The research aims to facilitate the process of processing library data in the form of database storage, resulting in accurate reports, in pandemic times where all employees are required to do their duties from home so that staff in the field of services and technology, staffing, and governance have difficulty processing library data. Although it has used a computer as a means of support, the processing of data libraries is still stored using Ms.office, resulting in ineffectiveness in the work. The application of the information system has helped employees in accelerating the creation and submission of reports carried out in the Ministry of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province using descriptive methods. The number of visitors who come on average is 51 people/day, and for the month as many as1,224 people. So the total number of visitors in 2020 is 14,688 people.Web-Based Library Governance Information System at the Ministry of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province can provide convenience in processing Data Library and assist employees in doing their work from home (WFH)

We present technical, instrumental, and software upgrades completed and planned at astronomical observatory called "Osservatorio Astronomico Regionale Parco Antola, Fascia" (OARPAF), hosting an 80cm, alt-az Cassegrain-Nasmyth telescope. The observatory, located in the Ligurian Apennines, can currently be operated either for scientific (photometry camera) or amateur (ocular) observations, by switching the tertiary mirror between the two Nasmyth foci using a manual handle. The main scientific observational topics are related up to now to exoplanetary transits, QSOs, and gravitationally lensed quasars, and results are being recently published. A remotization and robotization strategy of the entire structure (telescope, dome, instruments, sensors and monitoring) have been set up and it is in progress. We report the current upgrades, mainly related for what concerns the "hardware" side to the robotization of the dome. On the instrumentation side, a new modular support for instruments with spectrophotometric capabilities is on a preliminary design phase, improving the telescope performances and broadening the potential science fields. In this framework, the procurement of spectrophotometric material has started. On the software side, an innovative web-based software relying on websockets and node.js can already be used to control the camera, and it will be extended to manage the other components of the instrument, of the observatory, and of the image database storage.

We present the Succinct Range Filter (SuRF), a fast and compact data structure for approximate membership tests. Unlike traditional Bloom filters, SuRF supports both single-key lookups and common range queries, such as range counts. SuRF is based on a new data structure called the Fast Succinct Trie (FST) that matches the performance of state-of-the-art order-preserving indexes, while consuming only 10 bits per trie node---a space close to the minimum required by information theory. Our experiments show that SuRF speeds up range queries in a widely used database storage engine by up to 5×.

Information technology is a software and hardware used by humans in solving problems. One of its branches is the Web which is developing today. With the existence of this Information Technology helps in the introduction and existence of an area that has potential, especially in rural areas in Bengkayang Regency. Through this Information Technology will provide opportunities for villages to provide innovation to the village government. The village web is designed to make it easier for village administrators to manage existing human and natural resources, so that the existing village potential will be published and known by the wider community. Using the village Web to create a village profile and promote the potential of village tourism objects is an opportunity to improve the performance of the village government. This study aims to educate the village government on the use of village websites and to find out how to build and implement the use of the village web as an information medium. This village website was designed using the PHP programming language and phpMyAdmin for database storage. By utilizing this developed village web, it can provide village innovation and improve the performance of the village government to be able to implement the potential that exists in the village

At the seminar, the sale of seminar tickets is done manually, that is, by registering seminar participants. Where in this activity the participants have to manually fill in the data needed to create a certificate at the end of the activity. Accordingly, internet technology can be used for online seminar registration, making it easier for seminar organizers to know the results of the accumulated seminars. In this study, a website-based seminar ticket sales system will be developed as a seminar ticket sales affiliate system, namely by helping seminar organizers to promote or market seminar ticket sales. By using this application, information becomes easier to convey and obtain, both seminar organizers and seminar participants. To provide better activity performance. The system is built using an open source PHP codeigniter framework and uses the apostolico algorithm applied to the seminar category search process on database storage by generating a list of seminar category options based on the keywords entered.

Abstract This paper deals with the current Blockchain adopted in the various types of trading markets supporting smart contracts that process text-based transaction information only when exchanging cryptocurrencies. Even though the Blockchain itself is decentralized, services can still be provided through a centralized system in order to provide adequate services to the users. It also allows the Autochain to apply Blockchain technology to existing businesses conducted under the Fourth Industrial Revolution to realize higher productivity or competitiveness and improve profitability to a remarkable extent. The Autochain is adaptable to all Blockchain technologies, companies, or research works around the world to overcome the limitations of the existing Blockchain technology. It creates the Blockchain-platform ecology chain and ecosystem, making our lives more convenient while revolutionizing every industry. In addition, it automates all Blockchain-based systems and offers a base for constructing a system wherein everyone can easily provide, operate, and maintain Blockchain services. This paper discusses a number of Blockchain-related technologies and presents a decentralized Application (dApp) exclusively designed for mobile use, taking house rental service as an example. It also presents the existing Blockchain and the Blockchain database storage method and proposes the dApp based on it.

<p><em>Information technology that is engaged in the DNA Sexing Report test business or registration of the DNA Sexing Report is a system that is still rarely used by businesses engaged in the field of DNA sexing. Awan Bird Business is a business with a registration system and the calculation is still fairly manual where the system has not been computerized. The purpose of this study is to make a design of an application for the DNA Sexing Report Registration Information System that can carry out the registration system activities and DNA test payments and report making more efficiently. The method the author uses to create a DNA Sexing Report registration information system using the programming language Java Netbeans and MySQL. The author uses Java Netbeans IDE 8.0.2 for making programs and MySQL as a database storage facility. The results of the system that was built can facilitate the admin in the process of registering DNA Sexing Report and payment of DNA Sexing Report so that it is easier to find data.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>

Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver due to a viral infection that attacks and causes damage to cells and the function of the liver. Many methods are currently used in building expert systems, including Certainty Factor and Dempster Shafer. The selection of both Certainty Factor and Dempster Shafer methods is very suitable for expert systems. In the previous study there was the Certainty Factor method used to diagnose hepatitis but there was no accuracy, whereas in Dempster Shafer there was an accuracy rate of 90%. This study aims to find out the suitable method to diagnose hepatitis by comparing the method of Certainty Factor and Dempster Shafer. In this study the application is in the form of a mobile base using Android Studio and database storage with MySQL. After that, do the Application Validation Test with experts and accuracy testing is carried out using samples from expert diagnosis results. The results of the test obtained the accuracy of the test using the Certainty Factor method is 95%. While the accuracy of testing using the Dempster Shafer method is 90%.
