ABSTRAKPertumbuhan ekonomi adalah proses perubahan kondisi perekonomian suatu negara secara berkesinambungan menuju keadaan yang lebih baik selama periode tertentu. Adanya pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikasi keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh desentralisasi, pertumbuhan pad dan kemandirian terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota di Provinsi Sulut tahun 2009-2017. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian assositif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) secara simultan desentralisasi, pertumbuhan PAD dan kemandirian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertubuhan ekonomi Kota-kota di Sulawesi Utara, (2) secara parsial desentralisasi berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kota-kota di Sulawesi Utara, (3) secara parsial pertumbuhan PAD tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kota-kota di Sulawesi Utara dan (4) secara parsial kemandirian berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kota-kota di Sulawesi Utara.Kata kunci: desentralisasi, pertumbuhan PAD, kemandirian, pertumbuhan ekonom ABSTRACTEconomic growth is the process of continuously changing a country's economic condition towards a better condition for a certain period. The existence of economic growth is an indication of the success of economic development in people's lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of decentralization, pad growth and independence on the economic growth of the City in North Sulawesi Province in 2009-2017. This type of research is positive research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) simultaneous decentralization, PAD growth and independence had a significant effect on the economic growth of cities in North Sulawesi, (2) partially decentralization had an effect on the Economic Growth of Cities in North Sulawesi, (3) partially PAD growth does not affect the Economic Growth of Cities in North Sulawesi and (4) partially independence affects the Economic Growth of Cities in North Sulawesi.Keywords: decentralization, PAD growth, independence, economic growth

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of exports and foreign debt which can affect Indonesia's GDP (Gross Domesty Product). The variables of this research are the foreign debt value of the Indonesian government and the value of Indonesian exports as the independent variable, and the value of Indonesia's GDP as the dependent variable. The data used are supporting data for the 2015-2019 period from the time series (time series) of Bank Indonesia and BPS. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are the value of the Indonesian government's foreign debt and the value of Indonesia's exports have a significant effect. Meanwhile, the results of the partial test (t-test) show that the value of foreign debt and exports of the Indonesian government greatly affects the value of Indonesia's GDP. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of variables gender, age, GPA to financial literacy. This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

The purpose of this study is to simultaneously and partially determine and analyze the effect of accessibility and destination image toward the revisit to Tambing Lake. The variables of this research are accessibility (X1) and destination image (X2). While the dependent variable is the revisit (Y). This study used the research method of causal descriptive, with the sample size of 70 people. The sampling of this research used incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Accessibility and destination image simultaneously have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 2). Accessibility partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 3). Destination image partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu aksesibilitas (X1) dan citra destinasi (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu niat berkunjung kembali (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kausal dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan (serempak) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 2). aksesibilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 3). citra destinasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing.

This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions on Vaseline hand and body lotion products. The population is female students of University Samudra who use these products. Because the number is not known with certainty, a sample of 96 people was determined using the Cochran formula. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that partially, brand image, product quality and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Vaseline hand and body lotion products. In addition, the results of the study stated that the brand image, product quality and price simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the product.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Purchase Interests in Tambourine NS, and to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of each variable, so that the data analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with test t and F test. In this study, the population was 35 regular customers of tambourine NS products using saturated samples. Data collection was carried out by giving a list of questions to respondents, namely regular customers tambourine NS. Based on the results of the analysis of multiple linear regression tests produce that Product Quality and Price Simultaneously influence 7.625 with a significance of 0.000. While the partial test results of Product Quality partially influence 4,322 with a significance of 0,000 results. another case with Prices which partially does not affect the Consumer Purchase Interest. The most dominant variable in influencing consumer purchase interest is product quality.

The Relationship

Human resources as labor or employees play an important role in improving productivity and achievement of predetermined objectives. Efforts to mobilize labor are an important task for agencies. In this case the agency should be able to do coaching on employees so that they want to perform work activities effectively and efficiently. By conducting coaching on employees, will be obtained by qualified, competent, reliable, have high morale to achieve a goal that leads to work performance. The result of data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis method Y = 5.567 + 0,105X1 + 0,967X2 + 0,450X3 + 1,078X4 + 0,164X5 + e, it means that every improvement of motivation variable consist of X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 for one unit then it will also increase the productivity at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Kab. Asahan of 0.105, 0.967, 0.450, 1.078, and 0.164 units.
