ANALYSIS OF CATTLE FARMERS PERCEPTION ON THE ROLE OF EXTENSION AGENTS IN SANGKUB DISTRICT NORTH OF BOLAANG MONGONDOW  REGENCY. There are about 596 cattle farmers in Sangkub county North of Bolaang Mongondow Regency.  Two hundreds and ten farmers from them are being corporated in 21 farmer groups. From those twenty one farmers, seven farmer groups that are actively categorized in farming operation, while others are considered inactive anymore. The reason for that might be due to the lack of capital or farm management misconduct, or the lack of knowledge in the value of cattle farming. The present study was designed to elaborate the perception of cattle farmers on the role of extension agents in Sangkub County North ofBolaang Mongondow  Regency.            The research was conducted in a descriptive method that delineated phenomenon of research variables. Cattle farmers group samples were choosen purposely and finally farmers in the village of Tombolango Induk, Busisingo, and Sangkub II were included in the study. All of thirty cattle farmers were  taken as samples. Variables measurement were conducted using ‘Likert Scale’ and scoring at each indicator.            Research results showed that perception of cattle farmers on the role of extension agents in Sangkub County North  of Bolaang Mongondow  Regency can be rated as follow: in term of extension agents as facilitator: 96.67% good, 3.33% very good; extension agents as mediator: 83.33% good enough (fair), 3.33% good; extension egents as motivator: 83.33% good enough (fair), 16.67% very good; extension agents as educator: 93.33% good, 6.67% very good; extension agents as communicator: 100% good.  Overall, it can be concluded that perception of cattle farmers on the role of extension agents in Sangkub County of Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency rated 93.33% as good and 6.67% as very good. Keywords: Perception,Cattle Farmers, Extension Agents, North of Bolaang Mogondow  Regency

       This study aims to identify the role of extension agents in developing farmer groups in Sungai Binuang Village, Haur Gading District, as well as how the current authority and competence of extension agents to farmer groups. This research was conducted in Sungai Binuang Village, Haur Gading Sub-District in March-May 2016. The samples taken in this study were all members of farmer groups in Sungai Binuang Village. The analysis method used in this study is descriptive analysis and Likert scale for measuring indicators. the role of extension agents as farmer supervisors is at an average number of 287 in the good interval category with a number of 76.5% classified as strong, as an organizer and dynamist the instructor is at an average rate of 306 in a very good area with 81.6% classified as very strong , as a technician the extension has an average number of 306 in the area is very good and 81.6% is classified as very strong, and the extension agent as a farmer consultant that is 306.5 in the area very well and continuum 81.7% at very strong intervals . From the results of the study, it was found that the role of agricultural extension agents in Sungai Binuang Village was already quite optimal. The authority and competence of agricultural extension agents cannot be done optimally because an agricultural instructor is only authorized to direct and provide input on all decisions taken in a group

This research is used quantitative approach and descriptive method. Instrument used by the research is skala Survey of Study Habits and Attitudes questionnaire to describing media social using by students and Likert Scale questionnaire to describing student’s political literacy. Data analysis using Rank Spearman Order.The result show that social media used by students 48% good, 26% fair, and 15% poor. Student’s political literacy are 36% good, 43% fair, and 21% poor. The role of social media in the development of student's political literacy is 54,79% affected by social media, and 45,21% affected by other factors.

A sales cycle that is reached out well in a company due to the role of an adequate intern control. The applied of intern control can be used as supervision and can increase effectiveness in sales activities in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how the applied and implementation of intern  control of the sales cycle at UD. Sehat Indah Gorontalo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive method, where the research results are described in accordance with the actual situation obtained directly through interviews and documentation. Research result obtained indicate that intern control in the sales cycle at UD. Sehat Indah has been quite effective, however the implementation is not yet fully adequate, because there are still weaknesses and incompatibilities with one of the concepts of internal control.

