Abstract: Aging is a physiological process that occurs in all living creatures. Swissoats A3® is an anti-aging supplement that contains phytoestrogens. This study was aimed to prove that Swiss oats A3® supplementation could increase estrogen levels in menopausal female Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This was an experimental study with a completely randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjects were 20 menopausal female rats (Rattus norvegicus), Wistar strain, healthy, aged 15-16 months, weighing 200 g, divided into 2 groups: the control group (P0), treated with distilled water for 21 days and the treatment group (P1), treated with Swissoats A3® of 34.2 mg/rat/day for 21 days. Before and after 21 days of treatment, 1 ml venous blood was drawn through the medial canthus of orbital sinus using microcapillary tube and the estrogen levels were meassured by using indirect ELISA method. The results showed that before treatment, the mean estrogen level in P0 group was 14.96±2.0468 pg/ml and in P1 group was 14.21±2.3905 pg/ml (P > 0.05). Meanwhile, after 21-day treatment, the mean estrogen level in P0 group was 15.07±1.8851 pg/ml, whereas in P1 group was 28.33±3.2052 pg/ml (P < 0.01). The analysis showed that the Swissoats A3® could elevate the estrogen levels significantly (P < 0.01) in group P1 (2.3905±14.21 vs 28.33±3.205). Conclusion: Swissoats A3® supplementation could increase the estrogen levels in menopausal female Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus).Keywords: Swiss oats A3®, estrogen, female Wistar rats, menopauseAbstrak: Penuaan (aging) merupakan suatu proses fisiologik yang dialami oleh seluruh mahluk hidup. Swissoats A3® merupakan suplemen anti-aging yang mengandung fitoestrogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa pemberian suplemen Swissoats A3® dapat meningkatkan kadar estrogen pada tikus (Rattus norvegicus) betina menopause galur Wistar. Jenis penelitian ialah eksperimental dengan randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian ialah 20 ekor tikus putih betina (Rattus norvegicus) galur Wistar, sehat, menopause, umur 15-16 bulan, berat badan 200 gr. Tikus dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol (P0) yang diberikan aquadest secara sonde selama 21 hari dan kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan suplemen Swissoats A3® dosis 34,2mg/ekor/hari secara sonde selama 21 hari. Sebelum dan sesudah 21 hari perlakuan, darah vena diambil melalui medial canthus sinus orbitalis sekitar 1 ml dengan menggunakan tabung mikrokapiler dan dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar estrogen menggunakan metode indirect ELISA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum perlakuan, rerata kadar estrogen kelompok P0 14,96±2,0468 pg/ml dan kelompok P1 14,21±2,3905 pg/ml (P > 0,05). Setelah perlakuan selama 21 hari, rerata kadar estrogen kelompok P0 15,07±1,8851 pg/ml dan kelompok P1 28,33±3,2052 pg/ml (P < 0,01). Analisis efek perlakuan menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan kadar hormon estrogen yang sangat bermakna (P < 0,01) pada kelompok P1 (14,21±2,3905 vs 28,33±3,205). Simpulan: Swissoats A3® dapat meningkatkan kadar estrogen pada tikus (Rattus norvegicus) betina menopause galur wistar.Kata kunci: Swissoats A3®, estrogen, tikus wistar betina, menopause

Abstract: One of the factors that influences aging process is hormonal imbalance that can occur due to the intake of food or drink containing hormone. Children aged more than 1 year with difficulty in eating are usually given Nutrisure Gold®. Analysis has shown that Nutrisure Gold® contains estrogen dan progesterone. This study was aimed to prove that Nutrisure Gold® could increase estrogen and progesterone levels in Wistar female rats. This was an experimental study with the post test only control group design. Subjects were 36 female Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) aged 21 days divide into 2 groups, each of 18 rats. The control group was given white rice 3.11 g and aqua bidest meanwhile the treatment group was given Nutrisure Gold® 0.93 g three times a day for 28 days. The results showed that the average estrogen level in the control group was 44.26±11.49 pg/ml and of the treatment group was 45.30±7.66 pg/ml. The average progesterone level in the control group was 22.43±3.62 ng/ml and of the treatment group was 27.44±2.28 ng/ml. Data of estrogen level were analyzed with t-independent test that showed t = -0.320 and P = 0.751 (P >0.05) meanwhile of progesterone level showed t = -4.978 and P = 0.000 (P <0.05). Conclusion: After treatment, the average estrogen levels in both groups did not differ significantly meanwhile the average progesterone levels in both groups showed significant difference.Keywords: liquid replacement meal, estrogen, progesteroneAbstrak: Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi proses penuaan ialah ketidak seimbangan hormon yang dapat terjadi antara lain akibat pemberian asupan makanan atau minuman yang mengandung hormon. Anak-anak berusia satu tahun ke atas dengan masalah sulit makan sering diberikan makanan pengganti cair Nutrisure Gold®. