he purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness utilization of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in improving employee discipline. This research method uses quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness utilization of of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in order to improve employee discipline based on indicators of target achievement, adaptability, and job satisfaction are in the good category. Meanwhile, based on indicators of responsibility are in the quite good category.

The use of electronic government (e-gov) of face and finger access control has been implemented at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City and is expected to be able to streamline employee performance. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the effectiveness of the use of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City. This research method uses quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City is in quite good category, based on the analysis of target achievement indicators, adaptability, job satisfaction, and responsibility.

Good supervision is needed at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions so that employees can work effectively and produce optimal work. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the supervisory function carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the direct supervision conducted was quite good, while the direct supervision was quite good.

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the morphology and anatomy of ginger plants based on differences in altitude, and to make a booklet resulting from the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger for morphology and plant anatomy courses. This research method is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, characterization techniques, document review, and questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with quantitative descriptive and descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger based on differences in the height of the place. Ginger in Selupu Rejang District has a high stomata density. Ginger is more suitable for planting in the lowlands with high temperatures, low humidity. The compilation and manufacture of morphology and plant anatomy course booklets were declared valid with very decent qualifications with a percentage of 86.2%. Conclusion, there are differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the ginger plant based on the height of the place, while the booklets that are made have proper and valid qualifications to be used as material for plant morphology and anatomy courses. This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Recruitment, Training and Counseling on Employee Productivity at PT. Telkom Medan access both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis.  The population in this study were all totaling 462 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially it can be seen that the recruitment variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.837 and a value of 1.663, then the tcount value <ttable (0.837 <1.663) and a sig.0.00 value <0.405. This means the hypothesis is rejected namely: partial recruitment has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that the training (X2) had a tcount of 3.254 and a t-table value of 1.663, then a tcount> ttable (3.254> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.002. This means that the hypothesis is accepted: training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that counseling (X3) had a tcount of 2.974 and a t-table value of 1.663 then the tcount> ttabe l (2.974> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.004. This means that the hypothesis  is accepted: counseling has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan.

Abstract This Research Tried 1). To find out communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure in influencing the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2010 concerning Parking Service Retribution at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District 2). To find out how parking services at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 1600 parking service users. The sampling technique used is the probability of sampling which uses more random samples. The sample used was 94 respondents with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis techniques using frequency tables and likert scales. Based on the results of the study, the factors that influence the Implementation of Regional Regulations are communication with a percentage of 58%, resources with a percentage of 60%, disposition with 56%, and bureaucratic structure with a percentage of 64%, so that an average of 59% is included not good ". From the results of the study of Parking Service variables at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District, the average percentage of 60.4% is included in the "less good" category. Keywords: Implementation, and Services.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

This study aims to test analyze and menginterpertasi; 1). the influence of competence on employee performance; 2). The effect of financial compensation on employee performance; 3).The influence of work discipline on employee performance 4). Influence of competence, financial compensation and work discipline to performance of Makassar First Class Navigation officer. The design in this research using quantitative research method dengang using survey method. The number of samples in this study were 71 people. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis technique which was analyzed with the help of SPSS 24 software. The conclusions of this study are: 1) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance; 3). work discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Makassar First Class Navigation personnel.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi recive servis, dig, cover dan toss pemain libero dalam pertandingan bola voli. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik observasi dan match analisis pada pertandingan final bola voli putra indoor SEA GAMES 2019. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi yang dinilai oleh dua orang ahli, yaitu ahli bola voli dan ahli tes dan pengukuran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang libero tim nasional bola voli indoor Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada set pertama libero 1 berkontribusi dalam recive servis, dig, cover dan toss sebesar: 38.6%. Set kedua libero 1 berkontribusi: 26.2%. Pada set kedua libero 2 berkontribusi sebesar: 16.3%. Pada set ketiga libero 2 berkontribusi sebesar: 52.1%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa kontribusi kemampuan libero sangat menentukan dalam keberhasilan tim dalam melakukan serangan maupun bertahan, baik kemampuan recive servis, dig, cover dan toss. Rekomendasi peneliti hendaknya pelatih melatih libero dengan kondisi sedekat mungkin dengan kondisi sebenarnya di lapangan. Kesalahan yang dilakukan libero di lapangan hendaknya diulang-ulang dibenahi dan diberikan solusi atau pembetulan baik konsep maupun teknikPurposed of this study was to determine the contribution of recive servis, dig and toss libero players in volleyball matches. The research method was used quantitative descriptive research with observation and match analysis techniques in the SEA GAMES 2019 indoor men's volleyball final match. The study’s instrument was the observation sheet assessed by two experts, namely, volleyball expert, test and measurement expert. Subjects in this study were two Indonesian national volleyball national team libero. Results showed that in the first set libero number 1 contributed to the recive service, dig and toss by: 38.6%. The second set of libero number 1 provided: 26.2%. In the second set of libero number 2 participated: 16.3%. In third set, libero number 2 contributed: 52.1%. The conclusion in this study is that the contribution of Libero's ability was crucial to the success of the team in attack and defense, both the ability to recive service, dig, cover and toss. Common researchers' recommendation should be that the trainer train libero with conditions as close as possible to the field’s actual requirements. A libero made mistakes in the area should be repeated addressed and given a solution or correction of both concepts and techniques.

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and competence on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in the study were all employees in a total of 165 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in research shows partially it can be seen that leadership (X1) has a tcount of 1,589 and a ttable value of 1.658, then a tcount <ttable (1,589 <1,658) and a sig.0.00 value <0,115. This means that the hypothesis is rejected, namely: partial leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan. The results showed that motivation (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the motivation variable (X2) has a tcount of 2.511 and a ttable value of 1.658 then the value of tcount> ttable (2.511> 1.658) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.014. The results showed that competence (X3) had no positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) in PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the Competency variable (X3) has a tcount of 1,498 and a ttable of 1,658 then the ttable value <ttable (1,498 <1,658) and sig. 0.00 <0.137.
