Philippine Airlines, Inc. (disingkat sebagai PAL dan juga dikenal secara historis sebagai Philippine Air Lines), beroperasi sebagai Philippine Airlines, adalah nama maskapai penerbangan yang berbasis di Kota Pasay, Filipina, dengan kode IATA adalah PR dan kode ICAO adalah PAL. Philippine Airlines didirikan pada tahun 1941 dan merupakan maskapai penerbangan komersial pertama dan tertua di Asia beroperasi dengan nama aslinya. Maskapai ini pada tahun 2019 memiliki 47 rute Internasional dan 30 rute Domestik, Philippine Airlines Indonesia beroperasi dibawah General Sales Agent (GSA) PT. Sheira Semesta Cemerlang. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Strategi Pemasaran Philippine Airlines Dalam Menghadapi Persaingan Penerbangan Pada Market Indonesia Tahun 2019, untuk memecahkan masalah penulis menggunakan metode Analisis SWOT (Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat), matriks EFE (External Factor Evaluation) dan matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), hasil penelitian untuk mengetahui secara internal kekuatan  Philippines Airlines, dan secara eksternal untuk mengetahui peluang yang potensial bagi Philippine Airlines, sebagai dasar untuk menyusun Marketing Strategi Philippine Airlines pada pasar Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the cost, revenue and profit in potato cultivation in  Ngablak  subdistrict,  analyze  internal  and  external  factors,  formulate  strategic alternatives, prioritize strategies that can be applied in developing in potato cultivation in  the  Ngablak  subdistrict.  The  basic  method  of  research  is  descriptive  analysis.  The research location in Ngablak subdistrict  Magelang regency. The data used are primary and  secondary  data.  Analysis  of  the  data  were  used:  (1)  Cost,  Revenue,  Income  and Profit, (2) Analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation, (3) External Factor Evaluation, (4) SWOT  Analysis,  (5)  QSPM.  The  Results  showed,  the  cost  potato  cultivationis Rp.11,413,271.00,  revenue  is  Rp.18,631,117.00.  income  to  Rp.7,217,846.00  and  the profit received Rp.4,827,071.00. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) showed that there are four strengths and six weaknesses. External Factor Evaluation (EFE) shows that there are six opportunities and three threats. SWOT Analysis generate alternative strategies that  can  be  applied  is  to  maintain  the  quality  and  increase  the  quantity  of  potato cultivation  with  agricultural  intensification,  maximizing  land  for  planting  potato through  monoculture  cropping  systems  and  crop  rotation  as  well  as  utilizing  existing technology and marketing cooperation relationship with more than a middleman. QSPM analysis showed that the priority of strategy can be applied is to maintain the quality and increasing the quantity of potato cultivation with agricultural intensification.

Cindy Group is a company grouped as SMEs which produces boiled fish, both traditional and hygienic. Companies to keep their survival in order to survive in a competitive market, must have a strategy to attract consumers to buy their products. One of the best strategy is to evaluate and develop appropriate marketing strategies. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify and analyze internal and external factors influencing Cindy Group marketing strategy, (2) to formulate Cindy Group marketing strategy, and (3) to prioritize Cindy Group marketing strategy. Based on internal and external factors, Cindy Group formulated strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats toward marketing strategy using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE). The total score in the IFE and EFE matrices illustrated that the firm's stable position in responding to external situations. The total IFE score of 3.3436 indicated that the strengths of Cindy Group could overcome the weaknessess very well. Total EFE score of 2.5545 indicated that Cindy Group was good enough to respond the opportunities and minimize threats. Based on QSPM analysis, the priority strategy to be applied in the marketing of fishery processed products at UMKM Cindy Group which was expanding marketing network, maintaining quality, increasing sales service and increasing cooperation with related institutions and cooperatives/other SMEs in order to get raw material access.

One product from the sugar cane is brown sugar cane. ‘UKM Bumi Asih’ is one of the producer of the sugar cane in Bondowoso Regency. Brown sugar cane has potential prospect to developed because it can be used to any purposed (for household needs and beverage industries). This study was aimed to identify the internal and external factors that affected business development of brown sugar cane. The study were used the methods of internal factor evaluation (IFE) and eksternal factor evaluation (EFE). Internal factor analysis was performed to identify the company's internal strengths that can be used and anticipated weaknesses. External factor analysis was conducted to identify opportunities that can be exploited and threats that can be avoided. The scores output from matrix IFE and EFE were all categorized with total score 2.812 for internal factors and 3.0315 for external factor. Both scores were above 2.5 which meas that the internal position was strong enough. So its has the ability above the average to take advantage of the power and opportunities to anticipated the internal weakness and the threats. This research was conducted to find out the most precise management strategy to enhance competitiveness of Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall. This study applies a qualitative method, by conducting interviews and also observation by directly reviewing the subject of the study. The analytical method consists Input Stage consisting of Internal Factor Evaluation and External Factor Evaluation, Matching Stage consisting of Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat Matrix and Internal External Matrix, and Decision Stage consisting of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. After analyzing from the existing data, it is known that the Market Penetration strategy is the most appropriate to be implemented for Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall and Market Development strategy can be used as a support.

In a very competitive market conditions the company must have a thorough understanding about the condition of its internal and external of the company to determine an appropriate strategy. This research aims to know the proper competitive advantage strategies for PT Semen Tonasa is done by. Descriptive research is done by collecting data through observation, FGD and interviews. After IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) and SWOT analysis, PT Semen Tonasa should focus their efforts on pursuing growth. Based on the analysis of the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) retrieved the right strategy to do is market penetration. PT Semen Tonasa should increase market share in the area of the market with a hefty profit margin do cost efficiency in every stage of the production process.

