Twentieth century for the world economy is associated with a range of processes that involve a broader scope. The important issue in the order is at stake and at the same time the internationalization stage - Globalization. It discusses the developmental processes of the world in the socio-economic context. We are globalized as an accelerating factor. In addition to the destruction, it also contributes to modernization. The English word "globe" means Globe, while "global" - the world. Globalization -the modern English word is to make changes in the world economy and society. More precisely, the globalization of the economy is one of the components of globalization that includes several aspects: • Liberalization of Economics; • Development of trade; • Integration of countries in the modern world community; • To increase the service market; • Make investments. Globalization is a major influence on the economy of all countries. It deals with the process of creation of goods and services, the use of force, investing in "physical" capital, technologies and their spread to other countries. In the end, everything is expressed in the production and labor efficiency. The article-"The Impact of Globalization on Economic Growth" deals with the modern actual issues of globalization and its impact on the national economy. According to the author’s explanation, the globalization is the process of formation the world as an economic, technological, political and cultural entity through conditions of maintaining the statehood and national identity of the concrete countries. Globalization has the objective as well as the subjective features. That’s why the globalization includes unprecedented possibilities for development of human society as so as it threats of its existence. The positive results have been achieved only when any exposures of abuse are excluded and all decisions are received as a result of common consensus. The other trends of globalization might be ended with disaster. Globalization influences all sectors of national economy, including unemployment. In the article into detailed form are discussed the positive and negative sides of influence that globalization has on the national state and economy. In Summary, it seems that globalization involves both the development of human society and its unseen possibilities of the threat of existence. Thus, it becomes necessary in the process of globalization proper management, or implementation of fair globalization. The greatest contribution to this belongs to the leader (big) states. It is on their decisions that globalization does not depend on fate. Key words: Globalization; national economy; unemployment; international labor market.

This chapter discusses the national economy and transition strategies of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan's national economic history divides sharply between 1991 and 1998, and the years since 1999. The first period, dominated by nation-building, saw traumatic economic adjustment to the shocks of the early 1990s and a large unanticipated decline in living standards. As the country started to recover from the economic nadir in 1997 it was hit by the 1998 Russian crisis, and only in 1999 did sustained economic growth begin. However, when growth did begin—stimulated by policy decisions such as a large currency devaluation and sustained by rising oil prices—Kazakhstan enjoyed a decade during which it was one of the fastest growing economies in the world. The chapter also considers the banking crisis in 2007–2008, whose impact was exacerbated by the collapse in the price of oil in the second half of 2008.

Waste in the construction industry has been the theme of several research projects around the world in recent years. Researchers implement different methods to reduce the amount of waste in the construction industry. In the construction industry, contractors only consider physical waste which leads the project to cost overruns. i.e. material waste. Construction industry is also affected by time overrun. Impact of time overrun on the construction projects is considerably high and requires special attention in addition to physical waste. In the present study, construction waste is categorized in mainly of two types: value added waste and non-value added waste. This categorization includes both-material waste as well as time waste, which are main causes of occurrence of waste. A case study was also carried out at a residential building project in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to get the idea about the percentage of waste occurs in a construction project.

The article discusses the current problem related to the innovative development of our country’s economy under the influence of globalization. The transition to a higher level of economic development will increase the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy as a factor of economic growth in the context of globalization. Sustainable economic growth of any state requires favorable conditions for business development and active intervention of innovative factors in economic life, which involves an increase in competitive advantages over other countries of the world. Therefore, the problem of competitiveness of Ukraine's economy is extremely relevant in the context of globalization. Key approaches to assessing the competitiveness of the national economy in the current environment are also being considered. A system of indicators of competitiveness of the national economy is being formed, as well as the factors influencing it. The article defines the essence of the concept of competitiveness of the national economy as a factor of economic growth in the context of the integration of the world economic space and the formation of a global market. Among the main methods that were used in the process of analytical research, the following should be highlighted: analysis and comparison – to determine the concept of competitiveness and the factors affecting it. Methods – for processing statistical data when assessing the analysis of factors affecting competitiveness; strategic analysis – identifying Ukraine's place in the world ranking. To strengthen and increase the competitiveness of the national economy in the context of globalization, further modernization and diversification of industry is required by transferring it to a qualitatively new level, aimed at the advanced development of high-tech processing industries, primarily in the production of finished products (production of dietary supplements and organic food) with high added value based on deep processing of raw materials; continuation of the policy of stimulating the localization of production and import substitution, primarily of consumer goods and components, expansion of inter-industry industrial cooperation; liberalization and simplification of export activities, diversification of the structure and geography of exports, expansion and mobilization of the export potential of economic sectors.