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa Nutrisure Gold® mengandung hormon estrogen dan progesteron. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa pemberian Nutrisure Gold® meningkatkan kadar hormon estrogen dan progesteron pada tikus putih galur Wistar betina umur 21 hari. Jenis penelitian ialah eksperimental dengan post test only control group design, Subyek penelitian ialah 36 ekor tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) galur Wistar betina umur 21 hari yang dibagi atas 2 kelompok, masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 18 ekor. Kelompok kontrol diberikan nasi putih 3,11 gr dan aquabides sedangkan kelompok perlakuan diberikan Nutrisure Gold® 0,93 gr 3 kali sehari selama 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rerata kadar estrogen kelompok kontrol 44,26±11,49 pg/ml dan rerata kelompok perlakuan 45,30±7,66 pg/ml. Rerata kadar progesteron kelompok kontrol 22,43±3,62 ng/ml dan rerata kelompok perlakuan 27,44±2,28 ng/ml. Analisis kemaknaan kadar estrogen dengan uji t-independent menunjukkan t = -0.320 dan p = 0,751 (P >0,05). Analisis kemaknaan kadar progesteron dengan uji t independent menunjukkan nilai t = -4,978 dan p = 0.000 (P < 0,05). Simpulan: Setelah diberi perlakuan, rerata kadar estrogen pada kedua kelompok tidak berbeda bermakna tetapi rerata kadar progesteron pada kedua kelompok menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna.Kata kunci: makanan pengganti cair, estrogen, progesteron

Abstract: This study was aimed to prove that administration of black cincau (Mesona palustris BL) leaf extract increased superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels of overtraining-induced male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This was a true experimental study using the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjects were 16 male rats (Rattus norvegicus), 6-month old, Wistar strain, weighing 180-200 g, SOD level <39.3 U/mL (normal SOD level), divided into two groups: the control group (P0) and the treatment group (P1). The P0 group was given excessive physical training and aquadest for 14 days, while the P1 group was given excessive physical training and black cincau leaf extract of 54 mg/200 g BW daily for 14 days. The results showed that the mean SOD level before treatment (pretest) in the P0 group was 30.63±2.26 U/mL while in the P1 group was 31.31±2.52 U/mL (P >0.05). After 14-day treatment (posttest), the mean SOD level in the P0 group was 29.36±2.83 U/mL while in the P1 group was 41.31±2.35 U/mL (P <0.01). Further analysis showed that there was no change of SOD levels in the P0 group (P > 0.05), but in the P1 group there was a significant increase of SOD levels from 31.31±2.52U/mL to 41.31±2.35U/mL (P <0.01). Conclusion: Administration of black cincau leaf extract of 54 mg per 200 g of body weight increased SOD level of overtraining-induced male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus).Keywords: black cincau leaves, SOD, excessive physical activityAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun cincau (Mesona palustris BL) dapat meningkatkan kadar superoksida dismutase (SOD) tikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus) jantan yang diinduksi pelatihan fisik berlebih. Kelompok P0 diberikan pelatihan fisik berlebih dan akuades secara sonde selama 14 hari, dan kelompok P1 diberikan pelatihan fisik berlebih dan ekstrak daun cincau dosis 54 mg/200 gr BB tikus selama 14 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata kadar SOD sebelum perlakuan (pretest) pada kelompok P0 ialah 30,63±2,26 U/mL, sedangkan pada kelompok P1 ialah 31,31±2,52 U/mL (P >0,05). Setelah perlakuan selama 14 hari (posttest), rerata kadar SOD pada kelompok P0 ialah 29,36±2,83 U/mL, dan pada kelompok P1 ialah 41,31±2,35 U/mL (P <0,01). Hasil analisis efek perlakuan menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok P0 tidak terjadi perubahan kadar SOD (P >0,05), namun pada kelompok P1 terjadi peningkatan bermakna kadar SOD dari 31,31±2,52 U/mL menjadi 41,31±2,35U/mL (P <0,01). Simpulan: Ekstrak daun cincau dosis 54 mg/200 gr BB tikus dapat meningkatkan kadar SOD tikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus) jantan yang diinduksi pelatihan fisik berlebih.Kata kunci: daun cincau, SOD, aktivitas fisik berlebih

