In most popular standards, the UDP (User datagram protocol plays a vital role in Internet protocol. Normally, in the networking concepts are not required for set up communication between data paths and also the channels.it has used to addressing several different function and also provides data integrity at the source and destination. TCP and SCTP are designed for many applications in the network interface if error free network needed. So that, to improve the performance metrics of teaching learning process, the wireless technology based networking concepts involved major parts.

In Teaching-learning process on class, teacher playing vital role for reaching planned education purpose. But that not an easy case, because there are many problems occur in class. Those problems have to be eliminated, and the way to do that is by using class room research. Class room action research is designed to solved a teaching-learning process on class. Class room action research purposed repairing learning process simultaniusly. Class room action research conducted simultaniously to repairing teaching-learning process naturally without disturbing teaching learning process it self. Class room action research conducted based on cycle. Each cycle play vital role fo the next cycle. By conducting training activity for education sports teachers for making and designing a classroom research, they will solve the problems occur in teaching-learning process. By developing education sports teacher ability in class room research will lead the educational purposed to optimal result. Training designed by using classical models, including: discussing, interview, guiding, and assinment. At the end of the training process, every education sports teaching producing one class room action research proposal and making one research based on their own class problem.

<p>Preventive confinement against COVID-19 changed the teaching-learning process of the Phytopathology course at the Faculty of Agronomy of the UCR. Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) were integrated into a program called ‘Phytopathology 2020, at the distance but together’. Each student received at her home a box of materials, including culture media and a paper microscope, that allowed her to set up and carry out different phytopathological techniques. The result obtained exceeded expectations and previous results in 16 years of teaching experience. The integration of the family into the educational project was surprising, fostering values of mutual commitment in education and prevention of COVID-19.</p>

Abstract: Education is a process to humanize human beings. Therefore, the methods employed by the teacher should provide valuable characters since students make the teacher as the central figure in the process of learning. Moreover, the world’ figures that serve valuable morals for students are currently in crisis. In this void, therefore, the field of education should be triggered by improving the quality of teacher’s performance,especially for the religious teacher. The religious teacher is highly demanded to give valuable characters in all aspects of life. Hence, the educational process is not only to transfer knowledge but also to build moral values   to students. Teacher’s modelingplays a vital role in the teaching-learning process. In accordance to this, the religious teacher also functions as a spiritual father for students who provides knowledge, moral values, and justification. In this case, the teacher requires not only to have adequate pedagogical skills, but also to be able educate students well. This is due to the fact that education is aimed not only to transfer knowledge, but also to build valuable character,that is the teacher’s ability to provide model of valuable attitude and positive values to students.

Abstract: Speaking has been put in a high priority as far as English language mastery is concerned. It is widely used as a measurement for language achievement at not only schools but also companies. In particular cases, however, speaking is viewed as a more demanding and threatening skill compared to listening, reading, and writing as it is a product of a language learning process rather than simply language learning (NCLRC, 2004). This research was aimed to figure out classroom activities which play a vital role in the teaching-learning process as it is through these that students acquire, learn, and practice the skills. The subjects of this research were the speaking class students. This research was a descriptive qualitative. Based on the research, it was found that since speaking skills are vital for students to learn, we – teachers of English - have to make every endeavor to help students master them. Classroom activities are parts of language learning process that we can handle and design to meet the above needs. With appropriate activities within stimulating classroom environment, it is expected that we can provide triggers for our students to speak.

The discussion on gender in education is not new in Bhutan. The policies, program and political will for years aimed to achieve gender equality. Despite numerous program, strategies and policies in various forms, there is less studies done to examine its effectiveness. The main aim of this study was to find out how teachers are aware and adopt gender responsive pedagogy in their day to day teaching learning process. This study was carried out in one higher secondary school under Thimphu Thromde with mixed method by adopting non-probability convenient sampling techniques. Data was collected through test, observation and face to face interview with teachers. SPSS version 22 was used to analyze test score via mean, standard deviation and one sample t-test. The findings revealed that teachers do not know much on gender and gender responsive pedagogy. There was also less attention paid to language use, class room set up, classroom interactions and use of text books. This study recommended the Royal University of Bhutan, Ministry of Education, Royal Education Council and school to conduct professional development, training and sensitize all education stakeholders on gender responsive school and pedagogy. The Ministry of Education and schools should carry out capacity development for teachers and education officials to enable them to adopt gender responsive skills in their day to day teaching learning process and to promote positive mind set on gender equity with a bottom up approach.

