AbstrakThis research aims to determine the general overview in the production cooperativeAgrobisnis Mrs. Mandiri Desa Banyubang, Solokuro subdistrict, and to know itsbusiness development strategy. The method of data analysis used is 1) qualitativedescriptive analysis to know the general overview of Corn Snack business strategy,2) SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors that become strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and A threat in the business development of corn snacks.Based on the results of the study in the discussion can be concluded that the farmergroup of Women Mandiri is one of the farmer group in Banyubang village, Solokurosubdistrict, which was formed in 2016 and did a snack business made The base ofcorn, which all members consist of Mother women – housewives in Banyubangvillage. Based on the results of the research from SWOT analysis obtained thecoordinate point (1.47:2.03) which is the coordinate of the 1 (aggressive) quadrant,meaning that the corn snack business on the Agrobisnis Ibu Mandiri ProductionCooperative has the strength and opportunity Well, so that the self-reliant motherfarmer Group can harness the strengths and opportunities that exist to expand thenext corn snack business.

The aims of this research were to know (1) the production cost and farmer income from prima vegetable farming (2) the (R/C) prima vegetable farming ratio, (3) the internal and external factors which are influential towards prima vegetable farming. This research was conducted from March to Mei 2017, at Samarinda City, Districts of North Samarinda and Loa Janan Ilir. The subjects of this research were the farmers who had certificate of Prima 3 from OKKPD of East Borneo Province. The methods of data analysis are cost and profit, R/C ratio, and SWOT analysis. The average of production cost was IDR48,301,444.74 planting season (ps)-1 ha-1 and the average of revenue was IDR14,000,000.00 ps-1 or IDR88,888,888.89 ps-1 ha-1. The average of profit was IDR6,443,647.45 ps-1 or  IDR40,587,444.15 ps-1 ha-1. The R/C ratio was 1.84 that meant prima vegetable could be developed because the R/C > 1. Agresive strategy could be used to develop the prime vegetable farming.

The Covid-19 Pandemic has hurt the beverage outlets' sales. This study investigates the strength of the internal and external factors that influenced sales in the online platforms of hype drinks. Thus, the study focused on the adaptation strategy to improve the sales in the online platform of hype drinks under environmentally-health pressures. The approach was mixed-method by obtaining the data through questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The participant in this study was consumer, employee, and owner.  Data analysis is conducted under the SWOT analysis that has four steps in presenting the data. The finding concluded that internal and external factors positively impacted the business strategy to increase online sales of beverage outlets by riding the wave of hype among customers.

The use of candlenut (Aleurites Mollucana., L. Wild) as a non-timber forest product is expected to be a excellent product in the KPHL of Selayar in line with the designation of the area as a Protected Forest Management Unit (KPHL). Candlenut is a non-timber forest product (NTFP) which has great economic potential, but in the management of the candlenut business in the KPHL Selayar has not been able to be optimally developed as the scale of the use of candlenut remain low and the business model conducted appears to be traditional. The study aimed to analyze and identify internal and external factors in formulating the right strategic priorities in the development of the candlenut business at KPHL Selayar. The method employed was a combination of SWOT and AHP by describing internal and external factors, then tabulating it so that it would formulate a priority of strategic choices. The results showed that among the four SWOT groups namely Strengths (S), Weaknesses (W), Opportunities (O) and Threats (T) which became the priority of the SWOT group which had a great influence on the development of the candlenut business, the Strength (S) group with a value of 10.55. Based on the formulated results of the candlenut business development strategy, it was concluded that the priority strategy to be implemented was the S-O 3 strategy, namely increasing the candlenut business collaboration to expand the marketing network with a priority value of 0.107.

