could also be a reference for the architecture engineering quality supervisory organ.

The purpose of this study is to express the experiences, ideas, needs, and the use of information technology for the development of management information systems in a higher education institution. This study is qualitative approach research using the case study method. The research data collection uses the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation study. The research procedure used in this research consists of several research steps utilizing the case study method of Robert K. Yin: research planning, research design, research preparation, research data collection, research data analysis, and doing the research report. The research analysis is done by pattern matching. The data validity testing through data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The result of the study presents: (1) the analysis of management information system based on tacit and explicit knowledge through the process of exchanging experience, idea, and initiative, (2) the management information system design based on the needs analysis, and (3) the development of management information system using information technology.

Pamulang University is a successful and growing private university located in South Tangerang City. Of course, University of Pamulang has many assets to support its activities. But currently the University of Pamulang does not yet have an internal information system to control the assets owned. There is no asset management information system that will certainly experience difficulties in tracking asset data. Solution to overcome existing problems, of course, it requires an asset management information system that can run asset management more efficiently and structured, and facilitate the data collection of assets, data collection of assets based on their conditions, grouping assets based on their types and making it easier to search asset data. The system development used is waterfall. This model consists of requirement analysis, system and software design, implementation and unit system, system testing, operation and maintenance. The tools used in this research are Windows 10 pro 64 bit operating system, sublime text 3, and the database used as data storage is XAMPP. The final results of this research resulted in an Asset Management Information System at the Web-Based University of  Pamulang.
