The article examines the national-state peacekeeping activities of the Russian Federation in the CIS, which is identified as a specific force peacekeeping, which in the interests of ensuring the national security of Russia allows the state to partially move away from a number of classical principles of peacekeeping and tasks of crisis settlement of the military contingents of the Commonwealth countries in conjunction with the warring parties. The modern peacekeeping model of the Russian Federation in the CIS is singled out and justified, which is implemented on the basis of a pragmatic and expedient approach in order to increase Russias strategic, political, military and other influence in the Commonwealth under conditions of sufficiently cool United similaroperations and the traditional hostile reaction of the leading countries of the West to Russian peacekeeping in the CIS. The specificity of the implementation of the named Russian model in the Commonwealth is explained by the rigid timeframes of taking urgent political decisions at the beginning of the peacekeeping operations of the Russian Federation, the scale and intensity of conflicts, their significant negative impact on the national security of the country, regional and international situation. The author formulates the concept of network peacekeeping with variable geometry, the use of which in modern Russian peacekeeping practice will increase the level of its national security.

The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for countering the destruction of the nationhood of the Russian Federation. The subject of the article is various aspects of countering the technologies of destruction of nationhood, reflected in the strategic planning documents. The results of the accomplished work: based on the analysis of the doctrinal documents of foreign actors and the modern practice of destructive impact on the target countries, the authors identified the most relevant technologies through which the destruction of nationhood occurs: information, political, economic and cyber impact on the population and infrastructure. Currently, the main threats are shifted from the military and economic spheres to the information one. One of the priority tasks of external actors is to influence the population in order to change values and meanings. In connection with the dominance of the power component in the regulatory and legal framework in the field of national security of Russia, the authors propose to make a number of changes to the main documents of strategic planning, strengthening the problems of the humanitarian component, spiritual and moral values, and culture. On the territory of the Russian Federation, exactly as in the rest of the world, huge amounts of mining waste have been accumulated. Most of them in open-pit mining are dumps of rock mass that occupy huge territories and have a significant negative impact on the earth's ecology. Most of the dumps are non-toxic and can be used for economic purposes where sand and stone are needed-in construction. However, the volumes are too large and only a small part can be used for the production of building materials. Another thing is if you need a large amount of rock for the construction of a long roadbed. There are other requirements for raw materials and the possibility of releasing large areas occupied by dumps. This direction has significant potential, because on the one hand, cheap construction raw materials, and on the other – a reduction in fees for the use of land (especially relevant for large mining and processing plants). The development of dumps as man-made deposits has its own risks and associated problems. However, it leads to the development of new technological solutions, which in turn opens up certain prospects for subsoil users. Currently, this direction is in its infancy, but the scale of the problem of storing dumps is already obvious. Therefore, despite the doubts, recycling of dumps is inevitable. It is also clear that this processing should be in huge volumes. And such volumes of use in the Russian Federation can only be achieved when building roads.

The features of the construction of Starlink and OneWeb satellite communication systems using spacecraft in low circular orbits are considered. These systems are ready to provide global communication services and have very serious development potential. In particular, it should be noted that there is a high probability of using Starlink and OneWeb systems in the interests of the military and special services of countries unfriendly to Russia, which is an obvious threat to the national security of the Russian Federation.

The main objective of the article is to substantiate a systematic approach to the introduction of all types of innovations in the development of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the modern world it is especially important to ensure the national security of the country and the defense industry plays a crucial role in this. At the same time, one cannot but note the importance of the defense industry in the production of high-tech civilian products and dual-use products, which enhances the country's competitiveness in the world market. In addition, the relevance of the topic is due to the presence of rather serious problems in the Russian defense industry, which require immediate resolution. The article uses the methodology of structurally functional analysis, the institutional approach and the method of comparative assessments. The authors conclude that technological innovation alone will not be able to achieve strategic results for ensuring national security, only in conjunction with organizational, product, social and marketing innovations, the domestic defense industry is able to solve its tasks.
