This study examines the lingual forms especially the morphological process and the lingual form of sentences based on the communicative values contained in the meme of the whatsapp group. The things discussed will reveal the lingual forms of words and sentences in meme on whatsapp group. This study aims to identify, classify, and analyze the lingual forms in meme on whatsapp group. This research is descriptive qualitative with a linguistic approach. The method of data collection uses the referred method. The method of data analysis uses a matching method with basic and advanced techniques. The results of the study show that there are six lingual forms of words according to the morphological processes in the meme of the whatsapp group, which consist of zero derivation, affixation (prefix, suffix, confix, and combination of affixes), reduplication (dwilingga and dwiwasana), abbreviation (decapitation, abbreviation, contractions, and acronyms), composition, and reverse derivation. The result of the study of the lingual sentence shows that there are four types of sentences, namely declarative sentences, interrogative sentences (total and partial interrogatives), imperative sentences (common imperatives, requests, invitation, and imperative), and empathic sentences in meme on whatsapp group.Keywords: shapes, lingual, words, sentences, memes

The purpose of this research is to explain the linguistic situation in the form of diglossic inequality in speech events that occur in the Mesuji Raya. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The stages in this study began with data collection conducted by observation, interview, and note taking techniques. The data in this study consisted of natural utterances used by the Javanese Mesuji Raya speech community. The next stage is the stage of data analysis carried out by the matching method. The results obtained after analyzing the data are Javanese and Indonesian language codes have the Javanese language of instruction in Mesuji Raya and the seat is of a high variety (T) and the low variance code (R), Javanese speakers in this region do not like to use Javanese language codes correctly, and Understand also Understanding the language given by the Javanese people in Mesuji Raya in the various manners is still low. Conclusion, the use of the low variance code (R) is also used as a means of code switching in high variance speech (T), this is caused by linguistic factors, namely the ability of utilization required by the speaker. This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

This study aims to determine the Tourist Perception of Bokori Island Tourism Object in Bokori Village, Soropia District of Konawe Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Subjects in this study were tourists visiting attractions Bokori Island. Traveler sampling in this study set out in the quota sampling 50 respondents, in this study the sample collection technique by accidental sampling.Methods of  data collection using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Questionnaire data analysis in this research is the analysis presented in the table percentage and distribution. Based on the results obtained show that, according to the perception of tourists attractions of the Bokori Island (1) appeal to the average score - average rating of 3.31 with the perception of being in either category, (2) accessibility with a mean score - average of 3.40 with the perception of tourists are in good category, (3) visitor facilities with a mean score - average rating of 3.12 with the perception of being in either category, (4) infrastructure with a mean score - average 3.53 with the perception of tourists were in the excellent category, (5) security with a mean score - average of 3.24 with the perceptions of visitors are in good category, (6) the promotion with a mean score - average of 3.32 with the perceptions of visitors are in either category. Thus the perception of the overall rating showed a mean score - average rating of 3.32 with the perception of being in either category.

This article discussed the phonemic correspondence in Sundanese and Javanese using a historical comparative linguistic approach. The problem to be examined in this study is the form of phonemic correspondence in Sundanese and Javanese. The purpose of this study was to determine the phonemic correspondence sets in the comparison between Sundanese and Javanese. The method used in this research to analyze the data is the phonemic correspondence method. The correspondence method is used to find the relationship between languages ​​in the field of language sounds (phonology). Phonemic correspondence is used to determine regular phonemic changes in the languages ​​being compared. Data collection used interview techniques, note techniques and recording techniques. After the data is collected, then the data is classified according to the problem being studied and grouped into more specifics. After that, conclusions will be made based on the results of the data analysis. The data source obtained comes from 200 swadesh vocabularies in Sundanese and Javanese. From 200 swadesh vocabulary data found 49 data included in phonemic correspondence which is divided into 12 correspondence sets. The results of this study include the formation of correspondences in Sundanese and Javanese, namely, (ɛ ~ i) and (i ~ ɛ), (a ~ ɔ) and (ɔ ~ a), (d ~ D), (t ~ T) , (ɤ ~ ə), (b ~ w), (ɔ ~ u) and (ɔ ~ U), (i ~ I), (ø ~ h) and (h ~ ø), (ø ~ m), and (a ~ ə).

This research is here to explain several forms of errors in the material module of the Pendidikan Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan Tahun 2020. Research on the analysis of language errors in the PPG module has never been carried out.  In data collection, used the Listening method with the Note Technique.  The data are recorded in such a way in tabulations.  In analyzing the data, the Intralingual Matching method was used with HBS and HBB techniques. HBS and HBB techniques are realized by comparing between language data and applicable rules.  Furthermore, deviant linguistic data are classified based on the types of violations against linguistic rules and theories.  The presentation of the results of data analysis in this study is based on the taxonomy of linguistic categories in language error analysis.  The results showed that in the module I PPG Dalam Jabatan Tahun 2020 there were spelling errors in the form of punctuation errors, capital letters errors, italicization errors, and word writing errors; morphological errors in the form of word formation errors and word non-conformity; syntactic errors in the form of misuse of conjunctor and ineffective sentences.

