This article investigates a pedagogical interference in promoting creativity   in  English  classroom  that  describe  the  importance  of  creativity  in  learning process. The article explores the idea of passion-based learning in improving creativity in the classroom specially in English subject. By using secondary data both  from  journals,  books,  and  internet  sites,  researcher  is  able  to  apply descriptive analysis through literary review methods. Promoting passion-based learning might be a possible way to improve creativity in English Classroom. Passion-based learning could be a solution that give ownership and authority to students to explore their own creativity in the classroom hence give them meaningful  learning.  Some  tangible  ways  in  this  article  could  be  applied  by English teachers to create passion-based learning in English classroom that can improve the students’ reading, listening, speaking and writing skill and creativity. The emerging challenge found in this study is passion-based learning is difficult to apply in large class since it gives freedom to students choose what they want to learn hence classroom activities will not be feasible to control. Besides, passion- based learning needs creative and skilful teachers to come up with various and interesting ideas to stimulate dynamic in classroom.  Therefore, the quality of teacher is highly considered in applying passion-based learning. Teachers should be expert in subjects they teach. Promoting teacher professional development need to be considered to improve creativity in English classroom with given English teachers’ opportunities to explore their potentials.

PT TAF is one of multifinance companies in Indonesia. The increase in low segment sales from 2013-2017 with a high credit amount led to an increase in the quality of PT TAF's receivables categorized as Non Performing Financing (NPF). This increase in NPF was also accompanied by an increase in PT TAF's net loss in 2017 and affected the company's profits. Therefore an analysis is needed to find out factors that influence the amount of credit and NPF, in order to formulate the strategy to manage it. This study uses secondary data of PT TAF debtors which related to the amount of credit, debtor delays and NPF from 2013 to 2017. The approach of this study is a case study in PT TAF about the level of NPF from 2013 -2017. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis and statistical tests. Multiple linear regression is performed to determine the factors that influence the amount of credit, while binary logistic regression is carried out to determine the factors that influence NPF. The results of the analysis will be used to formulate a strategy proposal for controlling NPF at PT TAF. Factors that significantly influence the amount of the credit are vehicle price, age, loan interest, installment amount, income, down payment, type of first installment, type of vehicle, education, gender, credit package, and credit tenor. The factors that influence NPF are the amount of credit, Loan to Value (LTV), the residence area of ​​the debtor and inflation. The proposed strategy formulations are: to consider factors which affecting amount of credit in granting credit, to increase the debtor portfolio with LTV less than or equal to 80 percent, avoid low down payment and long tenor products, strengthen collection organizational structures and increase team collection capabilities, and utilize the Financial Information Service System from OJK to obtain information about the debtors.

Abstract. Sale and purchase is transaction that often done by individual or group because there is a transfer of ownership between goods and assets. In practice, sale and purchase is not only done by face to face but also can be done online, as in the case of the sale and purchase of suppliers data at Agen Fashion. This study aims to find out how the transaction practice is and how Islamic law and ITE Law point of view are, whether it is accordance to the laws or not. This research uses qualitative method with normative juridical approach and literature study. The main sources in this study are secondary data that support this research, such as Alquran, Hadith, and the ITE Law. The interviews as data collection techniques are conducted as supplementary data. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the transaction is not  accordance with the terms of sale and purchase in Islamic law because there is a lack of clarity (gharar) on the quality of the object and is not accordance as well as the clause no. 9 of the ITE Law because the seller did not explain the object completely.Keywords: Sale and Purchase, Islamic Law, ITE Law, GhararAbstrak. Jual beli merupakan bentuk transaksi yang sering dilakukan oleh tiap individu atau kelompok karena dalam jual beli terdapat perpindahan kepemilikan antara barang dan harta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Pada praktiknya, jual beli tidak hanya dilakukan secara bertatap muka melainkan dapat dilakukan secara online, seperti halnya pada jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion serta bagaimana hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik memandang praktik jual beli data supplier tersebut, apakah telah sesuai dengan hukum yang menjadi pisau analisis dalam penelitian ini atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan studi kepustakaan. Sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang mendukung penelitian ini, yaitu Alquran, Hadis, dan UU ITE. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dilakukan sebagai data pelengkap. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu descriptive analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah transaksi yang terjadi di Agen Fashion tidak sesuai dengan syarat jual beli dalam hukum Islam karena terdapat ketidakjelasan (gharar) pada kualitas objek transaksi, dan tidak sesuai dengan Pasal 9 dalam UU ITE karena pelaku usaha tidak menjelaskan secara lengkap terkait objek yang ditawarkan.Kata Kunci: Jual Beli, Hukum Islam, UU ITE, Gharar

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine the moderating effect of economic growth on financial performance of merged institutions Methodology: The study adopted a mixed methodology research design. The study population included all the 51 merged financial service institutions in Kenya. Purposive sampling was used. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires and a secondary data collection template was also used. The researcher used quantitative techniques in analyzing the data. Descriptive analysis for the study included the use of means, frequencies and percentages.  Inferential statistics such as correlation analysis was also used. Panel data analysis was also applied. Further, a pre and post merger analysis was used.Results: There was a significant relationship between the moderating effect of economic growth and financial performance of merged institutions.Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: The government and Central Bank of Kenya to come up with strategies and policies to protect the financial services sector due to its immense contribution to the economy of the country by formulating policies aimed at controlling the effects of rapid fluctuations of the macro economic factors and their effects on the sector.