The world market demand for fishery products is increasing even frequently not fulfilled. It required an effort to overcome the problems in fulfilling the demand for fishery products. Types of freshwater fish cultivated for balita fish at UD Suhada is a type of tilapia and goldfish. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of balita fish agribusiness investment in UD Suhada; identify the internal and external factors that influence the development of agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada; formulate and recommend appropriate alternative development strategies to be applied to agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada in business development. Methods of data collection using purposive sampling method, is by deliberately selecting the sample to be studied as a respondent. Respondents were selected from the management and the workers UD Suhada. Financial analysis at 14 percent of interest rate and 5 years of project lifetime resulted in feasible decision with Rp1,105,005,110 of NPV; 4.85 of net B/C Ratio; 38.95 percent of IRR, 3 years and 5 month of PBP; and Rp1,522,035,876 or 32.725 kg of BEP. The combination of value IFE EFE values for 2.688 and 2.651 in the IE matrix shows that the position of the business in V (five) cells, that cell growth. Based on the SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis the strategic priorities is to create a diverse variety of products while maintaining the quality of balita fish, extending the range of distribution and marketing, in collaboration with researchers in developing the quality of balta fish products to face competition.Key words: balita fish, business feasibility, agribusiness, business development strategy

The purpose of this study was to find out how the strategy of developing Tikus island of Bengkulu province tourism. This type of research is a descriptive exploratory study, using primary (observation and questionnaire) and secondary data obtained by the Bengkulu Province Tourism Office, with samples in this study totaling 125 people. Methods of data analysis using SWOT Analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunity and Treaths) showed that the strategy of developing Tikus Island Bengkulu province consisting of internal strategic factors (IFAS) consisting of Strength (S) and Weakness (W) obtained a total score of 4.28, this means that the attraction Tikus Island Bengkulu province has a strength that is greater than weakness. Whereas external factors (EFAS), which consist of opportunities and Threats (T) with a total score of 4.25 and opportunities (O) of 2.32, which means that the attraction Tikus Island Bengkulu province has a greater opportunity from threats. The meeting point between strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is in quadrant I, which means that the strategy implemented is to support aggressive strategy. In this quadrant I shows that attractions Tikus Island Bengkulu province have equal opportunities and Weakness (W) so that the strategy that can be applied is to support aggressive policies (Growth Oriented Strategy, namely by developing transportation and supporting facilities to the region).

This study aims to analyze Ana Batik's business conditions as one of the MSMEs in Magelang based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis to develop a business strategy based on a SWOT analysis. The research was developed based on a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and the SWOT analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis is used to describe Ana Batik's business conditions, while the SWOT analysis is used to formulate a business development strategy that is applied to the new business model. The results of the data analysis indicate that the appropriate strategy for Ana Batik Magelang's business development is the SO strategy. SO strategies that can be applied are developing products according to fashion trends, using brand ambassadors to attract and increase consumer buying interest, and expand the market to the scope of the global market. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that Ana Batik Magelang's business can develop and be sustainable.

This research aims to 1) Know the strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats of internal and external factors at Tambi Plantation, Wonosobo Regency. 2) Formulating alternative choices of tea business development strategies that can be recommended at PT Tambi Plantation, Wonosobo Regency. The implementation of this study began in February until March 2019 and the research location was at PT Perkebunan Tambi. The data analysis technique in this study uses the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT and QSPM matrices. The results of this study are PT Perkebunan Tambi has 10 strength factors, 5 weakness factors, 7 opportunity factors and 5 threat factors faced by the company and 10 alternative development strategies are recommended for the company.

One of the efforts to develop village economic in West Sumbawa Regency is to establish and develop Village Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) based on agriculture. The purpose of this research is to find out internal and external factors of Bumdes based on agriculture; and formulating strategies for developing Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency. This research was conducted in West Sumbawa Regency. 40 respondents were selected by purposive sampling. This research method is survey method. The instrument validity test was carried out with the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, and for the reliability test with the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data collected were analysed using SWOT analysis. The results show that internal factors in the form of the main strength of Bumdes based on agriculture is the business managed by Bumdes serving the basic needs of community, while the main weakness is the capacity of managers managing Bumdes still lacking, and the absence of marketing networks. For external factors, the main opportunities of Bumdes based on agriculture are the support of local and central government regulations, the area and potential of agriculture can be developed optimally as well as the development and expansion of agricultural businesse, while the main threats of Bumdes are the lack of community participation in Bumdes activities. Results of  SWOT analysis, the strategy Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency can be done using the W-O (Weakness-opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that minimizes the weaknesses that are owned to seize opportunities.
