In the article the emphasis has been made on the importance of economic development of Ukraine in context of European integration. The main features of euro economics are determined. It is established that the main trend of economic development is a powerful support for innovative activity in the country. The technique of the analysis of the peculiarities of the economic justification of innovative solutions is worked out. The sequence of procedures that constitute the methodology of economic substantiation of innovations is justified. The attention is focused on the sequence of carrying out relevant calculations, which involves: market analysis, analysis of the level of quality of innovation, the analysis of the competitiveness of the innovation, the cost calculation of innovative solutions, pricing and critical volume of sales, the calculation of operating costs, as well as determining rates of return, margins and profitability development. Also it has been built a logical model of calculation of basic indicators. The results of application of this model have become the basis for management decisions making on the desirability of innovation from the point of view of its technical and economic performance and commercial benefits. The structural and logical model can become the basis for the development of the corresponding software product.

The quality of the software can be measured by its return on investment. Factors which may affect the return on investment (ROI) is the tangible factors (such as the cost) dan intangible factors (such as the impact of software to the users or stakeholder). The factor of the software itself are assessed through reviewing, testing, process audit, and performance of software. This paper discusses the consideration of return on investment (ROI) assessment criteria derived from the software and its users. These criteria indicate that the approach may support a rational consideration of all relevant criteria when evaluating software, and shows examples of actual return on investment models. Conducted an analysis of the assessment criteria that affect the return on investment if these criteria have a disproportionate effort that resulted in a return on investment of a software decreased. Perioperative bleeding occupies a leading place among all surgical complications and, despite the rapid development of surgery, remains relevant to this day. In addition to an increase in mortality, bleeding can cause the development of other postoperative complications, which lead to disability of patients and to a decrease in the quality of life in all age groups. Most perioperative bleeding are caused by technical errors. This article reviews the problem of perioperative bleeding from the point of view of impaired coagulation capabilities of the body. The main etiopathogenetic features of hemostasis during the development of this complication are considered. The analysis of postoperative complications, which were directly or indirectly caused by bleeding during or after surgery, is presented. The prevalence of these complications in various areas of surgery has been demonstrated. More detailed study of the hemostasis system and the identification of predictors of hemostasis difficulties before the surgery may cause an improvement in the results of surgical treatment and reduce the number of postoperative complications and the duration of hospital stay. Accordingly, this will lead to a decrease in the cost of treatment and an increase in patient satisfaction with the medical care. In connection with the above, there is a great interest among surgeons and anesthesiologists in preventing the development of perioperative bleeding.

Introduction. The article is devoted to a current issue of improving the quality of road surface cleaning and increasing the resource of brush working equipment. Improving the quality of cleaning and the resource of the brush working equipment will reduce the cost of operating a communal machine. In the process of operation, the pile of the cylindrical brush is worns out, while its elastic characteristics change, which is reflected in the required pressing force to maintain the most favorable value of the width of the contact spot from the condition of ensuring high quality cleaning and minimal intensity of pile wear.Materials and methods. The results of studies of the interaction of the pile of a cylindrical brush with the surface to be cleaned are presented at various degrees of wear of the brush pile. The research results are presented in analytical and graphical forms. The calculations were carried out using the Microsoft Excel software product and the Mathkad software environment for mathematical calculations.Results. The paper shows the dependence of the degree of wear of the pile of the brush working equipment on the actual radius of the cylindrical brush. The relationship between the width of the contact spot and the deformation of the cylindrical brush at different degrees of wear and tear is shown as a graph. The influence of the degree of wear on the elastic characteristics of the brush working equipment is considered. The dependences of the average stiffness coefficient on the degree of wear of the pile of a cylindrical brush, as well as the required pressing force on the degree of wear at different values of the width of the contact patch of the cylindrical brush are given.

ABSTRACT The use of pre-sprouted seedlings in the implantation of sugarcane crops not only reduces the establishment period and production costs, but also has other advantages, such as a lesser requirement of propagules (stems) and greater phytosanitary control of the seedlings, when compared to conventional planting. Commercial substrates are also expensive and their use increases the cost of seedlings. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of sugarcane pre-sprouted seedlings grown on substrates with different proportions of decomposed babassu palm stem (DBPS), as well as to recommend the substrate formulation that provides the most favorable environment for the growth and development of sugarcane pre-sprouted seedlings. For preparation of the substrate (S), DBPS and soil were used in the following proportions: S1: 0 % of DBPS + 100 % of soil; S2: 20 % of DBPS + 80 % of soil; S3: 40 % of DBPS + 60 % of soil; S4: 60 % of DBPS + 40 % of soil; S5: 80 % of DBPS + 20 % of soil; S6: 100 % of DBPS + 0 % of soil. The use of S2 and S3 considerably improved the seedling quality parameters, such as sprout diameter and length, number of leaves and total, shoot and root dry mass. However, from an economic point of view, S2 is recommended for use.