<p><strong><em>Background:</em></strong><em> </em><em>Channa striata contains important compounds in the process of tissue synthesis and important role in wound healing, such as albumin, zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), iron (Fe) and unsaturated fat acids. <strong>Purpose :</strong> To determine the effect of Channa striata extract to the amount of neutrophil in healing process of traumatic ulcer. <strong>Material and Method :</strong> The design of this study used randomized post test only control group design. 18 wistar rats were divided into 6 groups, i.e: K-1 (no treatment for 1 day), K-3 (no treatment for 3 days), K+1 (giving hyaluronic acid 0.2% for 1 day), K+3 (giving hyaluronic acis 0.2% for 3 days), P1 (giving Channa striata extract 100% for 1 day), P3 (giving Channa striata extract 100% for 3 days). <strong>Results :</strong> There was a decrease in the number of neutrophil in the treatment group. The mean and standart deviation of the number of neutrophil in the K-1 group (75,96±3,65), K-3 (50,76±2,04), K+1(72,96±2,97),K+3(45,06±2,83),P1(54,20±1,31),P3(32,50±,85). <strong>Conclusion :</strong> The using of Channa striata extract 100% for 3 days are the most effective in decreasing the amount of neutrophil in healing process of traumatic ulcer of Rattus Novergicus Strain Wistar.</em></p>

Abstract: Bisphenol A (BPA) has the structural and physiological activity of estrogen and acts as an endocrine disruptor. This study was aimed to prove that oral BPA could decrease testosterone levels in male Sprague Dawley rats. This was an experimental study with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design using 14 rats (Rattus norvegicus), male, Sprague Dawley strain, 2-3 months old, as subjects. Rats were divided into two groups with 7 rats each. The control group (P0) was treated with placebo for 14 days and the treatment group (P1) was treated with oral bisphenol A (BPA) single dose of 400mg/kg/day for 14 days (P1). At before and after 14-day treatment, blood was drawn through the canthus medial of orbital sinus to obtain the pretest and posttest data. Testosterone levels were examined by using ELISA. The results showed that before treatment (pretest), the mean testosterone level in P0 group was 8.29±4.68 nmol/L, while in P1 group was 7.39±1.45 nmol/L (P > 0.05). After treatment for 14 days, the mean testosterone level in P0 group was 7.40±1.37 nmol/L, while in P1 group was 3.36±1.26 nmol/L (P < 0.01). The statistical analysis showed that there was no difference in testosterone levels in P0 group (P > 0.05), meanwhile there was a very significant decrease of testosterone levels in P1 group (P < 0.01) after the treatment of BPA 400mg/kg/day for 14 days. The efforts that can be done to improve brain cells in the prenatal period is the provision of nutrients and good stimulation. Exposure to classical music such as Beethoven can increase the wave of brain activity. During pregnancy, Beethoven music is proven to decrease the apoptosis of neuronal. Laboratory experimental research, posttest-only control group design. Subjects were female pregnant Rattus norvegicus, grouped into 3 random groups: 1 control group and 3 treatments groups; with 6 samples each. Subjects were super ovulated, and 65 dB intensity of music was played for an hour at 8-9 pm on the subjects on 10th day of pregnancy. On 20th day of pregnancy, the mothers were dissected using sectio caesarea. 2 heaviest offspring’ of Rattus norvegicus taken, and their brain tissues are taken as samples. The mean of apoptosis neuronal of rat offspring’ cerebrum were respectively from the low to high levels as follow Beethoven 1,57±0,3 and Chopin 1,77±0,81, control 1,97±0,34. The data were analysed using Kruskal-Wallis test which showed significant differences between four groups p=0,014 in cerebrum. In conclusion, exposure of Beethoven composition during pregnancy gave lower apoptosis of neuronal cerebrum in the offspring-rat compared with Chopin composition.

