In an effort to improve empowerment of creative economy, enterpreneurship and management for small business and cooperation is the basis for author to improve the empowerment through training. Training is one of the way to improve the competence of people for generating optimal performance that  suitable with the expectation. The study was conducted by using survey method with interview, observation techniques, and questionnaires. The title of this community service activity is Enterpreneurship Training for Small Business and Cultivated Cooperative at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan.  The purpose of this activity is to develop an improve the enterpreneurship as well as improving the management skills  of small business and cooperation at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. This activity are developing enterpreneurship, market and marketing analysis, business management, partnership, production efficiency, financial management, and business proposal can be useful in developing the business. The activity aims to provide quality management assistance of financial governance on UD “DUA PUTRA” rice mill business in Kutorenon Sukodono, so that the company is able to improve the human resources ability in managing its business management; strengthen the human resources ability in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; improve the ability to separate between business and household finances; find easy capital access. The method used in this community service activity has several stages, including initial surveys, interviews in order to find offered problems and solutions, business management assistance, financial management and UKM operational funding assistance. The weakness of partner mainly lies in the limited human resources ability in manage their business, the unavalaibility of human resources who understand business bookkeeping regularly, unseparated business and household finances and limited capital access. Targets to be achieved, include: increase partner skills in running its business sustainably; strengthening the ability of partners in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; increasing the ability of partners in separating business and household finances and obtaining easy capital access.

The purpose of the implementation of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the financial management of BUMDes. The problem faced by partners is that bumdes financial management has not been properly managed, resulting in the optimal governance of BUMDes in the partner village. The un availability of accommodated resources in the village is one of the causes of the unsanying of local potential in partner villages and their surroundings. This method of community service implementation is carried out by providing training on the importance of accounting management as a form of business management accountability and providing assistance to partners in compiling financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards (SAK). The result of this community service activity is that BUMDes managers are able to compile BUMDes financial statements in a simple way including cash statements, income statements, capital change reports and financial position statements. Although the results of financial reporting compiled by partners are still very simple, this reporting has been done with SAK and it is expected that in the future the management of the partner's financial system is well organized.

Entrepreneurial conduct holds the key to economic growth. Thus those business that show growth and development are considered entrepreneurial, implying that SMME policy initiatives should focus on businesses with growth potential, and not the small business sector as a whole.  The success of a small business seems to depend on the intentions of the owner, together with factors associated with the ability of, and opportunity for, the specific business to grow.  The aim of this article is to make use of a multiple linear regression model to determine the variables that impact positively on business growth.  In addition to demand factors, it was established that smaller and younger businesses are the ones that grow faster. A successful business also shows a positive correlation between business management skills and entrepreneurial conduct.

Desa Betokan merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar, mengingat desa Betokan adalah desa penghasil buah jambu dan belimbing terbesar di Kabupaten Demak. Buah jambu dan belimbing sendiri merupakan buah khas kota Demak. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar pelaku usaha penjual jambu dan belimbing yang ada di Desa Betokan tersebut masih terkendala dalam hal manajemen usaha terutama dalam hal pemasaran dan pengembangan produk. Sehingga kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan guna meningkatkan Ekonomi kreatif� berbasis Digital masyarakat di Desa Betokan dari usaha yang telah dimiliki sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan warga desa Betokan. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain penyampaian materi penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masysrakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat antusias dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan yang dilakukan, terlebih pada saat penyampaian materi dan praktik pembuatan akun media sosial dan juga akun E-commerce seperti akun facebook, instagram, dan juga shopee. Terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini, masyarakat selaku konsumen banyak yang beralih dari pembelian secara langsung (offline) ke pembelian online. Dari adanya akun media sosial dan e-commerce ini juga pelaku usaha dapat lebih mengembangkan pasar yang ada.Betokan is one of the villages that has great potential, considering that Betokan is the largest producer of guava and star fruit in Demak Regency. Guava and star fruit are the typical fruits of Demak city. Even so, most of the guava and starfruit selling business actors in Betokan are still constrained in terms of business management, especially in terms of marketing and product development. So that community service activities were carried out to improve the community-based digital creative economy in Betokan, Demak from the business that has been owned so that it can increase the income and welfare of Betokan villagers. Methods used in this community service included the delivery of extension materials, questions and answers and discussions, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the public is enthusiastic about the implementation of the counseling carried out, especially when delivering material and practices for creating social media accounts and also e-commerce accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and shopee accounts. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like now, many people as consumers have switched from direct (offline) purchases to online purchases. From the existence of social media and e-commerce accounts, business actors can further develop existing markets.