The formation of farmer groups will make it easier for farmers to carry out their farming activities. This study aims to examine the role of farmer groups in cocoa farming activities in Ketulungan Village. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Respondents were cocoa farmer groups selected using a purposive method. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews with respondents and informants. The informants in this study were extension agents both from related institutions and from the private sector. The results of this study indicate that the role of farmer groups in farming activities includes: (1) Farmer groups as a forum for sharing information, namely farmer groups disseminating information obtained from instructors to their members through meetings; (2) Farmer groups as a place of discussion, namely farmer groups as a place to find solutions to problems in cocoa farming activities such as maintenance and handling of pests and diseases; (3) Farmer groups as a forum for learning, namely farmer groups as a place to get knowledge about cocoa cultivation; (4) Farmer groups as production units, namely farmer groups as providers of facilities and infrastructure in farming activities of their members such as providing fertilizer and cocoa seeds; (5) Farmer groups as a place of cooperation, namely farmer groups capable of cooperating with extension agents, PT Mars and its members in carrying out their farming activities. It is expected that farmer groups, more actively collaborate in farming activities and can cooperate with the government and other parties to improve their farming activities.

This study aims to determine the assessment of farmer groups on the implementation of the function of agricultural instructors in the village of Tatengesan Satu, Pusomaen Sub-district, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from June to August 2019. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by interview, based on questionaire, to two farmer groups, each chairman, secretary, treasurer and one member and one agricultural instructor. So that the total respondents were 9 people. Secondary data was obtained from relevant agencies namely through the Agricultural Extension Office (BPP), the Head of Village Office and the Pusomaen Sub-district Office of Southeast Minahasa Regency. Secondary data was also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet. From internet through google scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to this research topic namely Assessment of Farmer Groups on the Implementation Function of Agriculture Extension. The results showed that the assessment of farmer groups on the implementation of the function of agricultural instructors is not yet fully functioning, where the new agricultural instructors carry out their functions as initiators, facilitators and motivators. While the function of extension workers as a liaison, analyzer and agent of change has not yet been fully felt by the farmer groups. But on the other hand, according to the agricultural instructor, it has been carrying out its functions to the maximum, it's just that the function as an agent of change cannot be fully carried out. This is because extension agents feel that farmers are able to make changes to advance their own farming business to make it more profitable.*eprm*

