The objectives of this study are: 1). to receive empirical data about the implementation of mathematics learning (integral / anti-derivative subject) using fully behavior-based through guided practice, 2). to find out the improvement of Integral (anti-derivative) mathematics learning outcomes by using direct discussion based on behaviorism through guided exercises. The implementation of this research uses a class action research design, which each cycle includes: planning (planning), implementing the action (action), observation (observation), and reflection (reflection). The research subjects were lecturers and second semester students majoring in Natural Sciences, FMIPA Unima, in the 2018/2019 academic year, who participated in learning Mathematics Integral (anti-derivative) totaling 25 students. The results showed that the Implementation of Behaviorism-Based Direct Teaching through Guided Exercise To Improve Learning Achievements Integral subject was effective, because: (a) student activities in effective learning, (b) the ability of instructors to teach effective learning, (c) student responses to learning were positive, (d) classical learning completeness is obtained, in the amount of 100% of students obtained a value of ≥ 2.00. This research was carried out as much as 2 cycles, in the first cycle of learning has not been effective, because the mastery factor has not increased, there are still 6 students who have not been thoroughly completed individual, and the second cycle of individual and classical learning completeness has been fulfilled. Thereby providing guided practice on behavior based that students can do to discuss Integral (anti-derivative) material and this class action research cycle is terminated in cycle II.Keywords: direct teaching, behaviorism, guided practice, and mathematics learning achievement

This research is motivated by a problem found in class VII SLB Negeri 2 Padang in moderate retardation students in January 2019. Researchers found a student who could not wash their hands properly. This study aims to determine whether the training method using effective learning videos to improve the ability to wash hands. This study uses a class action research method consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the study in the initial conditions were 12.90%. After the first cycle, the results of the first meeting (22.58%), the second meeting (32.25%), the third meeting (38.70%) and the fourth meeting (48.38). The results of the second cycle of the first meeting (58.06%), the second meeting (67.74%), the third meeting (74.19%) and the fourth meeting (77.41%). These results indicate that the training method using video learning can improve the ability to wash hands for mentally retarded students in the moderate category. From these results it can be seen that the training method with learning videos can improve the ability to wash hands.

Mathematics learning should involve the participation of students so they can be more active and easy to understand the topic they have been studied. Teachers must change the way of teaching and be able to mix interesting and effective learning, so it can encourage students to be active participants in the learning process. One of the choices of cooperative learning models that teachers can apply in the classroom is the Team Assisted Individualization. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in fractional counting operations through cooperative learning models type Team Assisted Individualization in VII Class, SMP Negeri 4 Ambon. The research subjects were 30 students of VII1 grade students on the 2018/2019 school year. This research is a Class Action Research has succeeded to improving student learning outcomes in fractional counting operations in 2 cycles with a percentage of completeness in the first cycle is 41% and the percentage of completeness in the second cycle is 73%.

Mathematics learning for grade II of elementary students used to separate between learning and real life. This research is aimed to improve learning output of students by implementing realistic mathematics approach in mathematics learning. This is a class action research that consists of two cycles including four steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subject of this research are 25 elementary students grade II SDN 11 Sungai Sirah Kecamatan Pariaman Timur Kota Pariaman. Data of research were obtained through observation, interview, and test. Obtained data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Learning output of students is improved in each cycle. In cycle I, average score of students’ learning output is 77.2. Meanwhile in cycle II, average score of students’ learning output is 88.2. Hence, it can be concluded that mathematics learning implementing realistic mathematics approach can improve the learning output of elementary students grade II.

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the character of student learning responsibilities by using snake ladder game media in class III mathematics subjects at SD Negeri 13/1 Bulu. This research method is class action research. In this research has three cycles, in one cycle carrying out two meetings. The procedures of this research are four, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study showed that in the first cycle teacher activity reached 66.66%, student activities in playing snakes and ladders reached 66.66% and student learning responsibilities in this cycle reached 50.66%. while the second cycle of teacher activity reached 100%, student activity in performing snake play ladder 88.88%, and student learning responsibilities 68.96%. in the second cycle it has experienced an increase but has not reached the established criteria. Then continued in the third cycle with the percentage of teacher activity 100%, student activity 100% and student learning responsibilities have reached 81.8%. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the use of snake ladder game learning media in the eyes of third grade mathematics learning at SDN 13/1 Muara Bulian can improve the character of student learning responsibilities.

The problem formulation of this research is the Application of Expository Model with Demonstration Method and Giving Assignments to improve mathematics learning achievement of students of class IXC semester I of SMP Negeri 3 Selat, 2016/2017 school year. The purpose of this study was to improve mathematics learning achievement of students of class IXC of SMP Negeri 3 Selat in the first semester, 2016/2017 school year. The place for this class action research is at SMP Negeri 3 Selat, by taking the research subjects of class IXC students in the first semester of 2016/2017 school year. The object of this class action research is an increase in Mathematics learning achievement of students of class IXC Middle School 3 Strait, 2016/2017 academic year. The initial average value of 69.83 rose to 74.67 in the first cycle and in the second cycle rose to 75.64. The expository model with demonstration and assignment methods is very effective to be applied in the learning process that results in active, enthusiastic, critical thinking students and can understand the material being taught so that students' learning achievement increases.