The community subjection activities is a partnership program between the Community Partnership Program (PKM) with Dolok Masihul (Domas) Farmer Group partners. The problems are (1) Production aspects include a) Oyster mushroom chips are oily and less crunchy and do not last long; b) Plastics and labels used are still inadequate and straightforward because they are not accompanied by product information as well as packaging for oyster mushroom chips which is even done manually. (2) Aspects of Business and Financial Management, among others: a) Marketing is still carried out conventionally. b) Business management is always simple, carried out in a family manner, and there is no product legality. c) There is no separation between household finances and business finances. d) There are no records or business bookkeeping so that it is difficult to calculate the profits it gets. This community service aims to increase the knowledge, skills, and income of the Domas Farmer Group and the surrounding community through training in production, finance, and marketing. Community service activities are carried out using method 1). Transfer of knowledge, such as lectures and discussions, 2). Training, and 3). Bookkeeping assistance for the Oyster Mushroom Chips business. The results to improve the skills and knowledge of the Domas farmer group include making Oyster Mushroom chips using Deep Fryers and Spinners, knowing the use of social Media for marketing, and being able to make a financial report—publishing the Compilation Guide Book.

Marketing is a business function that identifies current unmet wants and needs and manages their size, determines which target markets the organization can best serve, and determines the appropriate range of products, services and programs to serve those markets. So marketing acts as a liaison between the needs of the community and the pattern of industrial responses.This community service activity is carried out at the home of the business actor who has the address. The method used in the implementation of community service activities is business assistance.The purpose of this method is the participatory-lecture method,discussion-information and continued with direct training on making business management development models for business actors "Cireng Ceu Iin" in Padasuka Village, Baros District, Serang Regency.In a business, it is better to plan carefully both in terms of future prospects and the management system that can be done to manage the business in question. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the prospect of competition, market segmentation and the smooth running of its business. Especially for the management of the Cireng-making business, it is necessary to pay attention to the availability of raw materials in the form of sago and flour which must be processed into dough. Setting the selling price is one of the factors that must be considered in a business. Prices must be realistic but do not forget the capital spent to carry out the business in question.

The phenomenon of ever-increasing needs, such as the need for goods and services in household life, requires that people seek alternative income by producing processed food. However, to increase the processed food business, it does not only focus on the product aspect, but must also pay attention to marketing management and financial aspects so that this becomes the concern of the women's group of Ngemplak II village Umbulmartani Ngemplak Sleman Yogyakarta. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide training to women's groups to increase their understanding and ability to produce and develop processed food and use accounting to support the progress of their business. This activity provides an understanding of how to calculate product costs and prices (cost accounting), and accounting (financial aspect). In addition, the women's group was given training from marketing management aspect that how to make brands and register their product brands to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights. Based on the results of the implementation of Community Service activities related to providing management training and financial empowerment programs for women in productive food management, there is enthusiasm from women's groups in Ngemplak II village Umbulmartani Ngemplak Sleman Yogyakarta. This Community Service Activity have been an impact on increasing knowledge in the field of small business management, especially in the field of trademarks and determining the price and break-even point. In addition, it also has an impact on knowledge about small business financial management, especially in the field of simple financial statement and profit and loss calculations, and also pricing.

Di masa pandemi saat ini banyak keluarga yang mengalami penurunan penghasilan karena menurunnya aktivitas di luar rumah, bahkan beberapa keluarga mengalami kesulitan keuangan karena menjadi korban PHK. Diperlukan usaha-usaha kreatif serta pengelolan keuangan yang cerdas agar ketahanan ekonomi keluarga bisa tetap terjaga. Kelompok ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Pabelan, Kecamatan Pabelan, Kabupaten Semarang memiliki latar belakang, tingkat sosial, pendidikan dan ekonomi yang berbeda-beda. Sebagian merupakan pekerja, pedagang, wirausaha kecil menengah, buruh industri dan pegawai harian lepas, namun kebanyakan masih memiliki waktu luang dapat diberdayakan dalam kegiatan pengembangan usaha kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Team dari Fakultas Ekonomi Unissula yang terdiri dari Indri Kartika, Sri Sulistyowati, Sri Dewi Wahyundaru dan Afri Aulia Rahman dilakukan guna meningkatkan penghasilan dari usaha kreatif melalui pemasaran digital sederhana serta pengelolaan keuangan berbasis akuntansi keluarga. Peserta pelatihan meliputi ibu-ibu kelompok PKK di Desa Pabelan Kecamatan Pabelan Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat tertarik untuk memulai usaha kreatif dan menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis akuntansi keluarga. ��During pandemic condition, many families have experienced income loss due to outdoor activity limitation. Some families even experience financial difficulties for losing job. Creative activities and smart financial management are needed so that the economic resilience of the family can be maintained. PKK women's group in Pabelan Village, Pabelan District. Semarang Regency has different backgrounds, social, educational and economic levels. Some are workers, traders, small and medium entrepreneurs actors, industrial laborers and casual daily employees. However, most of them still have free time to be empowered in creative business development activities. This community service activity was performed by members of Economic Faculty of Unissula which are: Indri Kartika, Sri Dewi Wahyundaru, Sri Sulistyowati and Afri Aluia Rahman. The purpose of this activity is to increase participant�s business income during this pandemic situation through applying simple digital marketing and financial management based on family accounting in Pabelan Village so that it can increase the income and welfare of the Pabelan villagers. Community service methods are carried out with counseling, discussion, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the community is interested in starting creative businesses and implementing family accounting-based financial management.�

