This study aims to answer the main problem regarding income and optimization of cattle husbandry development in supporting livestock development programs in Kupang Regency. The research method used is social qualitative research method with FGD pattern to obtain primary and secondary data. This research took place in Kupang Regency as an area that has potential for cattle which is always in demand by other regions such as DKI Jakarta and so on. If viewed from the prospect of Beef Cattle Development in Kupang district, then look for markets for livestock and livestock products both from NTT and within NTT itself continue to increase in line with economic growth and population growth. There is still a lot of land that is available and possible for the development of livestock business which has not been utilized. The government's policy of encouraging state-owned enterprises to mediate funds to assist small businesses and at low interest rates has been implemented. This policy provides opportunities for business development and new investment in the livestock industry in NTT Province. Various patterns/schemes of soft credit and simple procedures and directly to livestock farmer groups such as Strengthening Group Business Capital (PMUK) or Community Direct Loan Assistance (BPLM) or Social Assistance Patterns are actually very good opportunities to overcome the problem of capital difficulties for farmers. Through through and intensification with the support of technology with prospects to increase productivity as well. The role of the sub-sector in the future in Kupang Regency is still large as a provider of food from livestock as a source of income and as a job opening.

The COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia and even the world, caused changes in various sectors and decline in the Indonesian economy. To improve the economy, it is necessary to increase investment. This research aims to find out how the influence of inflation, bank interest rates and currency rates on Composite Stock Price Index both partially and simultaneously at the time of the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, which discusses the problems faced that describe the state of a country expressed in numbers. The data used in this study is secondary data. It was taken during the covid-19 period from March 2020 to July 2021. The analytical methods are used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test. The novelty of this research is to use macroeconomic data during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that simultaneously, inflation, bank interest rates, and currency rates had a significant effect on Composite Stock Price Index. Inflation, bank interest rates, and currency rates exert a 94.9% effect on Composite Stock Price Index. The remaining 5.1% was affected by other factors not used in the study. Partially, inflation is positive and significant to Composite Stock Price Index. Bank interest rates and currency rates negatively and significantly affect Composite Stock Price Index.

A crucial element in the development of the SME sector is access to finance, particularly to bank financing, given the relative importance of the banking sector in serving this segment. Small Medium Enterprises plays important and crucial roles in the economy development of any country. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the Alternative Strategies on Improving Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) S’ Access to Seed Capital.  This study is descriptive and combines both primary and secondary data methods of data collection. The method of convenience sampling was employed in arriving at the 80 SMEs, which the researchers believe possesses the experience relevant for this study and who have sufficient time and were willing to participate. Data are analyzed and summarized by using both SPSS and excel. Key determinants for seed capital acquisition which are: fair and low interest rates; philanthropy; in-excessive demand for collateral security; less cumbersome procedures and realistic repayment schedule. The study further revealed that high interest rates; lack of finances and unfavorable tax charges as major constraints to the growth of SMEs. In a nutshell, the major challenge could be interpreted to mean lack of seed capital.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the Community Development and Empowerment Program of PT. Panca Logam Makmur, Bombana Regency with the aim of encouraging the economy, education, socio-culture, health, and the environment of the community around the mine, both individually and collectively. This study uses the Secondary Data Analysis (ASD) method using secondary data, in the form of research data and institutional administrative documentary data. The results of this study are: (1) The realization of the social responsibility of PT. Panca Logam Makmur in 2010-2015 consisted of three main programs, including: (a) community development programs; (b) infrastructure development program; and (c) social welfare action programs; (2) PT. PPM main program plan. Panca Logam Makmur has planned 7 programs or 87.5 percent of the 8 main compulsory PPM programs for metal mineral IUPs; and (3) The implementation of community development and empowerment has not yet compiled a PPM Master Plan which is guided by the PPM blue print for Southeast Sulawesi Province in accordance with Article 57 of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 26 of 2018.