Based on observations of the MIN 10 Aceh Barat Daya teacher's competence in compiling school action research reports, it was found that the teacher's professional competence in compiling classroom action research was still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about improving teacher professional competence in developing classroom action research reports through a mentoring model based on CLCK (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) in MIN 10 Southwest Aceh. This research is a School Action Research (PTS). Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 MIN 10 Southwestern Aceh teachers. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the mentoring model based on CLCK development can improve the ability of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports in MIN 10 Southwest Aceh. Analysis of the quality of PTK reports made by teachers shows that the teacher's professional competence in preparing class action research reports increases from cycle I to cycle II. The teacher's professional competence in preparing the class action research report in cycle I was 76.50 (Good) increased to 87.16 (Very Good) in cycle II with an increase of 10.66 points.

The purpose of this research is to improve the ability of mathematical representation of Grade VIII2 students at SMP Negeri 3 Raha 2018/2019 Academic Year during mathematics learning activities with the application of cooperative  learning model in the type group investigation with open ended problem approach. The type of research  is classroom researh of two cycles based on teaching syllabus of the mathematics teacher in class VIII2. Each cycle is carried ot based on the competency standards to be achieved in learning. The cycle in this class action research through four stages, namely : planning of action; implementation of action;  observation and evaluation; reflection. Based on the result of research conducted on the Grade VIII2 students at SMP Negeri 3 Raha 2018/2019 Academic Year on the competency standards: calculating area and volume of prism and pyramid using cooperative  learning model in the type group investigation with open ended problem approach can improve the ability of mathematical representation, which are : respones and learning outcomes shown in cycle II are primly goodand the students scoreof mathematical representation test capability in each cycle has improve signivicantly, until 80% on the last cycle. Moreover, the results showed that there are only 4 students from total 20 students who obtain score 68 which is the minimum completeness criteria set by the school . Student activities and learning management by the teacher in the learning  process also increased to cycle II reaching  an average of 82% and 81%. Therefore, learning by applying cooperative  learning model in the type group investigation with open ended problem approach can improve the ability of mathematical representation

The purpose of this study was to improve students' cognitive abilities in the implementation of the mathematics learning process by using problem posing strategies. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) in collaboration with teachers in Mathematics. This research was conducted at Padangsidimpuan Middle School 7. With research subjects class VII-1, amounting to 28 people. Data collection instruments used were tests. CAR procedures start from the planning, action, observation and reflection stages. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle having 2 meetings. The results of this study indicate that the cognitive abilities of students of class VII-1 SMP N 7 Padangsidimpuan increased by using the Problem Posing strategy. Because the increase in students' cognitive abilities through tests given during the learning process took place from the first cycle of the first meeting from 53.57% to 57.14% the first cycle of the second meeting and the second cycle of the first meeting from 75% to 85.14% the second cycle of the second meeting . In accordance with the indicators of the action of this study the results obtained have passed the predetermined average value of the average value of 75 until the second cycle of meeting 2 which is 77.92 with the percentage of students who complete 85.72.

The low learning outcomes of students, because they have difficulty in solving the problems given, especially trigonometry material and the lack of interest of students in participating in the mathematics learning process. In addition, teachers and students have not utilized information technology optimally, so efforts are needed to improve student learning outcomes by applying MEA (Means-End Analysis) learning. The research subjects were all class VIII students of SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan in the 2018/2019 academic year. Research sample is class XI b, which amounted to 22 students. The purpose of this classroom action research to determine the increase in learning outcomes of students who get the MEA (Means-End Analysis) learning model assisted by Schoology. Based on the results of the class action research conducted and the discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that the MEA (Means-End Analysis) learning model assisted by Schoology can improve the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. Learning outcomes have increased from pre-survey to cycle I wherein the survey that is 31,82% to 45,45%, students who are thoroughly studied have increased by 13,63%. in cycle II the learning outcomes of students increased from Cycle I is 45,45% to 95,45%, students who have completed learning have increased by 50%.Keywords: learning MEA (Means-End Analysis), Schoology, learning outcomes

Tujuan dalam penulisan ini untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar dengan penerapan model pembelajaran type STAD melalui media infocus dalam peningkatan hasil belajar matematika materi bilangan berpangkat bagi di siswa MTS Terpadu Kota Langsa. Metodologi dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (action research room) dengan hasil penelitian dilakukan dalam memecahkan masalah pembelajaran di kelas melalui perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru dan siswa telah mencerminkan penerapan model pembelajaran type STAD dengan  media infocus. Mengukur keberhasilan dalam tindakan kelas adalah sistem belajar tuntas yaitu setiap siswa telah mencapai nilai 70 maka dikatakan berhasil tuntas. Secara klasikal, apabila mencapai 80% siswa telah mencapai nilai  70 maka dikatakan tuntas secara klasikal. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 78.24 dengan jumlah siswa tuntas 32 orang dan tidak tuntas 2 orang. Dalam persentase tuntas klasikal sebesar 94%, hasil ini telah melebihi indikator ketuntasan yang ditetapkan.   Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Matematika, Type STAD, Infocus   AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to determine learning achievement by applying STAD type learning models through infocus media in improving mathematics learning outcomes for rank numbers material for Integrated MTS students in Langsa City. The methodology in this writing uses a classroom action research method with the results of research conducted in solving learning problems in class through planning, action, observation and reflection. The writing results show that the teacher and student activities have reflected the application of the STAD type learning model with infocus media. Measuring success in classroom action is a complete learning system in which each student has reached a value of 70 then it is said to be successful. Classically, if 80% of students have reached 70, they are said to be classically complete. The average value obtained was 78.24 with the number of students completing 32 people and not completing 2 people. In the classical completion rate of 94%, this result has exceeded the established completeness indicator.  Keywords: Learning, Mathematics, STAD Type, Infocus
