Upaya Peningkatan Pemasaran Produk Melalui Pendampingan Pembuatan Nama Produk, Kemasan dan Perizinan Usaha Dodol Desa Reksonegoro Kabupaten Gorontalo

The main problems faced by dodol business doers at Reksonegoro in Gorontalo Regency can be seen in marketing management and financial management. In marketing management aspect,  it is found that there are some absences in cases of branding, packaging, Home-Industry Food Certification), and Halal certification issued by Institute for Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Studies - Indonesian Ulema Council.  In financial management aspect, it is indicated that there is a mixed financial management of both business and private needs with a very low discipline causing a financial misuse for private expenses.   The aim of this service activity is to improve the product competitiveness and business management of the residents at Reksonegoro in Gorontalo Regency.  The service programs are carried out through mentoring for a more informative, attractive branding and packaging, helping the issuance of Home-Industry Food Certification and Halal Certification by Institute for Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Studies - Indonesian Ulema Council, and assisting the financial management. The outputs succeeded in each program are a dodol’s branding and logo have been created, and two packaging designs for IDR 50.000,00, and IDR 100.000,00 have been made. Besides that, the partners in this activity have achieved some certifications namely Counseling Certificate, Home-Industry Food Certificate, and Halal certificate issued by  Institute for Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Studies - Indonesian Ulema Council of Gorontalo Province.  Through mentoring, the understanding of this business partners in the matter of financial management has significantly improved.

In an effort to improve empowerment of creative economy, enterpreneurship and management for small business and cooperation is the basis for author to improve the empowerment through training. Training is one of the way to improve the competence of people for generating optimal performance that  suitable with the expectation. The study was conducted by using survey method with interview, observation techniques, and questionnaires. The title of this community service activity is Enterpreneurship Training for Small Business and Cultivated Cooperative at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan.  The purpose of this activity is to develop an improve the enterpreneurship as well as improving the management skills  of small business and cooperation at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. This activity are developing enterpreneurship, market and marketing analysis, business management, partnership, production efficiency, financial management, and business proposal can be useful in developing the business. <em>Training and mentoring are conducted for Kumba hamlet residents, especially among housewives in Jagoi Babang District. This mentoring program involves the lecturers and students of KKN STKIP Singkawang. A method that is used is the identification of the programs is socialization, training, and mentoring directly resulted in the form of the manufacturing practice of toman fish Abon. Toman fish processing into Abon is one way to utilize the potential of toman fish as a skills program to maximize innovative, creative and economic empowered business opportunities. </em><em>The results of this socialization activity are students can play an active role in the activities and participants involved in Kumba Village can be understood the material presented. Overall, community empowerment partners can understand and practice material related to how they are created, the benefits, and marketing management. However, more intensive assistance is needed for business management related to business planning and financial management.</em>

Competition in the cake and bread business is quite tight, this is marked by the emergence of the same business, and the increasing variety of breads and cakes offered. The development of culinary business is also seen from the number of shops opened baking cake ingredients. Partners in this service activity are a cake ingredients shop and sell pastries located in the Denpasar city market area. The name of the partner shop is "Annika Shop" which is located at Jalan Trenggana, No. 2 Penatih, East Denpasar. The shop owner named Ibu Ni Gusti Ayu Anggreni is assisted by 2 employees. In this service activity, the partner's problem handled is the lack of maximum product marketing and financial management activities are not carried out so that the loss / profit of the business can be less known and measured. From these main problems, a solution to this community service is provided, namely training in the use of digital marketing to introduce business to the wider community and financial management training. Achievement indicators are able to introduce business partners to the wider community so as to increase partner income up to 50% from before the training. One of the characteristics of small industries is that they still face many obstacles, both in terms of production and business management. The production aspect includes technology/equipment, production continuity, quality uniformity, packing, labeling, etc., while in the business management aspect there is not much support for promotions, marketing development strategies, and limited distribution and bookkeeping of business results. The same thing happened to Bakmi Pak Gembong who was in Rejosari Village, East Semarang District. Where Pak Gembong's Bakmi Business is still a small-scale industry that also has problems in terms of management, especially in terms of recording the results of its business. To overcome these problems, Community Service activities were carried out by providing counseling about the importance of recording all matters relating to the operation of a business. The expected outcome of this Community Service activity is that SME actors have an understanding of the importance of recording their business on a regular basis and the benefits derived from recording business operations on a regular basis.

The activity aims to provide quality management assistance of financial governance on UD “DUA PUTRA” rice mill business in Kutorenon Sukodono, so that the company is able to improve the human resources ability in managing its business management; strengthen the human resources ability in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; improve the ability to separate between business and household finances; find easy capital access. The method used in this community service activity has several stages, including initial surveys, interviews in order to find offered problems and solutions, business management assistance, financial management and UKM operational funding assistance. The weakness of partner mainly lies in the limited human resources ability in manage their business, the unavalaibility of human resources who understand business bookkeeping regularly, unseparated business and household finances and limited capital access. Targets to be achieved, include: increase partner skills in running its business sustainably; strengthening the ability of partners in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; increasing the ability of partners in separating business and household finances and obtaining easy capital access.

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the motivation of Community Business Groups and the competitiveness of products by providing business management training for Jupiter Jaya Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Mavilla Rengganis Village, West Lombok Regency. The methods of implementing this activity wereby lectures, discussions and mentoring. The lectures were consisted of delivering material on business management, namely packaging management, labeling management and business financial management. The participants in this activity were 10 members of Jupiter Jaya KUBE. For financial management, partners were given training in simple financial bookkeeping and given assistance in making business bookkeeping.The result of this service activityis that most of the participants can comprehend business financial management. It can be seen that more than 90% of participants are able to make financial bookkeeping. In addition, the partners also agreed to use pouch stand for fish crisp packaging. This is because the stand pouch is more practical in packaging, strong in design, very flexible in shape, economical in price, and more modern and attractive in appearance. For product brands, the partners also agreed to name the fish crisp brand as dua sekawan.

