Abstract - The development of the world in this millennium is very rapid, especially in the field of information technology. The level of speed and accuracy of information is a very big thing because it must be supported by technology adequate information. Similarly, the laundry business services, Pelangi Laundry is a business that runs a business in the field of laundry services. Based on the survey that has been conducted to date Rainbow Laundry does not have its own information system and still uses a manual system, this laundry also does not have an accurate database storage system so that all data is still stored in a book. Customers also do not get up-to-date information about the various laundry services offered and there are also customers who feel inconvenience when delivering even taking laundry that has been completed because they do not have much time to go to the laundry for reasons of being busy. To overcome these problems, an application will be designed that can help the Rainbow Laundry business so that this application can provide up-to-date information from Pelangi Laundry about laundry services offered to customers, provide fast and reliable laundry pick-up service to customers, facilitate the process of making income reports quickly, precisely and accurately, provide professional services to customers and minimize errors that may occur.Keywords - Application, Service, Laundry

In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

There is a huge development in the Information Technology or IT sector recently. Also, there is a massive use of Geographic Information System or in short, we say as GIS nowadays. Tourism Industry is getting more and more advantage specially from GIS. GIS and Tourism Industry are bonding together in a smooth and progressive manner. In order to connect GIS and Tourism, that means in order to establish a bonding between them network is required or we can say connectivity is required. Network allows nodes to share resources in digital telecommunications. So, GIS and Tourism are interconnected with network. Network form infrastructure of modern society. When tourists visit a new place, they might not know about the place in a detailed manner or it might be just a new place for them. Even services like Google which uses the Navigation system and uses the GIS system might not have all details of a place of very low tourist interests. But here we propose Intelligent Tourist Guide System using Web Development which will help tourists travelling to different parts of the world and also local people can advertise their place in order to make it a Tourist Spot and make their area famous.

<p>ABSTRACT Indonesia is the third largest bamboo exporting country in the world which indicates that Indonesian bamboo products have the potential to be one of the export commodities. The technique of marketing bamboo handicraft products for the export market can use conventional methods such as participating in exhibitions abroad or entrusting products to relations that have overseas markets. The second, easier and cheaper way for small and medium-sized UKM is to use information technology and internet.In this study the design and development of e-commerce websites for handicraft products for the export market was carried out. This study aims to obtain minimum design specifications until the website can be used to market products online.The results of the design show that the website consists of two services in outline. The first is a page for consumers who shop, and the second is a page for admin to manage the website.The results of the design also show that the system can be built with only six tables in the database. ABSTRAK<br />Indonesia adalah negara pengekspor bambu terbesar ketiga di dunia yang mengindikasikan bahwa produk bambu Indonesia potensial untuk dijadikan salah satu komoditas ekspor. Teknik memasarkan produk kerajinan bambu untuk pasar ekspor dapat menggunakan metode konvensional seperti mengikuti pameran di luar negeri atau menitipkan produk pada relasi yang memiliki pasar di luar negeri. Cara yang kedua yang lebih mudah, murah dan terjangkau untuk UKM kecil dan menengah adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan internet.Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan pengembangan website e-commerce produk kerajinan untuk pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan spesifikasi rancangan minimum hingga website dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan produk secara online. Hasil perncangan didapatkan bahwa website terdiri dari dua layanan secara garis besar. Yang pertama adalah halaman untuk konsumen yang berbelanja, dan yang kedua adalah halaman untuk admin dalam memanajemen website.<br />Kata Kunci: pemasaran produk ekspor, website e-commerce, sistem informasi penjualan.</p>

In the world of education the utilization of information technology is something that must be implemented, one of which is the use of the internet which can be used as a medium for disseminating information. Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology is a study program that has graduated many alumni, but so far there is no portal that can manage information regarding the whereabouts of its alumni. This causes the study program difficulties in getting the latest information of the alumni when needed. Therefore, in this research a website-based alumni information system was designed which aims to facilitate the Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology in managing and searching for information related to alumni data. In building this system researchers used the PHP programming language with CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL as the database. Then for the development of this software is using Waterfall model. It is hoped that when this system is implemented it can be used by study programs and alumni in managing alumni information, making it easier and faster to conduct data collection and reporting of existing alumni data.