This collaborative classroom action research (CAR) which was assembled in two cycles aimed at describing the implementation of questioning technique in improving the students’ comprehension skills on expository text.  The procedures of instruction involve four steps namely (1) explaining and brainstorming; (2) grouping and discussing; (3) leading; and (4) concluding and presenting. The finding which supported by data on the teaching-learning process shows that the percentage of the students who get greater than or equal to 20 point at the first test is 59.5 % and 80 % in the second test. Accordingly, with 70 % of the participants get 20 point in the set-up criteria of success, it concluded that such technique is still outstanding in improving the students’ comprehension skills on expository texts type.

This work was developed in the course of MOLECULAR DIVERSITY, required curricular component for the courses of Biological Sciences at UFRN. This course intends to encourage the study of the chemical structure and function of biomolecules using lectures and practical classes. Looking at the evaluations from previous semesters, it became evident that the subjects of the membrane and extracellular matrix were not being learned in a meaningful way. We also noticed lack of motivation from students due to difficulties in understanding molecules, weakening the teaching/learning process. Given this situation, our work aimed to encourage students to construct the constituent molecules of the membrane and extracellular matrix and assemble these structures, in order to understand molecular interactions, improve understanding of the subject and facilitate the learning process. This was accomplished through a monitoring project with the help of monitors. The proposed methodology consisted of separating the class into groups, where each would be responsible for making and exposing the other students to one of the molecules (Membrane Lipids, integrins, fibronectin, collagen, elastin, laminin, hyaluronic acid), and then discussing these molecules’ structural characteristics and interactions. The students could use various types of materials like cardboard, colored pens and polystyrene. The molecules were presented to the class, and the groups had set up the membrane and the matrix indicating the location of molecules and their possible interactions. All groups created their molecules according to given specifications. They created didactic and colorful molecules and positively interacted with all other groups during the assembly of the membrane and extracellular matrix; they also discussed molecules functions and interactions. We noticed during presentations and evaluation a strong performance in the subjects in question, as well as the construction of a didactic model easily used to understand these subjects; we therefore postulate that the activity achieved its objectives.

Educational strategies are designed to cope with and fulfill the multifarious pedagogical and educational needs of teachers and learners. Moreover, no educational plan can possibly yield the required results without incorporating suitable instructive strategies. This research paper advocates the role and importance of schemas in learning new forms of knowledge and data in the perspective of class room teaching-learning. Cognitive approach is adopted to understand how students learn new forms of knowledge and experiences through different mental processes, quite unlike that of behaviorism. The concept of schema helps us understand how learners can link new pieces of information to the already existing knowledge in their minds. The notion of ‘Constructivist Approach’ has been extracted from the field of educational psychology for triangulation. Extracts are taken from the textbooks of English used in matriculation and intermediate through purposive sampling. Their analysis shows that schemas can play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience and making new forms of knowledge a permanent part of the memory of students which is the ultimate goal of education.

The system of relationships and emotions that develop in the teaching-learning process define the complexity of teachers' education and pose the challenge of bringing out the emotional and affective culture that guides school life. Several studies on teaching practices highlight the tendency to refer to technical aspectsas a key dimension of professionalism, rather than on relational and emotional dimensions that can promote the relationship with student. The creative and unprecedented reconfiguration of professional practice is configured as the outcome of a reflexive process of subjective construction and de-construction of the profession and its development.The paper proposes a reflective training experience, which involved 76 teachers, focused on emotional and relational dimensions on teaching and based on the use of the narrative-autobiographical instruments (diary, narrative, metaphor). The results achieved in the monitoring phase show that the training offered an opportunity to reflect on oneself and one's personal and professional experience, starting from the use of alternative perspectives and interpretations than those that are already in use
