Nutritional anemia is a lack of hemoglobin levels in the blood caused by a lack of nutrients needed for the formation of Hb. If a woman who has anemia will be very difficult when she is pregnant and giving birth. This can cause babies born with low weight (less than 2500 grams). In addition, anemia can also result in the death of both the mother and baby during labor. Anemia is one of the health problems throughout the world, especially developing countries. It is estimated that 30% of the world’s population suffer from anemia. The anemia in young women is still quite high. This community service activity will be held at Jambi Jambi Al-Hafidz Pondok Islamic Boarding School. The service method uses survey, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation approaches. AbstractAnemia is a micronutrient problem that occurs throughout the world especially in developing countries which is estimated to occur in 30% of the world's population. As a result of lack of hemoglobin levels causes symptoms of lethargy, fatigue and tired quickly when doing activities that will have an impact on decreased concentration and learning achievement, and in the long run it will have an impact on the quality of human resources, where young women are the future generation of the nation which will later supports determining the next generation. The results of basic health research in 2013 anemia in adolescent girls increased to 48.9% in 2018. Data from the Health Office in Jambi City in 2017 as many as 257 adolescent girls who experienced anemia, increased to 404 people in 2018. The purpose of this community service is to provide information to adolescents about anemia and the importance of consuming blood-added tablets. The method used in this community service is lecture, question and answer discussion. This community service was held on February 13-14, 2019 at SMAN 8 Jambi City. The result of this community service is the increasing knowledge of young women about anemia and the benefits of consuming blood-added tablets.

Hypertension is one of the main problems in public health in Indonesia and the world. It is estimated that around 80% of cases of hypertension occur mainly in developing countries in the year 2025 from a total of 639 million cases in 2000. Problems faced by partners at this time include people in the village of Prevention rarely conducted health counseling by the Puskesmas especially about Hypertension, none Posyandu for the elderly and the community rarely exercise regularly. This community service activity was carried out in the village of Enforcement which is one of the villages located in Pelawan sub-district, Sarolangun District, Jambi. Time of implementation in February 2018. The target is the elderly.The methods used were survey, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation approaches. The results of this program is prevention for parents where they are able to understand of  the management and prevention of hypertension. It is recommended for Health Officers, especially in Puskesmas, to activate posyandu for the elderly so that the elderly can get health services regularly and get more information about health problems.

Anemia is a nutritional problem in the world which occurs not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. Low iron intake often occurs in people who consume foods that are less diverse, such as protein. Iron deficiency anemia is more common in young women than young men because young women experience menstruation every month and are in their infancy, thus requiring more iron intake. The problems faced by partners today include the lack of knowledge about adolescents about anemia, so it is considered necessary to provide counseling to provide knowledge to adolescents to prevent anemia in adolescents. Community Service Activities are carried out at SMP N 13 Jambi City. The time of implementation is in April 2018. The target is students of SMP N 13 Kota Jambi. Community service methods survey approach, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation. The results obtained are students able to understand about the prevention of anemia in adolescents. It is recommended that health workers, especially at the Puskesmas, give more counseling about anemia to young women before giving blood-added tablets, so that students get information about anemia and want to consume the added blood tablets.

One of the great traditions in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is teaching by transmitting Islamic values as found in classical books written centuries ago. The majority in Indonesia, the classic book is better known as the Kitab Kuning. Teaching with the Kitab Kuning is usually done in Islamic Boarding Schools. Examining Kitab Kuning requires qualified Arabic language skills at least passively. Unfortunately, not all Islamic boarding schools that have a variety of superior programs in certain fields, are weak in the field of studying Kitab Kuning. One of them is the Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyyah Sawah Dangka which has the flagship Tahfizh Alquran program but is weak in the study of Kitab Kuning. One of the main factors is the lack of adequate quality of human resources. For this reason, this community service activity aims to provide training while introducing new, lightweight methods in learning Arabic, namely the Bihaqatil Jumal method. This method emphasizes learning Arabic using the right brain. After a series of community service activities, teachers and Islamic boarding schools felt helped and gained new experiences in learning Arabic methods to study Kitab Kuning. In addition, both the assisted object and the resource person requested that this kind of community service be continued.

The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work.  The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