Not only for enterprises, educational institution use information technology for teaching and learning. Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) aware that IT is very important in the world of education. To measure effectiveness in IT governance, UMN needs audit information system using the COBIT 5.0 framework in order to determine the extent to which the performance of the IT department and also know the UMN produce a solution to every problem is unresolved. The object of this study is the Department of Information Technology UMN. This study uses COBIT 5.0 with 5 domains that is Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM); Align, Plan and Organize (APO); Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI); Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) and Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA). At 37 the process of the 5 IT governance domains belonging to COBIT 5.0 by using the stages of COBIT 5.0 is filtered into 10 processes. The data collection was done by interviewing the manager of IT department, observation of documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to the two heads of divisions within the IT department manager for IT departments demand UMN. The results of this study each domain is at 1 st level (incomplete). Capability level values achieved by EDM01 is 81.84%, EDM02 is 76.17%, APO01 is 73.28%, APO02 is 67.72%, APO03 is 52.30%, APO05 is 66.44%, APO07 is 64.20%, APO08 is 75.19%, BAI01 is 56.33%, and BAI02 is 65.20%. Panglima Awang or Henry The Black or Enrique of Melaka , a man of Malay descent, was on board Ferdinand Magellan’s ship when he made his voyage around the world. Panglima Awang was a captive and a slave on board. He was taken to Goa, India and then onward to Portugal. In Portugal, a conflict broke out between the Portugese and Captain Fernado (or Ferdinand Magellan) who, at the instigation of Da Gama, was maliciously accused of siding with some foreigners. Tired of the unwelcome pressure, Captain Fernado made the decision to change his mission and instead sail around the world with Panglima Awang. From Portugal they set sail for Spain. Also on board was Pigafetta who recorded every little detail of the voyage. Besides depicting the events that took place during the voyage of Panglima Awang, this article attempts to integrate geographical information technology into research in the fields of literature and history. This is achieved by identifying the route taken by Panglima Awang as well as his stopover locations, and analysing the spatial pattern and distribution of the voyage. Many organisations have used Information Technology (IT) and Information System (IS) for successfully implementing Total Quality Management (TQM). With the aid of IT many firms have been able to provide higher quality goods and services. Competition at the international level has expanded the importance of quality in the area of business. The world of business now faces more competition than ever with challenges and pressure growing day by day. Therefore, the focus on quality of product and services is now more paving the way for TQM practices on a large scale. As we are aware, Technology drive the world so how can the business world remain unaffected by it. Hence it is widely used for achieving the desired result. TQM is a management philosophy and IT is best explained as the telecommunication, hardware and software that helps in processing, collecting, storing and transmitting multimedia information. One of the many reasons for the expanding TQM practices is also the cost ratio, which has been possible because of computer processing. This has made the procedure economical in firms. Information System is an integral part of a firm because information is one of the main assets of a firm. Many firms depend on technology based information system for the organisation’s day-to-day activities such as decision making at a managerial level and for getting strategic advantages. It aids in decreasing wasteful spending helps in excellent and error free documentation, analysis and measuring all activities of an organization. The combination IT and TQM plays a vital role in ensuring a bug free and easy to maintain procedures and applications of the changing needs of a firm. The technologies that are used are Database management system (DBMS); Distributed data processing; Object Oriented Programs; Parallel processing; Data Warehousing; Replication; Networks; Neural Networks and Information Communication System Programs.. Basic objectives of Information Systems are to enhance the production, quality development, enhanced service delivery, reduced costs, and increasing the competitiveness of the organization's. An organization’s development expansion and growth require a combination of IT and IS and TQM go hand in hand. This study aims to present the role of Information Technology and Information System on TQM. The present study comprises of a thorough conceptual analysis of 29 review papers in order to compare the standard of literature taken from different papers like TQM practices, approach, Role of IT in TQM, Role of IS in TQM etc.