Abstract: This research departs from the awareness that libraries are vital instruments for a tertiary institution. One important element in measuring the quality of a library is the services provided at the library. Furthermore, this study aims to: (1) Obtain an overview of the Ushuluddin Faculty IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang library. (2) Obtaining an overview of the various services carried out at the Faculty of Usuluddin. (3) Obtaining an overview of the library service user profile at the Faculty of Usuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This research uses a qualitative approach. Remember secondary data is used as the main source used in research carried out. Then as resource persons / informants in this study are: (1) library coordinator of the Faculty of Usuluddin. (2) library staff in the Faculty of Usuluddin. (3) Library library students of the Ushuluddin Faculty IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Data collection techniques are through documentation studies and interviews to supplement information obtained from various informants / informants in the research conducted. The data scaling technique is to use statistical tools, namely by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study found: (1) There are three main services for users provided by the Ushuluddin Faculty IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang library: (a) circulation services (b) reference services (c) internet services. (2) There is a significant increase in the number of users at the Faculty of Islamic Studies Imam Bonjol Padang IAIN between 2015 and 2016. (3) Those who use library services of the Faculty of Islamic Studies Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang are generally male in 2015. While female visitors dominates the users of the Faculty of Usuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang in 2016 .. (4) Users who use the library of the Usshuluddin IAIN Faculty of Padang generally come from the Department of Islamic Psychology.Keywords: Library and Library Service,Abstrak : Penelitian ini berangkat dari kesadaran bahwa perpustakaan merupakan instrumen vital bagi sebuah perguruan tinggi. Salah satu unsur penting dalam mengukur kualitas perpustakaan adalah layanan yang diberikan pada perpustakaan tersebut. Lebih jauh penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Memperoleh gambaran tentang perpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. (2) Memperoleh gambaran tentang berbagai layanan yang dijalankan pada Fakultas Ushuluddin. (3) Memperoleh gambaran profil pengguna layanan perpustakaan di Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Mengingat data-data skunder digunakan sebagai sumber utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang dijalankan. Kemudian sebagai nara sumber / informan  dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) koordinator pertpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin. (2) staf perpustakaan di Fakultas Ushuluddin. (3) Mahasiswa pemustaka perpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui studi dokumentasi dan wawancara untuk melengkapi informasi yang diperoleh dari berbagai narasumber / informan dalam penelitian yang dijalankan. Teknik pengalisaan data adalah dengan menggunakan alat bantu statistik, yakni dengan menggunakan analisa deksriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mendapati : (1) Terdapat tiga layanan utama bagi pemustaka yang diberikan oleh perpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang : (a) layanan sirkulasi (b)  layanan referensi (c)  layanan internet. (2) Adanya peningkatan jumlah yang signifikan dari pemustaka di Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang antara tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2016. (3) Pemustaka yang menggunakan layanan perpustakaan Fakulas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol padang umumnya adalah laki-laki pada tahun 2015. Sedangkan pemustaka perempuan mendominasi pengguna perpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang  tahun 2016.. The management of educational institutions or organizations is a very important issue in the world of education. Because the success of an educational institution depends on the leadership of the head of the madrasah. This research aims to find out the implementation of democratic leadership style and transformational head of Madrasah in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat Lampung province. The method used is a descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that the ability of the principal to implement the vision and mission in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat can be seen from the behavior of the principal in carrying out the preparation of the school's vision and mission with a joint discussion, the creation of an education program guided by the quality standards of education, and promoting civility, as well as mobilizing school residents to participate in improving the quality of education. The ability of the principal to communicate effectively in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat is reflected in the principal's behavior in cultivating a disciplined lifestyle and interacting directly with school residents and in problem-solving through a system of discussions, meetings, or deliberations. then, the ability of the principal in developing academic and non-academic programs that can produce good quality for the school.

Health Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) BPJS Health as a system of health services and proactive approach implemented in an integrated manner involving participants, health facilities and BPJS Health becomes an important factor because it becomes one of the indicators of the fulfillment of the commitment of service at puskesmas. This study aims to determine the management of Prolanis which includes membership, activities, availability of drugs and availability of funds Prolanis, knowing the barriers to the implementation of Prolanis and know the ratio of visits and quality of life of participants Prolanis. The research was conducted by descriptive method through interview technique, check list and WHOQoL questionnaire for quality of life measurement. Data retrieval used primary data by interviewing 40 informants and filling questionnaire on 262 participants of Prolanis. The secondary data was obtained from P-Care Puskesmas application. Analysis of the results of research was using descriptive analysis with narrative exposure accompanied by data tables. The results showed that from 20 Puskesmas 1 Puskesmas had not fulfilled the minimum requirement of Prolanis formation, 4 Puskesmas had not conducted gymnastic and educational activities, 2 Puskesmas did not implement pharmacy service standard for drug distribution Prolanis and 4 Puskesmas had not utilized Prolanis fund provided by BPJS Kesehatan. 50% in some puskesmas cause puskesmas to be in unsafe zone for assessment of capitation indicator. For measurement of quality of life of participants Prolanis obtained 95, 04% of respondents have good quality of life.

