The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of sharia factors, promotion and product quality on member decisions in choosing savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. This type of research based on its approach is quantitative research. This study uses a correlational design that is the relationship between the independent variables X1, X2 and X3 to the dependent variable Y. The population of this study is all members of the BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. The sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. This study uses a multiple linear regression data analysis approach. Based on the research results it is known that sharia factors, promotion and product quality partially and simultaneously significantly influence the decision of members in choosing savings services, this is because BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch sees a factor that can increase members' decision in choosing savings services, including due to sharia factors , promotion and product quality, so that many members choose savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch due to sharia factors, promotion intensity and product quality. Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

<p class="Abstrak">Research on human resource development have been carried out. With the aim of can be used as parameters to create the development of quality human resources. This research aims to know the influence of opportunities on the assessment of the performance of employees. Opportunities under study is divided into three indicators, namely the environment, the rules and colleagues. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling of saturated. The technique of data analysis was conducted gradually, starting from the editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. In addition, using a likert scale developed by Ransis Likert. While for the development of research using statistical methods, it is necessary to qualify the classical assumption test before the test is conducted multiple linear regression. It aims to determine how much significance of significance testing. The results from the hypothesis t, there is on the value t<sub>count</sub> for the partial (sequential) starting from X<sub>1</sub> = 2,639, X<sub>2</sub> = 3,379 and X<sub>3</sub> = 2,210. In addition, the results of the hypothesis F, contained in the value of F<sub>count</sub> simultaneously (together) was 12,597. While the value of R Square (R<sup>2</sup>) of 0,282, if then the result of 28.2%. It can be concluded from the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 28,2%.</p>

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

This study is shown to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at PT. Safco Multi Trading Medan. Price and product quality as independent variables and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. The method used in this research is to use quantitative research. Data obtained and analyzed using multiple linear regression equation with the equation Y = 4.020 + 0.378X1 + 0.500X2. This analysis includes the t test in the effect of price on purchasing decisions is 3.619 with Sig 0.001 and the t test in the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions is 5.639 with Sig 0.000, R-Square of 0.391, f test of 26.355 with Sig 0.000. The results showed that the price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at customers of PT. Shafco Multi Trading. Product quality has a positive and significant effect of 39.1% on purchasing decisions at customers of PT. Shafco Multi Trading, purchasing decision is a moderating variable in influencing product quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Shafco Multi Trading so that 60.9% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

This study aimed to analyze the influence Earning Per Share and Economic Value Added on stock returns. This study is a quantitative research. The population in this study is a company registered in the group of Jakarta Islamic Index period in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, so the final number of samples acquired 11 companies. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results proved that Earning Per Share and Economic Value Added have a significant effect on stock returns in Jakarta Islamic Index period in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at the Kinol Bistro N ’Poll cafe in Padang City totaling 2,446. while the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variables of product quality, price and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. This research aims to analyse the factor that affect the corporate taxpayers use tax consultant services. The independent variables in this research are knowledge of taxation, perception about tax consultant, and perception about account representative, and the dependent variable is interest in using the services of a tax consultant. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is the corporate taxpayers who is registered in the KPP Kota Palembang on 2016 by taking sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is using Convenience Sampling. Respondents’s answer in the questionnaire were analyze using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Program Version 17. From the result of multiple linear regression analysis, the conclution was the perception of tax consultant From the result of multiple linear regression analysis, the conclution was the knowledge of taxation, perception about tax consultant, and perception about account representative has a positive and significant effect on corporate taxpayer’s interest of using tax consultant service in the KPP Kota Palembang.

This study aims to analyze the ads on television and product quality to the Motivation Purchase customers sunsilk shampoo on students at STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. This type of research is causative research. Sampling research Using purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) The influence of advertisement on television has no effect on purchasing motivation, It is proved by, t value < t table (1,573 < 2.012) and significance > 0,05 (0,122> 0,05) received and Ha rejected, meaning there is no significant influence between Advertising on Television Against Motivation Purchase Customer Sunsilk Shampoo on students in STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. (2) Product Quality significantly influence Purchase Motivation, This is proved by, the value of t calculate > t table (2,669> 2,012) and significance <0,05 (0,010 <0,05), hence Ho is rejected and Ha is received, it means partially there is significant influence between Quality of Product to Motivation Purchase Customer Sunsilk Shampoo on students at STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. Keyword : Ads on Television, Product Quality and Motivation Purchase

This research has objective to see the interest students of Panca Marga University Probolinggo in online purchasing of goods on a platform shopee, Respondents from the results of this research is customers using shopee platform as a medium purchase of goods online. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling by distributing questionnaires and interviews as a method of collecting data in this study. The data analysis method uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and T test.
