Realizing that,SD Negeri Cikampek Selatan I as primary school felt the need to implement a new computerizedstudent enrollment system as part of the change that replaced the new student registration system(conventional), because the computerized system can accelerate and simplify the process andminimize the mistakes that there, for that the author designed the New Student EnrollmentApplication Program on State Elementary School Cikampek Selatan I-Karawang, so that theprogram is made in accordance with the needs of the new student registration system that alreadyexist, the authors make the design of this program ranging from input documents containing theprocess of filling the form of prospective students, the process of entering student data, the processof entering the data Parents, the process of entering user data and output documents containing newstudent cards and student reports.

Abstract: New Student Admission is one process that exists in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become students. In general, the process of admitting new students is done through the stages of registration, selection tests and announcements of new student admissions. So far, Kosgoro Vocational School has registered new student participants in a manual and not computerized way, causing time constraints and more costs for prospective students. In developing this application using the waterfall method includes the stages of determining software requirements, program design and testing of applications that have been made, In terms of making this website using Codeigniter and PHP so that the web display is more attractive and more efficient in accepting new students and providing convenience to prospective students to be able to register online and administrative staff can use it and see the latest developments in new student registration. Information Technology is providing a lot of convenience that can be felt by human life. One example of the era of information technology is the birth of computers in the life of society .. Computers are now perceived to provide a lot of mamfaat that can not be separated from human life. In every company or institution, in its data processing has been applied by using computer. Therefore the computer can be made aspects of decision support is good and appropriate in taking a decision. Particularly related institutions ie colleges are the most important thing when they apply teaching and learning activities between lecturers and students. This is very important if the college wants to produce a good graduate and achievement, then the college should take the lead if you want to achieve it. Things that can be addressed is a new student admissions system kesetiap public and private universities in Indonesia. Why is that, with the existence of a computerized system it will provide convenience in determining the choice of majors to choose, because one of the most important factor is how the prospective students can determine the choice according to their interests and talents. So that in their teaching and learning activities will be optimal, there will be no complaints that cause the student has a mind to not continue his studies. Then it should be time the college to change the existing system by making an information system for the selection of majors for prospective students in accordance with the desired department. From this case then as a researcher wants to provide input by presenting a new innovation that is by building a system of election information majors for public and private universities in Indonesia.

This article investigates contemporary attempts to reform the institution of the university according to neoliberal ideological influences and oppositions to them. It employs Doreen Massey’s concept of space to focus on relations and separations made in the process. My ethnography of the University of Helsinki’s 375th anniversary celebration, which turned into a public spectacle of various visions of higher education, constitutes the main empirical material. Finland’s ambivalent position in the world renders the spatial work of forging connections and disconnections particularly conspicuous. It enables specific neoliberal aspirations (such as to be among ‘the world’s best universities’ amidst global competition) to become very strong but also allows additional trajectories, like the one about higher education as public goods, to present themselves as legitimate alternatives. The centre-periphery relations are therefore critical sites for analysing the contemporary university transformation, since they appear to be key drivers of the reform but also the primary source of resistance to it.

The development of information and communication technology is rapidly increasing, giving a very big influence for the world of information and telecommunications technology. One of them is used to facilitate the registration of prospective new students. During this time the process of registering new students in various schools is still manual. In this study the author tries to resolve the above problems by utilizing an information system based on Android mobile for the registration system of prospective new students based on Android mobile to increase the effectiveness and flexibility of the school system. In the study of android applications used in the development of systems where new learners can input data through mobile phones. The study was conducted from the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, to system testing. The purpose of this application is so that it can facilitate prospective new students in registering and the School in conducting and managing new student registration data.

Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is a school where the author conducts research. At this time, the new student registration system, in recording new prospective students still uses books or is conventional, so registration officers experience many problems. The solution to the problem that is happening at Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is the application of information technology, namely building an information system that can be useful to facilitate the committee and registrants in the New Student Registration process. This system was developed using the Personal Home Page (PHP) and MySql programming languages as a database. The method used in building this system is using the Waterfall method. With the existence of this webbased information system can increase information. In the world of education, there is always an increase that must be made. The increase is not only in terms of science, but from various sides that support the education world. Every educational institution competes to do this to improve quality in providing education to their students. In this paper, the author takes a case study at Bimbel Cerdas Ceria Tangerang. The registration system at Bimbel Cerdas Ceria still uses a manual system. The system requires prospective students to come directly and do the registration process. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a new student registration web that is able to overcome the problem. The web application is made using the Waterfall method for the analysis stages. With the application of the web, prospective students do not need to come directly to register. Registration confirmation can use e-mail so that no one can confirm the registration. Payments also use ATM so parents don't need to come directly to just make payments.