Perbedaan data produksi dan rendahnya kualitas pada industri pegaraman menyebabkan tingginya jumlah impor sehingga merugikan pegaraman rakyat. Padahal penghasilan dari sektor garam digunakan untuk hidup selama satu tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja impor garam dengan kelembagaan industri garam yang kaitanya dengan stabilitas harga dan kesejahteraan petani garam. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai dengan Mei tahun 2012 dengan menggunakan gabungan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil studi menyebutkan bahwa adanya perbedaan perhitungan data produksi garam antara KKP dan data nasional berdampak terhadap ketepatan impor garam. Industrialisasi produksi dan impor berdampak terhadap inisiatif berproduksi dan kesejahteraan petani garam. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh belum kondusifnya implementasi kelembagaan bagi hasil dengan kondisi industri garam rakyat. Perlu perbaikan perhitungan data impor garam, baik dengan kerjasama antar instansi maupun ada lembaga tersendiri sebagai pengumpul sehingga data produksi garam bisa lebih valid. Title: The Impact of Import Policy and Institutions to the National Salt Industry PerformanceThe existence of different official data repository salt production and low quality of salt in the leads to a huge amount of impor. This, in turn, will worse off public salt production. Mean while, for salt farmers, income generated from producing public salt production were used for their household life for the entire year fiscal. The aim of this research is to analyse import performances with salt industry’s institution related to price stability and salt farmers’ welfare. This research was conducted duracy April to May 2012 and used both primary and secondary data. Descriptive analysis was used in this study. Result of  the  study  indicatea  gap  occurs  in  calculation  between  Ministry  for  Marine  and  Fisheries  (MMAF) and National salt production affected to salt import accuracy. Production and import’s industrialization affected the production initiatives and salt farmers’ welfare. It is worsening by implementation for sharing of production still unstable with public-salt productions’ condition. The data is still need to recalculation with collaboration of several public institutions or new institution as a collector to achieve more valid data of salt production the production data could be more valid.

The government policy of disbursing Village Funds and Village Fund Allocation is a breakthrough that is able to provide new enthusiasm for the implementation of rural development, where village funds obtain a clear source, direction of implementation, supervision and reporting system, it is expected to be able to spur improvement in village governance and grow impact on improving the welfare of the village or village community. The research was carried out in the village in the scope of Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The research objective is to get an idea of the extent of the impact of the implementation of village funds on village governance, the quality of public services, and the welfare of village communities. This study uses primary and secondary data with a quantitative descriptive approach, from questionnaires that have been successfully distributed and collected then conducted a descriptive analysis, to test hypotheses using SPSS program tools. The results of the analysis that have been done show that the implementation of village funds has a positive impact on governance, implementation of village funds and allocation of village funds have a positive impact on the quality of public services, and implementation of village funds and allocation of village funds have a positive impact on the welfare of the community in the village, however if viewed more closely, the impact of implementing village funds and allocation of village funds on village governance is higher than the impact of implementing village funds on the quality of public services, and the impact of implementing village funds and allocation of village funds in improving the welfare of village communities.

In this paper, we survey the topic of pandemics with specific reference to the Global Corona Virus pandemic which is dubbed COVID-19, and we trace the background of pandemics in the past. Our objective in this paper is to share our experiences as well as to examine the impact of the pandemic on businesses, especially the educational sector, and also on other sectors. In this paper, we take a multidisciplinary approach as well as a compendious approach of surveying a broad swathe of issues. At the same time, we use a narrative approach, providing commentaries and descriptive analysis, and a flashback of history in the literature review. We rely mainly on secondary data for the discussion and analysis as the nature of the topic is still fresh and delicate for us to conduct primary research. Besides, we believe that the problem at hand is on-going, all encompassing, and it may be premature at this stage for us to come to some definitive conclusions. The theoretical model which we use in the analysis is the macro-environmental model which is popularly and variously called the PEST, PESTLE, PESTEL, SLEPT, or STEEPLE model, popular in management studies and used by Social Scientists in their exegesis and discourses.

This study was designed to explore the issues of English curriculum implementation at higher secondary level in Punjab. The study was qualitative in nature, and the sample was selected by using a purposive sampling technique that comprised 10 English teachers. One interview protocol named issues of English curriculum implementation was used to collect the data, and thematic analysis was applied to analyze the participants interview transcripts. The interview protocol was also validated by experts. The results of the study showed that English teachers faced various issues of social and ethical development, ensuring the quality of the English language, the validity of curriculum, multiculturalism and textbook alignment with curriculum document. The results of the study suggested giving motivation to English teachers in order to apply effective communication skills in teaching the English language as well as to reduce issues by providing funds, facilitating English teachers and proper supervision of curriculum implementation of English subject.
