Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian normatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yakni Bentuk penelitian kepustakaan yaitu teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mempelajari berbagai literatur baik buku artikel maupun materi kuliah yang diperoleh. Bentuk interview yaitu teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang berkompeten dan objek penelitian, serta meminta data-data kepada pihak yang terkait. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyidikan tindak pindana korupsi adalah tindakan yang dilakukan untuk memberantas korupsi, namun dalam pelaksanaanya mengalami banyak hambatan dan tantangan baik dari segi aspek sumber daya manusia maupun dari aspek kondisi alam, dukungan dana dan sarana dan prasarana, sedangkan pada aspek sumber daya manusia, dapat dilihat banyaknya pegawai negeri sipil yang tidak berminat menjadi pejabat pengadaan barang dan jasa hal ini disebabkan jabatan yang memiliki resiko besar karena konsekkuensinya adalah terlibat dalam persoalan hukum di Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is the type of normative research. Data collection techniques, namely the form of library research, namely data collection techniques by studying various literature, both article books and course materials obtained. The form of interview is a data collection technique by conducting interviews with competent parties and the object of research, as well as requesting data from related parties. The results of the study show that investigating corruption crimes is an action taken to eradicate corruption, but in its implementation there are many obstacles and challenges both in terms of aspects of human resources and aspects of natural conditions, financial support and facilities and infrastructure, while in the aspect of resources. humans, it can be seen that there are many civil servants who are not interested in becoming officials in the procurement of goods and services. This is because the position has a big risk because the consequences are being involved in legal issues in Indonesia

Quran is life guidance and there is no doubt about it, it is also as a guidance of all human life problems in this world, including problems of multicultural conflicts which occur in the society. Quran which consists of 30 juz 114 surah has explored humanistic principles and values  in the interaction to other humans both of in group and inter group interaction need to be studied in order to solve all problems occurs in the society. Problems of this research are: (1) How are main themes of multicultural education values in tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka? (2) How is the perspective of Buya Hamka towards multicultural education values in tafsir Al-Azhar. This is a library research. Data collection technique is by using documents, the researcher collected and reviewed books, kitab, journals, and other writing materials which are connected to multicultural education and came up with the description. Data of this research was analyzed by using linguistics, sociological, and theological approach. Buya Hamka in interpreting verses about multicultural emphasizes on the concept of unity and similarity. According to Hamka, diversity is a starting points of the conflicts in the life of society. Unity and similarity concept by Buya Hamka can be viewed from two points. They are: (1) Unity and similarity of human origins from the same father and mother. (2) Unity and similarity of aqidah to make human becomes brothers and sisters.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

Application of transparency, participation, and accountability in the procurement process of goods and services is in need to achieve good governance. Local governments Sidenreng Rappang has committed to implement through regulation principles so important to study. Therefore, this study aims to determine the principles of transparency, participation, and accountability and bureaucratic behavior that influence the process of procuring goods and services.This type of research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques through documents, questionnaires, and informants. The data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis.Behavioral results showed that bureaucracy tends political types in the application of the principles of transparency, participation, and accountability services for goods and services. This supported the existence of a Representative Observer of Society (ROS) that help implement it. The factors that influence still more in human resources and the enforcement of sanctions against irregularities rules or procedures.

The purpose of this research itself is to determine the market position PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia in the BCG matrix (Boston Consulting Group) and formulating strategies to maintain market share. This type of research used in this research is to use descriptive methods. While this research data collection technique uses secondary data based on written documents in the form of sales results and market share PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. The calculation result of BCG Matrix owned by PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia shows that the company is in the position of Cash Cows where the position has a medium market growth with high market share. This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

This study aims to determine the increased activity and learning outcomes akidah morals through multimedia LCD Projector. The method used in this research is library research. Data collection is obtained through documentation studies of related scientific works. The type of research is qualitative ie that produces analytical procedures that do not use statistical analysis procedures or other qualifications. Based on the results of the study concluded that the application of media: (1) Increase student learning activities. This is based on literature studies that researchers get. Covid-19 is a big challenge for Indonesians, it affects various aspects, in addition to economic aspects many aspects are also harmed by Covid 19 aspk other aspects, namely aspectsofEducation. This research aims to find out the results of learning to write in the pandemic period in students of grade 9H SMPN 1 Karanggayam, Kebumen in the 2nd semester of the 2020/2021 school year and to find out the learning results of students in using the WhatsApp Grouping application. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a sample of students of SMPN 1 Karanggayam. This research data collection technique uses observation techniques, questionnaires and recording techniques. The data collection instrument used in the study was an online learning questionnaire. The results of research in the use of WhatsApp media showed that the results of learning to write a rebuke against the results of grades that are not 100% most students have grades that are less or below KKM

This article experiments with creativity, ambiguity, design thinking, research, and teacher education in computer-assisted language learning within the development of a distance teacher education course on computer-assisted language learning. By deploying philosophy of immanence, the associated agencements of teacher becoming in computer-assisted language learning, and design thinking, this article generates new ways of thinking about creativity, ambiguity, design thinking, language-teacher education, and research. Data collection included course materials, student interviews, and assignments. The paper uses rhizoanalysis to map affective connections within the research agencement, highlighting potential for transformation. It presents vignettes to palpate, disrupt, and encourage further concept creation.

This study aims to determine the strategy of local government in promotion based on E-Tourism in Bantaeng Regency and also to find out what factors influence the local government in the formulation of E-Tourism-based promotion strategy in Bantaeng Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. Data is collected from interviews, then analyzed based on indicators of Human Resources, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Funding. Data collection techniques carried out by observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Bantaeng Regency government's strategy in implementing E-Tourism is maximized by creating a Team filled with human resources who have a special capacity or ability in IT mastery. Specifically, for the concept of E-Tourism, limiting physical funding, but for technical expertise, technical financing such as photographers and graphic design experts is required. Supporting factors for E-Tourism based promotion in Bantaeng Regency are the apparatus commitment to promoting Bantaeng tourism and collaboration with various parties.

Language has an important role in everyday human life in society. Jargon is a kind of language that is only used by certain communities as daily communication among its members. The jargon used by the transgender community is very interesting to understand because the jargon has its own form and meaning in its disclosure and can find out how the variety of jargon-shaped language used by transgenders in hiding their secrets so as not to be known by the public. It is evident that not all users of other languages understand the jargon. In this study, the researchers analyzed the jargon used by the waria community in the salon. This study aims to determine the jargon and describe and understand the meaning of the jargon used by the transgender community in interacting orally. The source of the research data was obtained from the subject, namely the transgender women who worked at the Retah salon in Pamulang, who used jargon in their daily communication with transgender women and sometimes with their customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and conveys data objectively. Describe the jargon terms of transgender language as the object of research. The data collection technique used is observation or see and note. The result of this research is the jargon used by waria in the form of transgender language vocabulary. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that 20 pieces of jargon used by transgender women in the salon were akika, rapose, capcus, endang gurindang, ink, sekong, belenjong, cucok, metong, hamidah, lekong, sapose, capcay, begindang, bala-bala, sindang. , lambreta, grasshopper, mesong, and mursida.Keywords: Waria, Jargon, Vocabulary