Desa Oebelo memiliki prospek untuk pengembangan peternakan sapi potong. Namun demikian, kontribusi pengelolaan limbah pertanian masih perlu ditingkatkan akibat kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pengolahan limbah batang dan daun jagung serta feses ternak sapi. Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah pertanian sehingga dapat mendukung pengembangan sistem usaha tani terpadu di Desa Oebelo. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melibatkan kelompok tani ternak Syalom dan Elsadai. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi plot pembuatan silase dan bokashi pupuk kandang, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan. Luaran yang dihasilkan meliputi produk silase lamtoro sebanyak 250 kg, silase jerami jagung sebanyak 450 kg, bokashi pupuk kandang sebanyak 1.200 kg, dan pendapatan mitra per proses produksi sebesar Rp.850.000,-. Kegiatan pengabdian memberikan manfaat dalam penguasaan teknologi pembuatan silase dan bokashi pupuk kandang. Anggota mitra kelompok tani juga membangun komitmen untuk menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dengan terus mengolah limbah pertanian sehingga dapat memberikan nilai tambah dan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan. Kata kunci: Bokashi, Desa Oebelo, Fermentasi, Lingkungan, Silase ABSTRACT The village of Oebelo has prospect in beef cattle farming development; nevertheless, farming waste management to contribute a value-added is still required to be improved due to the lack of knowledge on cultivating corn stalk and leaves waste as well as cattle feces. The empowerment program aims to improve knowledge, attitude, and skill among the farmers on cultivating farming waste to development of integrated beef cattle farming activities in Oebelo. The program has been involving Syalom and Elsadai farmer groups. The methods that had been practiced in the field project were extension, practice, and simulation of silage technique and bokashi organic fertilizer, evaluation and mentorship. The result of the program including silage products of plant type as follows: Lamtoro plant (Leucaena leucocephala) silage as 250 Kg and corn stalk silage as 450 Kg, and bokashi organic fertilizer as 1,200 Kg. During each of the production phases, villagers who involved in this program earned 850,000 rupiahs. The empowerment program has given an impacttransfer technology of silage and bokashi organic fertilizer. Post-project, all beef cattle farmers have been establishing a joint commitment to implement the knowledge they gain and keep cultivating farming waste to give value-added and improving the quality of the environment. This study was written to see the village of Sukoreno, Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency, which has the characteristics of biodiversity diversity. The population consists of followers of Islam, Christianity, Hinduism and Hindu culture. This study seeks to examine tolerance in inter-religious relations in the village of Sukoreno Umbulsari, the extent to which harmony between religious communities and how the role of religious extension agents are in caring for and maintaining religious harmony in Sukoreno. This research uses qualitative research methods field research (field reaserch). Community in Sukerone village Umbulsari sub-district is a community consisting of many different ethnicities, cultures, traditions and even traditions, but the attitude of mutual respect, giving freedom of religion, accepting other religions gracefully, and always having a positive attitude between religions. Religious extension workers, as an extension of the government, continue to carry out their duties, from providing counseling to advocating for religious issues to improve the quality of harmony between religious communities. The purpose of this study is to determine how IZI supervision regarding the utilization of productive zakat funds. In more detail, this study aims to determine the form of supervision carried out, starting from the stages, processes, and types of supervision. The theory used in this research is that of M. Manullang, namely, preventive supervision. The basic assumption is to anticipate failure during implementation from before (prevention). This research is qualitative research using the descriptive method. Collecting data in this study used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis in this study used a logical interpretation connected with Da'wah Management's context. The research results show that the basis of thought in the supervision of productive zakat funds is to anticipate (preventive) the misuse of zakat funds, which should be utilized, into one-time consumable funds because the purpose of making productive zakat funds is to make mustahiq muzakki.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengawasan pihak IZI mengenai pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif. Secara lebih rinci tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan,dari mulai tahapan,proses dan jenis pengawasannya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yang dikemukakan oleh M. Manullang, yaitu pengawasan preventif. Asumsi dasarnya adalah untuk mengantisipasi kegagalan ketika pelaksanaan dari sebelumnya (pencegahan). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manejemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa yang menjadi landasan pemikiran dalam pengawasan dana zakat produktif adalah untuk mengantisipasi (preventif) terjadinya penyalahgunaan dana zakat yang harusnya di berdayagunakan, menjadi dana konsumtif yang sekali habis. Karena tujuan dari pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif menjadikan mustahik menjadi muzakki.

The purpose of this study is to describe Farmers Group Perceptions of the Role of Agricultural Extension Workers in the development of Farmer Groups in Rantau Utara District, Labuhanbatu Regency and find out related to extension agents in various training programs for farmer groups in Nagari Sungai Pua, Sungai Pua District, Agam District. This research is a survey research, using selected respondents using a multistage sampling method by selecting 7 out of 68 farmer groups and choosing 79 respondents from selected farmer groups, which is carried out intentionally. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the role of instructors as motivators of educators, instructors, administrators, and communicators was categorized in participation, while the role of instructors as catalysts and consultants was categorized as not supportive. From this result it was agreed that extension agents were expected to further increase their contribution by assisting farmers in solving problems, assisting the process in the field and connecting farmers with technology sources.

Fishery aquaculture activities become the core livelihood in some communities in rural areas. This study describes the value of economic benefits and the role of pond farming institutions in the community that became the needs and daily livelihoods. This research observes how the value of economic benefits and how the role of pond farming institutions in the Village of Ambeng-ambeng Watangrejo Duduk Sampeyan District Gresik.The results of this study conclude that the economic benefit value for the farmers is not profitable and even a loss. The role of farmer groups that have not yet had a good function. Group "Usaha Tani" is still not maximized in performing its role as economic institution of the community in the village Ambeng-ambeng Watangrejo Duduk Sampeyan District Gresik. Three indicators that they can play are the guidance of exchange of goods / barter, the guidance of how to pay, and as the identity of the community. But there are three other indicators that they have not done in their role as economic institutions that is as a guideline to determine food prices, buying and selling guidelines and use labor guidelines. Keyword : The Value Of Economic Benefits; The Role Of Pond Farmers