This study aims to find out how the influence of deposits, inflation, and credit interest rates on the demand for investment loans from Government Banks in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series from 2010: Q1 to 20108: Q4, with the technique of collecting documentation data and library studies obtained from relevant institutions and agencies. The variables used are Investment Credit Demand (Y),deposits (X1), inflation (X2), and credit interest rates (X3). The research method used is Ordinary last Square (OLS). The results of the study show that (1) deposits and inflation have a positive and significant effect on the demand for investment credit, (2) the credit interest rate has a negative and significant effect on the demand for investment credit, and (3) deposits, inflation, and rates Credit interest has a significant effect on the demand for investment credit at Regional Government Banks in Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to test and diagnose the effect of cash ratios, working capital turnover, solvency, interest rates on profitability (Emprising studies on various industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The theory used in this study was the theories of Cash Ratio, Working Capital Turnover, Solvency, Interest Rate.The research method used is descriptive quantitative, this research is causal / clausal.In this study, data collection was carried out through documentation studies.The study used types and secondary data sources.The results of this study were the Cash Ratio, Working Capital Turnover, Solvency, Interest Rate, simultaneously have a not positive and significant effect on the firm value of empirical studies on Various Industries listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2016. The conclusions in this study are Cash Ratio, Working Capital Turnover, Solvency and Interest Rates are partially  taxed not positive and significant spirit towards the value of empirical studies on Various Industries listed on the IDX  for the period 2013-2016

 The purpose of this study was to determine the use of village funds in community empowerment programs in 8 villages, which were chosen deliberately (purposive sampling) from 19 villages in Sonder District. This research lasted for 2 months from October to November 2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from interviews with 4 respondents per village selected based on accidental sampling so that the total number of respondents from 8 villages is 32 community members. The interview was intended to find out the opinion of the community about the use of village funds. Secondary data in this study is data obtained from the APBDES document (Village Budget and Revenue). Data analysis method in this research uses descriptive method. The results showed the use of village funds in Sonder Subdistrict for physical programs amounted to 14 types of activities and for empowerment programs amounted to 15 types of activities. Therefore the total activities amounted to 29 activities. The opinion of the community who stated agreed on the openness of the village government to the village funds amounted to 68.75% and 31.25% of the community stated disagree. The community stated that they agreed to use the village funds for development programs amounted to 75%  and 25% of the community disagreed. The opinion of the community that stated that the development program was approriate amounted to 78.12% and 22.88% of the community stated that it was not appropriate. *eprm*

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang diplomasi ekonomi dalam politik luar negeri Republik Indonesia di bawah Presiden Joko Widodo pada tahun 2015-2018 sebagai sebuah konsep dan kebijakan. Diplomasi ekonomi bukan sekadar satu dari arah kebijakan luar negeri tetapi lebih daripada itu diplomasi ekonomi telah menjadi corak dan gaya diplomasi Indonesia pada periode yang sama. Dari analisis kualitatif berbasis data-data sekuder berupa dokumen kebijakan, laporan resmi pemerintah dan pemberitaan media massa, studi ini mendapati bahwa politik luar negeri Indonesia di bawah Presiden Joko Widodo dilaksanakan untuk mendukung program pembangunan nasional. Dengn kata lain, politik luar negeri Presiden Joko Widodo adalah politik luar negeri untuk mengejar keperluan-keperluan dalam negeri. Oleh karenanya, corak diplomasi yang diterapkan adalah diplomasi ekonomi yang memang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung agenda pembangunan nasional, terutama penyelesaian program infrastruktur dan lainnya. Diplomasi ekonomi baru dalam terminologi tetapi sesungguhnya adalah revitalisasi diplomasi non-politik yang pernah dilaksanakan oleh Indonesia sebelumnya.Kata-kata kunci: politik luar negeri, diplomasi ekonomi, Indonesia, kemitraan ekonomi.  This article explains the concept of economic diplomacy of Indonesian foreign policy under President Joko Widodo in 2015-2018. Economic Diplomacy is not only one of the Indonesian foreign policy directions under Joko Widodo but it was more as the most important characteristic and reference of Indonesian diplomacy of the period. Using a qualitative study that rellied upon the secondary data of policy documents, government reports, and media reporting from Kompas daily newspaper, this study concluded that the Indonesian foreign policy under President Joko Widodo was conducted to support the national development program, or foreign policy for domestic needs. Economic diplomacy was needed to support this national agenda of mega projects infrastructure and other development programs. This economic diplomacy was new in terminology but it was only a variant of non-political diplomacy which had been done by the ministry for foreign affairs of Indonesia in the previous administrations.  Keywords: foreign policy,  economic diplomacy, Indonesia, economic partnership.

