The article actualizes the issue of updating the content, methods and means of teaching mathematics at the university within the sociocultural paradigm. A significant contradiction characterizing the crisis situation in the field of higher mathematical education is the mismatch between the traditional organization of the educational process and the powerful developing potential of mathematical disciplines. Being overloaded with a lot of information, altogether with its insufficiently developed anthropological, cultural-like and communicative components, mathematical education hinders the mental development of the learner’s personality in relation to such important qualities as search activity, creativity, and creative thinking. The solution to this problem can be the transformation of the cognitive-information model of learning, the introduction of pedagogical technologies that actualize the sociocultural aspect of mathematical education. The aim of the study is to develop methodological foundations for the implementation of the value-semantic orientation of teaching mathematics at the university, expressed in providing a set of pedagogical conditions related to the selection of content, determination of teaching aids and methods, ways of organizing the interaction of students and a teacher, in which students intelligently master mathematical concepts, and freely operate with them. The didactic conditions for the implementation of the value-semantic orientation of teaching mathematics at the university are: the transformation of mathematical content, expressed in learning from sociocultural experience; the psychodidactic approach, focused on building the students’ self-motivation; the use of teaching methods that provide cognitive and emotional empathy (educational mathematical discourse), the activization of productive mental activity (technology of problematic dialogue); inclusion of non-standard, creative tasks, training cases. Providing these conditions will allow to realize the humanitarian potential of mathematics, to reveal the social, practical and personal significance of the subject matter.

Introduction. Quality management of educational services is impossible without feedback from employers, graduates, and parents of students. Analysis of their opinions will help identify weaknesses in the educational process of the University, for the subsequent formation of a roadmap for managing the quality of education. The purpose of the study: to develop recommendations for improving the quality of education of students of the technical University by identifying dissatisfaction with professional, labor and socio-cultural training. Materials and methods. 1261 interested persons took part in the survey, including: 386 graduates (representatives of 225 enterprises and organizations), representatives of employers – 265 people (representatives of 173 enterprises and organizations), parents of students – 610 people. The quality of educational process was assessed by satisfaction with educational activities and satisfaction with the socio-cultural environment of the university. Research results. The results of the level of satisfaction with the quality of educational activities are analyzed, in particular: the level of satisfaction of graduates ranged from 66 to 88%, the greatest dissatisfaction is associated with the organization of practices, research work and the material and technical base of the University. Employers are more dissatisfied with the professional training of graduates, in particular bachelors. More than 70% of employers say that specialists are much better prepared to perform their work functions. In terms of assessing the socio-cultural environment, the satisfaction of students' parents ranged from 49 to 72%. The main comments are related to financial incentives (scholarships, surcharges), as well as the organization of leisure and recreation. The practical significance is to identify the most pressing issues that are not always obvious when viewed from the "inside" of the organization. Many problems are typical for higher education institutions in General, so the results of this study can be useful and applicable for internal audits, in-house surveys, and improving the quality of educational services in other universities.

Modern education demands modernization as a result of changing conditions. It must be more mobile, high quality, effective and have good results. For changing the university educational process it is necessary to understand clearly the ideal picture, the changes undertaken, and the ways how to make them. We think that in this case we can use the method of modeling and its variation - idealization that will help to organize the high quality academic process and all the elements in accordance with modern society demands and changing reality. We offer the ideal variant of element development of pedagogical model in the context of a technical university which can represent a certain cliché and make the university education more effective.

On the example of foreign language training of a graduate of a technical university, the causes of the problem of intensity of the educational environment are considered. Attention is focused on the need to reassess the role of the student in the educational process and the educational environment of a technical college, an attempt is made to analyze the problem from the standpoint of psychodidactics of educational systems. In interaction of the participants of the educational process the student's subjectness is crucial and its key feature is to change when in contact with the educational environment and other participants in the educational process. One of the main objectives of the university in the light of the competence-based educational paradigm implemented in Russia is the formation, strengthening and development of students' subjectivity. Sustainable student subjectivity, the ability to build and implement the trajectory of self-development on the basis of the principles of education throughout life, is one of the prerequisites for the success and effectiveness of foreign language training of a student in a technical college. Options are offered to regulate the intensity of the educational environment of a technical university, including the preparation of a competence syllabus that acts as a «roadmap» of a future graduate to build an individual educational trajectory along with other participants in the educational process.

The article is devoted to the process of developing a model of a pre-university in a technical university, which meets the modern requirements of a modern technical university, and provides the possibility of replication in various educational institutions of higher education of a technical profile, without reference to certain characteristics and creates the conditions for the implementation of the university’s specifics in the educational process. The article is devoted to the process of developing a pre-university model in the educational process of a modern educational institution of higher education of a technical profile, in which the pre-university is a mechanism for searching, selecting, supporting, vocational guidance and pre-university preparation of applicants for entrance examinations and training at a technical university, creates conditions for immersing students in educational and cultural environment of the university, which allows to determine to choose a profession and a university in advance, and, if necessary, to change the profile of training. The developed model takes into account the experience of various analogues of pre-university students implementing educational activities in various universities in Russia. The scientific novelty of the study is to work out all the elements of the pre-university model being created, which can be created on the basis of any technical university regardless of its starting conditions and limitations, and also provide opportunities for taking into account the specifics of the university, including: a) the creation of a system of pre-university training at the university, taking into account priority tasks in the field of recruitment and the possibility of creating conditions for ensuring the selection of various educational paths; b) the organization of coordination of career guidance at the university. The theoretical significance of the work is associated with the identification and description of the key elements of the pre-university activity regardless of the specifics of individual universities and models.