1989 göçü öncesi, dünyada eşzamanlı olarak gittikçe gelişen ve zenginleşen mutfak kültürü, Bulgaristan Türklerini de etkilemiştir. Pazardaki çeşitlilik arttıkça, yemek alışkanlıkları da değişime uğramıştır. Büyük göçten sadece 30-40 sene evvel kısıtlı imkânlar ile sınırlı sayıda yemek çeşidi üretilirken, alım gücünün artmasıyla yemek kültüründe de hızlı gelişmeler olmuştur. Artan ürün çeşitliliği yemeklere de yansımış, farklı lezzetler mutfaklara girmiştir. Göçmen yemekleri denilince hamur işleri, börek ve pideler akla gelir. Ayrıca, göçmenlerin çok zengin turşu, komposto ve konserve kültürüne sahip oldukları da bilinir. Bu çalışma, 1989 öncesi Bulgaristan’ın farklı bölgelerinde yaşayan Türklerin yemek alışkanlıklarına ışık tutmakla birlikte, göç sonrasında göçmen mutfak kültüründe bir değişiklik oluşup oluşmadığını konu almaktadır. Bu amaçla, 1989 yılında Türkiye’ye göç etmiş 50 kişiye 8 sorudan oluşan anket düzenlenmiştir. Bu verilerden yola çıkarak oluşan bulgular derlenmiş ve yeni tespitler yapılmıştır. Ayrıca, Türkiye’nin farklı bölgelerine yerleşen göçmenler, kendi göçmen pazarlarını kurmuşlardır. Bulgaristan’dan getirilen ürünlerin bu pazarlarda satılması böyle bir arz talebin hala devam ettiğine işaret etmektedir.ABSTRACT IN ENGLISHThe Diversity in Cuisine Culture of the Immigrants from Bulgaria After 1989 MigrationThe Cuisine culture that has been developing and getting rich day by day contemporaneously in the world before 1989 migration has also had an impact on Bulgarian Turks. By the increase in diversity in the market, eating habits have changed. While producing a limited number of food types with limited opportunities just some 30 or 40 years before the ‘Big Migration’, there has been a rapid progress in food culture by the help of the increase in purchase power. Enhancing product range has been reflected in food, and different tastes have entered the cuisines. When we say immigrant, the first things that come to our mind are pastry, flan and pitta bread. Moreover, it is also known that immigrants have a very rich cuisine culture of pickle, stewed fruit, and canned food. This study aims both to disclose the eating habits of Turks living in different regions of Bulgaria before 1989 and to determine whether there has been a difference in immigrant cuisine culture before and after the migration. For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of 8 questions has been administered to 50 people who migrated to Turkey in 1989. The results gathered from these data have been compiled and new determinations have been made. In addition, immigrants that settled in different regions of Turkey have set their own immigrant markets. The fact that the products brought from Bulgaria are being sold in these markets shows that this kind of supply and demand still continues.

In the world auto market, top three companies are VW(Volkswagen), Runault-Nissan-Mistubishi, and Toyota. About some selected countries and areas, China, England, Italy, Australia, Germany, Turkey, Russia, Sweden, USA, Brazil, UAE, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand are more competitive. However, the situation is different. Seeing monopolistic market countries and areas, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, France, India, and Pakistan, in particular, the influence of Japan to Taiwan, India, and Pakistan is very big. But in Korea and France, their own companies’ brands occupy the market. In Japan domestic market, the overall situation is competitive. Almost all vehicles made in Japan are Japanese brand. From now on, we have to note the development of electric vehicle (EV) and other new technologies such as automatic driving and connected car. That is because they will give a great impact on the auto industry and market of Japan. Now Japan’s auto industry is going to be consolidated into three groups, Honda, Toyota group, and Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi group for seeking the scale merit of economy. Therefore, I will pay attention to the worldwide development of EV and other new technologies and the reorganization of auto companies groups.
