This study aims at finding out the University of Baghdad / College of Mass Media students’ fanaticism and finding out the Different according to sex and grade variable. The sample of the study consists of (140) students, responds to a questionnaire of (23) items. This questionnaire is verified its validity and reliability. The results of the study show that the sample of the study does not show fanaticism and there are no significant differences according to the variable of sex and there are no significant differences according to the variable of grade i.e., no significant differences between the first grade students and fourth grade students. According to the result the researcher recommends that the positive attitudes of the students towards social and educational values should be supported and modified the students’ negative concepts and values. Finally, the research suggests studying the fanaticism with other variables.

The concept of intercultural education should be aimed at better understanding of ourselves and others, discovering similarities and differences, recognizing preconceptions, and cooperation in accomplishing our common goals. Intercultural education can be very useful in resolving the issues that arise when different groups live together. Also, intercultural education may benefit the process of getting to know and better understand other cultures and the development of successful communication between cultures. Music courses in grammar schools may contribute to students’ intercultural education, because music is an area in which cultural competence can develop significantly. During the December of 2014, for the purposes of this paper, a research study was conducted in a Croatian general programme grammar school. The goal of the study was to determine the students’ attitudes toward interculturalism, their attitudes on music courses with regard to interculturalism, and are there any differences in the attitudes and intercultural awareness between first grade students and fourth grade students at the grammar school. A survey questionnaire was used to conduct an anonymous survey among first and fourth grade students. The results of the study have shown that both the first and fourth grade students are aware that they are living in a multicultural environment, as well as that there are examples of certain forms of intolerance towards members of other cultures who share their living surroundings. When compared to fourth grade students, first grade students generally have more positive attitudes toward interculturalism. According to the students’ opinions, music courses at the grammar school could be more focused on getting to know the music and musical traditions of the people from other continents. Complementing the syllabus with music from different cultures and from all the continents would contribute to the development of more positive students’ attitudes toward interculturalism and help with the realization of goals set by the premise of intercultural education.

This study aimed to find out the effect of the blended learning strategy on the achievement of the fourth-grade students in the basic science subject in the Basira Basira Directorate of Education in Tafila Governorate. The study members were selected by intentional method, and they numbered (52) students from fourth grade students in Al-Harith Basic School for Boys, and the two divisions were randomly assigned and distributed into two divisions. One of them is a control group, which was (27) students who were taught the traditional strategy, and the other is (25) students as an experimental one who learned the blended learning strategy. Its validity and reliability were verified and then applied to the study sample. The results of the study showed a statistically significant difference in the achievement of the study sample at the level of significance )α≤0.05) between the averages of the scores of the two study groups in favor of the experimental group that learned with the blended learning strategy. Achieving science among fourth-grade students in Tafila Governorate by securing the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the application of blended learning by equipping laboratories and ensuring the validity of the Internet.

This study was conducted to find out the Extent of Inclusion (TIMSS-2019) Standards of mathematics book scheduled for the Fourth Grade Students in Jordan from Maths teachers’ point of view for the Fourth Grade Students. The study sample consisted of 300 Maths teachers for the Fourth Grade Students in Mafraq governorate. This study used the descriptive methodology. To this study, the researcher has prepared a list of criteria (TIMSS-2019) to be included in the mathematics book scheduled for the Fourth Grade Students in Jordan, and then organized these standards in the form of a questionnaire consisting of two dimensions are (content and knowledge) emanates from each of them (3) domains and under them (43)  sub-standards criteria  from (School Mathematics Assessment frame work,TIMSS-2019 ).The researcher then turned this list into a questionnaire which describing the final degree of inclusion of the six areas, to find out the Extent of Inclusion Standards of mathematics book scheduled for the Fourth Grade Students in Jordan. The scale validity and reliability were verified. The study results showed that the percentage of the Extent of Inclusion (TIMSS-2019) Standards of mathematics book scheduled for the Fourth Grade Students in Jordan from Maths teachers’ point of view for the Fourth Grade Students was medium and a general percentage of (66)%.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between mental disability teaching students' attitudes toward teaching and their concern level. The sample of this study contains a total of 410 first and fourth grade students of special education department, mental disability teaching section in Anadolu university(114 students), Ondokuz mayıs university(73 students), Gazi unversity(79 students ) Marmara university(75 students ) and Selçuk university(69 students ) at 2009-2010 academic year. In this study as a data collection tool "teaching profession attitude scale" developed by Çetin(2006) is used in purpose of determining mental disability teaching candidates' attitudes towards profession; "state- continuity concern scale" developed by Spielberg(1979) is used to determine concern levels and "personel information form " is used in purpose of gathering information about teacher candidates. As a conclusion of the study ,it is suggested that fourth grade students' scale scores of attitudes towards teaching profession is higher than that of first grade students. state continuity concern scale scores of Mental disability teaching students who has participated in this study is changeable according to grade levels. Also mental disability teacher candidates' attitudes towards this profession is differing by variants like gender and whether or not working at the field. State and continuity concern levels are changed by gender variant but not changed by whether or not working at the field variant.