The purpose of the implementation of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the financial management of BUMDes. The problem faced by partners is that bumdes financial management has not been properly managed, resulting in the optimal governance of BUMDes in the partner village. The un availability of accommodated resources in the village is one of the causes of the unsanying of local potential in partner villages and their surroundings. This method of community service implementation is carried out by providing training on the importance of accounting management as a form of business management accountability and providing assistance to partners in compiling financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards (SAK). The result of this community service activity is that BUMDes managers are able to compile BUMDes financial statements in a simple way including cash statements, income statements, capital change reports and financial position statements. Although the results of financial reporting compiled by partners are still very simple, this reporting has been done with SAK and it is expected that in the future the management of the partner's financial system is well organized.

The main problem in managing village-owned enterprises (known as BUMDes) is the sustainability of economic enterprises after BUMDes is formed. Many BUMDes are then inactive after being formed due to problems in their management. Problems with procedures in financial management are indicated as the main factor causing problems in the management of BUMDes in addition to other factors such as the limited ability of BUMDes managers and lack of supervisory functions. Most BUMDes managers have limited knowledge, understanding, and abilities in administering and reporting business finances. This condition will certainly be an obstacle to business continuity and the continuous progress of BUMDes as a productive economic business in the village which is expected to support the welfare of the village community. This partnership community service activity is carried out through a pattern of mentoring assistance to BUMDes managers in Peteluan Indah Village who are still experiencing problems in administering and reporting BUMDes finances due to limited knowledge and human resource capabilities of BUMDes managers. This assistance activity is carried out through an evaluation of the institutional aspects, business management and financial management of BUMDes. The results of this mentoring activity provide a strengthening of the organizational structure related to the duties, functions and authorities of BUMDes managers, advisors and supervisors. From the aspect of business management, this activity can direct the management of existing BUMDes businesses and identify other economic business opportunities according to the superior potential of the village. From the aspect of financial governance, this mentoring activity can evaluate weaknesses and problems in the pattern of financial management through financial administration and reporting that are needed to support financial accountability and transparency to realize best practices in BUMDes financial governance.

The partner in the community partnership program is Usaha Ilabulo Bakar. Ilabulo is a typical snack from Gorontalo. Formerly by the kings, Ilabulo symbolizes "Totombowata" which means united. PKM program by taking independent business partners as Ilabulo Bakar business actors. Partners who until now have many competitors that are difficult to develop. Every time Ilabulo was made per night, it could only be around 500 - 600 packs. The selling price per pack is around Rp. 5,000. Related to this PKM program the proposer wants to expand his business with ilabulo products globally by online marketing. This PKM program will help partners in the form of packaging improvements, product taste and quality, brands that do not yet exist, aspects of sales using only verbal communication, as well as simple management, the concept of inventory in warehouse does not yet exist and the financial management system is still lacking manual. and online sales training (e-commerce) of ilabulo Bakar products can be made as souvenirs typical of Gorontalo.

ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan produksi bersih dan manajemen usaha kepada kelompok usaha garam rakyat di Desa (Gampong) Kuala Idi Cut Kecamatan Darul Aman Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Prosedur pelaksanaan kegiatan teridiri dari; koordinasi kegiatan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Kelompok masyarakat yang menjadi mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Putik Meulu.  Kelompok tersebut merupakan salah satu kelompok usaha garam rakyat, dengan anggota kelompok terdiri dari inong balee (janda) yang kehidupan ekonominya serba kekurangan. Kelompok ini telah menjalankan usahanya sejak tahun 2000 dan mampu memproduksi garam setiap hari sekitar 200 kilogram dari lima dapur dengan aset sekitar Rp 23.500.000. Hasil yang didapatkan, dengan adanya pelatihan produksi bersih garam dan berbagai macam manajemen pengelolaan usaha mampu merubah pola pikir mitra terkait dengan proses produksi garam. Dimana dapur garam dibuat permanen, diberi pagar keliling sehingga terhindar dari hewan yang masuk ke dapur garam. Dari aspek produksi, rata-rata produksi garam meningkat menjadi 90 kg/hari. Selain itu, garam yang dihasilkan juga berwarna putih dan bebas dari kotoran. Kesimpulan, dengan adanya pelatihan produksi bersih garam dan berbagai macam manajemen pengelolaan usaha diharapkan dapat membuka pola pikir petani garam mitra untuk menggunakan teknologi yang maju agar produktivitas garamnya meningkat.Kata kunci: garam rakyat, manajemen usaha, produksi bersih garam ABSTRACTThe purpose of this service activity is to provide training in clean production and business management to the people's salt business group in Kuala Idi Cut Village, Darul Aman Sub-District, East Aceh District. The procedure for implementing activities consists of; coordination of activities, socialization, training, and mentoring. The community group that is a partner in this activity is the Putik Meulu Group. The group is one of the people's salt business groups, with group members consisting of inong balee (widows) whose economic life is completely deprived. This group has been running its business since 2000 and is able to produce around 200 kilograms of salt every day from five kitchens with assets of around Rp 23,500,000. The results obtained, with training in clean salt production and various kinds of business management, are able to change the mindset of partners related to the salt production process. Where the salt kitchen is made permanent, it is given a fence around so as to avoid animals entering the salt kitchen. From the production aspect, the average salt production increased to 90 kg/day. In addition, the resulting salt is also white and free from impurities. In conclusion, with training in salt clean production and various kinds of business management, it is hoped that it will open the mindset of partner salt farmers to use advanced technology to increase their salt productivity.Keywords: people's salt, business management, clean salt production
