Nowaday, modern information technologies, along with enhancing human communication capacities, have led to global socio-economic, political change. This, in one sense, has led to the deepening of the spiritual crisis, the risk of loss of national cultural identity. Therefore, "cyber-stringism", which is of great concern to the general public, which sometimes affects the general public and is sometimes concerned with the socio-political change of the individual, the state's greatest competitor, is now recognized as the biggest problem worldwide. Therefore, it is time to pay special attention to the negative impact of "cyber-capitalism" on the moral life of human beings and society during the era of globalization.

A digital culture is such a vast and complex concept that is often difficult to define. However, using just a definition does not answer the question: what are digital culture and Internet slang? To gain a deeper understanding of а digital culture, you need to understand what makes a digital culture as it is. It is becoming increasingly clear that this area can be successfully explored only through the joint efforts of humanitarian, social, cultural and technical scientists, and therefore the integration and structuring of existing disciplinary approaches and results are necessary. Our research does not consider digital culture in terms of professional subculture, understanding of modern information technologies, their functioning, and professional language. In our research, the digital culture is considered in the range of the Internet user’s personality. The topicality of the research is that digital culture and Internet slang are «interdisciplinary categories, with the help of which it is possible to analyze problems of cultural identity», mutual influence of culture and slang in the system of unified computer networks.

Nuclear energy is bound to have a negative impact on the survival of human beings. Although scientists hoped to end all wars, the nuclear arms race resulted in huge amounts of warhead reserves throughout the globe. When we consider the effects of radiation exposure, a hostile attitude is common worldwide, mostly because there is no threshold in radiation exposure, and even a small degree of exposure would cause diseases. This attitude also resulted from the explosion of the atomic bomb, killing many people. The general public became worried about radiation exposure, which led to many lawsuits worldwide. In the United States of America, the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) at that time, reorganized as the Department of Energy (DOE) later, encountered a problem when a military plane carrying hydrogen bombs met an accident and crashed in Spain, resulting in contamination of the immediate area. The AEC had a policy in principle that countermeasures against radiation exposure should be as limited as possible. The management of man-made radiation varies from one country to another. Countries like the USA try to find rational and universal applications for human activities, while countries like Japan try to keep utilitarianism even after the Fukushima accident. In this paper, the history of the atomic bomb deployment will be reviewed again in light of its influence on the general public, especially in the context of radiation exposure. The world is gradually shifting in accepting nuclear energy as a part of Sustainable Development Goals' (SDGs) climate change solutions. However, radioactive waste is still a significant hurdle in transitioning from fossil fuel to nuclear energy. This study will analyze past events and determine how to proceed with the radiactive waste argument to obtain the general public's reasonable understanding and acceptance.

The Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China perceive each other as strategic, independent and equal partners with joint projects in bilateral trade, national security, tourism, education, etc. Countries are committed to long-term and mature cooperation and to peaceful and balanced settlement of disputes. Successful intercultural communication, based on an understanding of the values and norms of another nation, is a guarantee not only of peaceful relations but also of mutually beneficial partnership. We should understand that communication does not take place between States and organizations, but between real people and representatives of their countries. The communicator is the bearer of the collective experience of his people. Its national and cultural identity is shaped by the society in which he was brought up. In intercultural communication «their» norms are treated as reference norms, and «others» as incomprehensible, non-motivated and inadequate. The article discusses the cultural codes of Russia and China, examines the influence of national way of thinking on the vision of different reality and mentality, analyzes patterns of behaviour and judgment, which have a negative impact on the effectiveness of communication in various areas of joint activity. The article also describes recent intercultural contacts and highlights the most significant differences between the two countries. The article may be of interest to specialists and teachers in the field of intercultural communication, since it gives an idea of the manifestations of national and cultural identity in the individual, in his behaviour and in his speech. The article explores the reasons for negative impact on intercultural contacts in the recent period.

The study analyses the current issues of logistics infrastructure development and the impact of modern information technologies on it. The influence of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic on the change of conventional business models and relations between consumers and manufacturers, the study of customer experience based on digital technologies, and the trends in the development of new strategic aspects caused by the high uncertainty due to the unpredictability of the lifting of quarantine measures. The implementation of digital transformation in an enterprise requires the development of a strategic plan that includes an analysis of the individual features of the organisation of business processes, the development of the architecture of transformed products and services, new models of interaction with customers, and the analysis and development of an organisational structure that can function effectively during the transformation. The study describes the potential for growth and development of companies in the implementation of digital transformation and the development of digital partnership on the example of foreign and national companies, examines the principles of digitalisation and identifies the reasons for the slow introduction of innovations in the logistics infrastructure. The study considered the main aspects of modern information technologies implemented at logistics infrastructure enterprises, as well as possible risks of the transition period, including risks associated with the low maturity of the infrastructure of certain companies. The main purpose of substantiating the presented hypothesis is to study the mechanisms of optimisation of operational activities in the implementation of digital technologies at the regional and international levels and to assess the impact of digitalisation processes on the re-profiling of personnel and the renewal of human resources. In the course of the study, methods of comparison and analogy, analysis, and synthesis were used. The methodological framework of the study includes the system and institutional approaches to the development of a digital platform for the effective development of logistics infrastructure. The author believes that the main component of a successful digital transformation of a company is the presence of a strategic plan that includes a vision for the transformation of products and services, as well as interaction with customers, taking into account the individual characteristics of the structural organisation and organisation of each particular enterprise.

This paper examines the issues related to the implementation of an educational process based on modern information technologies use. The main purpose of it is to achieve a significant level of individualization of the educational process, taking into account the individual characteristics and capabilities of each participant of the process. The implementation of the approach became possible at using elements of the theory of artificial neural networks in the educational process. Based on the network, it is possible to build a model of the educational process; it will significantly increase the control of the teacher on the educational process. Moreover, this network can adapt to a specific education task, the individual characteristics of the student and teacher. The mathematical model of the educational process using modern information technologies and neural networks is constructed. Their use is based on the developed criteria of successful execution of various stages of the educational process. Such criteria are designed for both the student and the teacher. The characteristic of participant’s activity of the educational process is considered in the work. A numerical interpretation of this concept is proposed.

The article by questioning senior researchers and students of the Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology
Authority identified the main approaches to the formation of the principles of problem-based learning students and objective

control in the conditions of modern information technologies. Implementation at the Department of Histology, Cytology and
Embryology test control for control of knowledge and case studies for the evaluation of clinical thinking allows us to give an
objective assessment of how students understand the connection between the theoretical material and practical actions, are
able to analyze, synthesize the material and to predict development of the situation. To innovate the educational diagnosis can
be attributed to the successful use of the Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology principles of modularity and rating
control training using computer programs. The undoubted advantages of the rating control are: evaluation of the individual
units of work ensures the reliability of the control (test control and situational problems, diagnostics 2 micropreparations and
electron diffraction); so its form satisfies the requirements of content and construct validity (compliance with the forms and
purposes); Extended Monitoring integrates and implements motivational and educational functions; detailed and phased
control procedure to develop students' skills of self-work, forms the experience of self-control in professional activities.