Numerous studies have confirmed that gamification develops favorable scenarios for student learning by encouraging student involvement and promoting a more active role. Starting from this premise, in this article we describe an experience we developed with first-grade teacher- training students to find a learning environment that will encourage student involvement in the construction of learning in a challenging and stimulating way. Other aims of this experience are to enable students to face awkward situations responsibly, work on their social and communica- tion skills, and employ critical, creative and contextualized thinking. To evaluate the success of this experience, after its implementation we analyzed the results by comparing responses from parti- cipating students with those from a group from the same Degree and university who employed a different methodology. To gather information, we administered an internationally validated survey – the Student Engagement Questionnaire – and corroborated its validity and reliability with the participants of our study. Our main results are that this methodological experience based on gami- fication promoted a motivating teaching-learning environment, encouraged significant interaction between teachers and students, promoted self-managed learning, interpersonal and communicative skills, and developed student adaptability, while also creating a playful and dynamic atmosphere. We therefore conclude that proper planning and gamification development help to create environ- ments that enrich learning at the university level, improve the management of knowledge and trai- ning content, and develop important transversal skills for the training of future Elementary School teachers.

The choice of profession made a conscious person directly affects the success and job satisfaction in the profession.This study carried out descriptive for determine factors that influence the choice of profession of nursing students in the first and last grade a nursing department of school of health. Research was carried out with the participation of students in the first and last grades in the nursing department of a university health school in March. Population of the study constituted by first and final grades students in health school nursing department (including 140 first grade, 87 last grade,  total of 227 students). The sample was determined as population. Data of the research was collected with The Scale of Nurse Career Choise (HMSÖ) which developed originally by Zysberg and Berry, Turkish validity and reliability made by Önler and Saraçoğlu (2010) and survey questions (13 questions) that created to by the researchers review the literature to determine the Socio-demographic features. The data was analyzed in SPSS 15 package program by frequency, percentiles and average.The students participating in survey 132 are female and 58 are male. Of students 58.4% first grade, 41.6% the fourth grade. At the preference of the profession the mean scores of the item" I always has wanted to help people." was found to be 98% first grades and 90% in the fourth grades. The item “There is no unemployment in nursing” was scored a very high rate in both groups (First-grade; x=82.883, fourth grade; x=82.279). According to the results of the research; The reasons for choosing the profession of nursing are found opinion not to be unemployed after graduation and a profession that provide opportunity to help people. ÖzetBilinçli olarak yapılan meslek seçimi kişinin meslekteki başarısını ve iş doyumunu doğrudan etkiler. Bu çalışma bir üniversitesin sağlık yüksekokulu hemşirelik bölümü ilk ve son sınıf öğrencilerinin meslek seçimini etkileyen faktörlerini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma bir üniversitenin sağlık yüksekokulu hemşirelik bölümü ilk ve son sınıf öğrencilerin katılımı ile mart ayında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini sağlık yüksekokulu hemşirelik bölümü ilk ve son sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmuştur (140 birinci sınıf; 87 son sınıf olmak üzere, toplam 227 öğrenci). Örneklem evren olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri orijinali Zysberg ve Berry tarafından geliştirilen, Türkçe geçerlilik ve güvenilirliği Önler ve Saraçoğlu (2010) tarafından yapılan ‘‘Hemşirelikte Meslek Seçim Ölçeği (HMSÖ)’’ ve araştırmacılar tarafından literatür taraması yapılarak oluşturulan sosyodemografik özellikleri belirlemeye yönelik anket soruları (13 soru) aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Veriler, SPSS 15 paket programında yüzdelik, frekans ve ortalama ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin 132'si kız, 58'i erkektir. Öğrencilerin %58.4'ü birinci sınıf, %41.6'sı dördüncü sınıftır. Mesleğin tercih edilmesinde “Her zaman insanlara yardım etmek istemişimdir.” maddesinin puan ortalamaları birinci sınıflarda (x=87.928) dördüncü sınıflarda ise (x=80.886) olarak bulunmuştur. Hemşirelikte işsiz kalınmayacağını düşünüyorum.” Maddesi her iki grupta yüksek oranda puan almıştır (birinci sınıflar; x=82.883, dördüncü sınıflar). Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; örneklem grubunun hemşirelik mesleğini tercih etme nedenleri mezuniyet sonrası işsiz kalınmayacağı düşüncesi ve insanlara yardım etme fırsatı sağlayan bir meslek olması olarak bulunmuştur.