Abstract: This study was aimed to prove that balanced physical exercise increased mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) compared to excessive physical exercise in male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This was an experimental study with the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjects were 24 male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus), 2.5-3 months old, weighing 180-200 g, healthy (active and did not show any anatomical abnormality), divided into two groups of 12 rats each. One group (P0) was treated with balanced physical exercise and the other group (P1) was treated with excessive physical exercise. Before (pretest) and 4 weeks after treatment (posttest), peripheral blood of 1 ml was drawn through medial canthus sinus orbitalis for examination of HSCs number in peripheral blood quantitatively. The results showed that the number of HSCs in the P0 group was increased from 1.60±0.70 x 106 cell/μl before treatment to 2.70±0.62 x 106 cells/μl after 4-week treatment (P <0.05). Meanwhile, in the P1 group, the number of HSCs was decreased from 1.74±0.68 x 106 cells/μl before treatment to 1.34±0.55 x 106 cells/μl after 4-week treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Excessive physical exercise decreased number of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) compared to balanced physical exercise in male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus).Keywords: balanced physical exercise, excessive physical exercise, hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs)Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk membuktikan bahwa pelatihan fisik berlebih menurunkan jumlah hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) dibandingkan pelatihan fisik seimbang pada tikus (Rattus norvegicus) Wistar jantan. Jenis penelitian ini ialah eksperimental dengan randomized pre-post test control group design. Subyek penelitian ialah 24 ekor tikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus) jantan, umur 2,5-3 bulan, berat badan 180-200 gr, sehat (aktif dan tidak menunjukkan abnormalitas anatomi) yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu P0 dan P1, masing-masing berjumlah 12 ekor. Kelompok P0 diberikan pelatihan seimbang dan kelompok P1 diberi pelatihan fisik berlebih. Sebelum (pretest) dan 4 minggu setelah perlakuan (posttest), darah diambil sebanyak 1 ml melalui medial canthus sinus orbitalis untuk pemeriksaan kadar HSCs darah tepi secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok P0 terjadi peningkatan jumlah HSCs dari 1,60±0,70 x106 sel/μl pretest menjadi 2,70±0,62 x106 sel/μl posttest (P <0,05). Pada kelompok P1 terjadi penurunan jumlah HSCs dari 1,74±0,68 x106 sel/μl pretest menjadi 1,34±0,55 x106 sel/μl posttest (P <0,05). Abstract: Bisphenol A (BPA), commonly found in plastic packaging and cans, can induce oxidative stress. This study was aimed to prove that oral BPA could decrease superoxide dismutase (SOD) and increase F2-isoprostan levels in male Sprague Dawley rats. This was an experimental study using randomized pretest-posttest control group design. There were 14 rats (Rattus norvegicus), male, Sprague Dawley strain, 8-10 weeks old, as subjects. Rats were divided into two groups with 7 rats each. The control group (P0) was treated with placebo for 21 days and the treatment group (P1) was treated with oral BPA dose of 400mg/kg for 21 days. Before and after treatment for 21 days, blood was drained through the canthus medial sinus orbital and urine was collected as pretest and posttest data. SOD and F2-isoprostan levels were then examined by using ELISA. The results showed that before treatment (pretest), the mean SOD level in P0 group was 42.51±3.127 U/mL and in P1 group was 41.87±2.477 U/mL (P > 0.05). The mean F2-isoprostane level in P0 group was 3.18±0.599 ng/ml and in P1 group was 3.22±0.489 ng/ml (P > 0.05). However, after treatment for 21 