Textbook becomes important thing in learning process in the class. On the other side some teachers have a problem in choosing a appropriate textbook for their student. They have only limited time for selecting and choosing the appropriate one for their student. That is a problem that is faces in teaching-learning.Text book can be a media for teachers to do their activity in the classroom. We shall divide and select text books is to give an idea of the type of books available, and in a few cases make some suggestion as to how selection may he made, and in this paper will be discussed about three main categories about text books. Textbooks and education are two things which are closely related each other. The existence of textbooks supports the development of education in general. Nowadays, the cost of textbooks which are generally used by the doer of education such as teacher and students are getting increased each year. This problem aroused because of several things. They are the high cost of basic materials, the full-colored books, and high demand of books. The high cost of books gives the advantages and also disadvantages. To the publishers, the high cost of books will give them more profit. Besides, high cost of books is identically with the better quality of the textbooks both from the content and also the paper used. From the students' point of view, the high cost of textbooks gives them less chance to buy it. That's because their purchasing power are quite low. To solve the problem, some solutions are needed. Some of them are the students may use digital textbooks, copy them, use the handbook made by the teacher, use old books as references, and buy imitation books orhijacked books. For the publishers, some of the solutions to reduce the price of the books are do not take profit much, use recycle materials to make books, and think about the purchasing power of the society. However, discussing the textbooks seen from the economical point of view seems like the coin which has two sides. Good side and bad side, benefits and loss.

For industrial deposits that contain particularly large and expensive diamonds, a diagram of the compositions of KIM (kimberlite indicator minerals) for Cr, Al, Fe, Mg, Mn is proposed. The proximity or rather convergence of the compositions of KIM is also complemented by a high correlation of the frequency of occurrence of their cluster groups (Ivanov, 2017), such as pyropes, chromites, picroilmenites and pyroxenes. The increase in oxygen fugacity in KIM is correlating with Fe and Ti , this fact can also explain the intensity of metasomatism of kimberlites, shown in the proposed graph by an increase in ilmenite content. This type of diagram was proposed by Mitchell (1986) for chromite compositions, which the authors supplemented with compositions of picroilmenites, pyropes and pyroxenes. The manganese concentration is shown by the size of the figurative point – a bubble diagram. For better perception, the drawing is supplemented with different colors of the composition groups of KIM. Below are diagrams for two industrial deposits that contain expensive and large diamonds. The diagrams show the approximate regions of diamond-bearing associations for chromite and pyrope compositions with red asterisks. The blue lines show two main trends in chromite compositions, the horizontal one is picrate trend and the vertical one is kimberlite. For picroilmenite compositions, the diagram shows two main trend lines: the red line for paramagnetic compositions and the black line for ferrimagnetic compositions. For pyrope compositions, trend lines are shown in red for a number of cluster groups G10 by (Dawson, Stephens, 1975) and for groups G11 – in black. The diamond content in kimberlites of the Aykhal pipe is several times higher than in the Komsomolskaya pipe, but the cost of diamond crystals from the latter is several times more expensive than in the Aykhal pipe. A distinctive feature of the compositions of the Komsomolskaya pipe KIM, as well as the above-proposed kimberlite pipes (Griba and Karowe ) – is the presence of diamond-bearing websterite parageneses of chromites and pyropes, which corresponding in the diagram, to areas with elevated Cr, Fe values . The kimberlite of the Aykhal pipe is characterized by a higher degree of metasomatism, which is recorded in the diagram by the trend of more ferruginous picroilmenite compositions, which affects the quality of its diamonds.

CONCLUSIONS. The proposed method is based on a comprehensive assessment of KIM compositions. The diagram allows to assess the presence of expensive and large diamonds in kimberlite pipes at the exploration stage, as well as to reconstruct the composition of deep mantle rocks, based on the KIM graphically presenting analyses of their compositions for five elements.

1.