This study aimed to find out the attitudes of the EFL College students of the University of Bisha, Saudi Arabia, towards eLearning after they have studied via this mode for almost two semesters. The study tried to answer four questions related to the participants' preferences of learning mode, the reasons for their preference, the problems with eLearning, and gender differences. Three null hypotheses related to the first three questions referred to above were postulated regarding gender differences if any. The study was mainly quantitative, in which data were collected by means of an online questionnaire administered to 148 EFL students (males and females) who were selected from the target population purposively. The SPSS program (version 20.0) was used to analyze the obtained data. We have found that the majority of participants had positive attitudes to eLearning, and they preferred it to the face-to-face classroom-based mode. Among the reasons they offered for their preference eLearning were their claims that they learned better than with face-to-face mode. In addition to flexibility, this mode saved time, cost and effort, since the students took activities and assessments at home, not at college. All three given hypotheses were accepted in that no gender difference was found.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar muatan IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis korelasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling sejumlah 112 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis product moment. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar muatan IPS, nilai rhitung = 0,791 dan termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 62,6%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar muatan IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kabupaten Kebumen.   The purpose of this study was to examine the existence of a positive and significant correlation between learning discipline and learning independence with social studies learning outcomes the fourth grade students of the State Elementary Schools of Ki Hajar Dewantara Cluster in Kebumen Regency. This research was a quantitative type of correlation study. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling of 112 students. The data collection techniques are questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The instrument test used validity and reliability test. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and product moment correlation analysis. The results of data analysis in this study showed there was a positive and significant correlation between learning discipline and learning independence with social studies learning outcomes, Rcount = 0.791 and included in a strong category and contributes 62.6%. The conclusion in this study there was a positive and significant correlation between learning discipline and learning independence with social studies learning outcomes the fourth grade students of the State Elementary Schools of Ki Hajar Dewantara Cluster in Kebumen Regency.

This research aims to test the effect of video on the listening skill of fourth-grade students. The research used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. Therefore, the populations were fourth-grade students of Ggugus Dewi Sartika Majenang and the sample of this research based on a purposive sampling technique. In addition, the research sample was selected by two schools with the same number and characteristics of students. Furthermore, the data collection technique used a listening skill test. Before carrying out the research, the researchers conducted a test of listening skills to be tested for validity and reliability. The results of the validity test showed if the question of the listening skill test in the valid category. The students did a listening skill test and the result was analyzed using inference statistics. The results of the research indicated that students who were treated with video had better listening skills than students who were not treated. Moreover, the researcher concludes that the video had an effect on the listening skill of fourth-grade students.