This study aims to determine the effect of the inflation targeting framework (ITF) policy or the inflation target in moderating monetary variables to inflation in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series from 2005: Q3 to 2018: Q4, with documentation data collection techniques and library studies obtained from relevant institutions and agencies. The variables used are interest rates (X1), the money supply (X2), and exchange rates (X3) as independent variables. Variable inflation targeting framework or inflation target (X4) as a moderating and inflation variable (Y) as the dependent variable. The research method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study show that (1) Partially interest rate and money supply significant positive effect to inflation in Indonesia. (2) Partilally exchange rate and inflation target do not have a signifivant effect to inflation in Indonesia. (3)Partially the inflation target is able to moderate interest rates to inflation in Indonesia. The inflation target is pure moderation. (4) Partially the inflation target is not able to moderate the money supply to inflation, where the inflation target is only a potential moderating variable.  (5) Partially the inflation target is not able to moderate the exchange rate to inflation, where the inflation target is only a potential moderating variable

This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with a two-pathequation approach. The object of research chosen in this study is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The typeof data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire andobservation. The instrument used in this study was the Likert scale. The research variables use theconcept of independent variables namely training and development and the concept of the dependentvariable is the increase in employee ability and performance. The results of this study indicate thatthe training and development variables partially or individually to increase ability have a significanteffect. Of the two variables, the biggest influence is the development variable. The training anddevelopment variables combined to increase ability have a significant effect. And the influence of othervariables outside the model is 0.561. On the training variable, development, combined capabilityimprovement on employee performance has a significant effect. And the influence of other variablesoutside the model is 0.258.

ABSTRAK Peningkatan jumlah Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) perlu terus dilakukan, di samping peningkatan upaya untuk mengembangkan usaha yang telah berjalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal, menentukan strategi serta menyusun program dan kegiatan pengembangan UKM kelompok makanan, minuman, dan tembakau. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Tarakan, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia pada bulan Januari hingga Juni  2018. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 21 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pengembangan UKM antara lain motivasi, bahan baku, tenaga kerja, modal, keuangan, teknologi, pemasaran, iklim usaha, dan pembinaan. Strategi pengembangan UKM dalam kelompok makanan, minuman, dan tembakau di Kota Tarakan adalah agresif. Program-program pengembangan UKM antara lain program identifikasi dan pengembangan potensi daerah, program penguatan kemampuan ekonomi UKM, dan program peningkatan jumlah wirausahawan muda. Program tersebut dijabarkan dalam berbagai kegiatan pokok.Kata kunci: UKM, faktor internal, faktor eksternal, strategi usaha, dan program pengembangan. ABSTRACT The increasing quantity Medium and Small Businesses (MSB) is  needed to be done as well as the increasing efforts to develop the existing MSB. The aims of this study were to identify the internal and external factors, to determine strategy also to arrange the programs and activities to develop the MSB of  cigarette, drink, and food group. The study was done in Tarakan City, East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia since January to June 2018. This study collected primary dan secondary data with total sample as many as 21 respondents. Data were analyzed by using the analysis Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT). The results of this study show internal and external factors affect the development of  MSB such as motivation, raw material, labor, capital, finance, teknologi, marketing, business climate, and assistance. The strategy to develop MSB in cigarette, drink, and food group is aggresive. Programs develop MSB such as identification and development of regional potency, strengthening of MSB economic ability, and increasing of young entreprenuers. Those programs are derived become some importants activities.Keywords: SME, internal factor, external factor, bussines strategy, and development program