ENGLISHOnion is one of the featured vegetable commodities that have long been cultivated by farmers intensively. This study aims to analyze the factors internal and external environment (IE) in the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency. Research used descriptive method with data sources derived from primary and secondary data. Analysis of data using the strategy formulation consisting of (1) Matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matrix Internal External (IE). The results showed the total value of the average score of 2.67 on a matrix IFE located on the cell II (on average), while the total score of the matrix EFE gained an average of 2.80 lies in cell IV (moderate). These results position the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency in cell II and IV, called a strategy to grow and build. INDONESIABawang merah merupakan salah satu komoditas sayuran unggulan yang sejak lama telah diusahakan oleh petani secara intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal (IE) dalam pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati. penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan formulasi strategi terdiri dari (1) Matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matriks Internal External (IE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai total skor rata-rata pada matriks IFE sebesar 2,67 terletak pada sel II (rata-rata), sedangkan matriks EFE memperoleh total skor rata-rata sebesar 2,80 terletak pada sel IV (sedang). Hasil tersebut menempatkan posisi pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati pada sel II dan IV, disebut strategi tumbuh dan membangun.

<em>This study aims to determine the magnitude of farm income coconut sugar in District Puring Kebumen, knowing internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats), to formulate a possible strategic alternatives and identifies priorities for the strategy to be applied in the development of farming of palm sugar in District Puring Kebumen. The research method used is descriptive method. Data analysis method used is the Revenue Analysis, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), SWOT Analysis and QSPM. These results indicate that the amount of income of Rp 37,323,400.00 for the period June 2015 - June 2016. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) showed that coconut sugar farm has five strengths and four weaknesses. External Factor Evaluation (EFE) show gardens coconut sugar farm has four opportunities and five threats. SWOT Analysis generate alternative strategies that can be implemented that improve product with open innovation and their consumer confidence, create attractive packaging so that the consumer response is high, increase competitiveness through cooperatives or associations for joint marketing, and to expand the market by leveraging information technology such as the Internet. QSPM produce good strategic priorities to be implemented is to increase competitiveness through cooperatives or associations for joint marketing.</em>

Strategi pemasaran adalah pola pikir pemasaran yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pemasarannya. Pada PT Intan Dua, penerapan strategi pemasaran masih belum tepat, dapat dilihat dari penurunan tingkat penjualan pakaian oblong PT Intan Dua. Dalam upaya meningkatkan tingkat penjualan pakaian oblong PT Intan Dua, maka dilakukan formulasi strategi pemasaran PT Intan Dua. Agar proses formulasi strategi pemasaran pada PT Intan Dua menjadi lebih efektif, dilakukan penelitian secara langsung pada PT Intan Dua. Penelitian dimulai dari pengumpulan data-data bauran pemasaran PT Intan Dua. Setelah itu, dibuatlah faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang berkaitan dengan bauran pemasaran PT Intan Dua. Faktor internal akan dinilai konsumen, yaitu reseller PT Intan Dua, dan faktor eksternal akan dinilai pihak manajemen PT Intan Dua. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa nilai skor tertimbang IFE sebesar 2.648, yang berarti kondisi internal perusahaan memiliki kekuatan yang lebih dominan. Hasil skor tertimbang EFE yang didapaat sebesar 2.464, yang berarti kondisi eksternal perusahaan memiliki ancaman yang lebih dominan. Dengan penilaian IFE dan EFE tersebut, kondisi perusahaan dapat diketahui terdapat pada kuadran II diagram cartesius SWOT. Strategi yang tepat untuk PT Intan Dua menurut kondisi perusahaan adalah strategi ST yang merupakan strategi diversifikasi matriks SWOT Strategi ST berupa mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, membangun motivasi beli konsumen, dan membangun citra produk.Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Internal Factor Evaluation, External Factor Evaluation, Analisis SWOT.

The regency of southeast Maluku has a variety of promising fisheries and marine potency to be managed. Unfortunately, it has not been used properly. The fishing production volume of small pelagic in every season using gill net fishing gear has not been able to increase the income of fishermen in Southeast Maluku regency. The analytical methods used were the External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), Internal-External (IE) and Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) analytical matrix. These were used to develop the strategy of small Pelagic with gill net fishing gear. Based on the result, gill net fishing gear has a number of different production each season against every kind of small pelagic fish.Keywords: fishermen, gillnet, small pelagic fish

Bogor District is one of the priority districts for stunting interventions. The stunting rate in Bogor District was 28.29%. The district government should implement stunting reduction policies that referring to the national movement of nutrition improvement acceleration and the stunting programs convergence. Regional autonomy gives authority to the regions to regulate and implement policies. This study aimed to analyze the internal and external factors of the Bogor District Government that aff ecting the implementation of stunting reduction programs It was a qualitative study in Bogor District. Primary data were collected using interview guidelines to nine offi cials of the Bogor District Government agency related to the stunting program in Bogor District. Secondary data were collected using desk review. Data were analyzed using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) analysis. The results showed that total score of IFE is 2.96 and EFE scores is 2.94. Bogor District Government can optimally use its strengths and cut its weaknesses in the internal program. Likewise, Bogor District Government have taken advantage of external opportunities and avoided threats.
