AbstractAnemia is a micronutrient problem that occurs throughout the world especially in developing countries which is estimated to occur in 30% of the world's population. As a result of lack of hemoglobin levels causes symptoms of lethargy, fatigue and tired quickly when doing activities that will have an impact on decreased concentration and learning achievement, and in the long run it will have an impact on the quality of human resources, where young women are the future generation of the nation which will later supports determining the next generation. The results of basic health research in 2013 anemia in adolescent girls increased to 48.9% in 2018. Data from the Health Office in Jambi City in 2017 as many as 257 adolescent girls who experienced anemia, increased to 404 people in 2018. The purpose of this community service is to provide information to adolescents about anemia and the importance of consuming blood-added tablets. The method used in this community service is lecture, question and answer discussion. This community service was held on February 13-14, 2019 at SMAN 8 Jambi City. The result of this community service is the increasing knowledge of young women about anemia and the benefits of consuming blood-added tablets.

This training aims to provide an overview of the concepts of improving the performance of teachersand school principals as an effort to improve human resources (HR) which is carried out througheducation and training, so that it is expected to produce high enough performance of teachers andprincipals in learning. One of the weaknesses that exist today in the world of education is the lowperformance of teachers in terms of competence and self-quality in managing classes actively andcreatively. Based on the data above, there needs to be a comprehensive effort to improve the qualityof our education. This improvement can be started from the lowest education unit, namely the schoolinstitution. The capacity of Indonesian schools needs to be increased so that they are able to face thechallenges of a much more competitive future. One way to improve school performance is to improveteacher quality. The quality of teachers can be improved by providing training and mentoring. For thisreason, as a form of Higher Education Tridharma, a Community Service Program was held with thetheme of Improving Primary School Performance through the Teacher and Principal Training Programat the As'ad Islamic Elementary School Foundation in Jambi City. The purpose of this training is toassist teachers in the development of teacher professional competencies such as updating learningmethods in class, use of learning media, etc. Through increasing the capacity of teachers through thisworkshop, it is hoped that it can improve the school's performance.

Anemia is a nutritional problem in the world which occurs not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. Low iron intake often occurs in people who consume foods that are less diverse, such as protein. Iron deficiency anemia is more common in young women than young men because young women experience menstruation every month and are in their infancy, thus requiring more iron intake. The problems faced by partners today include the lack of knowledge about adolescents about anemia, so it is considered necessary to provide counseling to provide knowledge to adolescents to prevent anemia in adolescents. Community Service Activities are carried out at SMP N 13 Jambi City. The time of implementation is in April 2018. The target is students of SMP N 13 Kota Jambi. Community service methods survey approach, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation. The results obtained are students able to understand about the prevention of anemia in adolescents. It is recommended that health workers, especially at the Puskesmas, give more counseling about anemia to young women before giving blood-added tablets, so that students get information about anemia and want to consume the added blood tablets.

Nutritional anemia is a lack of hemoglobin levels in the blood caused by a lack of nutrients needed for the formation of Hb. If a woman who has anemia will be very difficult when she is pregnant and giving birth. This can cause babies born with low weight (less than 2500 grams). In addition, anemia can also result in the death of both the mother and baby during labor. Anemia is one of the health problems throughout the world, especially developing countries. It is estimated that 30% of the world’s population suffer from anemia. The anemia in young women is still quite high. This community service activity will be held at Jambi Jambi Al-Hafidz Pondok Islamic Boarding School. The service method uses survey, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation approaches. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Abstract The use of pesticides such as aluminium phosphide (AlP) has increased in the recent years and improved the quantity and quality of agricultural products in a number of developing countries. The downside is that AlP causes severe chronic and acute health effects that have reached major proportions in countries such as India, Iran, Bangladesh, and Jordan. Nearly 300,000 people die due to pesticide poisoning in the world every year. Poisoning with AlP accounts for many of these deaths. Unfortunately, at the same time, there is no standard treatment for it. The aim of this article is to give a brief review of AlP poisoning and propose a treatment flowchart based on the knowledge gained so far. For this purpose we reviewed all articles on the management of AlP poisoning published from 2000 till now. Using a modified Delphi design, we have designed a handy flowchart that could be used as a guide for AlP poisoning management of patients in emergency centres.

Performance appraisal of employees is an important thing to do by government agencies and private companies. It is useful to see, monitor the level and quality of work given by an employee to his company in order to create a company that is able to achieve the goals of each company by starting to do evaluation of HR (Human Resources) because in the business and management world says that a great company is a company that is able to manage its human resources. In employee performance appraisal, each company has their own way and certainly different in the actual practice of employee performance appraisal activities must be done properly and fairly as possible to eliminate social gaps in the world of work and reduce the occurrence of errors in granting an assessment of the performance of each each company employee and the results obtained after employees are given an assessment of their performance are expected to grow and influence the level of loyalty given by employees to the company and foster high self-motivation for the progress of the company itself. In evaluating employee performance, there are several tools that can be used, one of which is a decision support system that will process some of the criteria set by the company using the Weighted Product (WP) method

Cancer is one of the causes of death in both developed and developing countries, cancer is increasing in developing countries due to increasing lifestyle, breast cancer is a cancer that causes death in women in the world, breast cancer is the highest contributor to mortality in women in the world, 43.3 per 100,000. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support to the quality of life of breast cancer patients. The research design used was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, the study sample amounted to 63 breast cancer patients. The results show that there is a relationship between family support and the quality of life of breast cancer patients with a p value of 0.032. shows there is a relationship between family support for the quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Suggestions that nurses can improve the quality of nursing services, and provide motivation to patients and families of breast cancer in carrying out breast cancer treatment.

AbstractThe problem of Human Resources (HR) in Indonesia is becoming increasingly complex, this is reflected in the large number of formal education graduates from various levels who are not absorbed in the world of work. Many factors cause this to happen, including the mismatch between HR competencies and the labor market, the growth of the workforce is greater than the availability of available employment and population distribution between regions is not evenly distributed. If you look at the achievements of Indonesian tertiary education graduates, many of Indonesian tertiary education graduates are slow to get jobs, this shows that there is a broken link between higher education and the world of work. Higher education has not been able to produce graduates with high selling prices armed with the knowledge they have learned even though in general higher education graduates have greater employment opportunities than high school or lower level graduates. Many realities on the ground show that the quality of Indonesian people as a potential resource still does not meet expectations. This happens because of the low quality of education in Indonesia. By fulfilling good educational needs, the students will get benefits and can improve the quality of life of the knowledge they have, so that after completing their education, they can get decent jobs or create quality jobs. Indonesia's education world must start to build links with the world of work, so that the world of work responds to graduates produced in accordance with what the world of work wants; this paradigm must be understood and built by the Indonesian government. Education transformation is needed so that education is able to produce reliable and resilient human resources; education and educators must be improved.