The high unemployment rate is a fundamental problem in employment in our country, where the new workforce that is added is far greater than the increase in employment. Unemployment is a problem for countries with high population growth rates, and unemployment can also affect the level of the economy. At the beginning of 2020, world economic growth experienced a decline due to the coronavirus disease outbreak, this coronavirus (covid-19) had an impact on economic growth in the form of a decline in the level of the world economy, including Indonesia. Seeing conditions like this, special attention is needed for alumni to prepare students for the world of work. This community service is carried out in the form of training on strategies for finding and applying for jobs, the problem solving framework provided is by providing training so that it can increase knowledge and insight to job seekers college alumni about srategies for finding and applying for jobs.The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to college alumni so that they have the readiness to find and apply for jobs. This community service activity is carried out virtually online online in the form of training and guidance. The target is college alumni who will definitely be involved in the activity of finding and applying for jobs, at the initial stage the presenter will deliver a theoretical presentation accompanied by realistic examples. Abstrak: Penyakit    diare    masih    menjadi    masalah  global      dengan      derajat      kesakitan      dan  kematian    yang    tinggi    di    berbagai    negara terutama   di   negara   berkembang,   dan   juga sebagai   salah  satu penyebab  utama  tingginya  angka    kesakitan    dan    kematian    anak    di  dunia. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada ibu balita agar mengerti dan paham tentang diare dan pencegahannya di posyandu Desa Kali Kejambon Kecamatan Tembelang kabupaten Jombang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan Pemberdayaan Ibu Dalam Mengenali Diare Pada Anak Dan Cara Pencegahan Diare di Posyandu Kali Kejambon Kecamatan Tembelang Kabupaten Jombang berjalan dengan baik, sebanyak 50 orang ibu balita yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini dan terdapat 80% ibu balita paham dengan materi yang disampaikan oleh tim pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat serta terdapat umpan balik dengan memberikan pertanyaan kepada pelaksana kegiatan untuk pembahasan yang belum dimengerti. Bagi para ibu balita agar selalu waspada dengan kejadian diare pada balita karena diare merupakan bukan kasus yang bisa diremehkan dan bagi tenaga kesehatan agar selalu memberikan edukasi tentang penyakit-penyakit yang sering terjadi pada anak-anak agar tidak terjadi bahaya dan komplikasi.Abstract: Diarrhea is still a global problem with high degrees of illness and death in various countries, especially in developing countries, and also as one of the main causes of high child morbidity and mortality in the world. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to mothers of children under five to understand and understand diarrhea and its prevention at the Posyandu in Kali Kejambon Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency. Community service activities with the Empowerment of Mothers in Recognizing Diarrhea in Children and How to Prevent Diarrhea in the Kali Kejambon Posyandu in Tembelang District, Jombang Regency went well, as many as 50 under-five mothers attended this activity and 80% of toddlers understood the material delivered by the team implementing community service and providing feedback by giving questions to the implementers of activities for discussions that have not been understood. For mothers of toddlers to always be aware of the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers because diarrhea is not a case that can be underestimated and for health workers to always provide education about diseases that often occur in children so that there is no danger and complications.

Puberty is a period of transition from childhood to adolescence. One of the signs experienced by adolescent girls is the presence of menarche. Seeing the current condition of society, many parents, especially mothers, are less than optimal in providing education for their daughters when experiencing the menarche process. In this service activity, an android application will be created that functions to help menarch education. The activity began with the application design process and socialization to young women in the village of Kemuning Lor, Jember Regency. The results of this community service activity are as many as 80% of participants feel helped by the android application. In the future, the android application that is built can be developed by increasing educational content related to menarche.

The number of people with HIV/AIDS in the world is increasing. The introduction of HIV/AIDS in the early adolescent phase needs to be done with a language approach that is easy to be understood and remembered. One of them is the approach to vocabulary recognition in the field of HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this community service activity was to discover the application of HIV/AIDS introduction through HIV/AIDS vocabularies. The method used was pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design which began with pre-test, the provision of HIV/AIDS vocabulary materials through power points and distribution of HIV/AIDS vocabulary sheets. This experiment was ended by doing post-test. The final results showed an increase in the average score of 26.71% with significancy 0,00&lt;0,05.. Thus, the introduction of HIV/AIDS through HIV/AIDS vocabularies is an effective effort to facilitate the early introduction of HIV/AIDS on to students in their early adolescent to avoid the dangers of HIV/AIDS.<br /><br />

AbstrakCovid-19 yang saat ini mewabah di seluruh belahan dunia memberikan dampak yang cukup besar untuk perekonomian di Indonesia, khususnya bagi para pengusaha kecil. Keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki, ditambah tingkat penjualan yang menurun drastis, membuat para pengusaha harus berimprovisasi berbagai cara agar produk mereka tetap dapat terjual. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan bagi mereka pengusaha kecil yang memiliki modal terbatas, yaitu beralih dari pemasaran dan penjualan secara luring menjadi pemasaran dan penjualan daring. Pemasaran dan penjualan daring dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media marketplace maupun sosial media.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya untuk mengembangkan saluran pemasaran dan penjualan dari luring ke saluran pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring, lalu dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek lebih luas dari para calon konsumennya Setelah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring menggunakan marketplace dan media sosial. AbstractThe Covid-19, which is currently endemic in all parts of the world, has had a considerable impact on the economy in Indonesia, especially for small entrepreneurs. The limited capital they have, coupled with a drastic drop in sales, have forced entrepreneurs have to improve in various ways to make their products can still be sold. One of the most effective ways to increase sales for those small entrepreneurs who have limited capital is to switch from offline marketing and sales to online marketing and sales. Online marketing and sales can be done using the media marketplace and social media. The purpose of this service is to provide training to UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya to develop marketing and sales channels from offline to online, then can increase brand awareness more broadly from potential consumers After this community service activity was carried out, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya can start doing marketing and sales activities online using the marketplace and social media.
