Purpose: This study aims to analyze the capital budgeting and business feasibility of PT DKA and its development strategy. Research methodology: This research was a qualitive research with a case study approach. The data collection method used was survey research by estimating the project costs, sales data, organizational structure and assignments for each section. The analyzed aspects were the market and its marketing, the management and its organization, and also the financial by using NPV and IRR measurement. The analysis SWOT was for market aspect and its marketing. Results: The business development plan which conducted by PT DKA is based on the market aspect and its marketing, the management and its organization also the financial aspect. The development business strategy in the market and marketing aspect which conducted by PT DKA is the alternative strategy of SWOT analysis. Limitations: The limitiations of this research were not all of the business feasibility aspects were analyzed. In addition it was only conducted at PT DKA. Contribution: This research contributes to affirm that the business is appropriate also as an alternative reference for business negotiation, especially with the investors. Sumenep is one of the salt producers in Indonesia. The problem experienced by farmers is the production of salt using evaporation by solar energy that depends on the weather and the low price, caused by worse business management. Salt is a potential commodity, because its market is still wide open. This research aims to develop the salt production method and development strategy of salt business in Sumenep Regency by using SWOT analysis. The result of the analysis concludes that the priority of salt development business strategy in Sumenep Regency are: i) Geoisolator technology application strategy to produce good quality of salt; ii) cooperation strategy in group mechanism to build power and increasing the bargaining value of the farmers; iii) capital strengthening strategy through partner cooperatives; iv) broader marketing management management strategies to industrial salt user sectors.

This study aims to analyze Ana Batik's business conditions as one of the MSMEs in Magelang based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis to develop a business strategy based on a SWOT analysis. The research was developed based on a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and the SWOT analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis is used to describe Ana Batik's business conditions, while the SWOT analysis is used to formulate a business development strategy that is applied to the new business model. The results of the data analysis indicate that the appropriate strategy for Ana Batik Magelang's business development is the SO strategy. SO strategies that can be applied are developing products according to fashion trends, using brand ambassadors to attract and increase consumer buying interest, and expand the market to the scope of the global market. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that Ana Batik Magelang's business can develop and be sustainable.

This research was conducted to analyze the factual conditions in the milkfish pond business, find out the development business strategy, and compile a business plan for milkfish pond business development. This study uses data analysis methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the research the factual business conditions on the technical aspects including pond preparation, fertilizing and eradicating pests, acclimatization and spreading nener, feeding, and harvesting have been going well. In the management aspect which consists of planning, organizing, moving, and supervising according to business functions. In the marketing aspects including marketing mix, marketing channels, marketing margins and ways of payment have been distributed to consumers. In the calculation of short-term and long-term financial aspects it can be concluded that this business is profitable and feasible to run financially. The business development strategy with the SWOT analysis is located in quadrant I, which supports aggressive growth policies using the SO (Strength Opportunities) strategy. The strategy used is to maintain the quality of milkfish, conduct training with field extension workers, utilize natural resources, facilities and infrastructure to support business and optimize this business for the better by looking at financial aspects that are viable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan oleh organisasi Saka Kids Production Yogyakarta yang bergerak dalam bidang birthday organizer atau pengorganisasi acara ulang tahun. Saat ini, bisnis birthday organizer sedang berkembang di kota-kota besar di Indonesia, salah satunya Yogyakarta. Hal ini bermula dari banyaknya orangtua sibuk yang tidak sempat mengurus sendiri acara ulang tahun buah hati atau anggota keluarganya, sehingga menjatuhkan pilihan pada penyedia jasa birthday organizer. Organisasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini menyediakan jasa perencanaan acara ulang tahun yang meliputi jasa badut sulap, badut karakter, dekorasi balon, dan paket ulang tahun. Banyaknya persaingan dalam bisnis ini membuat organisasi harus memperhatikan strategi agar dapat bertahan dalam pasar. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dalam empat tahapan yaitu tahap pertama menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Tahap kedua melakukan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan key person/orang terpenting dalam organisasi. Tahap ketiga menentukan variabel yang mencakup faktor internal (kekuatan & kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang & ancaman). Tahap keempat melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi generik yang semestinya dijalankan oleh Saka Kids Production berdasarkan hasil analisis Matrik IE dan Kuadran SWOT adalah Ekspansion yang mendukung strategi efektivitas dan variasi strategi adalah Diversifikasi dan Intensif. Development Strategy for Birthday Organizer at Saka Kids Production Yogyakarta ABSTRACT This study aims to identify the Saka Kids Production Yogyakarta organization's strategies engaged in birthday organizers or birthday events organizers. Currently, the birthday organizer business is developing in big cities in Indonesia, Yogyakarta. This stems from the number of busy parents who do not have time to take care of their own baby's birthday event or family members, so the birthday organizer service provider's choice. The organization that is the object of this research provides birthday event planning services, which include the services of magic clowns, character clowns, balloon decorations, and birthday packages. The amount of competition in this business makes the organization pay attention to strategies to survive. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with a case study approach in four stages, namely the first stage determining the scope of research consisting of research objects and research subjects. The second stage is conducting data collection techniques through interviews with key people / the organization's most influential people. The third stage determines internal factors (strengths & weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities & threats). The fourth step is analyzing data using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the generic strategy that should have been carried out by Saka Kids Production based on the results of the IE Matrix and SWOT Quadrant analysis was the expansion that supported the effectiveness strategy and the variations in the strategy were Diversification and Intensive.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi pengembangan Paguyuban Sripanglaras Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab dua permasalahan yang diajukan: pertama, bagaimana kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh Paguyuban Sripanglaras sampai dengan saat ini; dan yang kedua, bagaimana formulasi strategi pengembangan Paguyuban Sripanglaras. Untuk membedah permasalahan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metodologi penelitian dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT sebagai alat untuk menemukan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal Paguyuban Sripanglaras. Matriks IE (internal – eksternal) Paguyuban Sripanglaras berada pada sel I yang menunjukkan tumbuh dan bina, strategi yang digunakan adalah intensif (penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, dan pengembangan produk). Sedangkan kuadran analisis SWOT Paguyuban Sripanglaras berada pada posisi pertama yakni ekspansion atau mendukung strategi ofensif. Strategi pengembangan Paguyuban Sripanglaras yang dihasilkan yakni dengan menggunakan strategi campuran yang berasal dari strategi SO dan strategi WO. The development strategy of the Sripanglaras Community in Kulon Progo RegencyABSTRACTThis research discusses the development strategy of Paguyuban Sripanglaras Kulon Progo Regency. The purpose of this research is to answer two proposed problems: first, how are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Paguyuban Sripanglaras to date; and second, how to formulate the development strategy of the Sripanglaras Association. To dissect these problems, researchers used a research methodology with qualitative methods with a case study approach. This study uses SWOT analysis as a tool to find internal and external factors of the Sripanglaras Association. IE matrix (internal-external) Paguyuban Sripanglaras is in cell I, which shows growth and development; the strategy used is intensive (market penetration, market development, and product development). Meanwhile, the SWOT analysis quadrant of the Sripanglaras Association is in the first position, namely expansion or supporting the offensive strategy. The resulting Sripanglaras association development strategy uses a mixed strategy derived from the SO strategy and the WO strategy.

