Abstract : This research goal is to analyze how big the influence of humanrelation, organizational climate, work ethic to eployee’s performance in DinasPendidikan Banjarbaru City. The method used in this research is quantitativemethod, with 158 population, 40 samples, and the analyzing technique used arevalidity test, reliability test, and linear multiple regression. The result of thisresearch show that human relation variable, organizational climate, and work ethicindependently influence eployee’s performance in Dinas Pendidikan BanjarbaruCity. Human relation is the dominant variable to influence eployee’s performancein Dinas Pendidikan Banjarbaru City. Meanwhile, by analyzing with F Test on 5%alpha shows that all the independent variable simultaneously influence dependentvariable. Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 158,sampel 40 orang dan teknik analisis data dengan instrument penelitian ujivaliditas, uji reliabilitas, dan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Human Relation, Iklim Organisasi danEtos Kerja secara sendiri - sendiri berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai DinasPendidikan Kota Banjarbaru, Sedangkan variabel Human Relation merupakanvariabel yang dominan mempengaruhi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai DinasPendidikan Kota Banjarbaru, Sementara itu berdasarkan hasil Uji F pada tingkat αsebesar 5% membuktikan semua variabel bebas tersebut memiliki pengaruhsignifikan terhadap variabel terikat secara bersama-sama (simultan). The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect the performance of employee at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were mostly employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru which amounted to 61 people. Sampling selected randomly using random sampling techniques (Sugiyono, 2010:93). While the variables studied in this research is the ability and motivation. Data analysis using multiple regression linear, using validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, F test, t test R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research on the ability and motivation variables on performance can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (58) = 4,01, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 55,820, meaning F count = 55,820 > 4,01 means there is he ability and motivation variables on performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru is ability with t value 8,062 > 2,00172 meaning the partial motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 14,456 + 0,894X1 - 0,041X2.Therefore means that any changes in the ability amd motivation of both positive and negative will be amended also on the performance of employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh keandalan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh daya tanggap terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh jaminan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh empati terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, interaksi pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 151 responden dari 243 responden siswa, ditentukan oleh rumus Yamane (1967), sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Uji instrumen pemeriksaan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji F-test, lima dimensi kualitas yang sama untuk kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (Y). Dari hasil perhitungan t-test terbukti bahwa variabel reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), asuransi (X3) dan tangible assets (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Y), sedangkan variabilitas empati (X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Y). Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menghasilkan nilai 0,145, yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah 14,5%, sedangkan sisanya 85,5% dari variabel lain dipengaruhi di luar lima variabel bebas. Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan mahasiswa, pendidikan Abstract- This study aims to determine:the influence of physical evidence on student satisfaction, the influence of reliability on student satisfaction, the influence of responsiveness to student satisfaction, influence of guarantee to student satisfaction, student satisfaction, interaction of influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy toward student satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with survey approach. The sample used was 151 respondents from 243 respondents students, determined by the formula Yamane (1967), while the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling method. Test the examination instrument using validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results showed that from the F-test results, the same five dimensions of quality for student satisfaction at the Faculty of Computer Science (Y). From t-test result, it is proved that the variable of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), insurance (X3) and tangible assets (X5) have significant effect on dependent variable (Y), while empathy variation (X4) has no significant effect on the dependent variable Y). From result of calculation of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) yield value 0,145, which means that influence of independent variable to dependent variable is 14,5%, while the rest 85,5% from other variable influenced outside five independent variable. This type of research uses a correlation coefficient, the sample used in this study is members who are also customers of Koperasi Karyawan PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industry in Surabaya as many as 50 customers who actively transact as many as 5 to 6 times each month. Processing data using validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test using t-test. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program amounted to 0.544 which means that there is an influence between employee service quality (x) on customer satisfaction (y). The results of the discussion and the results of testing the independent variable (x) service quality with dependent variables (y) customer satisfaction that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, because with t-count of 4.4917 > t table of 1.6672. This means that there is an influence of variable (x) on variable (y).