days (posttest), the mean level of SOD in P0 group was 43.52±3.472 U/mL and in P1 group was 31.84±2.563 U/mL (P <0.01). The mean level of F2-isoprostane in P0 group was 2.94±0.500 ng/ml and in P1 group was 4.47±0.241 ng/ml (P < 0.01). The analysis of the treatment effect showed significant decreased level of SOD and increased level of F2-isoprostane in P1 group (P < 0.01). Abstract: Lycopene is a potent antioxidant that provides protection against spermatozoa cell damage due to cigarette smoking. The high number of conjugated double bonds makes lycopene has a singleton oxygen cooling ability higher than beta-carotene and alphatocopherol. This was an experimental study with the post test only control group design. The dependent variables in this study were spermatozoa quality which included motility, morphology, and concentration while the independent variables were tomato paste (Solanum lycopersicum) and cigarette smoking. Subjects of this study were 7 Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) divided into 2 groups: the control group (P0), exposed to two cigarette smoke per day and the treatment group (P1), given tomato paste once a day. Treatment was given for 48 days. Based on data analysis, the results showed significant differences in spermatozoa motility and morphology of the control and treatment groups (P <0.05), but in spermatozoa concentration the P value was >0.05. Conclusion: Tomato paste (Solanum lycopersicum) administration to Wistar rats could improve the spermatozoa motility and morphology significantly but not the spermatozoa concentration.Keywords: sperm quality, lycopene, smoking, cigarette Abstrak: Likopen merupakan antioksidan kuat yang memberikan perlindungan terhadap kerusakan sel spermatozoa yang disebabkan oleh asap rokok. Tingginya jumlah ikatan rangkap terkonjugasi membuat likopen memiliki kemampuan pendinginan oksigen singleton lebih tinggi dibandingkan beta-karoten dan alpha tocopherol. Jenis penelitian ini ialah eksperimental dengan post test only control group design. Variabel tergantung ialah kualitas spermatozoa yang meliputi motilitas, morfologi, dan konsentrasi sedangkan variabel bebasnya ialah pasta tomat (Solanum lycopersicum) dan asap rokok. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 7 ekor tikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus) yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol (P0), diberikan paparan asap rokok dua batang per hari dan kelompok perlakuan (P1), diberikan pasta tomat satu kali sehari. Perlakuan diberikan selama 48 hari. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna pada motilitas dan morfologi spermatozoa kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan (P <0,05), dan tidak ditemukan pengaruh terhadap konsentrasi spermatozoa (P >0,05). Simpulan: Pemberian pasta tomat (Solanum lycopersicum) pada tikus Wistar jantan dapat memperbaiki motilitas dan morfologi spermatozoa secara bermakna, tetapi tidak untuk konsentrasi spermatozoa.Kata kunci: kualitas spermatozoa, likopen, rokok

Abstract: Overweight men usually had abnormal hormone regulation that can reduce the quality of spermatozoa. This study was aimed to determine the effect of overweight on the spermatozoa quality of Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This was an experimental study with a post-test only control group design. Dependent variable in this study was spermatozoa quality consisting of concentration, motility, and morphology, meanwhile the independent variable was overweight in Wistar rats. Subjects were 10 male Wistar rats divided into two groups: experimental group (P1), which was the group with overweight, and the control group (P0), the group with normal weight. Treatment was given for 50 days. Based on the statistical analysis performed, the results showed significant differences in concentration, motility, and morphology of the spermatozoa between the experimental group and the control