The article considers the genesis of the concept of «interactivity» in modern psychological, pedagogical and methodological research. It is determined that interactivity runs through the entire history of pedagogical education. The paper analyzes the concept of «interactivity» in pedagogy, methods of teaching foreign languages, programming, telecommunications, multimedia, design, cultural studies, literature, sociology. The purpose of the educational process is to prepare future teachers for professional activities in rapidly changing conditions, the formation of thinking as a factor in the formation of the modern personality of the future teacher and the introduction of democratic values in future teachers of the new generation. It is noted that the competence approach in the organization of the educational process requires the teacher to change the learning process: its structure, forms of organization of activities, the principles of interaction of subjects. It is established that in interactive learning the interaction of the teacher and the future teacher changes: the activity of the teacher gives way to the activity of future teachers, and the task of the teacher is to create conditions for their initiative. The learning process is organized in such a way that almost all its participants are involved in the process of cognition, they have an opportunity to understand and reflect on what they know and think. It is found that the peculiarity of interactive methods is the high level of mutually directed activity of the subjects of interaction, emotional, spiritual unity of the participants.

The results of higher education are determined by normative documents and are based on the theory of competence approach. They refl ect the readiness of the future teacher to professional activities in the terms of inclusive education. Analytical verifi cation of various scientifi c sources makes it possible to assert that the essence of the various components of the methodological support of the learning process is the subject of scientifi c disputes. But it is worth noting that currently the researchers have not brought a single interpretation of such a concept as “methodological support”, which forces for their own understanding of this designation to refer to it. Methodological support is mainly singled out not just as a pedagogical component, but also as an integral part of the whole educational process. It is characterized by the volume and content of the working programs of disciplines, provides organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of the educational environment of the University readiness of future teachers for inclusion. Properly selected and implemented in full methodological support of any process makes it guaranteed to be effective.

Practical-orientated form of organization of teaching-learning process is one of the modern educational trends for all levels and all directions of education. It is obvious, by this, that such teaching-learning process must have different content and different forms of implementation on various levels and directions of education. The fact is bound up both with the general purpose of education in every separate direction and with age and psychological peculiarities of those who are going through the educational process. The authors consider practical-orientated training on the level of higher education a training directed onto the deliberate application of its results during the subsequent stages of training and during the subsequent professional activities. The authors’ concept of the essence of practical-orientated teaching-learning process for future teachers of mathematics at institutions of higher education is represented in the paper. The concept has been created on the base of analyzing the possible directions of organization of practical-orientated teaching-learning process in mathematics for secondary education institutions students. At the present situation the authors suggest to redistribute credits and training material between subjects of higher mathematics and subjects of elementary mathematics and methods of teaching mathematics at general secondary education institutions in the way that eliminates the incontestable duplication in training material existing at present. By the authors’ opinion, the proposed redistribution will create the necessary pre-conditions for organizing the integrity system of practical-orientated training at the corresponding direction of higher education and will essentially improve the quality of the process of training as a whole. For the suggested concept the possible ways of its implementation to the real teaching-learning process are introduced. For the future teachers of mathematics at institutions of general secondary education it is advisable to begin the process of working out the corresponding experimental Educational Professional Program of training with the purpose of its subsequent approbation in the educational process.

In the situation of increasing attention of society and the state to the educational component of the educational process, the insufficient level of formation of the personal and professional position of teachers as educators is obvious. This position, along with competence, becomes one of the markers of the quality of professional training of future teachers. The role of educational institutions of higher education in the formation of the student's position as a future specialist is underestimated, which entails a number of deformations and negative consequences. The socio-pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of formative influences on the personal and professional development of future teachers as educators are also taken into account to an incomplete extent. The purpose of the study is to identify the socio-pedagogical determinants of the formation of the personal-professional position of future teachers as educators. Materials and methods: the paper uses the results of the analysis, generalization and systematization of domestic theories of education, professional education of future teachers. The most significant determinants are identified and ranked based on the results of a survey of students of the Faculty of Humanities of the Voronezh State Pedagogical University (83 students studying undergraduate and graduate programs). The basic methodological approaches are personal-activity and socio-pedagogical. As a result of the research, it is argued that the formation of the personal-professional position of future teachers as educators is a complex process in terms of meaning, content and activity. Its effectiveness is possible only in the presence of a wide range of socio-pedagogical conditions that provide it, the basic core of which is socio-pedagogical determinants. In accordance with the components of the personal and professional position, the most significant socio-pedagogical determinants of the formation of the personal-professional position of the future teacher are identified. Ranking the results of the selection of significant determinants by students allows us to conclude that certain components of the personal-professional position (value, target, ethical, reflexive) are underestimated by students due to insufficient attention to these aspects of professional training.

Globalization, informatization, digitalization, led to large-scale changes that have problematized the modern process of upbringing. The modern practice of upbringing in Kazakhstan is aimed at solving the problem of forming an intellectual nation. The key figure in the upbringing process is the teacher. The modernization of public consciousness taking place in Kazakhstan, the renewal of both the content of education and the system of upbringing require understanding not only the content, but also the methodology of the professional training of teachers for the upbringing of children, for the organization of the upbringing system in educational organizations. We believe that the analysis of traditional and clarification of modern methodological foundations of professional training of future teachers of Kazakhstan for upbringing work will give us the opportunity to develop a strategy for training future teachers in the conditions of spiritual renewal of Kazakhstan's society. The article reveals the experience of Abai KazNPU. As a result of the conducted research, we came to the conclusion that the process of training a teacher in Kazakhstan, who has a high degree of ethnic, cultural, and religious diversity, requires strengthening the upbringing and socializing components of the educational process of the university. The strategy of professional training of a modern teacher should be a polyparadigmatic concept with the leading role of ideas of personality-oriented, competence paradigm.

The work considered a system of knowledge control of the Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University. It was shown that the quality of higher education depends mainly on the level of student training, the qualifications of teaching staff, the organization of the learning process, the efficiency of monitoring the quality of the education, and also factors allowing to improve the quality of education in the university. Assessment of the knowledge quality received by the students in the "Chemistry" discipline was carried out among the students of the Automobile Faculty of the KHNADU, entered the first year of the Bachelor of full-time education, during 2014/15–2018/19 academic years. The control was carried out with the help of traditional pedagogical practice types – the main (preliminary, final, and control of residual knowledge) and periodical (current and thematic knowledge tests). Statistical research on the performance of the main types of students' knowledge control, as more significant, shows that the important part of educational activity in university is an effective organization of its control. It was established that main principles of the control of students’ knowledge received during learning subject are the regularity and systematical conduct, the objectivity of assessment of the level of students' skills, the ability to identify the actual level of learning educational materials by the students, the timeliness of identification of the gaps in the learning process by the teacher and applying ways to overcome them. The internal and external factors affecting the performance of students during studying the "Chemistry" discipline have been distinguished. The internal factors are the knowledge level before entering the university and the motivation for learning the subject. The external are an organization of the educational process, self-organization of student learning activity, teaching methods and forms and professionalism of the educator, quality of additional services (holding consultations and individual lessons), educator-student relationship. It was identified that during studying the "Chemistry" discipline, the influence of the factors that students had before entering the university is weakened, and the external factors, which appeared in the process of studying in university, have a significant impact.