ABSTRAK  Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk aplikasi keuangan berbasis online telah banyak dikembangkan, diantaranya di bidang perbankan, keuangan, transportasi, jual beli, kesehatan, dan sebagainya. Demikian juga aplikasi berbasis perangkat bergerak seperti telepon seluler, komputer, laptop maupun lainnya juga sudah lazim dan banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat antar RT dalam satu RW di wilayah Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang (khususnya RT-02 dan RT-03 di RW-03) untuk menggunakan aplikasi keuangan. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan di tingkat RT, sehingga lebih efektif, efisien, akurat dan transparan. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan melakukan observasi dan survei khususnya RT-02 dan RT-03 di RW-03 Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang. Hasil survei ini dijadikan dasar implementasi aplikasi keuangan yang dikembangkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi yang telah berhasil dikembangkan dari referensi terpilih, agar masyarakat lebih terbiasa dalam menggunakan sistem layanan keuangan tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan pengelolaan layanan keuangan menjadi lebih mudah dan pengguna aplikasi juga dimudahkan dengan adanya fitur-fitur yang telah disediakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu, Sistem Pengelola Keuangan RT (SIPUT) dapat diakses dalam berbagai platform baik perangkat PC desktop maupun web, lalu sistem ini menggunakan tampilan yang user friendly sehingga Staff RT-02 dan RT-03 RW-03 Kelurahan Kauman dapat dengan mudah melakukan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga kinerja mereka menjadi lebih baik. Jadi SIPUT ini sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan objek pengabdian masyarakat. Staff RT dapat melakukan berbagai pengelolan beberapa kegiatan seperti membuat manajemen keuangan, manajemen surat, dan manajemen kegiatan warga. Kata kunci : sistem pengelola keuangan RT; Kauman Malang; teknologi web dan dekstop  ABSTRACT  The use of information and communication technology for online-based financial applications has been widely developed, including in the fields of banking, finance, transportation, buying and selling, health, and so on. Likewise, mobile device-based applications such as cell phones, computers, laptops and others are also common and are widely used by the public. In accordance with these conditions, a community service activity was carried out in several RTs in one RW in Kauman Sub-District, Klojen District, Malang City (specifically RT-02 and RT-03 in RW-03) to use a financial application. The developed application is expected to facilitate financial management at the RT level, so that it becomes more effective, efficient, accurate and transparent. The stages of community service activities began with observations and surveys, especially in RT-02 and RT-03 in RW-03 Kauman Sub-District, Klojen District, Malang. The results of this survey formed the basis for implementing the financial application that was developed. After that, socialization and training on the use of applications that had been successfully developed from selected references were performed, so that the people were more accustomed to using the financial service system. With this application, it is hoped that the management of financial services will become easier and application users will also be facilitated by the features provided. The results of this activity are that RT Financial Management System (SIPUT) can be accessed in various platforms both desktop PC and web devices, and this system uses a user friendly display so that RT-02 and RT-03 Staffs in RW-03 Kauman Sub-District can easily conduct financial management quickly and accurately that improves their performance. Therefore, SIPUT is very suitable with the needs of the object of community service. This article discusses the community service activities that have been carried out in the PKK RT / RW 005/005 Manukan Kulon group, Surabaya. This community service activity is held with the consideration that the author as an academic feels the need to participate in parsing the economic problems in society caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which created many unemployment clusters due to layoffs from closed businesses, as well as macroeconomic impacts that affect the economic conditions of the Indonesian State, require the contribution of solutions from all parties, including academics who have the dharma of community service. Business management literacy andlegality are e-commerce implemented as a means of providing understanding to the community and building PKK groups that are legally aware and smart in managing their business by utilizing information technology media.    Keywords : Community Service, Pandemic Covid 19, Business Management, Legality, E Commerce.