The method of data analysis used is 1) qualitativedescriptive analysis to know the general overview of Corn Snack business strategy,2) SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors that become strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and A threat in the business development of corn snacks.Based on the results of the study in the discussion can be concluded that the farmergroup of Women Mandiri is one of the farmer group in Banyubang village, Solokurosubdistrict, which was formed in 2016 and did a snack business made The base ofcorn, which all members consist of Mother women – housewives in Banyubangvillage. Based on the results of the research from SWOT analysis obtained thecoordinate point (1.47:2.03) which is the coordinate of the 1 (aggressive) quadrant,meaning that the corn snack business on the Agrobisnis Ibu Mandiri ProductionCooperative has the strength and opportunity Well, so that the self-reliant motherfarmer Group can harness the strengths and opportunities that exist to expand thenext corn snack business.

The development of information and communication technology which is rapidly increasing now causes changes in people's behavior in shopping. This is supported by the increasing number of online shopping or e-commerce businesses in the community. PT Pos Indonesia as a business entity engaged in sending letters and packages also has considerable opportunities in this business. However, the strength of PT Pos Indonesia at this time cannot be said to be good, because, based on the results of a survey conducted on 30 samples of people and students in the city of Padang showed that only about 7% of people chose PT Pos Indonesia as a courier for shipping goods. This research was conducted to design the right business strategy for PT Pos Indonesia to compete in the package or goods delivery business using Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis. From the results of the strategic plan made, it can be concluded that PT Pos Indonesia Padang is in a good internal and external environment. However, PT Pos Indonesia's position compared to its competitors is weak. Based on Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), the proposed strategy given to PT Pos Indonesia Padang in such company conditions is an intensive strategy.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. The world market demand for fishery products is increasing even frequently not fulfilled. It required an effort to overcome the problems in fulfilling the demand for fishery products. Types of freshwater fish cultivated for balita fish at UD Suhada is a type of tilapia and goldfish. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of balita fish agribusiness investment in UD Suhada; identify the internal and external factors that influence the development of agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada; formulate and recommend appropriate alternative development strategies to be applied to agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada in business development. Methods of data collection using purposive sampling method, is by deliberately selecting the sample to be studied as a respondent. Respondents were selected from the management and the workers UD Suhada. Financial analysis at 14 percent of interest rate and 5 years of project lifetime resulted in feasible decision with Rp1,105,005,110 of NPV; 4.85 of net B/C Ratio; 38.95 percent of IRR, 3 years and 5 month of PBP; and Rp1,522,035,876 or 32.725 kg of BEP. The combination of value IFE EFE values for 2.688 and 2.651 in the IE matrix shows that the position of the business in V (five) cells, that cell growth. Based on the SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis the strategic priorities is to create a diverse variety of products while maintaining the quality of balita fish, extending the range of distribution and marketing, in collaboration with researchers in developing the quality of balta fish products to face competition.Key words: balita fish, business feasibility, agribusiness, business development strategy