Language is a human interaction tool to facilitate humans to communicate with one another, language also has benefits that are very important for life as an introduction in the world of education. But what happens, the fact is that at the moment in carrying out group guidance conducted by some people, they have not been able to use good and correct grammar, but have already behaved politely when communicating with other interlocutors and some people still assume that when communicating only requires language simple or improvised. This study aims to teach that people need to apply true and wise communication, especially in the use of good and correct language systems when conducting group guidance. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods that refer to data collection, data analysis, interpretation of the data concerned with the situation. The results of this study indicate that in conducting group counseling they have not been able to apply good and correct language but have applied good manners. This research has various benefits, namely making people able to understand and realize that the importance of communication when guidance uses good and correct language so that it is easy to understand and easily accepted.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

AbstrakPenelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala pembelajaran daring di SD Negeri 38 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dialami guru selama pembelajaran daring yaitu sulitnya mencari strategi yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran daring, guru kurang menguasai penggunan teknologi dan hanya menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp, cara penilaian (sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan) yang kurang efektif, kurangnya fasilitas yang dimiliki siswa dalam mendukung pembelajaran daring, sering terjadinya gangguan koneksi internet sehingga menghambat dalam proses pembelajaran daring, kuota bantuan dari Kemendikbud yang tidak dapat digunakan, guru tidak bisa menilai secara langsung kelemahan dan kelebihan setiap siswa, tugas yang diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa kebanyakan dikerjakan oleh orang tua siswa.Kata Kunci: Kendala, Pembelajaran Daring, Pandemi AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the obstacles to online learning at SD Negeri 38 Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis used in this research is data collection by observation, interviews. The results showed that the obstacles experienced by teachers during online learning were the difficulty of finding strategies that were suitable for online learning, teachers were not good at using technology and only used the WhatsApp application, ineffective methods of assessment (attitudes, knowledge, skills), lack of facilities owned by students. In supporting online learning, there are frequent internet connection disruptions that hinder the online learning process, the quota for assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture cannot be used, the teacher cannot directly assess the weaknesses and strengths of each student, the tasks given by the teacher to students are mostly done by parents students.Keywords: Constraints, Online Learning, Pandemic

This study aims to analyze and categorize the type of yakuwarigo or role language on the Anime of Gintama. Role language, or known as Yakuwarigo in Japanese, is a set of language features associated with a particular type of character in the virtual world. The characteristic of these languages variation such as vocabulary, grammar, intonation, and accent patterns. (Kinsui, 2003). This study also investigates the function of these language variation types focusing on the yakuwarigo types in Anime Gintama. The data collection technique that was used is the note technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the reading markah analysis technique followed by a descriptive qualitative data analysis technique to present the results of the data analysis. The results show that the type of Yakuwarigo found in Anime Gintama shows the variation of the character itself. Seven types of yakuwarigo seen from 10 Gintama anime characters, namely, aruyo kotoba, hakase go, onee kotoba, joseigo, danseigo, chara gobi, and Osaka ben. And the particular type of the yakuwarigo’s characteristics was shujoshi and specific types of expression used by these characters.

The purpose of this activity is as a means of socializing, entertainment, increasing friendship, a problem solving and most importantly by inserting humor at each discussion of the theme so that the feeling of saturation and fatigue all day long works away with a happy laugh. This activity is a characteristic of Batubara Melayu culture. The purpose of this study is to describe kinship values in combat activities and obtain construction procedures as an effort to modify students' interpersonal skills. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of dialogue research. The research subject is a student who is an expert in the activity. Coupled with BK teachers, the community, and Malayu humanist. The instrument of data collection uses participant observation and interviews. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are eight values in the activity which are grouped into kinship values, and obtaining construction implementation in conducting <em>berkombur</em> activities as an effort to modify interpersonal skills.</p><p class="Abstract"><strong>Abstrak:</strong> <em>Berkombur </em>adalah suatu kegiatan berkomunikasi baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal yang dilakukan suatu kelompok. Tujuan dari aktivitas ini sebagai sarana bersosial, hiburan, meningkatkan silaturahmi, penyelesaian suatu masalah dan menyisipkan humor pada setiap pembahasan tema sehingga rasa jenuh dan letih seharian bekerja hilang dengan tertawa gembira. Aktivitas ini menjadi ciri khas budaya Melayu Batubara. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai kekerabatan dalam aktivitas <em>berkombur</em> dan memperoleh konstruksi prosedur sebagai upaya modifikasi kecakapan interpersonal siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan tipe riset dialog. Subjek penelitian yaitu seorang siswa yang ahli dengan kegiatan tersebut. Ditambah dengan guru BK, Masyarakat, serta budayawan melayu. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipan dan wawancara. Analsis data dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan ada delapan nilai di dalam aktivitas tersebut yang dikelompokkan menjadi nilai kekerabatan, serta memperoleh konstruksi pelaksanaan dalam melakukan aktivitas <em>berkombur </em>sebagai upaya modifikasi kecakapan interpersonal.</p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>