The Islamic work ethic and productivity are parts of the work concept that raise value in forming good personality in the work based on the recommendation of the principle in Islam. The research investigated 40 employees as research samples through the utilization of quantitative methods: questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation, and observation. The used analysis included validity test, reliability test, statistical collinearity test, partial test, and determination test (R2). The tool in analyzing the data was path way analysis with the Smart Pls 3.0 program. The results found that the Islamic Work Ethic has a positive washback on Employee Performance, Work Quality, and Productivity. Employee Performance has a positive washback on employee performance with a positive and significant effect on work quality. Productivity does not significantly influence employee performance, and it also does not significantly influence work quality.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Department, Cost and Quality on Student Decisions to enter Kujuruan Middle School (SMK). This research is descriptive quantitative with the number of respondents as many as 110 people from students of SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari. The analysis used is multiple regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and determination test (R2). The results showed that the most dominant independent variable or a positive influence was the Cost variable (X2) with tcount (10,969)> t table (1,65936). For F Test it is known that Fcount = 101.212> Ftable = 2.69 This means that together the Department, Cost and Quality influence the Student's Decision to enter SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari because the calculated f value of 101.212 is greater than the f table 2.69 (101.212 > 2.69). While seen from the coefficient of determination. Department, Cost and Quality influence the Decision of Students to enter SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari by 73.4% and the remaining 2.66% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. This study used  a quantitative approach and data collection through questionnaires and observations. With a population of 76 respondents. Analysis of the data used  the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Khasrisma Busana Surabaya showed positive and significant results. The F test results are 70,878> F table = 2,92 simultaneously. Partially work motivation of 8.433> t table 1.993 has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation of 4.564> 1.993 has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya.

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the customer's basic expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The problem that the answer to this research is looking for is the effect of partial, simultaneous and dominant independent variables (service quality and price) on customer satisfaction. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of multiple linear regression obtained an equation, (Y = 2.936 + 0.098 X1 + 0.246 X2). The t-test results obtained by t count variable service quality 5.434 price 3.704 greater than t table 1.660 between independent variables partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results obtained from the F test are: F count (75,966)> F table (3,09) means that variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the regression calculation and t count value can be drawn that the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is price. From the results of the analysis concluded that the independent variable (service quality and price) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction Cv. Cahaya Bonanza Abadi Lamongan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, trust and loyalty.. The methodology of data collection is conducted through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population is the customer of Bank Negara Indonesia and the samples are taken from 84 respondents. The analysis includes validity test, reliability test, statistical test, classic assumption test and SPSS test. The findings from SPSS 20 statistic program tool show the independent variable test which is service quality and trust (X) is 0.750 or 75%. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant impact between service quality on customer loyalty, t count of 12,331 which means t count>t table (12,331>1,66365) with a significance of 0,000<0,05. The trust variable of t count is 11,147 which means t count>t table (11,147>1,66364) with a significance of 0.000<0,05. Individually, the service quality and trust have positive and significant impact on customer’s loyalty. It means the impact of independent variable (X) on dependent variable which is customer’s loyalty (Y) is 75%, while the rest 25% (100-75=25) is explained by another variable outside this research.

Abstract   The purpose of this study was to determine the psychological effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, work ethic and turnover on the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques through interviews with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F test). The results of the study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = -0.164 + 0.355 X1 + 0.447 X2 + 0.253 X3, while from the F test results, the calculated f value is 61.355, above the standard Sig significance value of 0.000 or f table of 3.97, or the value of significant is less than 0.05, which means that the Covid-19 pandemic psychologically, work ethic and turnover affect the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta.   Keywords : Covid-19 Pandemic, Psychological, Work Ethic, Turnover, Productivity

Data collection techniques are with questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count&gt; R-table item declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic&gt; R-table so the item is declared valid. Based on instrument validity test, the influence of headmaster leadership, organizational culture, work motivation and teacher performance are known to all valid items and reliability test results indicate that the instrument has high reliability and meets the criteria of good instrument requirements, that is valid and reliable. Multiple regression analysis obtained F test value of 31,696 with significance level 0.000. The value is far below 0.05, which means that the two independent variables Leadership (X1) and Organization Culture (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the Performance of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Staff Lakitan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan The result of multiple regression analysis of the value of constant (a) is 0.910. While the value of regression coefficient (beta) for leadership variable (X1) is 0,436 and Organizational Culture (X2) is 0,297 and Job Motivation variable (X3) is 0,346 with significance level far below 0,05 that is 0.000 and 0,019. Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Work Motivation (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). Hypothesis (H1) unity to third (H3) is accepted.