In recent years, the growth rate of the national economy does not meet the challenges of social and economic development of the country. An economic breakthrough is needed, accompanied by the achievement of economic growth rates that are faster than those of the world. However, it is important to maintain macroeconomic and price stability. One of the factors that can ensure the achievement of this goal is credit, the value of which, in our opinion, is currently unfairly underestimated. The publications of Russian and foreign economists confirm that credit is a factor contributing to economic growth. At the same time, the loan may be associated with the formation of inflation risks. The purpose of the article is to determine the ratio in which the development of the credit market, characterized, in particular, by an increase in lending to households and non-financial organizations, will not lead to a violation of the price stability of the national economy. The application of the system of econometric models allowed to reveal the ratio between the growth rate of loans to non-financial organizations and the growth rate of real GDP.

Problem statement. The solution to the problem of the integrated use of secondary construction resources should be considered in the context of the spread of the world practice of using, processing and reclaiming all valuable waste as secondary resources. This is due to profound changes in the world economy associated with limited natural resources, threats to environmental and social security, an increase in the amount of waste and man-made landfills. The process of managing the flows of secondary resources should be aimed at achieving economic and environmental effects, the definition of which has certain characteristics for various stakeholders in this process: (producers of building materials (waste recyclers), developers (construction companies and organizations), the construction industry (at the regional level, countries). The application of world experience in the use of secondary resources in the construction industry can become the basis for the development of infrastructure for obtaining secondary raw materials from construction waste and attracting them into re-circulation, which will make it possible to more effectively implement the National Waste Management Strategy until 2030, adopted by the Government of Ukraine. The goal of the strategy is to introduce a systematic approach to waste management at the state and regional levels, to reduce the volume of waste generation by increasing the volume of their processing and reuse. Purpose of the article: substantiate the effectiveness of the use of tools for integrated management of secondary resource flows in the construction industry and propose an economic and mathematical model for optimal management of construction waste flows at the level of individual enterprises of the industry in the region. Conclusion. The toolkit for managing waste streams in the construction industry includes information (including statistical, monitoring), analytical, predictive tools for managing the flows of secondary resources. We consider the creation of a unified system of integrated management of the flows of secondary resources (materials) as a condition for decision-making and the effectiveness of the overall management of waste streams in the construction industry, the main goal of which is to achieve a cumulative economic effect from attracting construction waste to a repeated production cycle. The effectiveness of the use of tools for complex management of the flows of secondary resources in the construction industry has been substantiated and a method is proposed for its determination, on the basis of a mathematical model for solving the problem of optimal management of flows of construction waste at the level of enterprises are waste producers, enterprises-processors (producers of building materials from secondary raw materials), the construction industry of the region. The article reveals the concepts of innovative development and digital economy and defines their categorical correlation. The main modern trends in the development of the world economy in the context of globalization are highlighted, which implies that the digital transformation of national economies is becoming a key factor for sustainable economic growth, allowing to ensure strong competitive positions in the global space. Expert assessments of cross-country ratings in terms of the global competitiveness and innovativeness of the national economy demonstrate that the leading role in the development of the world economy belongs to the developed and rapidly developing countries at the top of these ratings. However, the leading positions some countries in the ratings are not the result of simple evolution of economic development, but a purposeful strategy of innovative development implemented through a set of public policy measures. The analysis of the state innovation policy of the USA, EU countries, Sweden and Norway, which occupy leading positions in the Digital Economy and Society Index (I-DESI) rating, made it possible to identify the main directions of economic growth that are important to consider in the Russian state policy of digitalization. As part of the study of the current state of the Russian digital transformation, the achieved success is highlighted and the constraints are identified, the elimination of which will determine the success of the development of digital technologies and their implementation in government bodies, public organizations and business structures. The successful result of Russian digitalization is the adoption of a strategic document (National Program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation"), which defines the goals and institutional conditions for its implementation for all subjects of the national economy. Critical analysis of national programs helped to highlight some of the contained flaws, including the lack of: - economic objectives that concern system development of national industry 4.0 and the withdrawal of Russian digital technologies on global markets;- the indicative indicators of the pace of development of e-Commerce, the share of high-tech jobs in the total employment structure, growth of high-tech exports, and others; incentive mechanism for businesses to transition on the numbers; - ways to increase investment in research and development. In addition, the need for its adjustment is due to the selected seven limiting factors of Russian digitalization, which demonstrate the low efficiency of the national program in the transition from the stage of formation to the stage of development of the digital economy in Russia.
