Network utilization has been widely utilized by means of greater wide variety of users and managing user request with its increasing demand for content material transport is an main task has been dealt with by using Information centric network (ICN) through network cache method. An efficient access manage mechanism is required to make use of community resource, content material dissemination and better delivery service. Cache primarily based records shipping is an environment friendly approach to handle improving users request however it reasons high computation overhead and surprising extend in statistics delivery. In our proposed work an environment friendly method to beautify the utilization of network, request dealing with and storage optimization has been bought via Secure and Efficient Resource Utilization Framework (SERUF) for ICN. Unauthorized consumer request has been validated and blocked in edge of the community itself and cache based totally statistics retrieval is applied with content deduplication. To maintain our file in impervious way thru Enhanced Attribute based encryption (E-ABE) is used which lets in special file to save in server. Hence our strategy consists of storage utilization, secure information retrieval and handles user request in efficient way.

Situation and concerns of forest owners - some notions (essay) The swiss forest economy is expecting huge challenges due to major changes in national and international circumstances. The main task in future time will be to combine proven traditions and principles with new and probably massif changes in an optimized way. We must be aware of the fact that some existing methods of forest management and sylviculture will eventually have to be adapted in a quite extensive and fundamental way. Swiss forest land owners must be recognized again as the main actors and the most important stakeholder concerning forest matters. There has been a very long period of reducing forest owners property rights and liberty of action, this process has to be stopped now. The increasing demand for existing and new non-wood forest products and services and for further limitations in forest management must be satisfied increasingly on a voluntarely basis (product selling, service agreements), rather than by tightening up the forest and other forest-related laws. The well-known «wake theory» in Swiss forest economy doesn't work anymore in its traditional form.

The present conventional sources of energy have been rapidly decreasing. There is an ever-increasing demand of energy which can be fulfilled only by taking into consideration, alternative sources of energy that are also environment friendly. For integrating the renewable energy source such as Solar PV with the grid, several factors must be kept in mind for ensuring the health of the grid. In the past, this task was effectively handled with different computational algorithms such as Ant Colony, Particle Swarm Optimization. But with the advent of Big Data technologies and Machine learning techniques, this task is handled even more effectively. This paper will review different studies in which Artificial Intelligence will be used to make effective decisions regarding the load demand, optimal sizing and positioning of Solar PV energy generating stations.

Information security is essential nowadays. Large number of cipher generation and decryption algorithms exists and are being evolved due to increasing demand of users and e-commerce services. In this paper we propose a new approach for secure information transmission over communication channel with key variability concept in symmetric key algorithms using Fibonacci Qmatrix. Proposed approach will not only enhance the security of information but also saves computation time and reduces power requirements that will find it’s suitability for future hand held devices and online transaction processing.

From past two-three decades there has been a gradual shift from monolithic to composite materials in order to meet the increasing demand for lighter, high performance, environment friendly, corrosion and wear resistant materials. Composite materials are majorly used in massive production like boats, automotive and air craft Industry etc. in order to improve hardness and impact strength. The manufacturing of hybrid composite laminates is difficult to handle by traditional methods and gives size restrictions, wetting, poor surface finish, more number of moulding required for manufacturing. The Hand lay-up chosen as the fabrication technique when product needs smooth finish slight variations in thickness and number of moldings required is less. The moulding made from materials like plastics, wood, clay, plaster or plywood depending on the availability. Hand lay-up technique has been adopted to manufacture the hybrid composite laminated plate (sawdust with 1%, 2% and 3% variation) and impact strength and hardness is to be calculated.

With increasing demand for environment friendly aquaculture, use of beneficial bacteria to displace pathogens by competitive processes is being used in the animal industry as a better remedy and is now gaining acceptance for pathogen control in aquaculture. With this concern, the present study was designed for isolation of suitable probiotic bacteria from natural sources, application in an effective dose in the rearing environment is expected to control the blowout of White Gut Disease in aquaculture systems. The interaction of pathogenic Vibrio anguillarum and the inner surface of the digestive tract of P. monodon, with a specific focus on their in-situ morphology, aggregation and attachment characteristics presented with pathogenic bacterial species and under the control of probiotic bacteria were analyzed through. The percentage of granular cells of treated group was higher than the control. Histological studies revealed that the treated group has optimistic effect which helps in the reduction of tissue damage and decrease the mortality rate than the infected shrimps. Leuconostoc sp., can survive in the saline condition rather than other Lactobacillus sp., and its tolerance of acidic environment of the shrimp intestine and their adherence level at the intestine will progressively replace the V. anguillarum from the infected shrimps and commendably control the White Gut Disease.

The cloud stockpiling framework, comprising of capacity servers, gives long haul stockpiling administrations on the Internet. Maintaining the data in the cloud computing of third parties generates: serious concern about the confidentiality of data and the reduction of data management costs. Nonetheless, we should give security certifications to outside information. We plan and actualize a protected cloud stockpiling framework that gives secure, secure and available record security for document administration and secure information exchange. It includes foreign files with a file access policy, possibly deleting files, to avoid being denied to anyone with a file access policy. To achieve these security objectives, a set of password keys is implemented that maintain a host (s) or head (s) separately. We offer a twofold edge intermediary coding plan and incorporate it with a decentralized disposal code, which is detailed with a safely Cloud storage framework. The Cloud storage system not only provides a secure and stable search and storage of data, but also allows the user to transfer their data to the user of the backup to another user without the data being returned.

The article is devoted to study of the reading circle of various population groups in the Tomsk Province in the second half of the 19th — early 20th centuries. The book, as an important attribute of the spiritual realization of society, took a leading place in the system of cultural values of the era, became the most important means of human communication. A great contribution to the development of the cultural life of the Altai district was made by the technical and scientific activities among the poor. The study of book collections of exiles, their activities in opening libraries, which were based on private collections, contribute to the expansion of ideas about the nature and scope of their versatile activities. The end of the 19th — early 20th centuries is characterized in Siberia by the social activity of various segments of the population, an increase in the need of society for a printed word. Thanks to the active work of the «Society for the Promotion of the Construction of Rural Free Libraries», in the Tomsk Province, free rural libraries began to open. They completed their main task in distributing the book in the remote settlements of the Tomsk Province. In Siberia, there is a change in the traditional way of peasants in connection with the heyday of the cooperative movement, the alleged dissemination of the theoretical and practical knowledge. The cooperatives began to organize libraries. The important qualitative changes in reading preferences are gradually taking place: classical literature, specialized books and periodicals are in increasing demand.

The numerous advantages of cloud computing environments, including scalability, high availability, and cost effectiveness have encouraged service providers to adopt the available cloud models to offer solutions. This rise in cloud adoption, in return encourages platform providers to increase the underlying capacity of their data centers so that they can accommodate the increasing demand of new customers. Increasing the capacity and building large-scale data centers has caused a drastic growth in energy consumption of cloud environments. The energy consumption not only affects the Total Cost of Ownership but also increases the environmental footprint of data centers as CO2 emissions increases. Hence, energy and power efficiency of the data centers has become an important research area in distributed systems. In order to identify the challenges in this domain, this chapter surveys and classifies the energy efficient resource management techniques specifically focused on the PaaS cloud service models.