group. For all spermatozoa quality parameters, the P-values were less than 0.05. Conclusion: Overweight affected the quality of Wistar rat spermatozoa.Keywords: overweight, spermatozoa quality Abstrak: Pada pria dengan kelebihan berat badan biasanya terjadi regulasi hormon abnormal yang dapat menurunkan parameter kualitas spermatozoa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelebihan berat badan terhadap kualitas spermatozoa tikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus). Jenis penelitian ialah eksperimental dengan post test only control group design. Variabel tergantung dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitas spermatozoa yang meliputi konsentrasi, motilitas, dan morfologi sedangkan variabel bebas ialah kelebihan berat badan pada tikus Wistar. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna pada konsentrasi, motilitas, dan morfologi spermatozoa kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol, dimana untuk semua parameter kualitas spermatozoa didapatkan nilai P <0,05. Simpulan: Terdapat pengaruh bermakna dari kelebihan berat badan terhadap kualitas spermatozoa tikus Wistar.Kata kunci: kelebihan berat badan, kualitas spermatozoa

Abstract: High temperatures lead to oxidative stress which can decrease the quality of spermatozoa. Mangosteen rind contains polyphenols inter alia xanthones which have antioxidant properties. As free radical scavengers, the xanthones provide fast hydrogen atom movement into the lipid radicals and turn them into more stable forms. This study aimed to determine the effect of extract of mangosteen rind on wistar male sperm quality exposed to heat. This was an experimental study with a posttest randomized control group design. Samples were 6 wistar rats divided into 2 groups: group P0 was exposured to 400C of temperature; group P1 was exposured to the same temperature however the rats were given extract of mangosteen rind. The treatment was done for 52 days. The results showed that P1 group showed some improvement in the quality of spermatozoa with an average concentration of spermatozoa 76.5, x 106 mL, average percentage of motility 82.2%, average percentage of morphologically normal spermatozoa 81.7%, and average percentage of abnormal morphology 18.3%. Conclusion: Extract of mangosteen rind can increase and improve the spermatozoa quality (concentration, motility, and morphology) of wistar rats exposed to heat.Keywords: quality of spermatozoa, xanthones, exposure to heat, oxidative stressAbstrak: Suhu panas memicu terjadinya stres oksidatif yang dapat menurunkan kualitas spermatozoa. Kulit buah manggis memiliki kandungan polifenol yaitu xanthone yang memiliki sifat antioksidan. Xanthone sebagai antioksidan yaitu penangkal radikal bebas memberikan atom hidrogen secara cepat ke radikal lipid dan mengubahnya menjadi bentuk yang lebih stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak kulit buah manggis terhadap kualitas spermatozoa wistar jantan yang diberi paparan suhu panas. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental dengan rancangan “post test randomized control group design”. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 6 ekor wistar yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok: kelompok P0 diberikan paparan suhu panas 400c, kelompok P1 diberikan paparan suhu sebesar 40°c dan ekstrak kulit buah manggis. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 52 hari. Hasil penelitian pada kelompok P1 menunjukkan perbaikan kualitas spermatozoa dengan rerata konsentrasi spermatozoa (76,5,x106 mL), rerata motilitas 82,2%, rerata morfologi normal spermatozoa 81,7%, dan rerata morfologi abnormal 18,3%. Simpulan: Pemberian ekstrak kulit buah manggis dapat meningkatkan kualitas spermatozoa (konsentrasi, motilitas, dan morfologi) dari wistar jantan Rattus norvegicus yang diberi paparan suhu panas.Kata kunci: kualitas spermatozoa, xanthone, paparan suhu panas, stres oksidatif
